Oh, dark!

Ginormous bag with three emptied into it.

I have blogging duties. I needed some cartoons, and I spent three hours trimming them up and getting them ready to use on CorelDraw, which, dare I say this?
CorelDraw did not crash all day long!
There, now we’ll see if it continues… Dang. Dang, Sang, Dang!

A change in the meal stakes today.
I put a can of vegetable soup in the pan and added fresh onions, peppers, mushrooms, and peas. A packet of basil passata, and some Turkish beef, chopped up by my fair hands and mixed into the mix.
Later, I added a drop of tasty Polish Krakus beetroot Borscht and Winiary seasonings. I left it on a low light to marinate all the way through, then returned to the computer work.
Made a start on the blog at last.

The sun was taking its time getting through.

What a change to an hour earlier that was!

I was struggling with my concentration for hours and hours of making errors on the flog making.

This was a great cloud formation not to miss.
Can you see the faces in it?

I baked some potatoes and added them to the saucepan.
What a feast. Lipsmackingly Gorgeous!

Carers, as I recall, or don’t. Christopher, Joanne and Victor.

I was pleased to see the plane’s contrails showed up so well in this Kodak Tim snap of the sun on its way down.
I loved the E or Pound sign, Little Clouds. Can you see the chess rook just above the sun? The flying fish to the left of the £ sign? I am well pleased with this photo.
Oh, I’ve just spotted a spider on it, too!
I so love photos that are Pareidolianiable!

Well, something of a miracle happened overnight. Yes!
Although it was broken into pieces, I reckon got at least seven hours of sleep! Not been known for many a month.
Are things getting better for me?
What a stupid question!

Due to the calamity, I had no time to create Local News Snippets. Sorry. It’s Saturday morning, so I’m well behind with the blog overall. After the hospital, I waited patiently for the District Nurse, who said she would return with the catheter implements, check things, remove the old one, and put a new one into Little Inchie. Unfortunately, she did not arrive.
So, now I don’t know whether to ask the Carer to change the day pouch, which should have been done on Thursday or not.
I suppose there is a chance that the nurse will call on a Saturday. But I could do without it, with so much blogging to catch up with. Here goes…
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Dark.

Waste bags.

Morning view.

Zoomed horizon.

Whoopsie!

Templates had to be made. Took me hours and hours!
Hoping the nurse would call.

Ready-made smoked haddock meal tonight.
Looking forward to this; back to the template
work while it is cooked.

Sadly, I didn’t enjoy this. Humph!

Back to the templating. Carer Chris arrives. He said he had known District Nurses to attend at night sometimes; he’d seen them. I’d been watching ‘Heartbeat’ while doing the templates, and I am concerned that I may not have heard the door chime if they had called. Then, I remembered they did not press the chime; they just came straight in if the door was not locked, which wasn’t the case. The catheter is beginning to sting a bit now… at the tube’s entry point. Say no more!

I was tired, so tired. But I tried to stay awake longer just in case the nurse came after all. She didn’t!
I can’t imagine them coming on the weekend for a routine job?

So, just a chance of a nurse calling,
I’m not thinking of any cavorting!
Just the Catheterisationing,
Although the pain can be crucifying,
Less chance of any coagulating,
It will have me celebrating,
I’m not moaning but clowning…
Back to grinding computerisationing,
Then do some self-cognoscing!

A much disturbed night of sleep. But little bother all the same. As soon as I got back from the hospital, I got undressed and left the clothing on the floor… so tired!
I attached the nocturnal bag to the day pouch, did the safety checks, and climbed into the much-awaited bed.
Between the occasional waking up from my , they were copable with, I just drifted back into the land of nod each time.
As I woke, I could sense the itching from my covered forehead. I could also see the flakes of skin all over the quilt. Tsk! I rose and nearly tripped over the clothes I’d left on the floor in my fatigue.
I then had to move the mass of skin from the bedding. I did all this while the nocturnal pouch on the long tube was being pulled about. I checked to see if anything was leaking. And what did I discover? The flipping night bag had nothing in it! Come think of it. I did wake up with the innards rumbling. I went into a Sherlock Holmesian mode and had a look. Had a tube come off, was one blocked, had blood from the fungal lesion blocked it? No. I’d not opened the tap!
So, off to the wet room to the Porcelain Throne to check things out pr
operly.
Great Balls of Fire! A comeback from being in total control. Despite my best efforts, everything seemed rock hard and would and could not be encouraged to move. Still, I had a go at a new crossword in the book. Not that I did well, because I didn’t. Spit!
I cleaned up, returned to the computer, and started updating yesterday’s blog, finishing it off. I got it done.

I started getting calls for parts of the day, up until around 1600 hrs, when Carer Chris arrived. The early callers were Carers Favour and Sam, I think.

Tee sun broke through the clouds, and very pretty they looked, too. Despite the blotches, I tried again to get one that would be blotch-free.
But the kettle started boiling, and this was my first brew of the day. I’m only allowed two mugs, so I concentrated on mashing the Glengettie. Then just stood there, watching the clouds, for ages, almost talking to them. Then I got Kodak Tim and tried again for a snap. They looked a little darker this time.
I took advantage of the lighting, thinking I may get a decent crisp photo of the housing on the street opposite. That’s the one with the suspected drug growers on it. It came out alright, but of course, the usual blotches were there. I try to ignore them now. Hehehe!

Here are the revelations of the differences quiz.

I blogged for a while, but the mind-blanks steadied up the progress and annoyed me. I’m waiting for an appointment at the hospital again for someone to check things out. I think it is a neuro-something or other doctor.
The sun suddenly took a dive for some reason.
I got Kodak and captured it.
Minutes later, the sun came out again? But I didn’t catch it as I had to try again to pass on the Porc failed.
No chance. How can it change so often and quickly? Beats me! Then again, lots of things do that… like crosswords, hopes, arithmetic, women, Putin, and Peripheral Neuropathy. Then there’s Cataract Katie and Glaucoma Gladys, Cartilages Chloe & Carol, and so many other things, such as life and humankind.
Do I sound depressed? Hehehe!

I made up a sachet of relief drink soda and took a Senna tablet. I’m determined to get some action going from the rear end! I also decided to have some of the vegetarian GC hatsausages with tonight’s meal.
That should encourage things to soften and get moving again.
We’ll see!
Fingers crossed.

I took this shot with Kodak Tim through the balcony windows.
The blotches were covered a little by the colour of the clouds, so it looked fine.
It took a while to cook the meal. I saved everything, and as I got ready to close down the computer, I decided to have a mandarin in an orange jelly pot!
I kept snapping away at the unique cloud formations that blended with the death throws of the sunshine.
My Pareidoliaising on these two snaps went on and on. Animal’s mouths, so many faces, feet, swordfish, islands in the sea, and blotches that I just could not see!
A ribbon of white on the horizon in this one on the left.
But also, the blotches can be seen easily. Shame!
I still liked this one.

There are veggie sausages, tomatoes, and potatoes. I would have some sugar snap peas to encourage the rear-end activities, but I left them on the stove. Say no more!
I washed the pots, and before climbing into the bed (it’s a high one), I spotted and took my last snap of the day through the balcony windows.

.
05:00 hrs: Sadly, after four hours of reasonably unbroken sleep, I awoke. After getting up accident-free, I went to the wet room. Oh, smug me! But it was rather messy, nowhere near as bad as it was yesterday. Difficult getting things to go down the WC. Having to flush the tank, times three!
Emptied the nocturnal catheter. It had bits, sort of fluffy within. Took a snap of it here. I couldn’t help but think it looked like Irish Stew to me? How the hell did I get that lot through the Catheter tube and into the bag? Must be parts of the prostate that the Finasteride tablets have been supposedly breaking up, with a view to my being able to manually wee-wee. The specialist at the Nuffield Hospital told me he’ll recommend to your (me) Doctor that she try you (me) on Finasteride tablets for 3 months, explaining that it will break up your prostate each month. they will remove the whole thing and see if you can pass water. Otherwise it will mean a permanent catheter being fitted. That was a year & 3 months ago, and I’m still taking them. They’ve only twice done the ‘monthly removal’ to see if I can wee again. Now, lumps of fluffy matter are coming out. No wonder I’ve been in such pain with it.
I did a quick wash and the teeth, aghast at how my face looked. My lips were bleeding, my nose was bleeding, and Little Inchy and Harold Haemorrhoid were too! There was blood that had fallen on my chest as well. Had I fallen while in seizure mode? I cleaned up what I could and sorted the waste bags. Then, a smidge puzzled, I got on the computer. As I was booting it up, blood came out through my lips. The teeth were bleeding as well!
I pressed on and didn’t feel as if things were real. I actually thought I must have dreamt about the blood.
Anyway I carried on with a certain conviction… that’s not the right word. I’ve no idea what this photo on the left was about at all. Then I found this one next in line on the Kodak Tim SD card. I did recall this one; I took it hours ago when I was starting the computer and decided to try and bet a reflection snap. I can see the blood coming from the nose again, I think.
Carer Kimberly arrived; it’s always nice to see her. She was nonplussed about the blood, which I’d wiped off, but then she told me what the problem was.
THE RED-EYE WAS BACK!
She took this photo of it for me.
Still, it’s not as bad as last time. But the vision is not good; it got worse as the day went on. So, I may have to miss some blogs if it goes on like this. I stopped and took a few pictures. I’m afraid I’m not feeling so good now as I did earlier on.
Lovely little puffer clouds.
Teatime Carer came. What happened to the day?
It’s got to be mind blanks or seizures, surely.
I thought yesterday was bad, but I’ve lost today already. Hehe! The nose keeps bleeding, as does Little Inchy’s Fungal Lesion. Maybe I did take a tumble earlier? Well, I’m all over the place mentally.
I’ll get something to eat, then wait for the night carer and get my head down in the bed.
I know something has happened, but what?

Carer Richars came. He was not looking very well at all, and he said the same about me. Hehehe! I gave him some cold drinks from the fridge. I climbed into the bed after Richard had attached the nocturnal catheter bag, and he’d taken off the diabetic socks and departed.
And I had a long sleep, for me anyway, of over six hours, blissfully uninterrupted rest. There were no electric shocks from either ankle. That or I did have some, but they did not wake me up. But felt awful when I woke up. Why? Having just had my longest sleep this year?

WOT A MESSY, GET NOTHING DONE DAY!
A quick rundown. You know me and quick, so it might not turn out that way. It was horrible today! But it didn’t start that way
05:00hrs: I woke reluctantly and waited for the to stop stinging me. A few minutes later, I edged my blubber-bellied body from the bed, cautiously started to do the balance exercises, and forgot I’d got hanging from Little Inchy, the tube and Catheter pouch on. Forgetting that took some skill on my behalf cause a moment earlier, I’d thrown it on the floor as I eased myself onto my feet. It has a very long tube. Then I trod on the bag, wobbled and . I got the nocturnal pouch removed and emptied, then made up the waste bags into one and left it near the door in the hallway. I took this early morning view on the left from the kitchenette window and decided I’d get a stand-up wash and shave. Which seemed to be going well, apart from when getting my feet in the bowl of water (it was too early to use the shower, as it can easily wake up the neighbours below), And stubbed the same toe for a second time on the raised seat leg on the throne. Got the shaving done in a fashion, teeth then I felt the need to utilise the . Yet another messy, misshapen, long, streaky bacon-shaped,  session.
I decided not to get the fresh PPs on yet and got back on the computer to start blogging again. He mentioned I was limping more than usual, so I told him of my morning so far, including the toe stubbings. He did larf! As I was boring him with my tales of woe, he was texting on his mobile, and I felt a little dampness in my groin. I got some kitchen towels and wiped the suspect area. When Carer Christopher left laughingly, I went back to the wet room and cleaned up and remedied things in need of it. Took another snap of the view from the same place earlier. Brightening up a bit now.
The new mouse started playing up. I tried various things to find out what the trouble was, but no matter what I tried, I couldn’t. I wiggled the sender plug, put in a new battery, and then tried another mouse, all to no avail.
Fed up, I took these shots of the oh-so-blue sky, with beautiful light clouds forming.
When I got back to the computer, the mouse was working??? I’d got many items being delivered this morning, from Amazon. Then I checked the emails, and Amazon told me the Cat Mouse Mat had been delivered. I found it in the letterbox after farting about searching for ages. I took this shot on the right through the balcony windows, and then I checked the tracker for the other mats ordered. Sod me, it said they had been delivered. Another search around was fruitless. (Well, it would be; they are made of rubber, Hehehe!).
My big fear was that Amazon had either left it down in the ground-floor foyer or maybe delivered it to the wrong block of flats, both of which they have done in the past.
I had to put on some pants and hobbled to the lift to go down to the foyer to see if it was there. En route, I met Carer Chris, who came down with me to have a look. There was nothing there!
I returned to the flat, and another email had come in, telling me the DPD company had delivered the Amazon parcel! What next could I do? Then, I spotted an update button on the email and pressed it. Up came proof of delivery from the company. A photo of the parcel being shoved through  ‘Your letterbox!’ I espied the cock-up that had been made. It was not my flat number on the door. It was someone on the floor, above the number 76! So, I went back out again and went up to number 76. There was a sign on the door asking people to be patient after knocking, as the resident was disabled. So I knocked and waited for a few minutes, then gave up and returned to the flat. I pondered what to do or try next, and the door chime chimed!
A gentleman from flat 76 found the packages and brought them down for me. That was so kind of him
Then the final delivery arrived from Amazon: a big box of Depend Protection Pants and a contraption I hope will let me use the new cheap camera’s mini-SD card. The highlight of this farrago was getting the first item delivered, the Cat-Mouse-Mat, out of the envelope and trying it out. I think that my cyber-mates Tim and Doug, both cat lovers, would have liked one of these mini mouse mats. Nowt special, it’s just the picture of the kitten that appealed to me. Can I get your addresses and I can order them for Amazon to deliver one to each of your homes? Go on, let me! The mouse seemed much better to use when on the Cat-Mat. Hehe! I got the Nurses & Carers treat shelved filled up. There’s a great choice for them now. I might try one of the grapefruit & pineapple. And pure grapefruit ones myself tonight.
I’ve got some cordials to add flavour to my Bladder-Needing spring and soda waters: cherry, orange, lemon, and pineapple.
Tons of choice in the cupboards, fridge and freezer to go at and pick from. Mind you, I’m broke now after getting the fodder and needs from Amazon, Tsk!
Carer Victor arrived to perform his teatime medicationings. Had a little laugh. Gawd, my stubbed twice ingrowing toenail hurts!
The blotches on the snap of the sun lowering really annoy me, but these things can’t be helped. It’s a bit like Putin, really.
Hehehe!
I finally finished and sent off yesterday’s blog and started on this one. It’s late now; I’m so tired after the complicated, problem-ridden day! Carer Victor did the last call.
A Food Craving bout dawns!

But first, the evening’s earlier photos. I thought these were almost perfect specimens for me to do some of my beloved pareidoliaing.
I found a few worms, a dragon, and faces and more than a few noses in them.
Well, it gave me something to do while nipping in to check the cooking of the food every few minutes and test for readiness to feast.
I took a lot of care in getting the Vegan sausages cooked. This time, I felt I needed to give them a little longer in the oven, and it paid off nicely. I tried putting a splash of mushroom ketchup in the tomatoes instead of salt, but I’ll not bother next time.
The sunset picture taken from the kitchen window while I washed the dishes sadly had even more blotches on it than usual. I’ll try to see if Amazon has anything that may clean them off, although possibly they are inside the camera.
I could not help but try to doctor the Kitten-Mouse-Mad to make it look as it appeared to my eyes.
I love it!

Even redder this morning… the urine, I mean!

I had a quick check on the weather. Misty, it stayed that way all day. Although, it wasn’t cold.

I felt the need to go and attend to an evacuation from the rear end. There was no rush, as there was no rumbling or grumbling from the innards. Indeed, I felt sure it was time for Constipation Conrad to make an appearance. I even got the crossword book ready… Huh! I was wrong again!

Another dollop of semi-liquid straw-like-waste was released.
I decided to get a wash and wash after cleaning up the mess from the inner landslide of Trotsky. For a change, I got my magnificent lower parts of my body medicated first, then got the peggies done.  And started shaving…
Now, don’t ask me how I managed it, but as I was getting the dressing gown on, I spotted in the mirror that blood was coming from both nostrils! I know I get confused easily nowadays, but I was pretty sure I hadn’t shoved the razors up my nose! Hehe!
Can you see the pale-looking, handsome, young features of my face?

That was thanks to the cream for the Acne and Excema being applied, maybe too liberally. Carer Christopher arrived and helped me get the PPs on, then issued the medications and got my socks on for me. Thanks, Chris!
Then I popped into the kitchenette and took this depressing-looking Kodak Tim shot of the view. Not much sun got through today. I made up and took the waste bags to the front door. Being a keen, alert young man (Hehehe!) I espied some mail stuck in the letterbox. A new dosage sheet for the Warfarin from the Anticoagulation DVT clinic,
Some unwanted selling bumph and a possible worry-letter. It looked official to me. I’ll get a carer to open it later. (I didn’t remember)

For the next five hours, I spent trying to sort out the CorelDraw, and learn why it was opening different dockers when I clicked to Edit a Bitmap? I never did find out, but it seemed to stop stop of its own accord later on? But, it also changed a;; pf the dockers back to a small size. I could barely see them, and my memory was not good enough to remember. So this is being done using my spyglass! Although, to be fair, for some unknown reason, I seem to remember where and which to us creating paragraph text.
I stretched my legs and went out onto the balcony to take this ‘blotched’ snap of the end car park and standing rain or mud.
Then, I spent another four hours on the blog. Carer Joanne came for the midday checks, and we had a little natter and laugh. It seemed to me an hour later, but it was three when Carer Chris returned. He spent a minute or two showing me how to get the Cheap Camera working. But we could not use it as the card that came with it was a mini-one. Another bash at the blogging. I got tied up with doing the ode for a while. It didn’t flow as easily as it normally did today. The blotches seemed to be getting bigger. So I got the cleaning stick, no good. Then, I used some spectacle cleaning sheets. I may have made it worse!

I was feeling a smidge down, so I thought I’d make myself a brew of Glengettie…
ARRGH!
As I stood up out of the computer chair, pain like never before came from Little Inchy! I grabbed at the Protection Pants to release their grip on Little Inchy and found he was bleeding blood! Haha! Off to the wet room to get the Germolene and Barrier cream applied. I thought the tube must have been chaffing against the Fungal Lesion – but no! It was too loose for that. I made sure that the catheter bag was emptied, but there was very little urine in it to have made it drop down. Puzzled and in pain then – well, I’m still suffering with it now. Gotten Himmel! The sun battled its way through so late in the day.
Carer Christopher made his last after-nibbling and drinkies call. He returned the laundry for me, and I gave him a cold drink and pasty from the fridge. Then I got the washed clothes, hung them up, and put them away. I had a little bother trying to feed the belt through the eyes in all three dressing gowns—well, two of them. One didn’t have its sleeves inside out. All the socks were inside out, though. Hehehe!

I’ll have to finish this in the morning.

Good Morning. I was beyond doing any more blogging. Carere Christopher made the last call. I asked him not to attach the Catheter night bag, as I had plans to make a very late meal.
He left it in the bed for me, so I wouldn’t forget to put it on later. Removed the diabetic socks and gave me an extra painkiller due to Little Inchy’s Fungal Lesion and the catheter tube causing a fair bit of pain. It’s still leaking a few drops of blood as well now and then. Said our farewells, and got the meal prepared and served up. Vegan sausages, potato cakes (well burnt, how I like them), the last of the sugar snap and garden peas. A pot of ketchup with pickle added and two small pots of dessert. A lemon mousse, and an orange and lemon ‘Sour’ jelly. Oh, that was good!

Jolly Good Day to you all!
My concentration has been abysmal today. CorelDraw 2024
showed up with so many glitches and foibles. I got the start photos (above) onto the blog and collated the rest of them, which I will sort out this morning. Unfortunately, the SD card informed me that the card was almost full. So I deleted all of the photos, bar two, to free room. Got them imported into CorelDraw read for Tuesday morning.
It is now Tuesday morning when I am writing this. I booted up Corel Draw to find that all the photographs I’d uploaded were no longer there. I could not get them from the SD card because I stupidly deleted them! I only have two photos of the all-day sky and indoor shots that I lost! All I can offer you photo-wise is a bag of urine and the meal at the end of the day. Not a lot of people can say that! Hehehe!

If I remember, I’ll add some used-before graphics to fill in the blog a bit. To make things even worse, I could not find the notepad with the reminder scribbling on it! I’ve searched through the bins, drawers, pockets, and cupboards without any success. The frustration and even disbelief that I could do what I did with the photographs led to an instant deep depression and self-loathing. I am not popular with myself!

Photo One that survived the CorelDraw Attack (Crash)
Not a lot of content in this.
And if I see correctly, is there a smidgeon of blood in it?

Photo One that survived the CorelDraw Attack (Crash)
Another decent meal was prepared and served up. That’s the lot left from the CorelDraw’s murdering of my photo gallery.

A Selection of pre-used graphics
From Inchy’s ailing, overfull external storage drive.

Oh, the differences…
I found them all within 10 seconds! .

Sorry, but this will have to be rushed. I’m so far behind with everything after the £290 CorelDraw 2004 programme I just installed a few days ago crashed four times. As usual, a message came up after reloading each time, wanting my email and an explanation of what I was doing when it crashed, and I lost everything I’d done! Then I had more bother when the Control+I, and E did not work. The trouble is, if I do find a way around it, I forget how I did it the next time it happens.
And, when I was making some comment replying, WordPress blinked, and the comment disappeared! I turned everything off and rebooted. It was still off in the ether. But then I could not access the comments at all! This morning, it seems to be working… hang on, I’ll check again… They came up, but I’m not going to risk answering yet, until I get this blog done.

Pouch.

Urgh!
Yet it took ages to get started?

Hoovered the hallway.

Balcony sky view.

The first mug of Glengettie.
I let it go cold as I fought for hours to get CorelDraw working again. It was not easy; unbelievable it took me three hours! I’m still not confident.

A food order arrived. I think I’d bought comfort food. Balson shortbread biscuits, lemon mousse, pork pie, marmite nibbles, with some tomatoes (which were nice!), and sliced potatoes.

Drinkies, some for the treat shelf, vinegar and seasoning.

As the evening approached, the sky looked good.

I was fed up with all the time I wasted on computing, so I made an early meal for myself. Well, why not?
Pigged the meal down.
Thoroughly enjoyed it. But the sense of doom over the WordPress and CorelDraw problems would not leave.

Many blank spots throughout the day. Sorry.

Took this shot from the kitchen window.
Thought it was good and showed hope that the Borealis may return later… Not that was awake, so I don’t know if it did show up in the skies or not… sky or not.
I did wake up around 03:00 hrs, thanks to the , and hazily made my way to the window to take this picture.

Not sure if that was the moon or not?

I got the chalk, Hehe!

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
05:10hrs: I woke up in the 966, £300 Oxfam charity shop bought, second-hand, wincingly grotty, beige coloured, crumb-covered from my nocturnal nibblings, itch-making, uncomfortable, positively unhealthy & dangerous, no longer operational, virus-breeding, easy-to-fall-out-of, Catheter-tube-trapping, recliner.
And released the catheter nocturnal bag from the day bag pouch. Again, a decent colour of urine had been passed overnight.
As the signs from the innards indicated a change in mode to a Trotsky Terence one, I decided to make my way to the wet room without delay. A good job I did, too. The motion started as I lowered my bottom onto the plastic Porcelain Throne cover!
The spray was almost spitting-like, out all over the WC furniture and my bum and bottom. Took me ages to get it all cleaned up.
My plump, short legs were holding up the catheter bag pouch well today. Then, the bag suddenly split open down one side. Being a cunning, if pathetic DIYer, I repaired it with some of the Elastoplast and Elephant tape I had to hand and refitted it.
I topped up the Nurse’s and Carer’s nibble boxes and went on the computer for a while. I can’t say precisely how long the computing went on as another darned Mind-Blank took me over. It might have been Carer Marie; she kept coming into my mind, and her suspicious smile was in there somewhere. I found this photo in the morning of where I’d left the diabetic socks in view to remind me to ask for them to be put on. They were on my legs alright, now. Back with it, I decided to make up some bottles of spring water, adding a little cordial to a few bottles. Off to the kitchenette, I poddled!
&
After making the drinks, I decided that, as I had the funnels out, I’d make some spray with an antiseptic disinfectant that I used to sprinkle in the catheter urine jug and waste bins. I made the mix and poured it safely and freely into the sprayers.
One: As I turned away to take the filled bottles, I knocked the topless disinfectant bottle off the draining board. I made a barb for it and sprayed the liquid out of the spout. It landed on my dressing gown, which got soaked. Then I dropped the bottle on the floor, which swizzled around, distributing the rest of its contents over the kitchen floor. I did not burst into tears! I just cursed vigorously. But I did consider crying an option! I decided to take some shots from the window, as not many had been taken with all the seizures. I genuinely wish that I hadn’t bothered now.

TWO: Now, the photos themselves came out pretty decently. In fact, I was pleased with the results.
!
As I closed the window yet again, my sleeve caught the kitchen knife box, knocking it to the floor. A degree of spitting was used in conjunction with foul language, self-insulating, and loathing outbursts that lasted for a good while. What the hell Mary in the flat below must think of me?
Well, it doesn’t take much imagination. Sorry, Mary! ♥

I set about cleaning the kitchenette floor again.
I used the Speed Mop this time to save time and bending down to wring out the big mop.
Things are looking better now in the kitchen.
But not with WordPress and or the computer I’m using.

I am having all sorts of failures. I’ll whip on what I’ve got and try to post it. Sorry about this. Google has given up on me. I’m Trying Firefox now.

Fingers crossed!

Sorry for the missing regulars today. It was not a good day mentally, frustratingly, Whoopsiedangleplopwise, or medically.
In the midst of trying to sort out so many things that had gone wrong, I’d done incorrectly or failed. Several seizures visited me throughout the afternoon. These, I would have thought, would give me a break or rest of sorts. But, no. I was drained mentally and physically, earlier than ever in the day. I’ve got scribbled notes for the first few hours, so there is some gossip to tell. Hehe!
I imagine that last night’s tumbles played a part in the day’s struggles and tribulations today.
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Jolly good colouring.

The burn scab had lost a few bits.

The ablutions seemed to go well, but of course no showering yet, too early in the day. The noise from the drain may bother my fellow oldies and cost them sleep.

Made up some waste bags for collection.
Carer Chris arrived. Guesstimation here. No, it was Caregiver Richard. His foot was still playing him up.

Made a brew of Glengettie tea and got the computer on. I was already well behind and about to get worse. This is when the ‘Out-of-its’ started off.

Notepad scribble consulted: Not that I could read much of it. Did I really write that small? I must be mad. A lot of it was illegible.
The fonts on the computer had changed on all MS programmes. The Helvetica font was now changed to Arial on all the MS sights… or even sites. Yet I could use it on CorelDraw? I lost hours searching for help with the problem. All seemed hopeful until I tried to follow the instructions, as with all four sites’ advice; the task got more complicated than it got me into dangerous ground of changing options, and what they suggested was not on the page they’d led me to. Afternoon, Carer Marie arrived and saw me, I carried on searching and trying things not too technical to solve the problem. I even uploaded different fonts Google said were very similar to Arial. Ha! Not on MS, they weren’t! They all changed as soon as I tried to use them. I’ve got hundreds of unwanted fonts now taking up valuable memory. Tried to delete them and found for various reasons, I was told if I delete this font, things will not appear the same on work done? Summat like that, repeatedly! I gave up altogether and did no more work on this blog until now, Tuesday AM, 07:00hrs.
I started to concentrate on CorelDraw, and it froze! I turned off the computer really early in the afternoon.

Frustrated!
But over time, I did get to take some photos of the sky & clouds from the kitchen window.
First two.
The blotches back on the camera lens.
I cleaned them, we’ll see on the next ones.
I can’t tell if the blotches were there or not.
Ah, yes, this time I saw them.
I’ll try cleaning the lens again.

Had an early meal.
Ham sandwiches and chips. I forgot about the tomatoes. Tsk! A pot of ketchup with pickles to dip the sandwiches in. Hehehe! Mandarins in an orange jelly dessert pot. Nice!

Carer Chris called for the last two visits.

I fell asleep in the itch-creating, bruise-giving, catheter-tube-tugging, crumb-decorated from my nocturnal nibbling, God-awfully uncomfortable, cringingly grotty, no longer working, dirty beige, anti-sleep designed, c1966, second-hand bought for £300 ten years ago from the charity shop, recliner.
But I was waking up every few minutes. There were no tonight at all.
Talk about broken sleep! It was instead of the ankle shocks, it was to blame. It was purgatory waking up so often, then chewing over the put-downs and mocking coming from within my poor brain.
