♥♫ TFZers Night Out! ♫♥

Monday 18th January 2021

Croatian: Ponedjeljak, 18 Siječnja 2021

21:45hrs: I woke, wanting a wee-wee. But did not move. I lay there, my weazened brain immediately hyperactive, fighting with the thought-storm already in progress. Nonsensical, insignificant, it might have been, but topics serious and insignificant were fribbling away, to and fro, being ignored as the next one came forth.

Luckily for my sanity, the need for a wee-wee grew stronger, and the brain recaptured some control from the thought-storms and allowed me to tackle the task of tearing my Titanically sized stomached-body from the grasp of the c1968 recliner, and up onto my feet. Grabbed Metal Micky, and over to the NWWB (Nocturnal-Wee-Wee Bucket)

Where I was almost taken aback by the viciousness of the evacuation. It blasted out, but soon died a death and the PMAD (Post-Micturition-After Dribbling) was lengthy, the leaking continued for longer than ever before.

I got the kettle on, took the evening medications, made the tea, and got to the computer, started it going. Then, an internal explosion rumbled away, and before it had died down, I was making my way to the wet room!

A good job I did too! As I was seating my oversized body on the Porcelain Throne, the motion began, totally under the innards’ control. I did no urging or pushing. It wasn’t needed – until right at the end of the evacuation. The last dollop got stuck, talk about messy! I reckon I used about £2 worth of Andrex! Then the most valuable asset, time, was lost cleaning up again! Washed and sanitised things.

The Silver-Lining was that the cistern miraculously cleared the product in the bowl, with just one flush! Whoopee-Doo!

I got on the computer, and started WordPress, to get the updating of the Sunday diary updated. I was overjoyed to see that Grammarly was working again! I struggled with the concentration for some reason; however, the ailments were far less bother than usual, so typing was easier for me. A long job, but I eventually got it done and posted off to WordPress. Pinterested a photo or two, then emailed the link. Went on the WP reader, some great photography on there this morning.

As I was doing the Facebooking catch-up, I remembered that my favourite Vampire Nurse, Hristina, is coming this morning. To take the blood for the INA, DVT, Warfarin tests. That cheered me up a few degrees. I read and made the WP comments.

I got a bit of, well a fair bit of a shock when I took the Sphygmomanometer BP Health Checks! Not much!

The SYS had shot back up to 184 – DIA 76, and the alarming PULSE was down to 66! Blimus!

I took the rescued from the Pharmacists cock-up of not lids on the pill pots, and I had to guess which was which medications last night. Perhaps, guessing from these readings, I’d missed taking a beta-blocker, and took a Codeine or Furosemide, no that’s not right. I meant I may have taken two Beta-Blockers in mistake… Had I done this, then the Pulse would go down, wouldn’t it? I’m confused again!

At least the Chinese made Harpin Xian Di contactless thermometer came out alright, just a smidge lower than of late.

I had a look at the recorded results for the last week. The Sys is the highest it’s been for the week, and the Pulse is by far the lowest it has been? Then I sp[ottedthat yesterdays Pulse was a massive 91?

I’ll mention this to the nurse later, see what she thinks. Well, I am worried a bit now. Should I ring 111 and ask them what they think? Mmm?

Best if I get the ablutioning done early now, and at least if they do end me to hospital, I’ll be clean and dressed in readiness. ‘Good idea, Inchy’ – Huh, I’m talking to myself again! Hahaha!

I checked on Google, it said amongst many other confusing gumph; Generally, a resting heart rate of 60-80 beats per minute (BPM) is considered normal. Perhaps the 66 pulse is okay then? Don’t know what to do; still, I’ll get the ablutions done, I can try out the new razors, have a talk with myself, pass wind, and get all smelling nice! Even though it is too early to use the shower.

Put the Blue Made in Myanmar (Burmese), zip-up jacket soak in the bowl to soak while I was doing the ablutions. Off to the wet room, then.

Ablution Report: Again, no cuts shaving at all! The legs and knees looked good again, despite Cartilage Cathy playing up something rotten. You can see she’s not happy by the swelling patella.

A slight Whoopsie medicating the rear end dropped the tube cap and clouted my shoulder on the corner of the floor cabinet retrieving it. SSS is not happy with me.

Got the shirt rinsed and hung up to dry on a coat hanger above the sink.

SSS (Shuddering-Shoulder-Shirley) shook a bit a few times. This made me spill a lot of water, and I had another lot of cleaning up to do. Luckily I had not dressed then, so avoided a bigger mess that needed sorting out.

Made up, and put some waste bags in the trolley carrier box, top, to take down later to the bins. I came across last nights dinner things on the tray, and I remembered falling asleep so easily last night, I took the things through to the kitchen and washed them.

It was heartwarming to see the cans of Chilli-Con-Carne and vegetables on the counter. A warm glow, knowing they should last me a while.

Then needed another visit to the Porcelain Throne. I hastened without delay, and once again, it was a good job I did! Once again, it was a super-messy evacuation, but I was not lucky with the cistern, that required a few jugs of water to refill the tank before things cleared. Tsk!

I took a photograph from the balcony, of the end car park on Chestnut Walk. I thought it looked eerie enough to be a worthwhile picture. Gawd, it was cold out there!

(Two photos today, for Ohio Billum, PPPFWP (Pulitzer Prize for Witty Poetry that Rhymes), and the RCMC (Red Car Monitoring Corporation) Head Honcho. Hehe!

I worked on this blog, and without much bother from Nicodemus’s Neurotransmitters, either. Which was nice! Did a few hours work.

Made a cuppa, and ate some Pretzels. Returned to the computer, and another hour or so later, it was as if someone was putting lights on in the sky! The most amazing pinkish glow came over everywhere! I grabbed the camera and had a scoot between the two rooms nad windows to take these shots to capture it. It didn’t last for long, so I’m glad I caught it.

I had a look at the Your-Area email magazine. They seem to be happy with the new Coronavirus figures? I can’t say I am.

08:00hrs: The Vampire Nurse shouldn’t be too long coming.

09:00hrs: The Vampire Nurse hasn’t come yet. I’ll try to do some graphics, then she’s bound to arrive.

Nurse Hristina arrived around 11:00hrs. She was all behind due to parking difficulties. She was kind enough to look at the Health Check record and said the low pulse was nothing to worry about. Unless it is lower next time I do it, then to call 111 for advice. That’s cleared the gloom, Bless Her! ♥  She took the blood and left on her rounds.

I gt back onto CorelDraw, but the weariness started already, my concentration was shot, and CCC began to give me regular shakes. Then Neuropathy Pete’s mini-leg dancing started. Shame, I really need to get some graphics done, too! I did try, but it was no good. I went into Sulk-Mode!

I got some stew in the pan, and a pastie in the fridge… no, I mean oven. I’ll get something to eat and see how I feel afterwards. (Which didn’t change, weary, tired and nervous of everything!)

Despite the nerves, all being on edge, and fighting the eyelids to keep them open, I made a decent job (tastewise), of the Chilli, even added a beef pastie to it, and all the dessert trimmings. A flavour-rating of 8/10, too!

I even got up and put the well-emptied bowl and things in the washing up bowl to soak with the saucepan.

I got down again in the £300, second-hand, c1968, cringingly-beige-coloured, not-working, rickety, incommodious, grotty recliner, but sleep was not an option. I’d expected it come swiftly tonight, feeling so drained.

The CGTSMP (Can’t-Get-To-Sleep-Master-Ploy), was adopted, and I turned on the TV, when I saw that Law & Order was on, I chose that channel. The usual happened, I stayed awake for the first section, and when the commercial break started, I joined the realms of Sweet Morpheus.

But I kept waking up in a widden-dream, taradiddle filled, not the usual Thought Storms, they were wild, nonsensical and mocking in nature. During one of these episodes, I realised I had not taken the evening medications, so I did.

Sadly Missed!

Monday 4th January 2021

Icelandic: Mánudaginn 4 Lanúar 2021

01:35hrs: In slow motion this morning, the gradual renewal of consciousness arrived, with the brain working straight away! Not very well, a little confused, but activated! Facts, worries, fears etc. soon started milling about in my poor battered mind. Yes, it was a Thought-Storm!

As the toothache got peskier with me, I realised I’d had six-hours-kip! Albeit fragmented, the total was the longest for many weeks. The lack of taste, coughing, and then the blasted-loud ‘Hum’ came to mind. Luckily, the need for the traditional early-waking-wee-wee arrived to break the thoughts.

Disentangling myself from the grotty, £300, second-hand, c1968, unsteady, not-working, incommodious, sickenly beige-coloured, haemorrhoid-testing recliner, was far easier for some reason… oh yes, the urgent need for the wee-wee possibly? Another half-hearted effort, of the UTD (Unwilling-Trickling-Dribbling) variety, this time with a lot of annoying PMAD (Post-Micturition After-Dribble).

I went to the wet room to clean things up, giving the door frame a fair whack on the way in. I may have muttered something along the lines of “Well, fancy that!”

Not the slightest desire for a mug of tea, that worried me a bit. I got the made in China Chinese made Harpin Xian Di contactless thermometer used. And got a fair result at 36.3°c, a bit down on yesterdays 36.6°c, but it did feel colder all around this morning, Brrr!

The £38.99 Boot’s made in China Sphygmomanometer readings showing that the SYS at 162, was the same as yesterday. If I remember right. Still a smidge high, but it always has been for months now. The annoying thing is that whenever a medical professional takes the BP, the Sys is around 145? Even doing so with the same machine!

A new pain, just under the left nipple on my chest, started up. I don’t think it’s Duodenal Donald or Anne Gyna? The End is Nigh! Well, hopefully, not. Hehehe!

As I was about to start the blog updating, I needed to divert to the Porcelain Throne, which I did. There felt like no rush, though, as it proved when I got down on the Throne. The indications were that the DESB (Daily-Evacuation-Stakes-Battle) between Trotsky Terence and Constipation Konrad, was going to be a different result this time, a victory for Constipation Konrad. And it was! After the torpedo had wedged itself solid, getting the motion started, I needed a lot of effort and input. It took ages before it began moving again. The pain was maybe on a 5/10 on the agony-scale, so not too bad. Not messy at all, solid and the largest dollop that flushing three times failed to clear away!

I added some bleach, toilet cleaner and the last of the sink-unblocker liquid then poked a stick down into the water, left it a few minutes and tried a fourth time at flushing… Nope, it didn’t have it!

I put more bleach in (and got the rear end cleaned, there were just a few blood spots). After each flush, I refilled the tank with the jugs of water from the sink, to hasten the process. I lost count of how man times I refilled and reflushed the tank, and eventually, it looked alright, but I had no confidence and would check it later. Writing this reminded me, and I went to have a look!

Shit! The evacuated product is back up in the bowl again! Another hour lost, unplugging, refilling, flushing, and still, I’m not sure it’s all gone. I’ll leave it, and keep an eye on it, not that I can much more, while I get the ablutions done. Retirement they call it, huh! Never been busier!

I got the blog finished, emailed the link, went on Facebooking, then the WP Reader. I was getting a tad confused at this time.

I turned off the computer to cool down and got the ablutions seen too. The Blood nurse is coming anytime after 08:00hrs. But, yet again, my woolliness, tergiversation of mind activated, and I ended up hand-washing the maroon zip-up jacket, instead. But not before taking this photo of the moon. Tsk! More indecisiveness to the fore! I suppose as a shilly-shallying persons go, I must be the cream? Hehehe!

Blimus O’Reilly, and Dangnationables! I got in the wet room, and the evacuated content was coming back up into the toilet bowl again! I spent even longer than the last time trying to clear things! I got the stick to try to reach and break up the torpedo again, the stick broke. Flushed and refilled the tank several times, to many to count, put bleach down it, toilet cleaner, disinfectant, more bleach, and still it kept coming back up!

Many more flushes and tank refills later, I’d tried the last of the drain unblocker and put mould removal in as well! I’m praying it will keep clear this time, but the water keeps turning a light brown after a minute or so of flushing! I’m fed up with it now! Sulking-Mode engaged!

At last, I got the ablutions started: No showering, it’s too early for that with the noise. The session was off to a bad start, as the toothache was worsened by the Detox toothpaste cleaning. Dropsies three.

Aha, bit if good luck with this. Fair enough there were five or six dropsies, but there were only the two cuts! The medicating went well also, no complaints, and only three dropsies!

As I was getting the new PPs on, I lost balance; but I did not go down this time. Luckily I fell towards the door, which very unfortunately set of SSS with her shoulder-shuddering. Yer, can’t win ’em all!

Then, I noticed the colour of the water in the toilet bowl. Scrapbongles! Brown! So, I flushed and refilled a few times, no success. I had a go at poking with another stick, without any luck. A damned good job I had plenty of bleach in, cause I poured a full bottle in, and left it to hopefully work, while I got dressed.

Back to have a look, reflushed and refilled the tank, and waited. I’m still not sure it worked, but at that moment it was almost clear. I can get depressed, you know!

I took this shot with the Canon camera. Then put the kettle on, it’s about time I tried a mug of Glengettie.

More out of habit than really needing or wanting one. The taste-buds going on strike is a puzzle to me. Back to the computer, and booted it up, and downloaded some photographs. Not that the Microsoft Photo thing was working again. I’ve found that when the One-Drive photo thing refuses to recognise the SD card, if I go on CoralDraw, and import, sometimes the F-Drive comes up, and I load from there, as it was today. If I leave the SD card in the drive, sometimes, anything from 2 minutes to an hour later, the One-Drive crap opens and reads the card? Farcical!

As I was uploading the pictures, the intercom flashed. It was the Vampir Nurse, bless her, Caroline; I think her name is. I pressed the admit button, and the gal was up and in the door within two minutes!

A nice natured gal. She did not mess about getting the blood taken, but she had the nouse to chinwag while doing it.

This was marvellous for me, after seeing nobody, and going chinwagless for several days now. Apart from Josie, of course. Who, I am the proud Sunday Chef for, and someone for her to wake up nearly every week. Haha! Bless her!

Caroline soon had me sorted out, and with a part-armful of blood, she went to leave. But I wasn’t having her go without a treat of a can of plonk of her choice. Being her first port-of-call so as to put it, I could understand her rushing a bit, to try and make a good start to the day.

I took the belated morning medications and back on the computer to update this blog.

Doing the pleasing job of CorelDraw graphics was still needed, so I had a quick look at the comments and then got on with it. Three hours later, the wariness dawned, a bit later than usual – that’ll be because I was enjoying doing the graphics for the blog templates. Unfortunately, I still have some more to do yet. But I made progress with them.

Feeling not so bad now, I feel up to some chilli-con-carne, I’ll do some cobs in the oven to go with the CCC.

I’ll be back in the morning, or later this evening to update things. TTFNski.

Tuesday 01:30hrs: I’m back, updating.

I got the Chilli-Con-Carne can in the saucepan and added some Squid Sauce (Anchovy),  made some gravy and added it with the garden peas. O actually felt I could manage this, at last, I felt hungry again. I’ve not been sop desiderate over a meal in weeks, I just hope to eat it and enjoy it. It looked like it was well-eatable to me.

I put the rolls in the oven, to find one single one in there from yesterday, that had now been cooked twice. Haha! Ah. Well, at least I was still feeling hungry, but not for that cob, of course.

I got the meal served up in the basin and the cobs on the tray. Down in the recliner, put the TV on to watch, got ‘The Bunker’ showing on TV film on, and started to wallow in the food, and enjoy the film. Peace, contentment and satisfaction, great!

The landline light flashed, oh, dearie me, what timing. I fought my way out of the recliner without any Accifaupas and got to answer the phone in time before it rang off.

T’was the Doctors surgery receptionist, with the results of the INR test, and new dosages. The INR level was down to 1.7, and she checked that I had any loaded in-date,  Enoxaparin hypos in stock. I told her I had about eight 80mg needles in hand. (I’m not sure how I knew this but felt sure I was right I was wrong as it happens, Humph!) The patient nice receptionist gave me the new dosages for Warfarin.

Which was massively increased, considering the 1.7 level, I thought. Tonight 3, Tue 2.5, Wed 3, Thurs 2.5, Fri 2.5, Sat 3, Sun 2.5. And she will arrange a blood test for Monday, 12th January. The blood will be that thin, I anticipate Little Inchies fungal lesion, and Harold’s Haemorrhoids to be bleeding well after a couple of days. Maybe I could use the Warfarin intake as my main meal for a few days? Hehehe! I thanked the kind lady.

Putting these details on the calendar, I noted that someone from the DVT, Warfarin Anticoagulation team will be contacting me tomorrow? I can’t remember this being arranged, or happening? I made notes of the details of the call.

Back to the now gone cold, Chilli-con-carne, but I still ate it all up. Although the last session, I didn’t enjoy so much. Lost the plot in the film, turned it off, and put some radio music on instead.

Which I think helped me to nod-off. Cause I got five hours sleep in! Grrreat!

Inchcock, Nottingham’s lost-logicality lothario – Friday 11th December 2020

TFZers – But what are they up to?

03:00hrs: Friday 11th December 2020

Turkish: 11 Aralık 2020 Cuma

00:30hrs: I woke with a start again, and lay trying not to hear the ‘Hum’ outside, or to the new droning sound inside, we think is coming from the machinery on the rooftop in the plant-room. (That’s because it keeps stopping for five minutes or so, then kicks back in) A most annoying noise to wake up to today, two flaming humming-like susurrations, outside and inside at the same time! Globbleaurgh!

I bounded out of the luxury Snuggle-Up, £950, brand new, recliner, and nipped smartly to the £95 overnight-elderly-persons Marks & Spencer’s Chamber Pot, for a wee-wee…

Oh, alright, then… I struggled out of the grotty, £300, second-hand, c1968, unsteady, not-working, sickenly beige-coloured, haemorrhoid-testing recliner, cracked my right knee on the ottoman, felt back down in the chair and Harold’s Haemorrhoids – swore silently, gritted my teeth and got back up again. Hobbled to the OEGPB (Overnight, emergency, grey, plastic, bucket), and had a wee-wee of the PSST (Persistent, Stinging, Sharp) mode.

Seeing the medications that arrived last night, I had a nosey at them.

Being in a more stable frame of mind and more awake than when they were delivered, I think what the young lady who delivered them said, she needed to collect the medications sent earlier without any seals on them. I will ring Obergruppenfurheress and catwalk model, Warden Deana later, to ask her to ring the chemist for me, so I know what to do. I can’t believe that they want the tablets that shot out all over two room back? Then again, Matron did tell me to return them to the pharmacist? I think!

Then I realised that instead of the Dioctyl® poo-softener capsules I’d asked for, they had delivered Docusate Sodium, in a medicine form. Excellent thinking that was from Carrington Pharmacy, 343-345 Mansfield Rd, Carrington, Nottingham NG5 2DA, next to the pub, near the Lidl store, and my Doctor for prescribing medicine. That needs me, to pour out into short plastic three 5ml spoons of the medicine, three times a day! A shame they both forgot about my, Nicolas’s neurotransmitters dying, the Peripheral Neuropathy, and Peripheral Pete’s right leg dances! This is not going to work, I’ll have more medicine on the floor, my clothes, and if the involuntary Schuplatter dancing starts while I’m trying to take the medication (six times a day) the bottle is going to get dropped and smashed for sure! I can avoid any problems for a while, cause I still have some of the capsules in the pot to use for a couple or three days – then things should get interesting? Dangerous, mind!

But credit where it is due. The Carrington Pharmacy, 343-345 Mansfield Rd, Carrington, Nottingham NG5 2DA. Tel: 0115 9605453, are nothing if not consistent in their desire to kill me off, one way or another. At least their man who dispenses the prescriptions is. They delivered the things for me, so they aren’t all bad, bless em!

Fair enough, they didn’t put the seals on of the two trays… nobodies perfect. Nemo Mortaluim Omnibus Horis Sapit!

I took the medications, then got the Health checks done. I started with the blood pressure, the SYS had was not too bad a result.

The temperature was spot on!

I must remember to ring Deana and ask for assistance with the phoning, maybe after I get the ablutions all done.

The rain began to come down as the mist slowly cleared away.

As I got on the computer, the summoning to the Porcelain Throne arrived, so off to the wet-room, I trudged. The ailments were being kind with me up to now.

I thought I might have grown hair again on my head, it took so long to get any moment started! The crossword book was utilised. I even considered giving up and trying again later… Ah, painful, very painful, but the evacuation started… It took a few minutes of effort and a few. Oooh, argh’s, but at last, things picked up the pace! Well, it looks like an easy victory in the DESB (Daily-Evacuation-Stakes-Battle) for Constipation Konrad today, over Trotsky Terence. I made sure afterwards, that the Dyoctyl® poo-softener was in the afternoon tablet box ready, in fact, the session was so bad, I put two in there.

Cleaned up, and back to the computer, to make a graphic for later use, but I got diverted (I do that a lot yer knows) when I saw the email news come in, and I had a decker at it. I copied this graph of the Nottingham areas affected.

Then it was time for the Ablutioning Session to be done.

I rang Deana; first, she said she’ll be coming to see me later on, after 11:00hrs. She had a meeting to go to first. I thanked her and made a bee-line for the wet-room/

Getting ready to do the teggies, and I noticed that the growths, blotches and even the papules that were on the left arm yesterday, had all but gone now! Amazing!

The teeth cleaning had few electric-like stabs of pain, as I caught the cracked tooth that the dentist told me were nothing to worry, as she rushed me out of her surgery a couple of weeks ago. They hated me (My high EQ could tell), cause I couldn’t get up the two flights of stairs to my regular dentist to be treated, mind you, he ain’t all that keen on me, either. Tsk!) I digress again, sorry!

The shaving, especially considering that I hadn’t shaved yesterday, went blooming great. Only one little nick and three-dropsies! Smug-Mode-Engaged!

The showering had a couple of dodgy moments, but I’ve far worse, no I’m not complaining. They were, decent clout against the grab rail, and I hit the ankle ulcer area on the shower-chair leg.

The drying was had no, I say, No, knock-overs! (A smile developing!) As for the medicationalisationing, only poor Harolds Haemorrhoids ointmentating actually hurt. Although the ankle looked a bit battered? But I had given it a good knock when showering, so, fair do’s. It seemed to have changed colour, and the scratch marks too? No pain or soreness, mind you? All so confusing!

It worries me when things go well, it’s unnatural!

Back to the updating of this blog.

And both door chimes rang out. Oberstgruppenfuhreress and desk-top dancer, highly desirable Warden & ILC Deana appeared in the room.

She soon sorted things out for me. The Chemist said to hand the two trays back undamaged packs back to him on the next delivery. But of course, I’d started one, so only that can one can be returned. He’s not replied to my email anyway.

She patched up the fallen curtains for me in the main room and recommended the Apollo shop in Sherwood to get my curtains from. I need some for the kitchen and front room. I’ll give them a go.

Made my mind up, bacon and beans for my nosh. The milk roll bread with it methinks, but first, I must make up a template for tomorrow. Here I go… Hehehe!

Got the meal cooking things ready to start, and checked the leaflet from Nottingham City Homes. A little confusing.

I’ve got to phone them to book an upgrade in the kitchen and bathroom? I think.

The landline flashed, it was Hristina, the lovely vampire nurse, to tell me she will be calling on Monday twixt 8>10:00hrs, bless her cotton socks. I think they’ve made it earlier this week, with the INR level being so low?

Being so tired, I couldn’t appreciate the meal as I might have, but I still gave it a 7/10 for flavour and taste. The bacon was the Iceland brand ‘Seasonally Seasoned’ streaky bacon. It was almost paper-thin but tasty enough for once. The beans and vegetarian sausages were not bad. The Sainsburys pork & pickle pies were fine, not as tasty as the Iceland ones. The milk roll loaf bread and the lemon yoghourt were gorgeous! I dropped the things in the bowel to soak, had a weak wee-wee.

I was in the arms of sweet Morpheous within minutes of getting down in the recliner. The dreams began, I woke with a start, and well miffed, at not remembering much about the dreams, just a feeling that they were good? Clobblechops! I drifted back into the land of nod, determined to get back to whatever it was I was nocturnally enjoying previously – of course, I couldn’t and failed. I’m pretty good at failing, as well!

Inchcock – the Defeated! Thursday 10th December 2020

Only the better class of young hunks to apply! Haha! ♥

Thursday 10th December 2020

Croatian: Četvrtak, 10. prosinca 2020

23:45hrs: Woke, up, balance, out-of-it mode. Made tea, Health checks and wee-wee. I was intent on getting the grafting of the template creating done today, even if I got nothing else done. There was (I thought) no deliveries, nurses or owt else coming or due today.

(It was to be my most busy day for years).

Made a brew, took the photo from the kitchen window.

Got the computer on and started to do the graphics for the templates.

A mug of tea and a wee-wee.

Stuck into the template work job, and worra job it turned out to be.

To my utter amazement, the intercom rang and lit. It was the Sainsbury order I thought I’d ordered for next week?

Got stuff in the kitchen.

Sorted and put away. Gone a bit spare on the cleaners?

Back to the template graphic-creating. Spent hours on it, not getting anywhere fast, but making progress.

Stopped and sent of yesterdays blog link email. Posted it to WordPress.

Back to the template graphic-creating.

Thought I heard a knock on the door, no bells chiming.

It was the Warfarin INR, Anticoagulation test results. Not so good this time, down to 1.5, oh dear.

Back to the template graphic-creating. (Twixt weak wee-weeing)

Sister Jane rang, to tell me I’d emailed the wrong link, I’d sent Tuesdays. We had a little chinwag. I checked and sure enough another cock-up done by yours truly! Got things sorted and changed, and added a new link to the email and replied to it to send the proper link. (I think!)

I rang Jane, and she confirmed it had got through, a long nattering session took place.

Back to the template graphic-creating. (Twixt weak wee-weeing)

Made a brew and had a wee-wee.

Back to the template graphic-creating. (Twixt weak wee-weeing) This was an eight-hour stint, and I hadn’t even got the graphics finished properly, let-alone made a start to the template creating yet!

Off to the Porcelain Throne. Rock-hard, agony, bleeding, much cleaning and medicating needed.

Back to the template graphic-creating. (Twixt weak wee-weeing) Gave up, totally done-for mentally, now.

Got the nosh prepared, intending to get the Ablutions belatedly tended to afterwards. (Sheer mental fatigue, and interruptions, meant I didn’t even get the ablutions done at all – (that’ll be interesting in the morning having to shave off two-days stubble) Huh!

I got the nosh served up and anticipated a bit of a feast. Not to be, I must have been so disorientated and tired, I found it impossible to eat much of the fodder. I scraped most of it into the bin bag and added that one to another.

Got down in the chair, with the apple in my hand, and drifted almost immediately. Woke in need of a wee-wee…

The door chimes rang out, it was the sweet lady from the chemist’s. As I heaved myself out of the recliner, I dropped the apple and knocked over the bottle of spring water. Having only the jammie bottom on, I wrapped the quilt around me to save embarrassment. In the state I was in, I could not hear a word the girl was saying, but I’m sure she wanted te medications that were sent with no lid back, but I just couldn’t be sure, and I muttered something about not feeling well, I think.

She handed me the two bags of meds. I apologised for not being with-it and thanked her.

I was really in a confused state, but I needed to check on the medications.

I must ask Dean to ring the chemist for me tomorrow, to ascertain about what was actually said, and how to get the tablets back to them.

They had sent some poo-softener, but not the Dioctyl capsules, this time they despatched Docusate Sodium medicine. Taking this medicine is going to fun with Nicodemus’s neurotransmitters, Shuddering Shoulder Shirley, and a Neuropathic leg dance in the offing while doing so. At the same time, I try to measure the liquid into the spoon to take 6 doses a day! I thought the capsules were great as well!

Another weak wee-wee, and down into the recliner, confused, mentally buggered… and the Thought-Storms began… Fed-Up!
