The proliferative lifestyle of this money-manipulating, smoke & mirrors man, appropriating financial growth,  number-crunching for Liberty-Global oligarch, shows how cunning and clever he is.
I believe there is some hocus-pocus in his getting in bed with not only buying out Virgin Media and destroying its previously good reputation; He is now involving Liberty-Global, on paper, deceptively, deftly, deliberately, maybe disingenuously, financial links with other internet companies in Europe and the UK..
① Acquiring 1,335 million shares in Vodafone Group PLC.
② BT’s, EE will provide wholesale mobile network services to Virgin Mobile for an undisclosed price. Ironically, parent company Virgin Media, owned by Liberty Global, is the biggest competitor to BT in the provision of broadband in the UK.
③ Switzerlands Sunrise Internet. ④ SUNRISE TV & Internet & Phone Services. Liberty Global & Telefonica have agreed to merge their British businesses in a $38 billion deal that will create a powerhouse. ⑥ All3Media: Liberty-Global a 50% ownership. ⑦ Platforma Canal+ (Poland) (17% ownership).
⑧ Telenet (Belgium) (58% ownership).
⑨ UPC Broadband. ⑩ Liberty acquired Germanys Unitymedia in November 2009 for $5.2 billion. ⑪ Global announced its acquisition of Cable & Wireless Communications. The $5.3 billion deal expanded Liberty Global’s presence into the Caribbean & greater Latin America. ⑫ They also owned a 49% stake in the majority state-owned Trinidadian telco, TSTT. ⑬
In May 2018, Liberty Global announced the sale of its operations in Germany, Hungary, Romania and the Czech Republic to Vodafone for €19 billion ($22.7 billion). The sale closed for $21.3 billion in July 2019. All of these operations, formerly named UPC (Unitymedia in Germany), were since rebranded to Vodafone. ⑭ In June 2015, Vodafone confirmed talks with Liberty Global focused on potential partnerships, but denied that a full merger was in the works. ⑮ Liberty Global invested in Guavus, a data analytics company, in September 2015. ⑯ Liberty Global announced a partnership with Amazon Prime Video. ⑰ VodafoneZiggo (50% ownership), ⑱ Vodafone Netherlands.

Oligarchs paradise!

Its respective legal names are Liberty Global Plc, Liberty Global B.V. and Liberty Global, Inc., with the first of these being publicly traded. It was formed in 2005 by the merger of the international arm of Liberty Media (in turn, a spin-off of American cable television group TCI) and UnitedGlobalCom (UGC). Liberty Global had an annual revenue of $11.5 billion in 2019, with operations in six countries and 20,600 employees. It has 10.8 million cable service subscribers, or 25.3 million revenue generation units (RGU), combining video, and internet.
All this, and they still can’t get a signal that’s anything like sustainable, to me in Nottingham?
And the face & cheek to put advertisements like this on the TV?
I had to write these detail – Pure Jealously, you see!
Hehehe!

I didn’t get to bed until 06:00hrs. 23.5 hours after getting up, yesterday. Carer Chris woketh me around 08:30 hours. I didn’t move out of the £300, bought eight years ago from the second-hand shop, Harold Haemorrhoid testing, repugnantly beige-coloured, crumb containing, virus-breeding, acne-giving, rickety, none-working recliner during the visit, and until about 11:00hrs on the second Carer call from Christopher.
Nodded off again until around about 11:00hrs.

Carer Kara called in for a minute, to check on how things went yesterday at the bank. She had to rush off, but it was a wonderful gesture to pop in to check on things. Restore one’s faith! Thank s to you, Carer Kara. ♥ Cheered me up that did.

For some reason, the flat seemed very lonely as I responded to the need for the . No doubt about it, that was still in charge of the innards.
But things did move quicker this morning. Seems I’ve acquired a habit of painfully passing to medium torpedos daily? Not so much bleeding today, either.

After the ‘passing’, I started suffering with and in unison.

Grossly unfortunate with the timing. I was ‘cleaning the rear end’. So lots of ‘bits’ of toilet paper scattered about all over the place. I waited until things started to die down jerks and shakes-wise, and stretched won to get at some that had gone behind the WC – and gave myself yet another damned on the seat leg. Same bleeding toe as I did yesterday as well. Naturally, I just laughed it off and cheerfully carried on collecting the bits of cheap toilet paper from the floor.
A really lucky water hauling session from the kitchen to the wet room to refill the W.C. tank; I reported to Nottingham City Homes maintenance 3 months ago. Apart from the toe, I could not understand why was so kind to me. Then it dawned on me, I think. I was fetching the water a good six hours later in the day than usual.

Were belatedly carried out.

I got on the computer to update yesterday’s blog, and… It had to happen, of course. or else whatever would I do with no Mr Fires and Liberty-Global oligarchs to hate?
Then it got maddening!
It was off for about ten minutes, then back on…
This time it was down for ages.

I took this photo while cursing,  swearing and waiting for the reset box to work again.
Twenty minutes or so later, it came back on.
I started to do some comment answers.
Two minutes, if that, the bloody thing died another death!.

SWINE!

The Carer arrived, Chris again, and he got the cataract drops in the eye, and medications given.

Aha, the Oligarchs allowed me an internet service again.
This time for fifteen minutes. But I sickeningly lost the work I was in the middle off when it...
ARGH!

I’d just about caught up with redoing the CorelDraw work lost, I’m not sure, 20 minutes or so…

Now I was getting pissed off and depressed, and sorry for myself. I was not coming back of its own accord this time.
So everything turned off without a chance to save it AGAIN!
Turned off the box, unplugged it gave it ten minutes and tried again… booted up the computer, but no go!

I can’t find the expletives I need to describe how I felt!

I gave up and got the meal started. Nowt special, a can of veg soup, the last of the Borscht, added some liquid smoke and the last of the leeks… well, leek. Got some spuds cubes in the oven to roast, and returned to find the internet signal back on. Oh, joy! Naturally tempered.

Car parking for Billum at The Manor Laboratories.

I missed this one, sorry. Took it earlier in the morning.

These were taken over a period of time of the wonderful moon out there.

Changing colours over the 15 minutes or so.

Made the meal, tons of it and took a photo of the tray.
The photo was not on the SD card on Saturday. Huh!
Just one of the many mysteries of Woodthorpe Court, with the ghosts, wraiths, spectres, cacodaemons, apparitions, and other grotesqueries that haunt the hallways and lobbies, searching for Inchie to curse with bad luck, create ambiguities, abstrucities, perplexities, misfortunes and botherations, to scare. worry and confuse me! Cataract Kathie, Neuropathy Pete and Doreen Dementia are the main culprits. There are others, of course!

Yet another day, busier than ever. This will be a condensed version comment-wise, I’m sorry. So many extraneous, unexpected, confusing situations that needed attention.
Good old Liberty Global-Virgin Media let me down so many times again, perfectly timed to lose the work I was doing on almost every occasion… Hours lost in the day, repeating actions that had already been done.
Carer arrived to help with the banking and paperwork sorting, I hour, bless him. Lift arranging was farcical and time-consuming… but more irritatingly, still not sorted. Grrr!
Domestic Carer Denise helped out, but of course, I can’t find stuff now. Hehehe! Nice lady. Easy-Link rang; they can do the Bank run after all – this got my confusion glowing, and I am not sure what’s what about this or the Hospital run next Tuesday. I changed the calendar date and times, but deleted the wrong one and have no idea what the timing was on the hospital run. Rand EasyLink to check, but they had closed for the day.

The first evacuation visit was reminiscent of the H-Bomb! The second one, a , a complete reversal.

As for the flourish of , I’ve never had so many in a day in my life! Still, no Falls or tumbles today – I didn’t have time really to fit any in. Haha!
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Feet and urine were nearly the same colour this morning.
This may not seem it to you, but I have protanopia.

Usual early activities.

Remembered the underarm cream.

Waste bags collated.

Now, one mug of tea is permitted. But I can have as many decaffeinated ones as I like.
No chance – decaf tastes horrible!

View from the computer chair.

Got on the computer to check the comments and see if WordPress will allow me to reply to them today… and…

Carer arrived. Can’t recall much about it, I was livid with hatred for the $26.4 salaried, with guaranteed bonuses and an open expense account, Mr Fries of Liberty-Global; who still can’t get his overpriced, pathetic Virgin Media internet service working. Just Jealously, of course!

Domestic arrived, then another Carer.
Back onto the computer…

Had to do the whole-hog procedure to get Smoke & Mirrors. money manipulator Mr Fries, utter-crap service back on. Save what the computer allowed me to – box off, plug out, waited the five minutes as instructed – computer off, then rebooted, and reset the router box, and waited…
Waited some more…
Emptied the catheter bag.
Waited some more…
Aha, it came back online; Well done to number-crunching, artful deception, flimflam, and hokum expert Fries!

Denise arrived as the Carer was about to tend to the eye drops for me. My mind of all over the place, and multiple mind meanderings started: Got to sort the time out for the hospital lifts… started swinging, joining in with … I must phone and cancel the taxi for tomorrow… the Carer didn’t say if he was escorting me or not… no problem if not, now that could do me. But, I am a little nervous when using cash machines. I must thank Kara for helping… was affecting my concentration… Eventually, the flat cleared, and the computerisationing was once again tackled.

But only for half an hour or so. Then…
.

After two hours of blogging, mind you, many mistakes were made. Hard to believe I know, but…
.

Not for so long this time.

.
Had to get some more of the Soda water from the kitchen and stocked up the ottoman tray with some.

Packed-up trying to get any blogging done. Why? See below!
.
ARGH!

Got a meal made-up in a short time. Sweet & sour rice, done in the microwave. Added a can of garden peas to it in the saucepan, & added extra Sweet & Sour sauce.
.
Two bread rolls. Two mini-pots of desserts
Taste Rating 6/10.

Took these snaps as I was washing up the pots.

About five minutes between taking them.

Bootiful!

Got done in the £300, second-hand, most uncomfortable,  decrepit, Haemorrhoid Harold-testing, creaking, sleep-deterring, nauseatingly beige-coloured, not-working, recliner, and the late Carer,  Chris arrived. Then Carer Richard came to return the paperwork for the hospital trip, telling me no need for a carer to go with me. Fair enough! Glad I managed to get booked for it, cause from the tram or bus stop, it is a heck of a trek to get to the EENT, and they take me into the department as well. Looking good. I thanked Richard, and off he went. Chris got the eye drops in and attached the night pouch for me.

I went on a safety check of taps, stove, windows etc.
And had a long period of . With this single snap taken from the kitchenette window…

has never been better!
I saw so many things in this photo;
A tear in the fabric of space.
Lips, a nose, a mouth, lips and eyes.
Another face in the Sun-spot far left, facing the left side view.
I imagine others out there would see other things?

TTFNski, folks!

I’d be lost without the Carers. Some have shown me so much help and understanding. I feel they are like friends more than just Carers doing a job. I did actually ask two of them to adopt me as a Grandfather. Hehehe!
The job is not an easy one. They are a cut above the ones at the home I went in after the stroke.
Bless them all!

– – – – – – – – – – – -THE LONG DAY – – – – – – – – – – – –

I almost burst awake after four hours of blessed sleep. With a jump, juddering, with the left eye still twitching? Acclimatised myself to the current renewal of consciousness, and checked on the wall clock… but it wasn’t there? I checked again, in case it was one of the female ailments that caused the clock to disappear from view. This needed an investigation… so adopting my Sherlockian Status, I first got the Night pouch detached. had done a good job putting it on. It took me a little pains and about 15 minutes to get it off, carefully without breaking anything. Then the again, I got hold of my , hobbling over to the wall without a clock on it. The investigationalising began! Just as Sherlock would have done (I’m sure), I detected that some of the paperwork nearby was now on top of some bags on the floor… but where was the flipping clock? Being an experienced loser of property, ideas, thoughts and good luck, I decided to get the torch and see if the wall clock had rolled underneath the 1962-built, falling to pieces, Hopewell’s E-Plan Sideboard, with the doors falling off. No luck: if it had been under there, I’d have seen it, it’s white and big.
Check around the room, but with a feeling that had it fallen off in that corner, it would have stayed there atop the bags of rubbish and forgotten about brick-a-brac?

I was confused now!
But, jobs to be done. So I made up the waste bags into one. And checked out the tootsies in the light from the kitchen window.
The ankle was the thing that drew my attention. What the heck was the white mark? I couldn’t rest then, I had to try to clean it off, gave it a wipe with a cloth, it didn’t move! At that time, the summoning to the came, so I grabbed , & off I trotted, wobblingly to the wet room.
More curiousness hit me. Why had I left the things on top of the non-working W.C. lid?
I’d already got the clock to worry over, so I put this out of my mind. I’m most adept at that, you know? Putting things out of my mind. The problem is retaining things I’m my mind! Hehehe!
Then, for the first time in months, I had a similar type of evacuation, not the opposite as it has been. was again in full command – the messy little bugger!
Still, it was wash & shave time, so after cleaning up the mess made by Trotsky’s spatterings, I was going to clean my teggies as per usual first job. But no! The toothbrush had vanished as well as the clock? Much more time was lost fruitlessly searching for it.
acci-whoop Had the shave next. I thought it had all gone extremely well until I moved back from the mirror, and the blood ran from my chin onto my belly. I hadn’t felt any cuts occurring while shaving?
I went to get the Brut aftershave, an excellent if initially painful blood-stopper…  and I got a prize-class toe stubbing.
I considered the possibility of hibernating!
Swore a little, stopped the bleeding, and got on with the body wash. Always a risk when ‘doing’ scrubbing up near and around . However, today, no bother. I wondered if my luck was changing… I think the daftest things! I moved on to the tender-areas medicalisationings.
Very tender, the rear end and the middle buttocks this time. I must get some more Germolene and Germoloid ointments & cream.
I decided to get into the risky business of refilling the water tank, then remembered Jenny saying about using the shower. Haha! A pain-free refilling! But no! The light came on at the power point, but nothing happened? I think there was a noise of some sort, but it might have been from elsewhere and couldn’t identify it anyway. I’ll try again next visit to the Throne.
Four trips were enough this time to fill the tank. I heroically filled the first two buckets up to the top of the containers and gently carried each one back to the non-working W.C. water tank. that sweet was not too bad about it this trip!
For some banal reason that’s beyond me, I put the things back onto the non-working W.C. lid? The pleasure of putting on just one thin dressing gown was very pleasing.

But the PPs getting on was not one of the easiest I’d had to do.
I got into the usual position in the corner so as to avoid tumbling over in the case of lost balance… Wedged my bottie in the wall, and got the easier-to-use right leg; the more troublesome one, without any hassle! Then, of course, to get the better leg means balancing on the dodgy right leg to do so! Using the picker-upper, as advised by the District Nurse, nine times out of ten, tears the paper fabric of the pants. Although is good for getting trousers up… balance permitting.
Anyroad up, I almost went over but managed to lunge for the grab bar in time. Still got a new bruise on the right leg, but still. Aftershaed and deodorant splashed them all over, and off to the kitchenette. Taking these two photos as I got in, and put the kettle on.
The tea was not made for various reasons. But I needed to drink more water anyway to get the wee-wee flowing again. It was reluctant all day yesterday. And the Finasteride Prostate reducing course of tablets only has three days left. So, it looks like a permanent catheter for Inchie!
Carer Richard arrived as I was setting up the computer.
started kicking off as he arrived, and have been with me ever since, still at it! Grrr!
Carer Richard Set about giving me the medications and he told me about the Finasteride Prostate tablets about to run out. I meant to ask him to Phorpain Gel the back, but I forgot! Humph! He checked the medication drawer and wrote down the details.

He confirmed the urine as a 6 rating. I thanked him and bade him farewell, wishing him a good sleep. Took the photo above, and, again, put the kettle on. Not managed to make a brew yet, though!

I took this picture of the feet, but as I was doing so, granted me one of his, sometimes nervous-making routines, unexpectedly and without any warning. That was a rarity. I can usually feel the and get a warning… but not this time. I clouted the wayward leg on the corner of the floor cabinet, right on the bruise I got getting the PPs on!

Some days… you wonder why!

At long last, I started the blog. And…

Why does Liberty-Global, a smoke & mirrors man, oligarch, $26 million a year getting Mr Fries, show no interest in the company he bought out, complete failure? Obviously, there will be some money laundering, tax evasion, underhandedness,  profit-making, or some such scheme or the like involved in his ulterior motive!
Pure jealousy and hatred on my behalf!

arrived in a chirpy mood. Very kind to me. She gelled my lower back, rubbing it in well. Nice! Read the questionnaire for me. I was struggling to hear what she said, mind you. But I think it worked out alright. She could not call the Easy-Link for me as it’s a Bank Holiday – No one told me until now! Thanked her and went to make a mug of tea at last.

Hello, a mistake here, surely? The Liberty-Global Virgin Media internet is back online. Well, I never!  Mr Fries is likely visiting his oligarch friends in Moscow or Mafia Italy, as it’s a Bank Holiday – although, do they have them in America?

FOUND THE CLOCK!
It beat me, but it was in the first corner I checked; underneath some carrier bags. How it got there, I’ll never know!.
Got it on the shelf now.

Then:
Jealousy eats at me!

Packing in now; if it goes off again, I don’t think I  could survive the anger and hatred Fries would instil in me.

Going to get the nosh sorted – back in the morning.

♬ MORNING HAS BROKEN – Like Virgin Media…♬
Arrived; no medications were needed. But, she rubbed in some of the Phorpain Gel; to help counter the agony (tonight, anyway) of  .
Then to .

♬ FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD ♬
Lovely!

Oddlimost markings on the leg, spotted by the Carer?

acci-whoop

I got up to take this shot. Had a second . Then knocked the kitchen roll and hander off of the window ledge. Bent down to retrieve it, and showed her disgust in her usual way – painfully! Then… , I spilt the milk all over the cooker!

Sleep was hard to come by again.

Back to the old rampages! They were amazingly vicious… but suddenly stopped, I got a clear, precise message from or , maybe from both of them, that momentarily made me shiver. No, messing about; it sounded like it was set in concrete… The warning, or quote, was; “This trifling incident was chicken-feed, fiddle-faddle, to the hassle you’ll get tomorrow, mate!” I was aware of his/their choice of words ‘Hassle’ No mention of injuries or any … just ‘Hassle’. My did not return… but they were not needed to keep me awake. My imagination and fear did a good job of that!

My , has never-ever been wrong!

Cheers, each!
He says nervously!

A Jolly Good Morning to you…
I greeted the world with a rendition of “Oh, what a Beautiful Morning”, followed by “Onward Christian Soldiers”. Bounded out of the second-hand, £300, c1968, overwhelmingly-sickening beige coloured, tatty, uncomfortable, wobbly, germ-producing, falling to pieces, food residue-collecting recliner, and did a few rounds of shadow-boxing. Then 10 minutes on the weight lifting, and went out onto the balcony, and Yodelled Frank Ifield’s “She Taught Me To Yodel…

Or…

I stirred after only about four hours worth of kip, checked the clock, 04:45hrs, and swiftly fell back to sleep.
Woke with a nervous tic attached to my left eye, and checked the clock again, 05:00hrs.
I considered the option of getting up… Zzz!
06:00hrs the next time I woke, still with the nervous tic in the left eye. Danged annoying that was!
Back to Kip, I floated… Not waking until gone 07:00hrs! The tic still twitching away.
I even had to force myself then to rise from the comfort (that’s not the right word) of the recliner, to grapple with getting the night bag from . It soon dawned on me, that the night pouch had not been attached.
If I remember rightly, I must have forgotten to ask the Carer to do it. Of had I taken it off myself earlier? I think not, because the urine in the day bag was a deep brown-red. I stood and caught my balance, reached for , took off the dressing gown to cool me cool down, and went off to utilise, in response to the early call to the . Once0 again, was in control, very messy! However, ailment number 21, , after carrying the buckets of water to refill the not-working for 9 weeks now W.C. water tank, was far easier than she has been lately. That is thanks to the Carers rubbing in the Phorpain Gel regularly for me for a few days now. Easing the discomfort. But, as usual, the started off, as if to cover for BPB’s absence. Hehehe!
I got the computer on, determined to get yesterday’s blog sorted ASAP.
After five minutes of putting the photographs in from the Kodak SD card, and I realised many pictures that I took last night, were not there! Tsk! !

Then, I got a bit of a shock, sat sitting here, again wearing only , and the morning Carer came into the room! Somehow I’d not heard the chime.
I clabbered about to get the dressing gown back on sharpishly. got the medications sorted. Then got some gel rubbed into my back. Very welcome! Cheers!
Peptac taken. But no Paracetamols were needed.
I believe that Phorpain, which has Ipobrufen in it, serves as an extra painkiller? Having it rubbed in so often, it gives me a chance to reduce the drugs I’m taking. I’ll see how the pain levels go… Huh! As I typed about this, would you believe that the started off again?

I got the Saturday blog finished, and I posted it off to WordPress.

demand number two arrived. was even more dominant on this visit.
I dropped the PPs, sat, shat and was upright again within literally seconds! The mess was unbelievable and took me ages to clean up, and the bending to wash things disturbed , who was accompanied by a more persistent ! So much for cutting back on the drugs! I thought I’d better take another Galphram in hopes of controlling ‘s appetite for wet, smelly, gooey evacuationing!
The pins and plates seemed to be looking better.
Apart from the ankles of course.
Then, the urine started flowing a lot easier and faster for an hour or so. And a lot clearer and lighter colour, too!
I’ve not had a good stubbing for a long time now. This one was a cracker! Not that it bothered me, of course.
Pain means nothing to me at all.

Josie aThe door chime chimed. It does that! I’ve noticed it a few times. Hehe!
It was neighbour Josie from across the hall. The poor gal was having trouble with her kettle again. Despite my acute lack of knowledge and fear of anything mechanical, technical or complicated, I went in to see if I could help her. I think I worked out what it was, too. I could be wrong, of course. But believe that the insert into the base looked worn a little. So filled her kettle up, and it worked! She’ll need a new one, though, to be on the safe side with electrics. She went to Wilko, but they had none in stock. So, a made her a mug of coffee, said my farewells and returned to the flat. And ordered her one from Asda, I hope her current one lasts until it arrives.

Got an email from old friend Chrissie, telling me that the cataract replacement is a ‘Doddle’, to use her own words. That was kind of her; she always knew what I was thinking 66 years ago when we were neighbours. and a lot younger. Hehehe!
Chrissie said she’d had two cataracts done. She mentioned a procedure she has to go through, regularly with an injection in her eye. I looked it up. I think it is called ‘Laser Injection Photo Dynamic’. Bless her! ♥ I asked her if she found out what it was that was eating her toe.

Got the oven heating up, and a can of Golokowa ready, then peas & carrots in the saucepan. All I have to do when the potatoes are cooked is get some slabs of the Flora Non-Butter butter in a couple of bread rolls. We’ll see how it goes; my plans are famous for their failures!

I’ll see if I can get it done before the night carer arrives.
Back soon… or in the morning.

MORNING CATCH-UP:

arrived. Medicationalised me, and took the waste bags with him. A little natter, I’m not sure either of us understood each other, but we ended up laughing. Haha!

The cloud formations tonight were indicative of changing weather, as Dad used to tell me. See that? I can recall from 70 years ago… but still, I forget to turn off taps, heaters, the stove, the shower power box, lock or unlock a door, the time, day, date… etc.! This picture evoked my love of nature.

I finished making the meal and got it served up on the plate and tray. Golonkowa, thick chips, carrots and peas; with two bread rolls filled with chunks of Flora no-butter butter. The chips were okay, and bread rolls and peas & carrots were all decent enough too… The Golonkowa and Plant butter were fantastically tasty!.
A well-deserved Flavour-Rating given of 8.2/10.

I washed the pots and settled down in the c1966. charity shop bought, second-hand, wincingly grotty, beige coloured, not working, crumb-covered from the nocturnal nibblings, itch-making, uncomfortable, virus breeding, easy-to-fall-out-of, recliner. To watch something on the TV.
How come, when I want to sleep at night, I can’t? Yet nearly always nod-ff watching the goggle-box when the first set of commercials come on? Humph!

I was well away dreaming and came in, turned on the light, and it took me a while to work out where I was and what I was doing. I must have been deep in sleep.
Handed out the Peptac, then dolloped on and rubbed in some Phorpain Gel into my lower back. Nice! It really helps ease the pain from . Thanks! He then got the attached, a little too tightly, I found; when it came to me getting it off in the morning, to . Understandably, the lad doesn’t want it to come loose and leak. Took the fresh wastrel bag with him.

I had to get up to turn off the light. Got up easily enough, grabbed the , and turned off the light. Then… acci-whoop – A against the ottoman returning to the chair. At least I didn’t get tangled up in the long night-pouch tube this time. Hehehe!

Could I get back to sleep? No! Not for ages!

Fare Thee Well!

I emerged from my hibernation at 06:15hrs.

Removed the ‘s night pouch, got it emptied and wrapped it up for disposal.
Attended the first call to the .
Messy this time. It seems that the attack yesterday was short-lived. Was back in control.
Which meant a long time bending down and cleaning up was required. kicked off before I even started fetching and carrying water to refill the unattended too, not working or refilling W.C. water tanks buckets of water.
I think that ARGH! would be a suitable word at this point!
Took a shot of the morning view.
Then back to the Wet room to get washed & shaved.
The underarms were still a little colourful & itchy.
Just two tiny nicks shaving. One bump into the door frame, which urged to join in with I making life a smidge uncomfortable.
Got the waste bags sorted.
arrived while I was making a brew of Glengettie.
Kindly took it through to the front room for me. The Medicationalisations were seen to. I’d just taken one of the stronger non-prescription painkillers, so did not have any Paracetamols.

I got the computer on, Corel~Drawing, then opened the Liberty-Global Virgin Media Internet. Need I say?
Oligarchs & Money-Manipulators ain’t bothered!

So, no blogging, then. I had some breakers, though. A pot noodle and another mug of tea, Salisbury’s Brown label Extra-Strong

Two carers arrived, Richard and Tina (the boss). Bringing the new medications. Checked the paperwork and gave me advice.
LIBERTY-GLOBAL VIRGIN INTERNET WAS STILL DOWN after they had departed. Well fancy that!
So went to the wet room to check on .
.
The pins and plates were looking in good nick?

When the Smoke & Mirrors man’s Internet came back on, I took another tablet; it was such a shock! Haha!

I tried to rush updating the Monday blog, but so many mistakes were being made, it still took me hours to get it done.

By the time I got around to starting this blog, it was afternoon!

GCscowl B

I think a Carer came, I’ll check the book. Yes! But can I remember the details? Nope! Although I’d doyen a lot of blogging and re-blogging and mistaking, I know this they were on the screen when I came out of the
And, it was just before 17:00hrs!

How do I do this nearly every day?
I’ll make a note to tell the nurse tomorrow.
Still sunny outside.

Launched myself into doing this blog at long last.

Going to get some nosh sorted out now.
I want to get my head down early if the Carer comes early on.
I need to feel fresh enough to get up good & early. To sort everything out everything for the hospital trip.
I’ll see if I get time when I get back, to update this bloggeth.

TUESDAY 0540hrs:
Last night catch-up

Great, nosh, took a photo.
Sunset shots too.
Swollen left leg photographed.
Carer called, night pouch and natter (Great!)
took a photo of it.
This morning I found the SD card in the reader…
So nothing to show for my efforts!

THINGS AIN’T SO GOOD, TODAY
It’s gone 18:00hrs, and I am about to start this blog.
Between and the day has been so farcical, even I can’t believe the things that have taken place; I need help. The confusion is actually frightening; the memory blanks are plain scary. And although the have both been a lot less often today, , is in her pain-giving eyeholes.
I’m not sure if I’m relating to people normally either.
There is vagueness and unavailability that has come over me today, from the mind, I mean.
Yet, it’s only thinking back that I become aware sometimes. Others, I think everything is under control… then find I’ve left the tap running,
Having only two saucepans left – three in two weeks burnt to a crisp… I was 100% certain I had a box set of saucepans in the junk room. But No! None in there? I may have given them away, thinking I’d got too many at the time. Wrong Again! I had to use the small and very large saucepan. Can of veg stew in one, fresh suede and carrots in the other. Managed to get the tray on top really hot before I found out how hot it had got. Ouch! Memory Blanks galore. To be fair they were of shorter durations up to now. I don’t think anyone can do owt to help slow Doreen’s progressively increasing intrusions. But I’ll try telling the memory nurse at next month’s visit to Highbury Hospital.
Sister Jane sent me a photo of our childhood neighbour Chrissies toe.
The poor gal ♥. On the day, I thought I’d send her an email and try to cheer her up and find out what had caused it? Fingers crossed!
Jane rang me today and reminded me I had not gotten in touch, and it was her Birthday today as well! I felt so guilty. So sent one off to her. The early evening Carer called, and I don’t think I was communicating too well. Kept losing the plot and was giving me a hard time getting my messages across. Medications were given, and I think he checked the taps and the stove for me. Took the waste bag with him. So much seemed to be happening, but that was probably my brain battling and losing against .

Photo Prompting:

.
Worryingly, little urine in the night pouch when I woke up.
Also, notice how ginormous and filled the stomach was now?

An early morning mystery photo here?

Emptying the night pouch and realised just how little there was within it. Was not good, either!

To the kitchenette for the regulation photo of the house being upgraded, and the morning view.
Darned misty!

Yet Again!

So, I vacuumed my massive hallway.
I think I had a search for the saucepans.
Cut up the veg ready for later.

visited.

set off carrying the water.

Still no Liberty-Global Internet on.
So I had a wash, shave and got some fresh PPs on.

Oooh!
The Water-Geysers on the left leg, looked a little like they might be erupting again. Might have been itching during the night… knowing me, I probably made them worse by scratching?
A few. hours later… well, come think of it, it was eleven hours later… now; I can hardly see any of the papules???
The mysteries of this block of flats, with the apparitions, phantoms, succubi and the paramnesias, who torment residents… well, me, anyway! Hahaha!.

The Internet resumed. Hurrah!
I got yesterday’s blog updated and was in the process of doing the notification email, and…

Grrr, Gnash

Got me in the right pickle, then.
I got the vegetables done and added them to the saucepan are ready for this? They say… “Compass Canned Cherpans Risolles is a type of canned meat product made from minced meat and spices formed into patties or meatballs, similar to the shape and texture of a hamburger patty. The meat is often mixed with bread crumbs, eggs, onions, and seasonings such as garlic and black pepper. The patties are then canned in a tomato-based sauce or gravy, making for a convenient and easy-to-prepare meal. These canned Cherpans Risolles can be served as a main dish or used as a base for other dishes, such as stews or casseroles.
Which I am going to do with the extra diced carrots and swede. I made some gravy to add to it and hope it’ll be good.
During the preparation, I dropped the basin…
Got a . Spilt the gravy on the stove.
Knocked the used saucepan into the soapy bleached water in the sink. Got down a bit sharpish to dry the water so it didn’t set of the water alarm… Hit my head on the draining board…
Dropping the walking stick, on the ingrowing toenail, I nearly blew my top or cried!.

Photographed the end car park while the sun was out.
An hour later, I took this of the sky.

Finally got the floor cleaned up and checked on the meal.

Made a start on this blog.
Faffled about, and gave up.

Late Carer arrived. To put the night pouch on. I asked not to, as I had to make my late meal yet, and I have difficulty going around the kitchen cooking and cleaning up with the walking stick and carrying the night pouch with me. I assured her I’d be able to put it on, as was not giving me any bother. No medications were needed.

Got the nosh sorted.

Back in the morning… He says!

Certainly not an attractive-looking feast in the slightest!
But this vegetable stew tasted excellent to me.
Flavour-Rating: 8.8/10. Lemon Mousse dessert.

I got the night pouch attached with amazing ease.
But in the morning – there were problems and confusion!.
That’ll be in tomorrow’s blog.
It all came out right in the end – Hehehe!

Sweet Dreams!

COST LIVING

Annoyed, I called British Gas but floundered!.

I had to pay the bill; I got flustered…

Instead of being bold, I sort of simpered,

I wanted to say oligarchs should be neutered!

I muttered, and I stuttered…

He surely thought me deluded?

By asking that the overcharges be refunded…

And I cannot help being retarded!

My words were not being heeded!

“I’m not ribald or rantipoled!”

“I can’t pay the bill, so I’m in the dark & cold!”

“Your bills are beyond my threshold….”

With debts, I am now being circumvolved

“Disabled, blind, deaf, and 77 years old”

Can we not settle this… get it resolved?”

“My bank balance is all but dissolved!”

But he had me in a virtual choke hold…
He said: “We suffer too, being short-handed.

Is that the word, or have I gerunded?

Oh, splendid; now I’m told I’m being trolled!

I apologised, but he wouldn’t be consoled…

We proletariats are getting frampold!

Seems we are both suffering & confounded?

In a month or so. I’ll be entirely defunded!

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

05:40hrs: I stirred back into my usual moroseness.
Spent a minute of two identifying what day it was. Not that it mattered much, anyway. Then I took off the night pouch. Not much in it?..
But the colour was a fairish 4 on the NHS colour chart. Emptied it, put it in the appropriate bag, then into the waste bag after sealing it.
As I got the kettle on, the need for the arose.
The sight and star of my delicate area, Little Inchie, of course, made me jump a little bit when I first saw the blood. Or rather, the location that had altered to what would be considered… ‘Normal’. Even for me!
A was nearly issued. Haha! Confused, I certainly was. The multi-aged, dried blood at the bottom of this taken-off pair of Ten pants was far less bloody than usual.
But the fresh blood is not there as a norm?
Top left, these are the concern. These came out of the bum area, I’m sure. I had a grope and feel around using paper towels but found no lesions. Then very gently prodded the site to see if I could find papules, boil or whatever that may have leaked. But, no!

This session was like passing heavy, chocolate-covered ball bearings… eventually!

was in another foul mood about carrying the buckets of water from the kitchen to the wet room… yet once again!
I dressed… well, I put a dressing gown on.
Sorted the waste bags out and placed them near the front door.
Haha! I thought that was the best idea because I don’t have a back door in the flat. If you see what I mean.

Made a brew, & took a photograph of the rising sun from behind the flats… the sun was rising, not the apartments.
I think…

Then off to the computer, determined to do a better, quicker job today, and crossed my fingers that Liberty-Globals oligarch, the £26m salaried with guaranteed bonuses boss, who bought out and ruined Virgin Media, would see if he can go a day without losing the signal. (Fat chance of that, but still!). Love his latest load-of-crap advertisement, above.
You’ve got to praise Mr Fries; he’s consistent in his failings and still getting paid a fortune for his inabilities. Pure jealousy on my behalf, of course. I’d barely started when the inevitable happened.

Carer Samantha arrived. Got me sorted and had a mini-natter.
Tried the internet, but it is still not back on yet.

I strongly suspect I may have . Cause I woke up as the door chime rang four hours later. Oblivious to what time it was, where I was, or even if I was… Hahaha!

Aha, Liberty-Global Virgin Media working again.
I got the BP graphic done and made one for the ode. Then made the ode…
Then realised I had not yet finished off yesterday’s Inchie Today.
Oh, dearie me! Done it again, gone and lost the signal for the self-praising, oligarchal, figure-manipulating Liberty-Global, owners of Virgin Media, specifically the good looking over-paid boss, Fries, had struck again. So, I toyed with it for a while to make it more comfortable.
 A mistake that was!

There was still no service from Liberty-Global-owned Virgin Media Internet services.
So, I decided that an early meal was a good idea!

Aha, a change in the weather.
This photographicalisation came out rather well, I thought.
.
Got the potatoes in the oven on a high setting. And cut up the imitation pressed bacon and garden peas in the saucepan. Got the electric drill and cut up some of the beetroots. Hehehe!
The vegan bacon was brilliant! The potatoes were excellent! The garden peas tasted grand! It might have a 10/10 rating but for the rock-solid, teeth-breaking, tasteless, horrible beetroot!
But, still a 9/10 Flavour-Rating!

Blank I came out of it, and I was sat in the c1966 charity shop bought, second-hand, wincingly grotty, beige coloured, not working, crumb-covered from the nocturnal nibblings, itch-making, uncomfortable, virus breeding, easy-to-fall-out-of, recliner.
Unsure of anything, my mind was filled with fear that I may have left the stove heat to tap running. I hastened to the kitchenette…

The hot water tap had run cold, but there was no plug in the sink. Phew!
Butt here was the oven tray soaking in there.
I got them and the pots washed.
I sat briefly, feeling somewhat confused and indifferent to everything.
Hard to find the words… Most likely something inspired by Doreen’s Dementia.

Chimed out. It was the sweet Angel of Mercy, Nurse Hristina from the Deep Vein Thrombosis and Anticoagulation INR,  Clinic; she’d come to take my blood. That cheered me up!

Sad to see Hristina leave, I put the kettle on and noticed the buttercups coming through in the bottom field near the tree copse. I think.

The evening Carer arrived. As he was preparing the medications, the mobile phone rang.
It was the Doctors surgery, with the new dosages of Warfarin for me.

acci-whoop I turned to get the mobile that also rang… turned back and got a for my bother, then pulled my foot from under the chair, landing in a heap, but onto the recliner! Dropping the mobile phone.
Getting back up, I indicated for the Carer to take the call. He handed me the phone.
The receptionist gave me the new dead-easy-to-remember Warfarin doses. 1½ every day until 16th May. Carer Victor wrote the details into the Carer’s folder for me. The stubbing and fall made me feel a little out of it.

I finally got on with Blogging, but I think I’ve got the following photos in order.

Earlier shot of the feet before mangling them. Hehe!.

Feet after the stubble, tumble & mangling. Haha!

A LONG DAY
My memory this Tuesday was very similar to the unreliable; the brain was constantly losing it completely or partially, so often, then returning to a slow, crawling working state. There were a few moments in there all the same. Rare flashes of the old Inchie. Unfortunately, which state I was in and when is a jumbled-up mélange, an assortment of miscellaneous thoughts in my memory bank. Few of them made sense or had anything to do with the matter or problem at hand at any particular moment. Similar to my .
I took a lot of photographs, most of which I think I can recall taking.
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

My feet looked less bloated… I think.

Waking up view.

Three visits to the in the first hour.
I hope a plumber will come soon. Refilling the water tank by hand from the kitchen sink might give and a bit of a workout on me, but I’d sooner go without the extra pains; from hauling buckets of water from the kitchen sink to refill the non-working W.C. tank!
Plea to Nottingham City Homes maintenance plumbers:
PLEASE COME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE – Thank You.

I got a delightful selection of fresh-cut vegetables into the slow cooker. Seasoned with just sea salt and a drop of Worcestershire sauce. Carrots, peas, leeks, potatoes and swede.
Oh, and added some soy bacon bits.

The Asda delivery arrived.

.
Obviously, without some products.
The chap took the carriers through to the kitchen for me.
And arrived. She whipped the things away for me, bless her cotton socks.
.
Took these snaps after had put the food away and medicationalised me prescriptionally. Plenty of fodder to last me now! The cupboards are all full.
.
The fridge was looking betterer too..

I had one of the longest periods of Mind-Blanks ever! Well, I can recall odd bits; While I was supposedly out of it, Carers called, and I did a lot of work on the blog for Monday to get it posted off, at last. But this is not really remembering; it’s just that I found the blog done, although poorly, and the Carers had signed the log sheet after I came back to semi-consciousness but had still been operational? Sort 0ff…

I also found that the day bag had filled up quickly. That or I’d been ‘out-of-it’ longer than I thought?
The urine colour was much improved on that which I woke up to find it a 2 0r 3 on the card.

Apophenialising with these two slate afternoon shot
.
Fish with babies in an aquarium?

Bulging Veins? And a bruise?

♥ The Haematology, Deep Vein Thrombosis, Warfarin, Anticoagulation Clinic’s Nurse Hristina called…
A welcome pleasure to see this wonderful, kind, highly desirable, Nurse, Hristina. (Christina in Polish)
Got the blood taken caringly the sweetheart. Off she went, and a short time sulking I spent. Hehe!

A few hours later, a Landline Call Arrived…At the time, I was a smidgen miffed, because I was deep into CorelDrawing and caring mistakes, unwanted duplicates, and searching for a graphic I started yesterday, but had forgotten which file I’d put it and what I’d named it!
It was the lady receptionist from Sherrington Park Medical Practice. The nice lady with a clear voice that is in tune with and receptive to my hearing aids, thankfully.
She gave me the new dosages for Warfarin. Increased, due to my INR level now having gone up from a low 2.2 up to a high 4.4!
She asked if I could make an appointment to have the test taken next week. I pointed out that , and are making hobbling about difficult & painful. She said she’d see if it could be arranged for someone to call on me, and she’ll let me know. (Hard nothing yet)

Got the potato & veg soup done.
Had a wholemeal baton with it.
Flavour: 7.8/10. Not bad at all!

The sun was lowering, and it was getting darker. I wanted to take shots to see if any would be suitable for a blog top photo.
No, the sun needs to be at the far left or right…
Got the position, but a terrible photo”
Not far enough to the left…
Mmm… No good, shame!

came. Checked the day pouch for me. Issued some Peptac & Painkillers, and took some shots of the sunset, before it disappeared! I grabbed the Kodak and took one from the kitchenette, window…
Bootiful! Although not a good shot, I rushed it. on the way back into the other room…

Of course, there was no whining, howling, cursing or swearing...  well, I think I may have expleted an “ARRGH!”. But of course, no crying, bad language or spitting. .
It was in one respect, an almost perfectly done act of a I’ve ever done. Spot in the right foots , it didn’t even need to bang any other toe; if I had, it couldn’t have been more painful!

Peace & Good Will to All!

I think I might have misjudged the colour on the chart?.
Fool!

The camera took three…

Wrong setting by me?

Taken through the kitchen window.

Evening Pareidoliaising
Can you see what I see?
Or is it just me?.
It could be…

Vegetarian Feast!
.
A bit of a blip with this one…
The veggie sausages were not very good.
So, I tried a bite of one, & binned them all.
Everything else was super-tasty!
Great variety of veg done in the slow.
cooker for hours. sea salt, and basil as
seasoning this time. Oh, and a
good sprinkling of the…

Spelt that wrong… Tsk!
PRZYPRAWA – it should be.
A seasoning from Poland. Not unlike
Worcester Sauce, but milder.

I got settled… well, I did my best to, in the second-hand, £300, c1968, overwhelmingly-sickening beige coloured, tatty, uncomfortable, wobbly, germ-producing, falling to pieces, rickety, food residue-collecting, horrendously uncomfortable recliner.

The legs and feet were both far less swollen than of late.
Just about at the point of nodding off, and the evening Carer called.
We had a laugh as she medicated me, and little natter, which I enjoyed greatly, and off she went on her rounds.

Was not interested in my wishes.
Then, the developed.
I’d decided to just put up with them… and
they stopped suddenly, out of the blue!
I spent hours waiting for them to kick-off again.

Well! Another struggle, but of differing natures.
Gone were fleeting visits of ‘Out-Of-It’ Ollie.
The momentary Mind-Blanks too.
The odd toe-stubbing…
The odd struggles to form words when I spoke.
Stuttering Stephanie had changed as well.

All the above kicked of early wakening (05:45hrs),
and stayed with me until almost midnight!
I’ll need a new nickname for this.
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Good morning.

Woke up and took off the night bag.
The feet were again looking much better.
Off to the . Back to messy!
Washed the pots from last night.
Got the done, then the.
again. Fed up with carrying the water in
a bucket and bowl to refill the water tank.
Sorted the waste bags, and got the kettle on.
The day bag had filled up quickly!
The took well over two hours this morning.

Carer Sam arrived, and she did the medication. I meant to ask her to help me put the shoes on for later when I go to cast my vote in the election procedure down in Winwood Court. I think I forgot to ask her.
She took a photo of the affected right eye, so I could show the district nurse if she comes. Left in the picture above.

Morrison’s email arrived, saying it was on the way.
I turned off the computer and ready things for when it comes.

Which it did shortly…
Got some new drinkies in for the Carers, delivery drivers, Wardens and hopefully, crossed-fingered, the nurses.
The fridge stocks looked healthier!
Fresh vegetables, potatoes, oven-ready chips,
and some lovely-looking Vegetable Risotto!
Also, for the first time ever, I ordered a cheese, leek & potato Quiche in the shape of a pie. Trying that tonight with peas and oven potatoes?
Cheapo bread rolls, although they were dearer than Asda’s.
The monthly flowers for LC (Independent Living Coordinator), Oberstgrüppenfuhreress Warden and Primo Ballerina, Warden Deana, and ILC (Independent Living Coordinator) Generaloberstess, Ice skating champion, desk top dancer and Warden Julie; were odd looking to me. They didn’t have any daffodils or tulips, even roses, but sent these as substitutes. They made four substitutions, and I sent three of them back. Phoned the gals to tell them the flowers had arrived.

Got the computer back on again, and I started blogging away…
I stopped for a while to add some Przyprawa flavouring to the potatoes.

Back to the computer.

After a couple of hours of uninterrupted mistakes, errors, grammar failures, and memory blanks, I felt the sensation of warm pee dribbling onto my feet and onto the carpet!… I grabbed some paper towels and got them on the escaped patches of urine! I whipped out the camera to take this shot… Life can be a bugger at times!
I sprayed cleaner and disinfectant all over the carpet (and feet).

Carer Kara called. Glad to report she had a good day at Skeggie!

An email from DHL came in. Bad news, after sending me one yesterday, telling me exactly when the MyFooDen parcel would arrive… now I get this! Am I lucky, or what?  It was out for delivery this morning, they said, but no, another failure… And: Where are they going to store the fresh food in the order? Eh?
Friday 11:38hrs: Still no notification from either MyFooDen or DHL about the chances of me getting it delivered. Now Friday 13:05hrs – Zilch by way of any emails with information.

Hello, Hello, Hello!
VOTING TIME
NOW THE FUN STARTED
Challenge One: After two months of avoiding putting any trousers on, to avoid chaffing from , I tackled the task. One foot in the right leg, the heavier, more bloated left leg was manipulated, with using the picker-upper to pull them up… Things seemed to be going pretty well…
acci-whoopOver, I toppled backwards, catching the left foot under the c1966. charity shop bought, second-hand, wincingly grotty, beige coloured, not working, crumb-covered from the nocturnal nibblings, itch-making, uncomfortable, virus breeding, easy-to-fall-out-of, recliner. c1966. charity shop bought, second-hand, wincingly grotty, beige coloured, not working, crumb-covered from the nocturnal nibblings, itch-making, uncomfortable, virus breeding, easy-to-fall-out-of, recliner. Right on the !
This deflated me, not to mention hurt a bit! I crawled and clawed my way back up my feet. And set about another attempt…
I was very cautious and eventually got my foot into the second leg.
This altercation kicked off
I put on a shirt, and then the other risky business was faced... getting the shoes on. Not easy with a bad back and swollen feet.
Collected the Polling Card and bus pass, got the sleeveless jacket on, readied the three-wheeled walker, and as I was opening the door…
I felt the blood coming slowly from poor little Inchie having the inserted catheter tube pulled.

bleed
Nipped, or rather, limped back into the wet room to clean things up and get yet another pair of PPs on – then remembered the struggle I had in putting on the trousers, so l left the current PPs on. By the time I’d done it and got out into the hallway with Three-Wheeled Walker William, I could sense it leaking again. Better not take too long over this.
Down to the lift, and along the link corridor to Winwood Court.. where the access to the polling booth was blocked off. So I had to go outside and down the road a bit and use the French windows to gain access to the polling section. Two nice ladies greeted me; I was a smidgen embarrassed when I could not find the I.D. My bus pass.
Out I went and trundled back into Winwood Court and back along the link passage to Woodthorpe Court.
Stopping to take a photo of the flowers in the rest area.
It was raining, but for some unknown reason, I cannot see any in this photographicalisation? It might have been partially sheltered by the towering building? Up in the elevator and back to the flat.

Then the reversal of the earlier challengers. Getting my shoes, jacket, and shirt off, but I thought I’d the , first.
Only a mini-spot or two of leaking, no problem.

Got the trews off with relative ease, I thought – but that was before I saw that I’d torn the stitching on one leg. Getting the shoes off was no fun. The folds of flesh from the ankles seemed to be cemented to my feet? I merely used the picker-upperer; it makes nice scratch marks on the ankle and tore at them in turn…
But the shoes remained on the feet!
A few minutes of pondering on how to extract the plates from the shoes provided me with an answer. I’d use my thick wooden long shoehorn to encourage the swollen feet to release themselves from the grip of steel of the shoes. And, it worked!
I’m afraid I broke the shoehorn in doing so. Humph!
😖 RIP To Wooden Shoehorn Whilmer! 😖.
My help and companion of seven years.

The sky was darkening a smidgeon.
Fantastic pareidoliaising!
Can you see the long-jawed beasts mouth?

What a short sunsetting time. The clouds soon concealed it.
But not before I got some shots in…
Lovelt!
A minute or so later…
Another minute…
The sun’s last gasp of the night!

Deana & Julie collected the flowers.

I made a start on the cooking of the never had before Quich.

Then took some last pictures of the darkening sky.
Aliens shing a light on us? Hehe!.
Blimey, the creature depiction is still showing?
Looks more like an eel now… or not. Great!

My computer is off; I’m just drained.
Not that I’ve done much!.
Food Time!
I got the potatoes in the oven, and added the wuiche… no, quiche ten-minutes kaster, no, later; so they cooked at the same time. Peas in the saucepan. It looked, and what bit of smell I could detect, seemed to be good to me.

I think the ingredients were potato and leek. In a white sauce of some sort, very nice. The flakey pastry shell is gorgeous!
Overall Rating: 8/10. Slurp!
