Another not a lot done day.

Nocturnal pouch.

Carer Richard arrived
We’ve agreed to leave the ankle & leg strappings off, to see how it goes. Richard did not put the diabetic socks
on, as I was hoping to get a shower this morning. But that didn’t happen!

Lovely morning view.
Amazing cloud and lighting.

Carer Maryham came, I thought it was for the domestic, but she helped me with getting the diabetic socks on, washing and shaving. We had a natter as we got the ablutioning done, and after getting a fresh dressing gown on, she took a photo of me.
What handsome looking best!

I got some bottles of Bladder-pleasing spring water into the front room. I’m trying to during more, as the urine in the day bag os getting darker.

A very rare event here! I microwaved a hot dog, opened a packet of low-calorie sticks, and I added a pot of orange jelly, and had an afternoon snack! Nice!

For four hours or so, nothing was done. It’s as if I had a seizure to memory blank. Nothing had been done on the blog either. No TV on, but that’s not unusual. The kettle felt cold, so I’d not made myself a brew of tea. Nothing else on the reminder notepad?
What the heck was I doing?

I tried to concentrate on blogging, even though I knew there wasn’t a cat in hell’s chance of getting caught up; I’m a day and a half behind now! Add all the cock-ups, mistakes, errors and mind-blanks that followed, and I eventually gave up. Tired, mentally weary and frustrated in the extreme!
I did, however, get the few photos taken into CorelDraw and got them in the WordPress gallery to use in the morning… at least, I hope to. I pondered over where the term cat in hell’s chance may have originated, I looked it up on Google: A footnote to a humorous poem printed in The Gentlemen’s Magazine of April 1792 perhaps gives a clue to the origin. “Charon”, it says, “has orders to deprive all cats of their claws. Whence comes that saying in hopeless cases – he has as much chance as a cat in Hell without claws”.

Got some fodder cooked, prepared, and served up.

My mood today was, erm… how do I explain it without repeating myself? Nothing went right, yet nothing went disastrously. I was already so far behind with everything, at the time I seemed to have a ‘Sod-It’ temperament. Which slowly, as the day went on, transformed into one of self-pity, self-cussing and a search for some intoxicant, to calm myself down.
Had I known what awaited me on Monday morning, (it is now Monday evening, and I’m just starting the blog for Sunday!) I may have considered suicide, if I wasn’t such a coward, it was that bad this morning… But I digress; I do that a lot, you know!) I’ll have to put less in and try to make time to catch up. I considered doing just a cartoon, a quiz, an ode, and local news on, and any photos I take? Here be the photos, a lot has been missed of (I hear a sigh of relief? Haha!)

Not a good start!

Morning kitchen view.

Off to the wet room…
ARGH!
Ablutions tackled.
The legs and feet looked better now. But both cartilage and backs of the knees were worse. Got the medicationing done. Two shaving cuts, a stubbed toe and a heck of a job getting the PPs on.

Computer on, CorelDraw for graphics.

On the third day of pouch emptying, I tried to photograph. It looked like semolina as the bubbles rose to the top. Hahaha!

Took an afternoon shot of the clouds.
As I took the first one, a crow flew into view.
By the time I adjusted Kodak Tim to get a close-up, he or she was long gone. Tsk!
The sun’s setting was earlier than ever tonight.

Yum, Yum!

Evening views.
Low shot.

Hoping for a visit next week from a summat-therapist, phenomenologist, psychotherapist, psychoanalyst or whatever. Then I can… Ah, I’ve Gorrit! A Physiotherapist is being arranged by the Rehabilitation and Falls Service. I can remember now the chap who called the other day showing concern over the state of my knees… at least, I think he did. Today was just as before, in and out of connection with reality. I worry terribly about this… then start fretting cause I can’t remember the name of the vitamins I’m told I am crucially (Not keen on that word!) short of on my last INR DVT Warfarin blood test results. Then, I forget about everything as I go into a mind blank or seizure, coming out with not a worry on my mind… until something is mentioned that starts the cycle again.
Up and down emotionally like a yo-yo.

Much better colour this morning!

Misty, no rain.

ANOTHER FOOD ORDER COCK-UP!

I cannot recall making this order for Iceland at all!
Obviously, it was me who made it, cause all my favourites were in it! Understand that this is my third food order this week! No Carer Kara to limit or check on things; she is off for two weeks on holiday. More of the regulars may be off, too. Because Carers from other establishments are calling. This tests my memory to its limits and beyond, trying to remember things that need doing on each visit. No idea if I’ve said right or wrong to the Carers; it’s frustrating. Back to the unwanted, unnecessary Iceland order…
Got the bags into the kitchen.
Lucozade treats, iced drinkie, bleach and what the heck was getting more pasta sauce in for? I’ve at least ten bottles on the shelf now! I suppose I could claim that can take the blame?
Choca-blocker fridge!
Unbelievable!
I need help with this!

Trotsky held the advantage.

The NHS sent me a new ailment warning wristband.
Any more, and I’ll run out of wrists to put them on. Hehe! Ah, well!

I found this one! Smug Mode Engaged!

THE MEAL.
A cold one.
Orange and brown sliced tomato baguettes
slathered with butterless salted butter.
Surimi slices, and sliced cold potatoes.
Gorgeous!

I think Carers Chris & Victor called today, and some unknown ones.
Sister Jane called me… or did I call her?
bled a lot and often.
.
And were busy giving me bother. But particularly painful was . I seem to be getting pains at the back of both cartilages recently. When walking or lifting either leg. Electric-like Peripheral Neuropathy pains in both ankles.
All I can say is thank heavens that I am so pain-tolerant, brave, heroic and spit & laugh in the face of pain. Hahaha!

I’m sending you tons of good karma!

Early Hours – Up Late Again

Making the late… or early morning meal, I dropped a saucepan on the kitchen floor. It took me ages to clean up the mess that I made. Accompanied by a few select curse words and name-calling to myself.

Cor, the urine bag had filled up sharpish again; It’s been doing that the day or so now.

I got my cooking hat on. Hehehe! Taking care of not having another ‘dropsies’, I added some potatoes to the veg mix, come stew. Added a jar of chunky tomato-vegetable sauce, some peas, and butter beans to the pan. Putting the last of the roast mini potatoes in as well. Stirring and tasting all the time.
Grrreat!
By gum, I enjoyed that!
Washed the pots.

I retired to the £300 second-hand shop bought in 1966. moth-eaten, bedraggled, grotty, cringingly-beige-coloured, much-dilapidated, crumb-containing from my nocturnal nibblings, bug-ridden, itch-inspiring, not working recliner… get my head down.
That was another farce. He was in good form. He really peed me off!
I got about three hours kip but woke up needing to use the Porcelain Throne.
Two extremes at the same time?

As I removed the night pouch, the urine was dark enough to concern me.

My first view shot of the day.

By the time I’d taken it, the day pouch was pretty filled again, so quickly? But a slightly better colour.

Took a second snap.

Arrived. We had a chat and laughed as the medications and jokes were shared. I took her BP before she left, and it’s all looking good!

I must try to get more slippers… maybe a few pairs if I can find some on sale at a reasonable price. Cause as sure as the Rishi’s Tories are condemned to lose the next election, go into near extinction, as they wait for the Labour masqueraders to financially cripple the nation, Legalise grass, and Nationalise the railways; I’m bound to have another escapade of fluid from the , via a burst, a leak, a strap coming undone again, or perhaps another messy  . I think I’m averaging one unanticipated   a week this month. Tumbles, faulty valves and walking into a door frame were the last three main reasons.

The next pouch emptying session, and there were so many today, was it back to dark again?

A sticky, gooey edge! Hahaha!

One of my worst ones ever.
I read on my notes that the Carer called, yet I have no recollection of the call or who it was either?
As I regained a degree of logicalness and awareness, I saw that I’d been working on CorelDraw and this blog. I found many errors in both, but I must have missed many more.

Over the next hours or so, the day pouch was emptied so many times that it seems I took photos of each one; they were on the SD card in this order;
They started (apparently) a good colour but grew grimmer at emptying time.
Fed up with this!

The clouds could be seen in the dark. The high winds maintained a presence for some time. Aircraft had been grounded – I’m not surprised at the speed at which the clouds were being driven across the night sky. It’s a wonder that they didn’t leave a contrail. Hehe!

Came & went for the rest of the night. Sort of mini-blanks.

I can easily recall taking this shot.
I think my cyber-mate, Tim, would call this photo artistic, that’s not the word, but I can’t recall it now. Ten seconds ago, it was all in my mind, ready to type it, and it went AWOL. I can only pass on any praise to, supported by sweet .

.
Just Bootiful! Thanks, Jane & Pete!

Another Mystery?

CK was unwilling to come forth, then, as he did, TT controlled the watery, almost splashing out into the Porcelain, stinky finale.

The last leftover vegetable stew was doctored with more borlotti beans and chunky vegetables.

Have a Magnificent Martian Meeting on Monday!
In May 1959, Mandell Meggendorfer, predicted Monday’s date as the day the aliens will arrive, and openly reveal all to the earths masses. It’s too late to bet now, but apparently, one German bookie was offering odds of 1 million to 1 that this would happen.
Just thought I’d mention it!

Last night must have been the worst one for me for months. It seemed to me I was waking up more times than falling asleep! Worse still, each time I woke up, I had other ailments playing up. With the over-bearing belief that it was about 04:00hrs or so, I had Violent up comings from , the bladder and bowels were both rumbling away, too. I could hardly believe it as burst from the door alarm, and in walked . It was gone 07:00hrs already! , along with the were having a go at me.
I did inform Maryham of how I felt. She then recommended to me that after she had gone, I get back to sleep. (Which I’d been trying to do all night)  But only managed a few minutes each try before waking up again. Hehehe! She made sure I had the Alert-Alarm on, telling me to use it if needed. A very sensible suggestion, gal. No idea what I looked like, but I felt properly poorly, weary, in pain, & tired out.
I was so confused, that I forgot to remind her about the new medications to take in the mornings.

The PM caller remembered and asked me if I’d had one, but I wasn’t sure or not. She checked the amount used, and decided not. So gave me one, only one a day, incidentally…
Later on, when I’d started to feel a bit better, I looked up Folic Acid; and found some interesting things it is taken to counter. ① To limit hair loss. ② To help your baby’s brain, skull and spinal cord develop properly in pregnancy. ③ As a medicine used to reduce side effects treating arthritis. ④ To treat iron deficiency &  anaemia. ⑤ We suggest that folic acid may play a role in improving the repair of peripheral neurotransmitters, nerve injury, and dying by promoting the proliferation and migration of Schwann cells, & secretion of nerve growth factors.

And all these years, they have told me there is nothing they can do to mend my dying Neurotransmitters? Peripheral Neuropathy?
No time to ponder on this now. I’ve just read the possible side-effects of Folic.
SIDE EFFECTS – ANAPHYLAXIS
Symptoms of anaphylaxis happen very quickly.
Symptoms include Swelling of your throat and tongue. Difficulty breathing or breathing very fast. Difficulty swallowing, tightness in your throat or a hoarse voice, wheezing, coughing or noisy breathing, Feeling tired or confused, feeling faint, dizzy or fainting. Skin that feels cold to the touch, blue, grey or pale skin, lips or tongue. If you have brown or black skin, this may be easier to see on the palms of your hands or soles of your feet. You may also have a rash that’s swollen, raised or itchy. Sometimes it’s not known what caused an anaphylactic reaction..
Well, that takes a lot of sinking in. I’ve got the majority of the listed side effects already!
I’m glad I looked it up now – Not. Hehe!
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

It is not one of my best-ever morning view snaps.
I tried again.

had kindly got the pads, straps, and diabetic socks from my feet. My plan was to get a shower & shave later. But I’d forgotten about the ladies from the social services who were calling on me later today, so the shower & shaving have not been done for three days now. Dirty, Boy!

I tried my best to concentrate on starting the blog… but it was not easy. had never been so vicious, loud or painful with his valve returning all wind up the tube, gullet, I mean. In fact, he was so noisy and forceful that it encouraged his partner to join in! At this very moment, I heard the access requiring hallway intercom tune playing. (I’d got my hearing aids in)
It was the ladies from the Social Prescribing & Community Support team. They arrived and introduced each other to me. Very kind ladies, with a tendency to listen to me as I answered their questions. As , and was blasting away, so loudly at times, I turned down the hearing aids volume so I could hear their voices. Roger seemed determined to try and stop me from listening, as indeed, Stuttering Stephanie tried to stop me from talking. Hehe!
The kind ladies’ names were Katarina and Belinda.
During the question and answering, I had a mini , and a few minutes later, gave way. Which I think was a good thing, for them to see what I have to go through daily? Both were very understanding and patient. I think we agreed on some actions to be taken to get me more help, but am not sure what. A possible cooker that could not catch fire, I believe was spoken about. Assistance with travelling to and from medical visits. Many other things were discussed. But seems to think it best if I cannot recall them all now. But as usual, some things stick with me, and others fade quickly. A vague help with washing and dressing lingers in the brain, but, of course, I could be wrong. Doing this ode makes me realise that my spending so much money on Grammarly saves many errors, not all of them, but I think most of them are still being made & missed by me.

The ladies departed, and I got back onto the blogging.

I put the TV on and spotted that the ‘All Quiet on the Western Front’ film was on. So I watched it for a while then I had a mug of Glengettie and dunked some of the lovely LU and Maryland cookie biscuits.
But I soon lost interest, thought back to the ladies’ visit, and wrote down the details above, which I recorded on the pad to use later on.

Arrived and gave me the Folic Acid.
Checked the taps and the cooker were not left on, for me. We had a little natter

.
Well, that was different!

I had a look at my book of favourite poems.
And, I found…
A new best one for me pleasure.

Balcony views parade! End car park…
With the least-ever mudslide!
A close-up of the almost a puddle!
The gravel footpath, into Woodthorpe Grange.
Park, that I can no longer get up to visit
my beloved tree copse on the left.
A single young man walking on the far path.

The gal from the salon arrived at the flat, and she got my toenails cut. What a relief… it also relieved me of £30!

Checked the time, and got back to working on this blog again. I felt the pouch on the left leg pulling…
Blinking Heck!
Got it emptied just in time!

Going to get a meal sorted out now.
Mayhap, I’ll get some lamb & mutton burgers…
in the oven, with some…
Pickled green tomato salad…
Eat the burgers in sliced cobs…
And, maybe a brew of Glengettie?

Back in the morning to finish this off…
I Hope!

I made a rather pathetic-looking meal. I was not really all that hungry. I was so tired & weary again, but really enjoyed the lamb & mutton burgers I made.

Washed the dishes, checked the taps and cooker were not left on, and proceeded to nod-off and wake up again all night long! Humph!

Cheers, each, Have a great day!

Not bad at all.

Kitchen view, kettle on.

Amalgamated the waste bins.
Amalgamated, I like that word. Hehe!

And.

Legs creamed.
Whoever mopped the floor last had put the mop away without washing it. So, (No cleaner this week, holidays?) I washed it and then tried to mop the floor a bit…
Part-way through. Stung, then gave way. I pulled my back as I grabbed for the handrail, and that was the end of my mopping-up session. Then, I made sure of that. Got the new PPs on. After a struggle and a little foul language

Put some thick-skinned red potatoes in the crock-pot. Plan to have these later, with the smoked haddock and some garden peas. We’ll see how it goes. My EQ is telling me it will be messy for some reason? He’s rarely wrong.

Got the diabetic socks and leg straps on.
He did a decent job of it.
I asked him to take the laundry down for me, please.

I got the computer on, hoping to update yesterday’s blog without too many complications.

The JS order that was meant for next week arrived. I am worried about my constant cock-ups!
Treats galore! The smoked haddock was the star of the delivery. I hope to follow Sister Jane and Neighbour Jenny’s instructions and make a decent meal with it.
Why did I get Pickling vinegar? What did I think I was ordering? Has , along with finally taken over my brain? I just wondered.

The fridge was near bursting point. (Wait until tomorrow?)
Topped up the Nurses & Carers Treats shelves.

The smoked Haddock pack.
The bottom of the smoked Haddock pack.
Made this above to see the instructions clearly.

Pressed on with the blogging.

Trip number two.

Taken through the balcony windows.

Pressed on with the blogging. Well... I say blogging is more like correcting grammatical mistakes and fixing my corrections later. If you see what I mean?

I was surprised later to see how the mudslide was so big. I’m sure that we had less rain today.

I got the oven heating up and consulted my notes on cooking the haddock meal before starting on it… and a problem of sorts arose! I thought I’d got a roll of Asda Kitchen Foil out, and when I opened it up to judge the size needed for the haddock bits to go into… I observed it was, indeed, called not foil, but ‘baking parchment’? One side seemed to be foil, and the other was like brown paper? Which way around am I supposed to use it to wrap the fish?
It was getting late now, but I tried ringing neighbour & friend Jenny and Sister Jane for advice on this cooking issue. But could not get through to either. So, decided to wrap it with the foil on the inside. I prepared everything and spotted a chimney fire through the window… Out came .
They were not very good attempts, were they? Tsk!

I reconcentrated on cooking the meal. The fish needed 15 minutes in the oven, the potatoes needed to be taken out of the slow cooker and sliced, and the peas in the saucepan could go onto the plate. I’d been hoping but looking forward to this nosh since the delivery arrived. I put the dishes in the sink to soak as I went along. And Wallah! Got it served!

The fish might have been a smidge undercooked, but it was good enough for me. The lemon juice and butter came through in the taste. Two minutes into the eating…
The landline burst forth.
It was neighbour Jenny ringing back, cause she missed my earlier call. I wanted to get back to the meal but quickly asked her about the Baking, not aluminium foil. She’d never heard of it before. Bless her for ringing back.
Back to the meal. Another two minutes later…
The landline burst forth.
It was Sister Jane ringing back, cause she missed my earlier call. I wanted to get back to the meal but quickly asked her about the Baking, not aluminium foil. She’s never heard of it. Then gave me instructions on how to cook the haddock. A little late, mind. Hahaha! Bless her for ringing back, too.
The meal was as good as cold when I got back to it.
Oddly, I still enjoyed it, even if not hot. Hehe!

Took this photo as I was washing the pots.

Cheerio, Folks!

04:40hrs: Woke up with a certain reluctance.
was marauding through my mind. I had the sense that he had been having a go at me all through my short sleep. Eventually, I forced myself to move, after realising that it is important for me to get the tended too early… I can’t remember why, but was sure it needed to get done. I grappled my way out of the itch-creating, bruise-giving, catheter-tube-tugging, crumb-decorated from my nocturnal nibblings, God-awfully uncomfortable, cringingly-grotty, no longer working, dirty beige recliner, anti-sleep designed, c1966, second-hand bought for £300, twelve years ago from the charity shop, and then started to remove the . Oh, dearie me! Just look at the colour!
Took the above photo, emptied the bag, and got the things ready to go to the wet room to tackle the risky duty of getting Shaving, showering, medicating and dressing done.
The was needed first. At last, a change for the better. No total control from or , although Conrad had a slight advantage.
As you can see, the shaving had the odd little cut accrued, bleeding. Hehe!
I laid out the toilet roll sheets each time I had to use them. You can see how they bled less and less around the horseshoe of them on the raised toilet seat. Pretty!
Obviously, shaving, I eventually saw the return of the Red Eye again! What with blood in the urine, now blood in the left eye again, I awaited the third bleeding session. Pondering on what would be the cause of bloodletting number three. Haha! My guesstimate would be , and or Possibly, mayhap, possible even the .
I got the shower towel on the airer racking, and the nook it off. I’d got the laundry bag nearly full. Adding the towel made it full. I must ask the Carer to take it down with them for me.
Got on the computer.

Made a brew, and took this kitchen window view of the windy morning.

arrived. I asked her to cream the papules, put on the diabetic socks, ankle and leg strapping, and take the laundry down with her. The laundry is still there. But she did a great job with the strappings for me. A lovely gal. Took the rubbish bag with her too.

I persevered with this blog. Praying that the browser does not crash again!
Then started an Ode for tomorrow. Then made some graphics for cartoons later on.

I made an early meal. Cause I was feeling suddenly so tired and weary. Shut down the computer and put the sliced bacon bits and sausages in the oven at a high temperature.
Added the meat too the tomatoes and added some sea salt. Plenty of bread to help soak up the tomatoes.
One of the best meals for a few days enjoyability-wise! 9/10 flavour rating.

Then the recent ailments returned with a vengeance. Led by , with and an in-form . I felt sorry for myself, forced myself up to wash the pots, then it was down into c1966, £300 Oxfam charity shop bought, second-hand, wincingly grotty, beige coloured, crumb-covered from my nocturnal nibblings, itch-making, uncomfortable, positively unhealthy & dangerous, no longer operational, virus-breeding, easy-to-fall-out-of, Catheter-tube-trapping, recliner. Put the new TV on, and lay there, totally unaware of what was showing on the goggle-box, trying to will away the aches and pains spiritually… which goes to show you what a clot, I am!
The coughing started again. I found a fair bit of blood on the kitchen towel I used to remove the upcoming dollops of phlegm.
At first, this was a worry, but I soon discovered it was the gums and teeth bleeding, not anything coming up from the innards. Phew!
Eventually, I relaxed a smidgeon as the coughing eased off, and the sore throat seemed to as well. The continued for hours?

I have a feeling I may have used this Fault before? Tsk! Anyway, here’s the result. Sorry if it’s been on the blog before.

.

Cheers!

Here is a quick rundown on things amiss…
No one has appeared about the telephone and alarm not working. I’m not sure if anyone has been informed yet.
.
& are both unhappy and complaining the only way they know how.
was in complete and total control of every one of the . (Three up to now)
I burnt a finger on the oven getting the potatoes out… having left them on all night. Luckily, on the low oven heat setting. I dropped several off the tray, lost my balance, bent down to pick them up and trod on a few. They almost blew up into tiny bits like soot, and the floor had to be cleaned. But the bruise on my head, when I hit it on the cupboard corner is clearing up nicely now.
Pathetically, I was too nervous to get a shower and shave. Due to fear of a tumble, trip or whatever, and having no way of summoning help now the telephone & the alarm systems are down. Most of the s I have, happen in the wet room. Showering or shaving. Tsk! Whimp!
who put the on for me; I thought he had done an excellent job. But the left one came undone, and I all but took a tumble, treading onto the flapping bit with the Teflon. Bloody good job, I didn’t cause I’d be stuck on the floor waiting until the next carer’s call! Phew! Bit of luck there!
made the second call. What a treasure. After mentioning the telephone and alarm problem to the gal, she took the machines to pieces and then rang a number she found for the supplier. Next, she looked at the batteries in each device and put new ones in the telephone, but it still didn’t work, as didn’t the alarm box. Lovely of her to care. I’d be lost without Kara & Joe-Anne. The people she rang said they would investigate the problem. So went the day up until 16:30hrs, and I’m just starting this blog. I fank You!

04:00hrs: I reluctantly semi-woke-up up and forced myself out of the £300, second-hand, decrepit, Haemorrhoid Harold-testing, sleep-deterring, nauseatingly beige-coloured, not-working, recliner, bent down to take off the . I should have read the signs of foreboding, really, with all my experience of cock-ups and . As I raised my gargantuan bellied mass up onto my poorly damaged legs, the Nocturnal Nibbling signs, gave way, and the broken pieces of the cheese curls bounced from the recliner onto the carpet as my bum and overweighted body involuntarily dropped back onto the chair cushioning, along with the TV remote control  – I have yet to discover where precisely that it landed.
I’d not done yet… oh no!
As I was taking off the pouch, guess what happened? Go on… Alright, I’ll tell yers.
A short but painful began. Enough to cause a against the metal chair wheel. I merely laughed it all off, of course. Removed the pouch and had an unsuccessful search for the TV remote control.

I hobbled into the kitchen, now intent on taking some good photographs through the kitchenette window of the early morning view on offer. As you can see, they were not particularly good.
While putting the kettle on, I realised I had not taken my mobile phone or even.
One of the sticks with me. So I returned to the front room to collect them both. It was a very sensible move to keep the mobile with me at all times while the Help Alarm was not working. I got my, but could I find the mobile phone? No!
How can all this lousy luck happen to me? That was a mammoth, obviously silly question!.
I placed the waste bags into two larger ones near the front door.
Then I started a Sherlock Holmesian investigation into where the TV remote and Nokia phone were hiding from me. Starting with the front room, naturally. An hour or so later, I’d already found the Nokia. It was in plain sight on the ottoman tray, next to the soda and tonic bottles, of which I have to drink four litres minimum a day. Theoretically, so as to assist the flow of urine from the infected bladder out into the day or nocturnal pouches. It’s not working. And, nor was my super-modern Nokia 9 Pureview Mobile, with its Android (Pie) updatability, Corning Gorilla Glass 5, Octa-Core Gold CPU, 4K@30fps, 1080p@30fps, HDR video, USB Type-C 3.1, %x12 MP. 28mm Camera, Bluetooth, Fingerprint (under display optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer, Li-Po 3320 mAh, non-removable, fast charging 18W, Quick Charge 3.0, USB Power Fast wireless charging 10W – Qi Battery mobile phone when I found it where I first looked for it, in the first place.
The photo gives it away, dunnit? Hehehe!

As with all the visits today, no doubt about it, was ruling the proceedings 100%.
The evacuation performance, I would estimate, took about a minute all in.
The cleaning up afterwards cost me nearly a whole roll of toilet paper and at least fifteen minutes of grafting to clean up each time!

This early morning shot of the balcony windows shows how cold it was today to start with, anyway.

At 09:30hrs, Carer Chris arrived and got me the leg and ankle straps. Issued the medications, had a drinkie, which I insisted upon, and shot off on his rounds.

Odeing then blogging tackled, but it was the usual error-ridden affair for several hours. Think I spent an equal amount of time correcting things.

The sun made it through suddenly, and I hastened to get my and take this shot of the end car park for your perusal. No rain today, as is shown by the lack of the mudslide.

, although I now think it should be spelt Joe-Anne, arrived in good spirits. This is when she kindly did some investigative work on the telephone problem and rang the suppliers to ask for help, for me. ♥

PM Clouds are beautiful!
.
An hour later, darker.
Half an hour later, with the sun having a last bash at getting through… Still lovely, though.

I bet you spotted this one?
Easy-peazy! Haha!

Took these as I got the potatoes in the oven.
I did spot something of interest. There seemed
to be a cloud, either rising from the ground or going down to the ground. I took a zoomed shot
Yep. it might be a chimney? I’d love to know. I’ll try to remember to have a look tomorrow.

Better get the nosh prepared now.
Taste-~Rating: 7.3/10.

Washing the pots, I took this late-night shot from the kitchenette window… leaving the hot water tap running to go cold as I did so. I cursed myself a few times and almost spat in disgust at my regular occurring tap-leaving on!

I added this one in the morning. I think I used it before but didn’t get any responses then.
I can recall them all.
Not that I could afford them often, but the Cadbury’s Neopolitan Flat Twenty were my favourites.
Followed by the Punch Bar.

Have a Great Day!

Decent colour in the nocturnal pouch!

Lighter this morning… No, it’s not, I got up late!

My right leg looked a little battered?

Waste bags sorted.

Got the new drinkie in the cupboard for the nurses and carers to pick from. Keeping a list of those given out this year. I missed someone out last year. Tsk!

Well, that was unexpected.

Lunchtime treat.

A repeat evacuation for the first time in months.

The being-done-up for six months home has a ladder moved. Mayhap the builders have returned?

Carer Benjamin at work.

Gotten Himmel, changed again.
Getting regular summonings to the Throne?

My usual photographicalisationing skill showed through again on the evening snaps of the view.I got the colly wobbles?
I tried a close-up shot.
Ahem!

Midnight bag sorting again.

03:00hrs: Good Heavens – Again!
Well, seeing the time made me stop blogging
and make the meal of the day.

Oh, by the way…
Only went down as far as know.
Well-Done…

A fine-looking feast was prepared.
It tasted foul! Not sure what I must
have got wrong, but, Eurgh!

A day of vagueness, the brain full of wanderlust.
After staying up until the early hours of the morning hours to try and make some progress on blogging. I didn’t get up until the Carer woke me.
The ablutionalisationings took me well over two hours, and I could not shower either, or even wash the usual one foot now, with the new strapping over the compression sock, and on the masses of compression bandages on top of the woolly wrapping, I’m beginning to smell I think?
The day buzzed by, and no blogging was done at all.
And I nearly had a tumble and fall.
So forgive this catch-up for being small…
It’s Monday night now, as I type and scrawl,
Will I get any sleep at all?

Straps and diabetic socks on the left…
both legs…
& ,
in both…
crippling .

Views from the balcony.
The Tree Copse, can no longer visit, sadly.
The mud-slide dwindling.
Straight ahead. Gloom!

But in the afternoon…
The cloudless sky did look wonderful.

Evening Nosh Preperationing…
Sorting out the dodgy Asda potatoes.
Then I cheered exponentially
(Is that the right word?).
Yes, I looked it up!
Flavour Rating: 7/10 – Decent nosh.

I felt I was just about to nod off, and a mob of,
happy-go-lucky, pot-smoking yobboes in the
bottom field got the Reggae music going.
Bless them!
