04:30hrs: I can’t tell you I woke up cause I never got to sleep! Because I had   For all night long! I was forever getting up to stretch the calves, massage them and dollop on and rub in the Phorpain Gel. MedPhorpain
And take painkillers. I meandered into the kitchen to get the kettle on for a mug of Glengettie tea. I took these photos from the window; in two different settings, and the second came out much better than the first one did. But can I remember which settings?
Made a brew of the Glengettie, left the bag to marinate well, and I sorted out the waste bin bags. Had a wee-wee and cleaned and disinfected the NWWB (Nocturnal-Wee-Wee-Bucket)
To the computer with the tasty strong mug of black tea and photographed the calves; they were coming down, the carves were easing off now. As long as I do not spend too much time inactive, I hope they will stop twisting my legs. I can’t understand why they played up so much last night and just didn’t stop for about nine hours? However, they seem to have had a calming effect on the able ulcer; I could hardly see it this morning. Hey-Ho!
Finished the tea… ah, now that might be a possible reason for the bad Cramps. I’d run out of Glengettie teabags and not had any for a day or two until they were delivered yesterday. And had drunk a number of mugs last night? But I’ve never heard of that before? I’ll look it up later.

I’ll get the Health Checks done. hopefully, the results will again be in the Amber Zone? We shall soon find out…

Back up again!

Still, it’s better than Wednesdays!

I set to getting the Thursday post done, and after half an hour, I could feel the cramps building up in the calves again. So, I had a walk around and did some stretching exercises, which seemed to work for me.
Which reminded me to have a look on the web for tea and cramps. Back in a while…

Carbonated drinks, caffeine, and aerated drinks should also be avoided during menstrual days because they have high levels of sugar in them, which can cause inflammation and make the cramps more severe.

No mention of tea there, then?
I started reading another page, and it said: 13 more ways to stop period cramps. I moved on…
I altered my queries to “What to drink when legs are cramping?”
Black tea is safe to drink. When he switched to plain black tea, the symptoms disappeared within a week. The scientist who reported this case pointed out that the flavouring in Earl Grey tea is bergamot oil, which can block the movement of potassium in muscles. This can lead to muscle cramps and twitches.
Well, Glengettie is black tea. So that should be safe, then.

Came in. She looked very tired, but I bored her with tales of my past Whoopsiedangleplops, which brought some smiles. She got the medications handed out.  A can of the new Carer’s treat I got from Asda. Rum & Cola, with strawberry. And a choccy bar in thanks. Took the waste bag with her as she departed! I thank you!

I was making another brew of Glengettie, and Esther came in.
she called int ogive me the change from the overpayment.

I’m going to get the ablutions done now… then get something to eat, and try to get caught up with some sleep… Pleeease! Sweet Morpheus!

I got sidetracked when I saw the wonderful evening sky from the kitchen window and decided they would be worth photographicalisationing.
The hue was so different. Bootiful!

I stripped and put the clobber in the laundry basket, well, bag.

I got into the bathroom, and the ablutioning went well, other than two things.

❶ I managed to get several nicks shaving, and they were a devil to stop bleeding. (Possible Warfarin INR level low?)
❷ After it all was washed and medicated and dried... I did feel like l a fool… I came out and put trousers and day-wear on to go to sleep in!. So I had to changed back into the jammies! Tsk!

🍽️ I got the meal sorted out.
That veggie minced beef & onion pie was gorgeous tasting! Brilliant vegan pastry.
Potatoes, tomatoes, and a pot of the soya lemon yoghourt. My regulation issue of BBQ sauce added, of course.
A well-worthy 8.2/10 for Taste-Rating.
As I got into the aged, grotty-looking c1966 made, charity-shop-bought, horribly beige-coloured, £300, Harold’s Haemorrhoid-testing, non-operational, acne-giving, virus-breeding, rickety, easy-to-fall-out-of recliner, I think I felt the start of a visit from ! I offered a prayer to anyone or thing interested, not to have another agony-ridden sleepless night.
Then thought it wise, to massage the legs.
Dolloped some Phorpain gel and rubbed it in well, and I took two paracetamol. Got back down again.
I’ve no idea if it really helped, but by Jimminee – once I got to sleep, I had the longest unbroken kip I’ve managed for years! (This should not be surprising, I suppose, considering last night’s total absence of sleep?) Damned nearly 8 hours before I woke up!
Sleep at last! Grrreat!.

Inchcock Today: Wednesday November 2nd, 2022

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

I bounded out of the recliner, did some skipping, touching-toes, and a few press-ups, and went onto the balcony for the hip hinges and Tai-Chee exercises. I yodelled as was worked the weights. I gave out a loud “Whoop!” as I made a perfect double-flip-over loop.
NokiaI grabbed my Nokia G400, Android 13, 5G, 128GB, 6GB RAM, Glass front (Gorilla Glass 3.45), aluminium framed, Nano-SIM, GPS, GALILEO, microSDXC (dedicated slot), LED flash, HDR, panorama, FM radio, Type-C 2.0, USB. With On-The-Go Features; Sensors Fingerprint (side & rear-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and barometer. Li-Po 5000 mAh, non-removable. Charging Fast charging 20W – Power Delivery 3.0, N1530DL £345.25 mobile phone, and rang King Charles to see how he was going on and asked if he needed anyone else topping… Hahaha!
02:30hrs: Then I woke up, belched and got the taste of the cheesy potatoes I had last night come up my throat, and I took a swig of Tonic Water I’d flavoured with Roses lime juice – the two tastes did not go well together. But they blended together enough for me to get out of the £300, used, second-hand shop bought nine years ago, c1966, discomfiting, alarmingly Karki-beige coloured, crumb containing, TV remote hiding, not working recliner, on a mission to get myself a good string mug of tea, Glengettie perhaps, to rid my mouth and tongue of the terrible taste.
I caught my balance and was feeling in better shape than of late. Of course, that was corporeal.

Mentally I was a wreck; Thoughts wandered into my mind at will, no chance of me sorting out any that may need attention or were important though… The need for the Porcelain Throne arose. Yesterday morning the evacuation was rock solid torpedo style – knowing my cunning innards have the ability to alternate twixt brick-like torpedoes and slimy-sludge on each visit, I anticipated that Trotsky Terence would be in charge this morning. How wrong I was!
I sat there on the Throne and had to force things along painfully. I had the hearing aids in, so heard a rare plop every now and then as another one of the pebble-sized products was pressured-free, and it was like this for ages!
What made it more frustrating was that I’d left the crossword book in the three-wheeled walker trolley from yesterday! The cracks in the wet room ceiling seem to have reduced? I could only see 21 today? I’m sure there were 34 yesterday?
It must have been a good ten minutes or more before the last of the dark brown hazelnut-shaped turds was pressured into evacuating! What a relief I felt! But not for long; as I got up to clean things, I felt poor warm blood running down my inner thighs. I cleaned things up and gently applied some Germoloid ointment onto the pained area at the rear! Real Relief!
Had a stand-up wash.
I had a farce with trying to put in the Chloramphenicol antibiotic eye drops. More went down the cheek, in the nose and mouth than ever got close to the eyes! I got dressed and took a Senna tablet, just the one, to try to ease the concrete rear-end passengers’ trip to freedom on the next visit.

This could prove to be a mistake if Trotsky Terence makes a comeback on my next visit to the Porcelain Throne?
To the kitchen to make a brew of tea. This time it will be a tasty Thompson’s Punjana The kettle was put on.
I took this shot of the car park below from the kitchenette window. It was drizzling with rain at the time, but I’m blown if I can see any in this rather decent picture? To the balcony…
Where I spotted the rain-induced mudslide from the nearby Woodthorpe Grange Park, had made another entrance into the end car park.
I think there is a drain under the water, but obviously, it isn’t coping very well when we get a rainstorm. The people taking the dogs for a walk and crap go via this route, coming and going… I’ve forgotten why I said this now! Dementia Doreen! I can say this now the Doctor’s confirmed my latest ailment. Hehehe!

Sounded, and in came . I had forgotten to unlock the front door again! apart from giving me a sideways glance and tutting as he came in, he was fine about it. Haha!
What a great Carer Ricard is. As we got into the room, he produced a list in an envelope of all my medications and how much and when they are given. Worra, great chap! I thanked him profusely and pulled out the pink gins I got for him yesterday at Lidl’s. That was a marvellous thing to do for me; another worry over the trip to the hospital was now sorted! Merci Mon Ami, Richard!
I fear he was over-yawning again. But this didn’t stop us from having a little natter and laugh after he gave me the medications.
After he’s left, taking the waste bags with him, I found a bag with some bottled water, a rice meal and chilli in it – it was for Richard! Thanks again, Doreen!

Back to the computer. This time, thanks to Jenny, I was expecting it. Yet an hour or so later, it came back on? And seemed a little quicker. But an hour later, it was back to slow coaching. We’ll see if it goes off again… if they are upgrading, it must surely go off again? Or the upgrading has failed… hard to believe from Liberty Global Virgin Media, Hahaha!

So, I got a meal made up. It looked good, and most of it was fine. Those gorgeous Frikadellens tasted superb!
The tomatoes were just grand and sweet flavoured, both yellow and red ones.
The Lidl Parmesan potatoes, let it down. They were so tasteless! But looked and smelt good? Taste: 6/10.

GC sleepSat down to wait for the Carer to arrive . And that was it until the Evening arrived, and I got a rude awakening stirring me back to life when the chimed from the power box in front of me, forcing a Shake, Rattle & Roll in surprise, and I all but fell out of the recliner!
The lad Jozeph looked so weary and tired, he’s even caught the yawning bug from Richard – both hard-working Carers. It looked so odd when yawned with his facemask on. Hehehe!
I tried to cheer him up. He got the medications sorted. He even cleaned the Pentax measure-dose pot for me and returned it to the carer’s desk. Had to push him to select a can of pop in thanks. Walked to the door to lock it, and he took the waste bags to the shoot with him.

GC sleepI thought I’d try the computer again to see if it was reconnected yet, to update this blog. But my body and mind had other ideas for me… I again!
And I stayed there for hours. But it was an often broken sleep, interspersed with weird dreams. Short odd senseless ones and I woke up after each one. At least, it felt like I did, to lay there trying to fathom out what it was all about, then drift off and have another dream that was short and unfathomable to me. Repetition is the word needed here.

PART RECOLLECTIONS OF THE FIRST DREAM

I dreamt I was an auctioneer...
Folks were bidding to buy gunpowder?
But I knew it was only chowder flour?
Some as they ran to their helicopter…
Said, “Aha, we’ll blow up another tower!”
A policeman I.D.’d himself, a CID inspector…
He asked them to reconsider…
Cause there had no M.O.T. for their copter…
This dream couldn’t have been gimpier!

Tue/Wed 30-31st August 2022: Diary

Starting with a Funny that tickled me!
It just tickled me!
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

03:30hrs: Wee-wee searched for reading glasses. Struggled to get some WP comments answered.
Trotsky is in charge again, all over in seconds, but not so messy.
A few little cuts shaving, one half-hearted toe stubbing. Sorted bags. And onto the computer to update yesterday’s blog. Picture of meal missing? then…

Lost without the internet,,, So pottered about in the kitchen, sorting the cupboards out… well, moving stuff about, I wanted to check use-by dates, of course, I couldn’t read them thanks to the internet still off, so…

.

I went to get the Boots sphygmomanometer and found the reading glasses… I could so easily have broken them. I kicked them along the carpet. I must have dropped them off during the night from the recliner. Tsk!
Ah, well, all well with them.
The blood pressure was in the red, but only the lower reds,
SYS 150, DIA 79, Pulse 70 0r 78, I can’t make the number out, Humph! Cataract Cathy!
Body temperature was 33.5°f, okay.

Then I tried the computer again,
I spent hours getting nowhere; well, I did get somewhere – in a muddle!
I feared he was going to fall asleep, the poor thing was musical yawning, and I wonder how his teeth didn’t fall out… oh, no, he doesn’t wear them at work, I’ve forgotten why. Hehe!
I seem to have scribbled on the notepad; ‘Snabbled our BG?’ I bet my cyber mate, Billum, could work out what it was I meant to write. Hang on, I’ll take a photo of it, so he can peruse it for me; if he doesn’t mind, sorry to keep you waiting.
I’m back.
I tried the internet again, thanks to Mr Fries, it was on again! For about ten minutes, then:

The Morrison food farce arrived.
Leaking bangs where the ice pack had broken, ready bruised bananas again!
And the bloke wasn’t too keen on bringing them up to the flat.
Service seems to be a thing of the past nowadays.
He did bring them up eventually,
Got the things away and back on the computer quick before it goes off again. Fries the shady one full of smoke, contempt and lies!
Certainly earning his money is Liberty-Global, Virgin Media money-man Fries. His smoke and mirrors, thaumaturgy, and number-crunching in other parts of Liberty-Global must surely be paying his wages. For he is sadly lacking in knowing anything about customer satisfaction or how to run an internet providing service… service? Hah!

I got some progress done on the Snippets blog and had to stop and sit down… well, make a meal first, of course.
,
Got into the right state of affairs, getting the meal sorted out and served up. ① Spilt a load of raw pod peas on the floor! ② Burnt a finger getting the cheese pastie from the oven.③ Not only dropped a sliced cob on the floor,④ I trod on it as well! Just to round things off, ⑤ Forgot to take a knife & fork with me and had to return to get them from the kitchen. Naturally, in a bit of haste, I cut myself on the knife, grabbing it quickly from the holder. Some good came of the travesties, though; The meal was great, even if not as hot as I would have liked. Hahaha! Taste Rating: 8.3/10.
Plus, the joy of falling asleep!

I must have had a decent kip cause the next thing I remember was two carers in the room pottering around. A none buzzer-presser. That Or I didn’t hear it or, of course. Sam and Joanne, I think it was. Tablet issued. We did have a little natter, but what about is beyond me. Treats were chosen, and I went to the door with them to lock it.
Back to the front room, thinking I’d better make a brew, then get some computing done on the blog.
But No!,
I did get some p[hotographicalisationg done from the kitchenette window.
The beauty of the sun setting, I could not resist taking,
The first one to my right,
The second one is straight ahead,
and the third slightly to the right.
Bootiful.
Then got the pots washed up and had a wee-wee; not have many of those today; what a nice change. Then I stubbed my toe, not a bad one!
A gorgeous night out there.
My plan for getting caught up on the blogging was abandoned – in favour of getting back to sleep,
Which I did rapidly, back into another dream-filled kip for two hours or so. Then needing another wee-wee, then feeling guilty for not doing the blog, it was back in the recliner again for even more time with Sweet Morpheus. So annoying that I could not recall what the dreams entailed.

Starting with possibly the worst ever…
Ode wot I’ve ever wrote!

Sorry!

Now Today’s Funny Cartoon

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

I got up in the morning in need of painkillers and a wee-wee, Both of which were taken.

Coming out of the wet room after Cleaning the NWWB (Nocturnal-Wee-Wee-Bucket), the most fantastic view coming through the kitchenette window almost took my breath away. How the sun or moon was getting through at this time of day remains a mystery. (although I had no idea what time it was, Hehe) I had a few minutes of pareidolia pleasure. Back in the £300 second-hand, c1968, charity shop-bought, eyesorely-horrendously grungy coloured, Harold Haemorrhoid-testing, easily-falloutable from, unfit-for-use, not working, recliner.

But, Sweet Morpheus was not interested. After a few curse words, I again rose from the depth of the dusty chair and immediately got on with updating this blog… well, no, starting this blog template! After a few hours of failures, mistakes and getting all worked up and agitated, followed by Anne Gyna kicked off, and she had not stopped all day. Even now, 20 hrs later, she’s still at it, and I’ve used all the Peptac medicine! Again. Then, the worst thing that could have given me more grief happened…

Right pee’d off, Which didn’t help Anne Gyna a bit! The Peripheral Neuropathy ailments were on and off all day as well. The little fingers… Oh, I don’t think I’ve mentioned it yet. Now the left little digit has joined the right one in trying to wrap themselves around the other fingers. No pain with it! But try typing when the bambino’s fingers are sticking out or in all the time. It takes me so long to get anything done; the eyes are getting worse. And try picking your nose with wayward do-as-they-like digits… I got one stuck up my nose earlier, and then one nearly poked myself in the eye! Cooking and making tea can be a challenge, but the most annoying is the computer keyboard. With the Nicodemus’ Neurotransmitters going offline at any time, one cannot feel a sense of touch when they do. So no doubt the CorelDraw problems could be due to this? It got much worse late when joined in the attack! Moan over!

I gave up on the computer, and the were tackled. The Boots Sphygmomanometer, which was manufactured by, ZDEAC (Zhongshan Daguan Electrical Appliance Company Ltd) in Guangdong, China, was utilised.
SYS 150, DIA 67, Pulse 67, and temperature at 33.4°f. Which I thought was pretty fair.
But the NHS site I put the figures in, still had me in the red zone again. Still, it was only just in it. I was more concerned with getting the blog done than with these results. As soon as the BP was done, I got onto the computer and rebooted it. Guess what? Fries strikes yet again!

You know, how some people really get to you? It used to be Tony Blair with me years ago… but not now. Now it’s Mr Fires of Liberty-Global, who convinced his bosses to pay $15 billion to buy out Virgin Media from Mr Branson. There have been glitches and or internet cut-outs every single week since, for years. How does the man keep his job?
I suppose his knowledge of what the smoke and mirrors, money-manipulating Liberty-Global have been up to with all their financial figure-shuffling and chicanery is stopping them from getting rid of him? I read in the financial press that apart f
rom the £24m salary, he gets shares in the company and an expense account. Of course, it doesn’t bother me in the least.

Carer (Yawner) Richard arrived. We had a quick natter after he’d done the medications. I forgot to tell him I was short om the Peptac medicine, Humph! The lad is so tired of a morning, and this morning he had to shoot off early: he’d got another call added on again. Bless him, a nice lad.
I forgot to mention, earlier, the sky had changed dramatically, and while pottering about, I took these rather astounding photos, well, no. The view I took the photographs of was the astounding thing about it.
I can’t remember when I took them no.

The intercom went off while I was in the kitchen, so I heard it. Went to investigate, and it was an Amazon delivery man. When he asked if I was coming down to collect it, his tone of voice and attitude left me in no doubt he was never going to bring it up! Git!
So, I had to get the slippers on, a time-consuming job in my condition and went to the door to go down. And Carol was approaching the door with the package. Now that was really kind of her. ♥

At last, Liberty-Global, Virgin Media, Fries, internet came back on. I’d been doing some word collation while I was waiting,

The landline flashed into life it was Jillie Cartwright; bless her. We had a natter, but I could not hear everything the gal said. I think, nae, hope, she’s popping in to see me tomorrow. ♥

I spent the next six hours on this blog and was shattered. All the usual time-costing cock-ups! And by 02:00hrs in the morning, I am still working on it! But had to give up when the evening carers called. The gals did me, selected their treats, and I got on with doing more of this blog… for another four hours!

Had to stop around 05:00hrs, try to get this done and posted and get something to eat before the Carer called.

The photos I took of the sunset tonight, I’ll try to get them in tomorrow’s blog. But it’s the diabetes meeting, and I have to… Oh, you fool Inchcock – it’s Thursday now, not Friday! Oh, dear!

Inchcock Today: Sunday 5th June 2022 – With Odeing

ODE OF THE DAY

SPOTTY-FACED TOO!

ODE TO LIFE

I’m searching to find actuality…
But combining this with reality…
It is not easy or of practicability,
Doreen Dementia lurks sinisterly…
Stopping the brain working correctly…
Wrong thoughts and memories run freely…
Confusion is rampant, daily… hourly!

But, no point in acting sourly…
It’ll only make me act more dourly,
I must avoid existing dismally…
I used to act so enthusiastically?

I still can, but guilt comes dreadfully…
Forcing thoughts unsympathetically…
This is not me, the old me anyway…
I’ve never been so irascible and broody,
I wish these fears would just go away…

_____________________________________

Sunday 5th June 2022

04:35hrs: I woke; I had a feel around for aches and pains and stretched some limbs, but could not get rid of a feeling that something was wrong? Had I forgotten something? It may have been there being no moist area in the crevices? This means no bleeding from Harold’s Haemorrhoids or Little Inches Fungal Lesion… Good news, though!

I forced my elephantine sized stomached body up onto my feet. Caught my balance easy enough, grabbed metal Micky and hobbled to the wet room in reply to urgent messages from the intestines for the Porcelain Throne to be utilised.

Trotsky Terence kicked off with a splattering noise when my bottom hit the plastic seat; in seconds, all done! Stinky, almost liquid and for the first time ever – the evacuated product lay the steaming… in three distinctly different shades of brown? Very pale, a khaki and almost black sections floated around together? Another mammoth job of cleaning up required, which, while being done, was accompanied by some threatening gurglings and stabbing pains from the innards! Mmm?

I finished the cleaning and sanitising, made up a waste bag, and started prepping to do Josie’s mead. I sliced some mushrooms, chestnuts, onions, and then tomatoes. I got the seasoning and puree added in.

I took shots of the morning view while it was still dark.

The houses in Sherwood, and then one of the car parks on Chestnut Way, opposite my treasured Woodthorpe Court block of flats, from the kitchenette window.

The colours of the vehicles were limited. Grey or silver, black or white, and a red one.

I got on with doing the Ode and updating the Saturday blog.

2: Same again, almost exactly, but less content. More cleaning up is to be done. Tsk! Trotsky is enjoying himself today?

The Carer arrived, a little tense, I thought (Not uptight or anything, just tired, bless her). So I got my charms working to cheer her up as best I could. She came out a little, which I was pleased with. Kiyer, her name, I think. Nibbles were supplied in thanks, and she took the waste bag with her to the chute.

Made a start on today’s template, then finished Saturday’s book and sent it to WordPress. Emailed the link.

At this stage, it dawned on what the odd feeling was when I woke up. I didn’t need a weewee! That was about 4½ hours ago, and I still haven’t needed one?

The sphygmomanometer was utilised to get the Blood Pressure readings. Another set of reasonable returns for today, as it has been for three days on the trot now! SYS 148. DIA 70 and the Pulse had gone up smidgeon to 91bpm.

My Chinese (Hong Kong) made Shenzhen Relee Electronic & Technology Co. Ltd™, contactless thermometer, showed an increase to 34.6°c. I think that’s a good sign. Much better than of late…

Off to check on Josie’s chilli meal. All looked and tasted good when I had a spoonful.

Aha! A weewee is needed at last. But it’s a false alarm; nothing came out at all?

Got some blog creating started at last on this one. Then had to stop to concentrate on getting Josie’s meal sorted out. Back in a bit…

Made the chill-con-carne into two meals, one in a tub for Josie to have later on or tomorrow and the porcelain bowl for today. Added a few treats to the tray and took it dead on time as arranged to Josie’s door.

I pressed her bell but got no answer. Oh, dear, have I got it wrong again? Perhaps she’s told me she’s going out today and not wanting a meal? Or is she poorly inside the apartment? A bit of panic overcame me! I went back into the flat to ponder what to do…

I almost dropped the food tray; my mind was in a bit of a pickle. Thank heavens I didn’t, though. As I put the tray down inside the door and turned to close it, I espied Josie’s door opening…

I was well pleased to see she was alright when I asked her, she said, ‘I was on the phone with my sister’. If only the poor gal could remember that I always deliver her meal at 12:00hrs on a Sunday, or maybe even ask her Sister to ring at a different time? Or tell me she wants the meal at another time in future? I went through a few minutes of anguish, not knowing if she was alright or not and what could I do about it? Still, she couldn’t help it, and she was okay. So nevermind.

I got my nosh done and served it on the tray. BBQ rice and two veggie sausages, with a banana to follow. Nice enough. Taste rating 7.2/10

After eating the rice and bangers, I put on a Dr Who DVD, and I promptly nodded off. Of course, within minutes, I jumped back into life, as is usual for me nowadays. And I felt like I could manage something else to eat. I took the ray knife and porcelain bowl into the kitchen and soaked them in the washing up bowl. At first, I thought, aha, I’ll have some cornflakes, checked to see if there was enough milk to use, and remembered about the NoBull ice cream in the freezer. I opted to have that instead. I polished it all off, and boy, it was so tasty too! Took the tray back to the sink and washed it with the other stuff in the bowl.

Carer Kiya arrived and got me sorted out, taking the waste bag with her.

Now a new thought arrived. I’ll have to find out where I bought the vegetarian ice cream and get some more ordered; it was that good! I checked on the J Sainsbury order coming tomorrow but could not find any vegetarian ice cream at all. So, I had a look at the Iceland site. Ah, there it was, and on offer as well! I had to spend a minimum of £40, but that’s no problem for a shopaholic like me. Hehehe! Veggie burgers, treats for the carers, cheese & onion pasties, strawberries, tomatoes, mushrooms, butter, BO spray, spring water, chips, and, of course, the NoMoo ice cream!

Good heavens, Herbert’s did a bit of clanging about just now, and it’s nearly midnight. Humph!

I’ve just realised I’ve only had two weewees all day?

I’ll get this finished off and posted.

See’s ya later!
