Waking up, I was tremendously resistant to the thought of trying the computer.
As I took off night bag, I was not concerned about anything other than ‘Will the computer work?’ After yesterday’s performance with the mystery ‘Process thingummybob’ for eleven hours, I felt it might be the end for the Bang & Olufsen. My heart was not in what I was doing, and I feared the worst. I was resisting any activity apart from removing the night bag. However, the need for the was getting urgent, and the bubbling and grumbling from ruled innards forced me into action… reluctantly.

Deserved a ‘Medal-of-Muckiness’. Splattery, phooey, sloppy, and the last lb of it did not want to evacuate.
So 15-20 minutes passing and cleaning up was followed by ten minutes fetching and carrying water from the kitsch to the bathroom, three trips needed.

Got the waste bags sorted out, the computer was about to be put on, and the Carer arrived. Got me medicated, and as she left, it was back to the for me! Not so messy, but three trips, well six come think of it, were needed. This time, BPB kicked off Summat rotten and has been a bother ever since up to now. Then, believe it or not, the started on me! Then I found that poor Little Inchies . And I had to find out if the computer worked yet – that bothered me more than anything else.

The computer started, looking good, then the risk of going onto Firefox. Dang gang, dwang,,, Dwang! I got the browser on, and nothing was opening… was it Firefox or the Internet. A quick look at the Liberty-Global Virgin box revealed that it was indeed due to the $26 million a year plus guaranteed bonus’s boss of Liberty-Global, Mr Fries, inability to send a signal to Nottingham that had caused my current dilemma.
Well, fancy that, Liberty-Global Internet going down. It’s not done it since yesterday as well! Utter (overcharging) Rubbish! Still, the oligarch is good-looking. Jealous? Me? Yes!

I made the first brew of Glengettie of the day while awaiting Liberty-Global to reinstate the overcharged-for-crap service to the flats.
I was surprised at how dark it still was when I took this snap of the view through the kitchenette window.
$26 million a year plus guaranteed bonus Mr Fries, Liberty-Global service had not yet returned.
Not that I was too bothered, I had to visit the for the third time. 6 more trips with the water and BPB is even more painful!

Aha, Mr Fries, $26 million a year plus a guaranteed bonus paid, the boss of Liberty-Global – Virgin Media had got the signal working again. Well done to that number-crunching oligarch! Hehehe! I’d just taken these blue photos. The mist is not clearing yet.

FINGERS CROSSED – I OPENED FIREFOX!
Yee Gawd, it seems to be working again?.
.

Sister Jane rang me. The line was breaking up badly, and I was struggling to catch most of what she said. Then the next Carer rang the bell.
I pressed on and got the Friday bl… no, Saturday blog finished, not much in it, but there you are. I can thank the oligarchical Liberty-Global’s Mr Fries for that.

Cor, Blimey! A fourth trip to the flipping . And naturally, 6 trips to and from the kitchen to fetch water for the W.C. tank. Worst of all, BPB
was so persistent with her agony giving twinges!
I wonder if last night’s vegetable soup with added seasonings might be the reason for my messy, sickly, repetitive marathons?
I didn’t take any photos of it cause I thought I’d be without a computer this morning.

Got the Health Checks sorted and a graph made in the new Enforced upon me CorelDraw. I’m still and will be until , and have been repaired… as I mentioned yesterday… if I live long enough.

The Wee-wee Mystery

Hello, the wee-wee has started to rapidly flow…
And yet all day yesterday, it was so slow!
And I’d drank Spring water, 3L or so…
Today my guzzling rate was far below?
I reckon I’ve already passed a kilo…
Coming more often suddenly…
Will I ever again get to see…
Me taking a manual wee-wee?
Hehehe!

I went to the kitchen to see if I could plan a salvage operation on what was left of last night’s nosh in the saucepan. After a bit of ponderisationing, I made my mind up.
I added a tin of cheapo tomatoes to the stick mess, tasted it cold, and added some liquid sea salt to it. Then popped the last of the vegan min-sausages in… then gave them a good stir. I can heat them up later, with the last of the terribly bland; I’ll never repurchase them from Asda, mortgage-needing priced sourdough rolls.

I had a blast on the computerisationing.
But I didn’t get very far with my blogging. Why? I’ll tell yers…
Yet another call from the innards to the !

came in support of BPB , they mutually got at me, without mercy, after fetching the water in agony from the kitchen to refill the not working W.C. tank, yet again! I know I shouldn’t, but I took two Impofrufen Extras. But did not take any Paracetamol when the Carer arrived. I went back on with blogging but realised the semi-final twixt Manchester United and Brighton was on the box; thus, I made more and more mistakes, and my eyes worsened as I got tired… Poor old thing!

Ah, Extra-Time to be played. That’s put the kybosh on me getting some blogging done!

It’s no good, I sat here doing nothing physical, and the pains from the two ailments are still so bad. I risked taking another Codeine; I hope it helps with the gals, BPB and Please!

Watching the extra time of the match… and I smelt burning! Arrgh!
I hobbled rapidlyish to the kitchenette to find I’d left the heat on under the saucepan. An awful lot of the sausages had split open. Not that it matters, I suppose.
Back at the end of the match and trying to concentrate on this blog. Not a cat in hell’s chance, of course.

I gave up on the blog and watched what little was left of the match. Then went to see if any decent shots were available of the sun going down. Too early yet.
So I got the heat under the pan, slowly warmed up the food, and served it. Two rolls of bread and a mini-pot of dessert. Not too bad at all. Gave this one a Taste Rating of 7/10. The Carer called when I was eating it.

Added the night pouch too , and slipped me a couple of Paracetamols.

Washed the pots and took these shots of the amazing sky over the next half-hour or so.

Bootiful!
High, but on her way down…
The last fullish blest of her heat…
All but hidden now. Gorgeous!
A last quick peek

♥ Au revoir ♥

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
Well, maybe not…
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Took me a lot of effort and pain on the first ~Porcelain Throne visit. Rock solid again, followed by a second evacuation of almost liquid gooey content. My eyes were too bad to do the crossword while waiting.
As for the feeling ‘Out-Of-It’ scenario, things were better up to now.
But when the Computer Blue screen came up, the fretting and semi-panicking returned instantly.
This encouraged further worry over the non-arrival of the medications or catheter bags. And the mind wanderings were all about the current day problems with an expectancy of losing the computer at any time.
The better earlier concentration, although not good in itself, crumbled after the blue screen came on… Cragknangles! Not a lot on today.
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

The overworked Catheter day bag’s urine colour was just fine.
Even the inserted into little Inchie tube didn’t seem so much bother?
However… The Vitals readings were probably the highest they have been for a while. The combined two, I mean. I Was surprised at the SYS and DIA being so high again. Ah, well!

Clouds cross this found as the sun rises from behind the Woodthorpe Cell Block… I meant Woodthorpe Court flats. Hahaha!

The battery in the camera needed changing. The battery in the wall clock (the one that fell off of the wall) was changed as well.

A mid morning pouch emptying was a shock. A lot of dark red in there this time.
Carer Josef, Carer Sam, and Carer Carol-Anne attended up to now. (17:00hrs)

Afternoon view while the sun had retreated for an hour or so.
She was back later on, though, and she persevered for a while.
Hello, Little Inchie is bleeding. Back in a bit… All stopped and fine now. Thatyointments stings but is of no bother to me. Ahem!
Great balls of fire! Well Feet!
The lumps and depressions! I’m glad to report that a little bit of pareidoliaing was done with this photo. Does it not look like a thumb growing on the heel of the one on the left to you? Hahaha!

Hello, the urine has gone back to a good colour again? There will be a reason for this.
If anyone knows, can you please let me know?

I’ve decided on thick vegetable soup[ for tonight’s meal. I’ll heat up one of the brown thingamabobs in the oven… I’ll get the name shortly, bread, long, thin-shaped… Oh! Baguette, that’s it! I aim to make it with plenty of gravy to soak up with the bread. I’ll add some seasonings, mayhap a little of the soya lumps too. Slurp!

Above is the dreaded blue screen that came up on the computer. Argh!

Decent nosh under the circumstances.
Those include being miffed and pissed off. Worried, in pain and suffering from lack of sleep.
Don’t know why I said that; it’s all everyday stuff for me.

Do you know… are you listening?
There were times today; I’m not kidding…
When I almost knew what I was doing!
Twelve goes at the Catheter irrigating,

There must be summat else, it’s irritating…
So much I keep on forgetting,
Doreen Dementia’s
inquinating…
My memory, she’s masticating…
The Doctor’s ready for cognoscing,

My concentration is cadencing,
I await good luck commencing,

My brain is beyond assubjugating.
I suppose all this should be heartbreaking?
But a chance of some little ameliorating…
I’ve got cheesy potatoes in the oven baking!

I can smell the cheese as it’s melting…
I bet this is going to taste belting!

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

20:15hrs now. Another day flashes by.
What I’ve done and why.
Who’s been to see me?
Can’t remember, can’t decree…
Been a sad muddled day for me!
So, some photos you can see,
Feeling so confused, I could cry!

First Pouch emptying…

Before the mist descended.

Food order. Some treats for the Carers.

One of the afternoon pouch emptying.
Amazing colour, healthy looking!

Nice parking today!

Mug of Glengettie, note-less notepad,  and a nose bleed.

Blimus! This one filled up quickly.

Late Carer Josef called. Only needed some painkillers to ease the mild agony from the Catheter bag tube in Little Inchy. Argh!

NOSH TIME

The plan was to show a photo of the served-up nosh here.
However: The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry!
No matter how carefully a project is planned, something may still go wrong with it. The saying is adapted from a line in “To a Mouse” by Robert Burns: “The best-laid schemes o’ mice an’ men / Gang aft a-gley.”

Yes, Inchie forgot to put the SD card back in the camera again!
So the evening shot and shot of the TV on, also,
as Rabbi Burns said… “Gang aft a-gley “.

When I emptied night pouch,
I did remember to put the car in first. Tsk!

Not a good colour.

When I was nodding off, I needed to utilise the.
again. The visit took me half an hour
or so overall. Sticky, gooey, messy. The actual
evacuation maybe lasted a minute.
The cleaning up & medicating… ages!
Costly business nowadays. Last year the above cost me
ÂŁ2.19 – Now… ÂŁ4.99! But it does a good job of easing .

On that rather sordid note, I’ll leave you now. (Fri Morning)
And get this blog checked. (I’m bound to miss some mistakes, of course, I’m getting good at that recently) and sent off to WordPress.

TTFN Each!

Another frustrating day. Errors, mistakes, went to get my toenails cut on a wrong day. Clouted my now aching elbow on the door-frame. Lost the mobile phone, but found the magnifying glass when looking for it. On the bright side, there were only three Porcelain Throne visits. Dropped, and this time, broke one of the China tea mugs… hit my forehead on the sink bending to clean up the mess. Still, Jodie and Carolynne calling cheered me up. Carolynne came while I was adding ingredients to the stew of soup I was making for later; her face was a picture when she looked at it and said… “Should it be that colour?… still it smells nice!” The Catheter tube in Little Inchie has given me more angst than for ages – that was because I had to get dressed to go down to the salon to get the feet done, and Cathleen Catheter does not like the tube being pulled about when I have to walk… mind you, Little Inchie certainly disliked it! I’ve just stubbed my toes again as well!
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Emptied the pouch

Nippy and windy this morning. Glum, too!

Potatoes into their crock pot again.

Got an email from matess and mate, HRH Lisa-Petal, and Professor Billum from Ohio. They are going to phone me again; bless them and needed to know the best time to ring cause of the cost. I made a clip of the computer screen in Calendar and sent it off to them. ♥

Busy week. Hang on, I did this yesterday, didn’t I? Oh, dear. I think I’m losing it faster than I thought!

Just before lunch, I stood up after hours at the computer, and the straps on the Catheter pouch fell. Got it emptied just in time!

Carer Atere did the first two calls. On the first, as I went to show him, the taps to check were not let running; for a change, Instead of shoulder charging or head-butting the edge of the door-frame, I hit my elbow joint against it. It’s still stinging now, over ten hours later! Humph!

Got a text message. It’s getting harder to read than ever. I did decipher the short message: “Feet 2 p.m.”

So, I had to get the ablutions done swiftly. And dressed to go down to the salon. By the time I’d got halfway there, Little Inchies fungal lesion was giving my… well, agony! This is why when I do not need to go out, I just wear a dressing gown in the flat, thus relieving the harassment to the inserted tubing. I checked the laundry room for my washing bag but could not find it, and I only have one clean gown left, and I’m wearing that.

I must ask a carer later – I must ask a carer later – I must ask a carer later!

When I got to the salon, well, I wrote about this in the intro. I am a fool!
Carer Kara… no, Jodie pointed out the error that I’d made with reading the message. There was another line with ‘Friday’ on it!

Why I took this… another mystery.

Bit of rain.

THe Adsa order arrived…
Kepy it down this time; not too much bought…

This was the sky at the usual sunsetting time?

Still Bootiful!

CArolynee called on the last visit.
Lovely to he her and Jodie after such a long time.

Last photo of the sky.

MY being a pareidolia addict, I found something
in each of the above photos! In the bottom one, at least five animals.
Can you spot them? Go on, have a look!

Got the late nosh sorted out.
Can of lamb & potatoes soup.
Well seasoned with lamb gravy, basil,
tomato passata, Worcester sauces,
mint, sea salt & added a lot of sliced
boiled potatoes.
Soft rolls were delivered today.
Result:

tasty!

ZZZ!

A bright morning with snow.

Bright-looking urine in the bag is good!

Down to just four visits today.

Email from Asda – order on its way.

Made a brew of Glengettie.

Asda order arrived.
.
Pondered on whether to have casserole for a nosh?
Put the rest of the fodder away.
Fridge before and after delivery.
Note that it is not full!
Tried the Vegan butter later. It didn’t
spread well, but tasted grand!

Took some more view photos of the light snowfall. See
above… Not the houses, which I reckon must either have
a Cannabis farm in the loft, that, or they are so rich
that they can afford to heat the attic? Hehehe!

.

The footfall in the snowfall, in the bottom field.

Later, a man and his dog caught my attention.
Well, it was the wildly wagging tail of the dog
mainly. Boy, that dog loved the snow!

During the day, I had the attention of Carer Josef,
Carer Adele, also & I think Carer Carolynne.
But since the arrival of
any name could well be the wrong one.
Sorry about that!

The snow gave us another covering.

Throne visit six attended. Every one of the
previous sessions were a watery-gurgling mess.
This one was the complete opposite..
lost out to the new King
of the Throne’s return – !
followed the evacuation.

Then, I walked into the door frame on my way out...
And pulled the  tubing
that was stuck in Little Inchie. Naturally, this left poor
.
Undaunted by this mini-series of acci-whoopS,
I made a refreshing mug of Thompson’s Punjana tea…
Taking the first drink of it at the computer,
gave me a nudge,
and the mug and tea dropped from my grasp!
Of course, I took this in my usual casual, calm,
devil-may-care-but-not-me nonchalance.
.
I was close to crying with frustration!

I made the meal of the day…
I’d forgotten about the potatoes in the slow cooker. Not that
I needed them; I’d gone a smidge.OTT without them.
The plant butter on the bread rolls tasted wonderful.

Did a bit on this blog, mostly getting things wrong, lost
all concentration as my eyes failed, and my head
drooped. I gave up!

Would you believe it? Another visit!

The night bag this morning. 5-6 on colour patch.

Blimus! This is the day pouch an hour or so later.
Full and bloody – or bloody full. Hehehe!

Two more hours later, this!.

Carers table.

Bad photo of right foot.
But it is better than yesterday.

Evening shot of the sky.

Evening shot of the sky, slightly lower.

Down a bit more…

Down to the car park.

Now you may be wondering where all the details
and other photographs are?. So am I!
I remember having problems with the computer last night. Seriously disconcerting. It was so bad that I had to force close the computer and reboot it again. I think as this was done, It was Carer Jozef that arrived, and I moaned and groaned at my luck a little. Sorry, mate.
Worse was to come!
I’d lost six hours of CorelDraw work. The Ode, photographs, header cartoon graphics, and what was saved were virtually too hard to find, as they seemed to have been saved all over the hard and external storage… I was furious!
But defeated. I turned off the computer, hoping to sort it all out in the morning. Then took the evening shots above and got the stew made.

Well, not stew, more a can of soup, to which I added a mass of soy imitation bacon bits and a load of baked mini-cubes of potatoes.
Along with the traditional for me, tomato passata, liquid smoke, BBQ sauce and salt and vinegar.
Despite my so low mood, I enjoyed it.
Flavour Rating: 7.8/10.

Worran ‘orrible day!

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
Hopeless crooked, creep!

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Yet another depressing demanding, busy, can’t-get-anything-done day.
Several acci-whoop of note:
After approximately. six weeks of suffering, bleeding, blood in the urine, and general agony with , I got a letter from City-Care with help and advice on using and coping with the painfully stuck-in Little Inchy tube of .
After several… no, many with bleeding from the filling pouch pulling at the tubing, I went a step further today, and the connector from Little Inchie to the pouch came off altogether!
Having unknowingly and. unintentionally weeing all over myself, the letter with the tips arrived. They were in print to faded and small to read, mind you, anyway. But just one of the graphs, I could decipher. Drink no tea or coffee other than decaffeinated, Green or Herbal tea. I couldn’t read 80% of it; far too small a print… have I said that already?

Also, a Urine Score Card.
Tonight it was level 7, I fear!

First photo of the day.

Blood in the night catheter.

Cleared up during the day, and the flow was much freer and more frequent. It did stink a bit, mind you. Dettol and air spray to the rescue.

Looked like there was a fire in the Basford area.
I didn’t see any blue lights, though.
Ten minutes later, and the clouds were preparing for the sunset?

Phase two…
Phase three…
Phase four…
Then the mail arrived…

Confused, and wanting not to miss the sunset photos, I left them in a pile for perusing later back in the kitchen…

Wow!
Awe-inspiring!
Great colour variation!
An almost marbled sky…
Amazing, this looked like something solid and cream?

Tendrils…

Looks like a cave opening?

Tendrils back?
Could be used in an alien film this one?
Shot down at the car park
Back up to the beautiful sky…
To the left a bit…
Gorgeous!
Nightie-night!

Copy of last week’s BP results, etc., that cost me so much time in preparing to send to the Doctors as requested. You would not belive the mistakes I had to correct… probably still some in it. Humph!

Another day ruled by Conrad Confusion.
It’s a secret even to me; half of what occurred, happened, went wrong, took place, or I did. Confusionalitis at its finestest!
Thank heavens for the photos. The following is not in chronological order; this is because my brain isn’t. Hehe!

One light, one dark leg and foot.

First photo of the day.

I now not what is was taken for.

Afternoon shot. As you can see above…
The lowest BP ever taken!

Only one visit all day…
Rock Hard and resistant to come out!

Late afternoon Shot.

Ah, I remember that Nurse Christina came to take the Warfarin INR blood to test. Lovely to see her again after so many weeks. She kindly rang the district Nurse’s place to inform them of the shortage of ‘s. The lay said they would order some from the chemist who should deliver them to Meridian. Also, is the pains from Little Inchie continue, I must ring them. They didn’t get any worse, so didn’t need to.

acci-whoop

After cleaning the things from last night, I went into the wet room to start washing and shaving. Midway through the shaving, the water ran cold… Argh! I’d left the hot tap running in the kitchen! So, no hot water to finish shaving.
I got water in the crockpot, two saucepans, and the kettle.

Meridian cleaner Denise called and did some housework for me, bless her.

Amazing sky, around 04:00hrs.

Amazing sky, around 04:10hrs..

Then I stopped everything (Not that I was doing much other than this blog) and just took photos as the sky changed and became coloured as the sunset started. The best bit of the day for me… well, after Nurse Nichol, Cleaner Denise, and Carer Adele. I do love these nights…

After I took this shot of the car park below, the sky captured my imagination. I started my pareidolia fixation going for the next fifteen minutes taking these shots of the changing sky – and searching for any figures I could find in the multi-coloured patterns!

Well, I’m just a lad at heart still... Hehehe!

I think these are in order as I took them.

Star shop Enterprise quality these…

The lowering sun…

Beautiful layered night sky…

The sun reached weaker clouds,
and breaks through.

Bootiful!

Gorgeous!

Still gorgeous two minutes later…

Distance shot for her last minutes

In close for a final effort.

By gum, I enjoyed doing them!

Evening Carer Jozeph arrived as I’d made a brew.
He got the medications sorted for me and checked the stove as it was on; he asked if I was using it; or did I want it turned off. I told him I would make some chips after doing a bit more of this blog.

I got the above photos online, turned off the computer, and I set about getting the meal made.

There you are, then, proof that I am a man of letters! Hehe!

Arrived, waking me up and . He departed, and I finished the meal, then went and locked the front door.
I got down to have a sleep, at last!

Half an hour later, rangeth the door chime? I was unsure why she had come, but it seemed she was due? Had to go carrying the night pouch in one hand and the Four-Pronged metal Mickey stick in the other. She asked if I wanted any medications; I thanked her and declined. Explaining that the night catheter had already been done. She checked the taps and stove for me and, after a mini-waffle, followed her to the door and bade her farewell.
Locked the door again, stick and pouch in hands, I returned to the ÂŁ300, second-hand shop bought nine years ago, c1966, discomfiting, alarmingly beige-coloured, crumb-containing, TV remote hiding, not working recliner, and swiftly fell into a state of sleep. I know I’d been dreaming but could not remember the slightest detail about it. Humph!

Evening, All!

AN UP AND DOWN DAY TODAY
Depressed one minute, singing away five minutes later, looking for figures and faces in the clouds… Then for some unknown reason, I got such a sharp pain from Little Inchie, and I was not moving, just sat making my usual mistakes and errors on the computer? Unfortunately, off and on, they have been pestering me all day. They still are. Humph!

When I burnt the meal, the third time in three days, a reason or cause to feel down you’d have thought? But no, I just drained and wrapped the burnt stew in multiple thick waste bags, and I took them to the dustbin. Returned to start making another meal.

I couldn’t find my favourite smooth writing Paper-Mate Ink-Joy pen. There’s no logic about the panic I got myself into. Jesus, I’ve got no end of pens I could have used – But No! I just had to find it at all costs! Nothing else got done for well over an hour; nothing else seemed to matter! Until I found it underneath Hopewell’s c1962 falling apart splintered cabinet, right at the back against the wall.

acci-whoop

This was not going to beat me, oh, no!
I got the best of the picker-upperers. Picker-Percy.

It’s been used almost daily for a couple of years or more, but still working well. It can (and does) pick up individual tablets, even the smallest ones, the Beta-Blocker, Bisoprolol Fumarate, and I-litre bottles of water. A great friend indeed, especially when in need. But, this time, and not Percy’s fault…

I foolishly leant a little too far forward in my effort to fish the pen from the darkness beneath… By the time I’d got it, a few things had taken place…

❶ As I leant down, I squashed against the catheter tube and yanked it out a little… âť· The swearing and cringing did not help the pain in any way, but I felt a smidge better. ❸ I got Metal-Micky (the four-pronged stick) and went to the wet room to stop the bleeding from Little Inchy. Got some new Depends on, and back to the problem at hand. âťą Stooped and lost my balance, ‘Clunk’ as my head hit the loose door on the cabinet… âťş Then back to the wet room and put some Savlon on the forehead, and once again, to stop the bleeding from Little Inchy. Got some new Depends on. I tried to assess any damage to and back to the problem at hand. I got the pen retrieved and should have been more than content… Hah! âť» It was a different pen, not the Paper-Mate! That’s still hiding somewhere. Hehe!

Carer Jozeph, Carer Sam, and Carer Sarah called up to now. (20:00hrs)
A late one to fit the later.

Only been two visits up to now.

Here are the few photos taken today?

♫ FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD ♫ DELIVERED
I was soi lucky that Carer Joseph was here when they arrived. The driver left them down in the main lobby! Joseph fetched them up for me, for which he got some cold coffee and all my thanks for helping.

and the last of the fodder

I took this early after getting up to try and catch the shadows from the other flats as they stretched across the tree copse/.

Going to get my evening meal now.
Before the night bag gets attached.

Adding the tasty ersatz bacon to the tomatoes, Mediterranean 7-vegetable sauce, and sea-salted, chopped tomatoes with basil in the saucepan.
Stirred continually ( as the hot water tap was left run cold, Huh!), and got it served up on the tray.

I got settled in the ÂŁ300, bought nine years ago from the second-hand shop, Harold Haemorrhoid testing, repugnantly beige-coloured, crumb containing, virus-breeding, acne-giving, rickety, itch-producing, back-pains-guaranteed, none-working, recliner. Two of the over-floured bread rolls to dunk in the juices. And the last of the cheap Strawberry jam imitation desserts. I wallowed in the feast, slowly enjoying the flavour.
The Taste-Rating for this one was 8.9/10.

after mayhap the best-flavoured nosh all week came the job of washing the things up from its creation. It took me ages to get the pots clean. Thank heavens I used a throw-away tin foil tray in the oven; that made things easier not having to scrub the oven dish.

After getting things sorted, I dipped into the Sprinkle buttons for a self-treat. Seemed a good and earned idea to me.

Sorry I did now!
I popped three of the rainbow-covered bits of chocolate into my mouth. The pain and blood from the broken tooth that one got lodged in, indicated that doing this was not a good idea. It wasn’t! Tsk!

I took these photos of the late sun setting. Bootiful!

A distance shot…
Then a close-up of the departing sun over the horizon.

Carer Richard Came in, and to the for me. He emptied the urine bucket and checked that the flow from Day Pouch to Night Pouch was working. All good.
Richard checked the taps and stove were not left on.
He pointed out that I’d taken the antibiotics at the wrong time.
At the time, I was convinced I was doing right and could not get my head around the problem, but accepted his findings without question. Somehow deep in the depths of the controlled brain, I was more confused than ever, however: In the morning, when I thought about it, it was so obvious to me that the lad was so right. How these changes in awareness come and go annoy me.
Then I get angry with myself. Not as angry as when I do stupid things, like leaning forward and bending, kneeling full well there is a risk of a visit from or at worst, an . Then get pee’d off when it happens! Grrr!

Another example of Inchies newly acquired ineptitude, incompetence, inadequacy and incapacitation are shown above.
Not one of the best selfies I’ve tried for. Hehehe!
Still, I might use it on the blog, mayhap as an ode-topper?

Safe Sleep, with Bo-Beep,
After counting the sheep,
I hope your sleep is deep…
Dream of nothing grossièreté,
Find happiness in a heartbeat!

TTFNski!

Well, well. Another messy day of pains, panics and failing, falling, spiritual aspirations… and a constant battle with the flaming, flipping, ruddy, scary
Urine is much bloodier.

A sudden fill-up nearly caught me out!

Extra painkillers imbibed.
Thanks to the urine & blood not going into the pouch,
and settling in the bladder.
EEEYooowOutch! Is the word.

Carer RichardUsual care is taken. Medicines issued. Spoke of the unbelief of us both that I am not in the hospital having the blood clotting looked at.
Checked the taps and cooker and took the waste bag to the chute.

I spent hours on and off today trying to get the blood clots in the tubing through to the bag. Dizzy Dennis visited many times. The constant bending down to the tubing is the cause
Also, because the urine could not get out, I suffered such pain all day long. This is not going to help at all.
Fiona from the Falls Team rang. Asking if the antibiotics had arrived yet. I told her no. She or the Nurse will be calling tomorrow. I must be firm about telling her of the stomach pains, blood clots and Little Inchies agony.

Called. Soon off after a little one-way natter.

Late morning photo.

Asda Delivery arrived

Again, not a lot for the money spent!

The fridge was looking well stocked now.

Had to constantly squeeze the tubing into the catheter.
The and backed-up bladder full of blood clots and urine was wearing me down. Well, the pain from them was!

Sister Jane rang and we had a natter. She went to the hospital last week, and they said she needs a cataract operation. It will be a few weeks, they told here… A few weeks? I’ve waited after eight assessment appointments over the last two years before getting the go-ahead… and am still waiting? Is this Postcode Prefferality? Could it be because they live amongst the ‘Posh’, and I amidst the ‘Rough’? Hehehe!  Only joking. Jane & Pete come under the Rushcliffe Borough Council, me? Nottingham City Council.
Jane is suffering from her sight badly now. Fingers crossed that she can get it done soon. Me? As usual, I’ll just wait. Har-Har!

This new day pouch is just not getting its due supply of urine. It just stays in the bladder infecting everything else in there, and then occasionally, not very often, it fills up with a rush when I can get the blood clots through.
Still, it’s bloodier, so redder, and gives me pretty patterns to look at.

A new-to-me (I think) Carer arrived tonight for the big medicationalisationing.
After the gal departed, I started to make a mug of tea and had to limp smartly to the Porcelain Throne. By gum, this session was different! For the first time in many weeks, Trotsky Terence had surrendered his command of the evacuations over to Constipation Conrad! Hard as the torpedoes were, there was no bleeding at all from the rear end.

I was chuffed with this nice change. Got back to the computer and spent some time urging the blood clots through the catheter. Thought I’d make a brew of tea and found… I’d left the hot tap (faucet) running!
Oh, I do annoy myself at times!

An hour later, the red blood in the urine was turning back to the brown colour it has been for the last four days.

Caught a photo of the end of the sunset...
Then started to make the meal of the day.

Ersatz bacon, spuds with some BBQ sauce, and tomatoes.
Flavour rating 803/10!

Carer Richard Arrived for the final call of the say, well, night.
Over the last hour since emptying the Day Catheter bag, not a drop of liquid had gotten through to the pouch?
Richard got the night bag attached, and very slowly, the flow began. More an occasional drip here and there. Back to the brown this time. Still had to shake the extra tubing and squeeze the thick, clotted blood through at times.
The stomach/bladder was aching again.

Got this blog finished off, around 01:30hrs.
