Inchcock Today: Sun 25 Oct 15 – Incorporating me latest Graphicationalisationing efforts!

Sunday 24th October 2015

HWin1Up at 0345hrs. In the chair again, feeling tired still, but had to get up to attend the porcelain. Vague memories of my dreams, something involving tunnels and chasing or being chased again?

The ulcer was starting to play up as soon as I moved, hoping it doesn’t get HWin2worse, of all my ailments the worst are the reflux valve (I reckon this one will do for me in the end), the hernia and the duodenal ulcer.

Titivated the kitchen, made a cuppa and got the laptop on. When I signed in the screen went a horrible dark grey for several minutes – then an update Hwin3message came and I clicked to start the updates. Another message: The usual wait while windows installs updates, this may take a few minutes do not turn off  etc, half an hour later the Installing window disappeared. The ‘working light’ has been on ever since? Waited another half hour and started Google? Oh dear!

HWin4Made a cuppa and took me medications.

Then amazingly, I did not want the WC?

Checked me emails and went on Facebook.

Hwin5Sandra from the TFZ site suggested some graphicalisations of the gals on there relating to Halloween might be a nice idea.

So I set to creating some to post on Facebook – it is now six hours later, and I’ve managed to finish them…

I’ll post a few of them down the right Hwin6hand side of this page.

I used one photo for the background for each gal, then made the graphics of each gal in a Halloween outfit, then added some text I thought might be funny and appreciated.

I couldn’t put them al here, but I Hwin7enjoyed doing them mind.

Don’t know if they will all find them acceptable, but I avoided putting owt on the that I thought might me naughty.

I haven’t posted them on Facebook yet but will do soon,

Hwin7bI’ll not tag them, just post them to the TFZ site.

Had some lovely comments on Facebook.

Had a thought about what to have for me nosh..

Hwin7cHad a jolly good bath without any Whoopsiedangleplops, a nice soak. clean-up Little Inchy, medicated and creamed me haemorrhoids.

Cuppa and took me evening medications.

Started preparing it.

P1020298Sweet potato balls with coriander, Frikadellens, beetroot, peppers, BBQ turkey bits and the last of me chilli from the pan, along with a banana, two little whirls and orange yoghurt with single low fat cream from the can.

When it came to trying to get me head down it was total failure.

I got the laundry ready for the morning.

Then spent the night though to 0430hrs listening to the radio and reading me book on and off.

No kip at all.

I can’t see why this should be, it’s been one of me idlest days since I’ve been in the flat? Tsk!

  1. Good for you luv. You need some idle days like that. And no Whoopsiedangleplops! I’m so happy for you there. That’s the best part.
Had a couple of idle/boring days here, mainly due to monsoon season. Didn’t look all that great this morning but it was get out and go or start screaming at the walls. I got out and went. Wanted some picture hanging wire anyway, so visited Kmart, just across an alley and a parking lot, and had to sorta drive around in there til my favorite check out kiddo came on duty. She’s a smiling person, always seems happy, and calls me “trouble maker”, so I call her “Sunshine”. I think she might be 5 years old — just kidding, definitely a teenager, and will run errands for me when she gets off work if I need something done. Refuses to let me pay her for that too. I love her like a granddaughter of my own.
    Take care of you luv.

    • The Monsoon season… I love the way you explain things gal.
Bless Sunshine, sounds a great girl to me.
      Thanks for caring gal. X
I must make up for me idle day today – I might try to assemble me 3 shelves on wheels later. I’ll see how the reflux vale and Arthur Itis are first. Hehe!
Mind you, I couldn’t lift the box yesterday. I’ll not be defeated today (Says him full of non-confidence!).
Just sorted me medications out, and I am proud to say I think I got them all right and didn’t drop or spill any! (Show off I am!)
      Hugs X

      • It’s still raining today luv, so that makes it a monsoon. One day of it is a nice shower, but more than a day is a monsoon. Sunshine is either that lovely globe in the sky, or some of the very sweet young girls who have lasting smiles on their faces, and who don’t mind running errands for old women, I like the second ones better, because they are harder to find.
I have abused my shoulder to the point that I can no longer raise my left arm, so that is the reason for the therapy –again. I really shouldn’t have anything more to lift, but it seems there is always something I have to raise my arm to do. Of course, the weather doesn’t help at all either. Life just isn’t kind to old joints, and there is no pot of gold at the end of my rainbow. My “golden years” seem to be made of brass, or possibly fools gold, so I wonder just who gave these things their bright cheerful names??? Probably some young, wet behind the ears kid who is now regretting his words as he eats them with no salt or pepper to make them taste any better at all.
        Take care of you, luv.

      • Monsoon the perfect word I like it Angie.
The second Sunshines are the best by far gal.
Your reet about who gave them the wonderful words.
I had some unexpected help today, Steve from Age UK set about starting to erect me book case for me – and said he would return on Friday to finish it! Great bloke to me.
TTFN pet, hugs through the ether to you of mammoth proportions! X
