Last night must have been the worst one for me for months. It seemed to me I was waking up more times than falling asleep! Worse still, each time I woke up, I had other ailments playing up. With the over-bearing belief that it was about 04:00hrs or so, I had Violent up comings from
, the bladder and bowels were both rumbling away, too. I could hardly believe it as

were having a go at me.
I did inform Maryham of how I felt. She then recommended to me that after she had gone, I get back to sleep. (Which I’d been trying to do all night) But only managed a few minutes each try before waking up again. Hehehe! She made sure I had the Alert-Alarm on, telling me to use it if needed. A very sensible suggestion, gal. No idea what I looked like, but I felt properly poorly, weary, in pain, & tired out. I was so confused, that I forgot to remind her about the new medications to take in the mornings.
The PM caller remembered and asked me if I’d had one, but I wasn’t sure or not. She checked the amount used, and decided not. So gave me one, only one a day, incidentally…
Later on, when I’d started to feel a bit better, I looked up Folic Acid; and found some interesting things it is taken to counter. â‘ To limit hair loss. â‘¡ To help your baby’s brain, skull and spinal cord develop properly in pregnancy. â‘¢ As a medicine used to reduce side effects treating arthritis. â‘£ To treat iron deficiency & anaemia. ⑤ We suggest that folic acid may play a role in improving the repair of peripheral neurotransmitters, nerve injury, and dying by promoting the proliferation and migration of Schwann cells, & secretion of nerve growth factors.Â
And all these years, they have told me there is nothing they can do to mend my dying Neurotransmitters? Peripheral Neuropathy?
No time to ponder on this now. I’ve just read the possible side-effects of Folic.
SIDE EFFECTS – ANAPHYLAXIS
Symptoms of anaphylaxis happen very quickly.
Symptoms include Swelling of your throat and tongue. Difficulty breathing or breathing very fast. Difficulty swallowing, tightness in your throat or a hoarse voice, wheezing, coughing or noisy breathing, Feeling tired or confused, feeling faint, dizzy or fainting. Skin that feels cold to the touch, blue, grey or pale skin, lips or tongue. If you have brown or black skin, this may be easier to see on the palms of your hands or soles of your feet. You may also have a rash that’s swollen, raised or itchy. Sometimes it’s not known what caused an anaphylactic reaction..
Well, that takes a lot of sinking in. I’ve got the majority of the listed side effects already!
I’m glad I looked it up now – Not. Hehe!

It is not one of my best-ever morning view snaps.
I tried again.

had kindly got the pads, straps, and diabetic socks from my feet. My plan was to get a shower & shave later. But I’d forgotten about the ladies from the social services who were calling on me later today, so the shower & shaving have not been done for three days now. Dirty, Boy!
I tried my best to concentrate on starting the blog… but it was not easy.
had never been so vicious, loud or painful with his valve returning all wind up the tube, gullet, I mean. In fact, he was so noisy and forceful that it encouraged his partner
to join in! At this very moment, I heard the access requiring hallway intercom tune playing. (I’d got my hearing aids in)Â
It was the ladies from the Social Prescribing & Community Support team. They arrived and introduced each other to me. Very kind ladies, with a tendency to listen to me as I answered their questions. As
, and
was blasting away, so loudly at times, I turned down the hearing aids volume so I could hear their voices. Roger seemed determined to try and stop me from listening, as indeed, Stuttering Stephanie tried to stop me from talking. Hehe!
The kind ladies’ names were Katarina and Belinda.
During the question and answering, I had a mini
, and a few minutes later,
gave way. Which I think was a good thing, for them to see what I have to go through daily? Both were very understanding and patient. I think we agreed on some actions to be taken to get me more help, but am not sure what. A possible cooker that could not catch fire, I believe was spoken about. Assistance with travelling to and from medical visits. Many other things were discussed. But
seems to think it best if I cannot recall them all now. But as usual, some things stick with me, and others fade quickly. A vague help with washing and dressing lingers in the brain, but, of course, I could be wrong. Doing this ode makes me realise that my spending so much money on Grammarly saves many errors, not all of them, but I think most of them are still being made & missed by me.
The ladies departed, and I got back onto the blogging.
I put the TV on and spotted that the ‘All Quiet on the Western Front’ film was on. So I watched it for a while then I had a mug of Glengettie and dunked some of the lovely LU and Maryland cookie biscuits.
But I soon lost interest, thought back to the ladies’ visit, and wrote down the details above, which I recorded on the pad to use later on.
Arrived and gave me the Folic Acid.
Checked the taps and the cooker were not left on, for me. We had a little natter
.
Well, that was different!
I had a look at my book of favourite poems.
And, I found…
A new best one for me pleasure.
Balcony views parade! End car park…
With the least-ever mudslide!
A close-up of the almost a puddle!
The gravel footpath, into Woodthorpe Grange.
Park, that I can no longer get up to visit
my beloved tree copse on the left.
A single young man walking on the far path.
The gal from the salon arrived at the flat, and she got my toenails cut. What a relief… it also relieved me of £30!
Checked the time, and got back to working on this blog again. I felt the pouch on the left leg pulling…
Blinking Heck!
Got it emptied just in time!
Going to get a meal sorted out now.
Mayhap, I’ll get some lamb & mutton burgers…
in the oven, with some…
Pickled green tomato salad…
Eat the burgers in sliced cobs…
And, maybe a brew of Glengettie?
Back in the morning to finish this off…
I Hope!
I made a rather pathetic-looking meal. I was not really all that hungry. I was so tired & weary again, but really enjoyed the lamb & mutton burgers I made.

Washed the dishes, checked the taps and cooker were not left on, and proceeded to nod-off and wake up again all night long! Humph!
Cheers, each, Have a great day!

Got the waste bags into one, along with the unremembered-eating six empty Cheesy Curl packets in the bin at the side of the ottoman.
Tried again to get a decent early morning shot…
Obviously, this failed again.
Made a brew of Gleangettie.
Off to the Porcelain Throne.
Ten minutes later, back again!
Tried again for a shot of the later view.

Took a photo of the end of the car park. Had a rinse, then back to see how things were progressing with the Firefox…
Still working away… do whatever it was doing.
Made another brew for the one that went cold.

Morning view.
Waste bags collated in one.

Quick wash.
Kitchenette to get the kettle on.
The Sainsbury order arrived.
I just had to get some in the crackpot cooking to eat later. I planned to have them in vegetable soup.
I added sea salt, liquid smoke & Winiary seasoning.
I will add passata with basil to the mixture in the saucepan later. Hope it comes out alright.
Oh, yes!
No shortage of food here!
Beetroot, tomatoes, jelly & chestnuts
Did well in the nibbles department today.
The final put away items cupboard-wise.
Then, the fridge was filled!
Anya potatoes. With a slightly nutty flavour.
Added the spuds to the soup.
The rains heavy again.
Hours later it persisted.
At last, the soup was served up.

And got the kettle on and made a brew.
Sloppy as the evacuation was, it took ages!
The rain came.
The wind, too, but not for long.
I put the new quilt-throw on the Carer’s chair.
Made another brew of Glengettie.
Such an angel is Kara. She even put the details onto the computer diary for me. ♥
The sun through the clouds was beautiful.
Here’s the animals!
Got two sourdough rolls from the freezer to thaw out.
Got the potato chunks in the oven tray.
Sprayed the potatoes with light oil.
Made up another waste bag.
Dettol Lavender disinfectant.
Evening views from the kitchen window.
No signs of any rain yet.

Morning
Photo from the kitchen window.
Later on, a view of the massed car park.
Titivated the kitchenette a smidgen and sorted the waste bags out. Then, a quick sweep up.

All done & dusted!
After looking at the meter,
Great news! Now, hopefully, the urine colouring will improve. Four nights without any, have made the bladder evacuations very dark and stinky! Hurrah! These were of the old type, not bother much, but fiddlier if I have the shakes or cramps when I have to fit or release them.
It is best not to leave your fingers in the way of the knife! Especially take care of stabbing yourself down the nail of the digit mentioned above
The night was falling earlier now.
But still a certain beauty to the view.
Mushrooms, savoury French Fries and no-meat meat slices in gravy. A pot of children’s jelly to follow. Well!
GUILTY!

03:00rs: The end car park.
0400hrs:
This shot was supposed to be of Venus, the only thing showing in the sky. Another bad effort.
No idea why!
Ah, I did catch Venus, after all, in a long shot?
Can’t recall taking this one, or when.
Sometime in the day, in one of my frequent waking-ups, I took this one of the end car park mud-slides.
Blurry…
Blurry.
Blurrier.
Really, really Blurrier!

I sent these photos in. They said someone would contact you, but I’ve heard nothing from them, yet.
The form to fill in, well, a part of it.

Panini rolls; went into the freezer, and I took out a loaf of wholemeal to defrost. The desserts, Rustlers and soy balls went in the fridge, and the bananas were on the shelf.

Could have been anything really?
Although terrible photos, I discerned that it was indeed a cat.
Five carrier bags fool!
The bleach in the barfs was leaking a bit or had leaked judging by the smell.
Ah, grand nosh to nibble! I’m unsure how or why I ordered three packets of ready-sliced and seasoned potatoes?
Got some replacements for the nurses, drivers and carers’ treats shelf in the front room.
Make a great brew of Glengettie tea!

The tiny nicks shaving also flowed more blood than usual.
Headed butting the shower power box didn’t go well. Hehe!
Despite the lack of heat, I still enjoyed it.

When I got home from the bank, I rushed and got back onto the blog catching up. Four hours later (now), I have just got it back on again, after SIX sickening service severances, that cost me time, as with no Liberty-Global Virgin signal, I could not save any of the work I’d done and had to do it all again.
06:00hrs: Woke, Struggled, but took the night pouch off of

emergency, and will not arrive to mend it until 7th July, 3 months after it was first reported.
The IV bruise on the back of the right hand had faded a lot. Drying my back with the towel I hit that hand against the sink, I hardly felt it at all.
I got the PPs & trousers on without much hassle. Carer Kara came. And kindly spent a minute or two checking that I’d got things in hand for the bank visit. Bless her!
Pleased to see I still had a good stock of soda water and spring water. I’m drinking a minimum of 3 bottles a day now. Gathered the things, ready in the trolley in the hallway, then checked on the stove and taps to make sure I’d turned them all off – which I had. Another
Back to Davies Road to the pick-up point. A long wait. During this, I took a photo of Carer Chris. A good-looking, tall, young lad.

Yes, 20 minutes later, it was back to the normal shitty Liberty-Global Virgin rubbish again!
forgot to put some of the Phorpain Gel on my rear end to counter the pain from ever-present
I took this rather nice photograph of the evening scene. Amazing how it shows up with a brown hue. Cause to my eyes, it looked blue? But it’s still a lovely view.
Well, fancy that!

For sanity, another blow,
Then the bank sent this email. It confused the already confused Inchie, a bit.
