It seems to me that every week, some animal is freed from a life sentence for murder and commits another killing! This scumball Bierton has now achieved three murders of elderly women, two while released from prison with the blessings of the overpaid, incompetent members of our HMG Parole Board, killers!
Enough is enough!!!

Well, what happened when I woke up at 04:30 was terrific. I thought as I looked through the open, curtained balcony window, a ghost or even person waving at me! Well, when I got around to uploading the photo I took of it: Of course, it could have been splattered nocturnal bird poo?
It did look like that. Can you see it? Or is it just me and having a mental disagreement over the issue? Obviously, it is just a reflection from somewhere.Ā I hope!Ā Hahaha!

I escaped from the second-hand shop bought nine years ago for £300, c1966 built, discomfiting, alarmingly beige-coloured, crumb-containing, TV remote hiding, not working recliner, and released the Catheters nocturnal pouch, and took a snap of it with.
The contents were much lighter this morning.

After ponderisationing for a while, I made a decision…
Yes! These things still happen occasionally. I recall making up my mind in 1961, August 27th it was. But Grizelda had other ideas on that occasion, so we didn’t go to the pictures but stayed at home, making mad, passionate love. I recall it, cause I’m still hoping to be in that position again before I croak out…Ā
Oh no, I can’t, can I, not now, with the bloody Catheter on and the damnedĀ  Finasteride tablets tearing my prostate to shreds, thus I have no way of producing the goods anymore. Gragknangles!
Not that I’m likely to find myself in such a position again.Ā I’m waffling, aren’t I?Ā Sorry. I grabbed hold of, it and limped into the kitchen to get the kettle on to make a brew of my favourite drinkie, Glengettie tea. But the site through the windows, was showing the moon through the clouds. So I fetched , and had a go at taking a decent shot for once.Ā
I was pretty pleased with my first close-up effort.
I tried again, a little more zoomed in.

By Jimminee, this was a decent effort.
I nearly got excited; it’s been that long since a shot-in-the-dark photo came out like this for me, after so many failures or intentional modern art efforts. That aĀ
erupted.Ā Haha!

But the kettle did not get put on. My memory magically and momentarily engaged and reminded me that I had to shower and shave before a Carer arrived.
A change of plans again; my hesitancy, indecisiveness. uncertainty and dithering returned.

I made another decision –Ā Oh, Yes!Ā I will not have a shower at this time in the morning and wake the neighbours with the noise it makes. I’ll have a strip wash and shave instead. I was pretty pleased with myself for doing that, and yet another mini was enjoyed…but not for long.
I got the clothes ready to get into, put the dressing gown in the laundry bag, and tackled getting the diabetic socks off of the legs. This was when I realised I had not taken off the alert alarm or medical wristbands, so I did. Then, I had the wrong glasses on for shaving as I went in through the wet room door. As I turned to go back to swap the specs, I hit the door frame with the right shoulder, and this set-off, , which was not a good thing when shaving. My started to fall all over the place! The earlier enjoyed smug modes were a distant memory now. So, I changed plans after a little ambivalent faffling. I decided to remove the PPs…
Gawd, had Little ever bled so much before overnight. NO! The blood had dried rock solid on my hair and skin! Naturally, the removal of the pants caused it to start bleeding afresh! More mess to clean up and another battle to stop it bleeding!
I’ll not mention the pain, either. But it hurt.

Then, as I was struggling to to get the fresh PPs on…
That was nice for a change.

So, the rear quarters were thoroughly washed and medicated… taking care not to disturb .

Then, a good all-over body scrub. Well, where could I reach to get it without bending and causing any further damage to the testicle quarters?
Then, being as had died down, I tackled the shaving. Amazingly, I avoided any cuts on the neck or face whatsoever!

Oh, dearie, me…
I was putting away the shaving tackle, I dropped a razor, & automatically grabbed it before it hit the deck.
So, the medicationalisationing started again. I sliced a mini-slither of flesh from the end of my thumb on the razor blades. Luckily it was the right thumb, so there was no pain at all, as we were not getting through to my brain to tell it what had happened at the time. A heck of a lot of cleaning and medication had to be done.Ā Tsk!
Thanks to the Germolene and heavy-duty plasters.

I got the fresh togs on and off to the kitchen to prepare the potatoes and peas for later.
I returned to the wet room to check I’d not left the water running; all was safe.
The itching started again on the legs.
I got on the computer, but the itching was very tempting to scratch, but I managed to avoid it.

Made a brew at last.

The lad looked drained when he came and was not in a good mood; he’d been doing extra calls.
I asked him if he would put some of the cream for the Acne on my legs. He did so, and then he got the diabetic socks and legging straps.
Hope he can get some rest today.

Afternoon Shot.
Evening Shot.
Night shot to the right.
Night shot ahead.
Night shot to the left.
Not so good, this one.

Nibbler did the last two calls.
removed.
The papule lesions were creamed by Chris.

This may have been a top-scoring rating had it not been for the terrible Asda potatoes. The sausages, peas and, in particular, the green pickled tomato salad were all great and tasty! I’ve taken to these pickled tomatoes. The ingredients are Green Tomatoes 50%, Water, Red Pepper, Vinegar, Sugar, Carrot, Onion, and Salt. At only Ā£1.69 a jar on a Special Offer at Asda, I got carried away and ordered another jar to be added to next week’s delivery. Nice, tangy!

Now For a Shock for You (and me)…
YEE-HAA!

TEA: Standard. Turkey slice, cheese slice, pork sausage roll, boiled egg, coleslaw, tossed salad, baguette and fruit cake. Halal: Halal turkey slice, cheese slice, halal sausage roll, boiled egg, coleslaw, tossed salad, baguette and fruit cake. Vegan and vegetarian: Samosa and bhaji, vegan cheese, vegan sausage roll, hummus, carrot and celery, nut and bean tossed salad and vegan flapjack.
I will be having a can of soup & some bread. If I can salvage some crinkled, mouldy potatoes from the cupboard, I’ll also put them in.

Well, this cheered me up a smidgeon! It was photo’d this morning in Sherwood, too!
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

04:15hrs: I stirred back into a poor semblance of a mock imitation life. Again, the first ailment to bother me was from . She was giving me some hassle when I first tried to move the knee to get into a position to photograph the overnight catheter pouch. I took the picture and then tackled the task of removing my rhinoceros-like body from the clutches of the c1968, tatty, scruffy, unkempt, uncomfortable, virus, microorganism, bug, bacterium, bacillus, germ, parasite producing, and disease-fermenting second-hand, eyesorely-horrendously grungy beige-coloured, Ā£300, charity shop bought, crumb-retaining, moth-eaten, non-working, itch-encouraging, incommodious, Haemorrhoid Harold testing, catheter tube yanking, recliner. Which brought to mind the promised delivery of the proper safety rail not maturing. I’ll be pleased when it does arrive, and I can use the bed at last.
The summoning arrived to get to the, with some haste. A damned close thing it was too! Phooey, stinky and a very oddly shaped evacuation. Actually, looked like slices of bacon?
Washed and cleaned up, then went to the kitchen and saw the moon was in view. So, I fetched from the front room and tried to get a close-up shot of the planet. As you can see above, it was not one of my best efforts. Does it remind you of anything? It does me; I just wondered if it did to you?
The second try was not very good either. But I was fed up with failing on night shots for the past week. So, I tried yet again to get a decent one. Ah, this time, it came out decently, I thought! The nearby unseen clouds in the other pictures gave it a certain ambience… is that the right word?
I tried a wider shot, which came out with more colour. There is obviously a reason for this. But I’ve no idea what it was. Hehehe!

Onto the computer. A lot of work is needed, with me being far behind everything. I need to make templates (A long, long job), graphics, the ode, and get a new cartoon made… but; , my plans were changed when I felt the blood trickling on my leg. ! Back to the wet room. I think the bleeding must have started on the earlier visit and dried, then I must have caught it, and it flowed again. Cause when I investigated the situation, the blood was shot a fair distance as it squirted through the dried bits. The floor and cabinet instead looked like they’d been decorated for Christmas with rich red spots. Which was (blood, Hahaha!). Things did not go well… I’d not put the cap back on the Daktacort ointment properly, and it had hardened so much that it could not be used. So, stopping the flow was a difficult job. I had to use the only thing I could try, the Germolene cream. Which is not a blood-stopper but is a good pain-easer. Half a roll of toilet paper and ten minutes later, the bleeding seemed to be easing off. So I put some kitchen towelling inside the PP’s. I must remember to check it later in case it leaks again. It was nice that I’d rolled some towelling in there; it made it look bigger. Sad, innit?

Back to the computer, and ‘Oh, Susan chimed out from the door chime. had arrived. I asked him not to put on the diabetic socks,Ā  or , as I was hoping to get a shower and shave later on. Because of many reasons, this did not happen! Richard sorted the medications; extra Paracetamol and Peptac were given. I didn’t wish him a Happy Christmas cause I knew he was working over the holidays, but I hoped he’d get some sleep in. Nice chap, even if he does tell me off. Hehe!

Concentrated on getting the first job done. Creating the templates for a few future blogs.
I remembered I was going to

ring Sister Jane back.
So, I did, but was forgetting some people make a Christmas day meal. Even prisoners in jail get Christmas day meals. But not yours truly. Soup & bread will do for me. She was busy making her and Pete’s Christmas Dinner. I said I’d ring back later. But they may be sitting watching a football match or film or falling asleep after their wonderful Christmas Dinner. But a can of chunky vegetable soup and Milk Roll bread is more than enough for me! Oh, yes! It doesn’t bother me. Not at all.Ā  Ā

arrived. I read I didn’t make him feel comfortable cause I was halfway through making the templates and scared of forgetting where I got up to. But the lad understood, I think. He even took a photo of me wearing Sister Janes ‘Christmas Elf’ tea shirt she bought me a few years ago. Bless him.
Here it is, Jane!
I offered treats and nibbles to the lad, and he took another photo, which came out brilliantly! I think you’ll follow me here, I hope. With me having ,Ā  the skin is constantly shedding and falling on my chest. When he sneaked the shot in, I thought the skin was falling again and tried to wipe off the snow spots on the t-shirt! Hahaha! He even caught my hand wiping the imaginary skin flakes odd the shirt. Thanks, Chris!

I finished the templates and got on with making a few cartoon graphics. I spentĀ hours on this but just could not concentrate. I may have spent too long on the odes and warped my already dented mind?

Time for Food!
The last of the beef chunks, the last of the chunky roast potatoes, with garden peas, and Polish green tomatoes pickled salad.Ā (Really sharp and flavourful) A Taste Rating of 8.4/10 was granted to this nosh. Washed the pots, and tried to take some shots of the evening view on offer…
Yes, I think I got something wrong in the first two efforts? Well, I must have done summat wrong.Ā Tsk!

The last one was terrible, but at least you can see what it was supposed to be that I was photographing.
Not a good outcome, but I was tired and was just starting to kick-off as I took the pictures. Or, something like that; Does that sound okay for an excuse? Hahaha!Ā Love to know what it was I did wrong, though.

I checked the taps, (faucets); the oven-cooker was off, and plonked down in the £300 second-hand shop bought, c1966. moth-eaten, bedraggled, grotty, cringingly-beige-coloured, much-dilapidated, crumb-containing from my nocturnal nibblings, bug-ridden, itch-inspiring, not working recliner. To see if anything was worth a viewing session on the TV. There was! A murder comedy, that I fell asleep watching twice this month. I snuggled down, got the hearing aids and subtitles on, and Zzz, within seconds, the adverts came on and I drifted off!
But I needed the sleep.

But an hour later, the last Carer called, which woke me up sufficiently, to know I had to empty the , before putting on the , the lad looked drained and tired.Ā Ā
After he’s gone, I perused the TV schedule, and found the same film on another channel just starting.Ā Hurrah!Ā So I resettled again and went through the same procedure, adverts came on, and I went off to sleep, swiftly.
But, could I stay asleep? No!Ā
was not to blame, nor was ! Tonight it was the turn of to take over the nocturnal shift.Ā (It’s only fair my ailments take it in turns).Ā And Gordon Bennet did she! Relentless she was for hours on end; she’s never been this bad for years.

Oh, nearly forgot…

Cheers!

I had to take off my nocturnal pouch in the night. I’d forgotten to ask the Carer to empty the day bag before attaching the might pouch, and the bag was getting too full and rather painful in the bladder area. Ruined my sleep as well with having to get it taken off.
05:00hrs: Hence, the colour of the urine when I got up in the day bag, was far too deep. Humph!

Meandered into the kitchenette, got the kettle on, and tried for a change, to take a decent morning photograph.
They were of my usual standard – rubbish!

Made up a waste bag from the others, and as I placed it near the front door, I had to hasten… well, hobble swiftly to the wet room for the morning session.
Gorblimey, that was messy again!

I attempted to take a Kodak Tim shot worthy of presenting in this marvellous, entertaining, fascinating Daily Inchy Today blog.Ā (Ahem!)
The first one wasn’t…
The second is even worse.
But the sky came out alright.

Carer Christopher arrived. I mentioned my forgetting to ask him to empty the day bag last night before attaching the night pouch. He did a good job in getting the leg strappings on for me. Medicated too.

Got on the computer and confused myself as I lost concentration and somehow started doing different tasks at the same time – and lost track of what I was doing.Ā I’m doing this more often lately.Ā

Hence my disappointment at not speaking with the Doctor, the Cognitive Impairment Psychotherapist, on Thursday. I wanted to speak with someone who understood and may have been able to give some advice or guidance to me… But, No!

The needed emptying.
Still looking too dark to me. I drank more

Carer Dochal (I think) arrived. Medications, check on the lifeline check was done.

Back on the computer trying to sort out where I was before. Sister Jane rang me. Said she’d given me her new address in with her Christmas Card. She’ll email it to me as well. I emailed it to Obergruppenfurheress Warden Deana later on, for the record.

Back on the Computer… and the door chime rang out. It was a delivery of the table I’d ordered. I’m hoping that it will fit under the chair so I can eat with less chance of spilling, knocking anything or dropping stuff on the floor; curtsey of Shaking Shoulder Shirley, Dizzy Dennis, an involuntary Peripheral Pete Leg Dance, Reflux Roger,Ā  Loss of Balance Belinda, or Colin Cramps. But I fear things are not going to work out.Ā Why?Ā I’ll tell yers!
The well-sellotaped box it arrived in, was awfully light. I can imagine myself getting the shakes and knocking the table about with ease and spilling, dropping and swearing a little, maybe, when I use it?

An hour or so later, the pouch was near;y full again!
But it did look a ‘lighter shade of pale!’ (Wasn’t that the title of a song back in the day?).

At last, it’s getting lighter outside, too.
Well into the afternoon now as well.

Back on the computer. Creating the ode of the day now… But inspiration & concentration is still scarce.
Getting dark earlier than ever.

did the next check. I took his Health Checks before he left. Another good one from the lad, a healthy specimen of a Carer.Ā Hehe!

Caught some contrails in the oddly coloured evening sky, with the sunset… It was Bootiful!

Then I set about getting the roast potatoes out of the oven, and into a pan of Chilli Soup with added soy, liquid smoke flavour and Worcester sauce.
Flavour Rating: 9.2/10.Ā Gorgeous!

Went to wash the fodder things.
How the view had changed from 30mins ago!

I bet you all got this one!

Closed the computer down and went to check that I’d not left the hot water tap (faucet) running.
Another change of view.

All ready for Monday yet?
Whatever you do, don’t forget…
Although I am a simple poet,
Take heed of this little odelet,
Take care when doing a pirouette,
Or backing a 5/1 favourite…
Christmas, at home with your poppet,
Keep your money in your pocket…
Save cash; have a pigeon, no piglet,
And send me some money…
That will rescue me…
Lost my bank card & number, see?
I also lost it in 1953…
I’ll accept donations, appreciatively,
They’ve also turned of my electricity!
I’m not seeking pity or sympathy!
Just money, by the pound, not penny!

This ode was only meant to be funny!

Keep Happy!

05:00hrs: Woke and worked out, as best as I could, what day it was. Then dislodged my plump, portly, podgy, paunchy, ponderous, pot-bellied, well-padded, porky, phlegmatic body from the itch-creating, bruise-giving, catheter-tube-tugging, crumb-decorated from my nocturnal nibblings, God-awfully uncomfortable, cringingly-grotty, no longer working, anti-sleep designed, c1966, second-hand bought for £300, ten years ago from the charity shop dirty beige recliner, and checked on and removed the .
A deeper twinge to it today.

A mixed bag from the bog evacuations.

I made a hash of my first-morning view shot.
But it is unintentionally artistic?
So I waited until had finished her shaking the ball joint out of the shoulder effort, and took this one above.

came in. I didn’t hear the door chime, making me jump a little. Glad to see her, though. She noticed I was struggling with getting to type on the keyboard. She helped me to get new batteries fitted in the keyboard, bless her muchly.Ā
All working again!
Maryham issued the medications.

Minutes after the gal had gone, the Warfarin INR Anticoagulation Nurse arrived.
I asked her if she could send me some more of the Enoxaparin-filled hypos, as these I had were out of date.
Then she took the blood samples and was soon off on her rounds, bless her.
Seconds later, the blood was flowing from the puncture wound, had soaked the cotton wool padding and was trickling down my arm.Ā

I sprayed the big quilt that Carer Israel had folded for me last night and was left on the bed. Which, as soon as the safety rail is fitted, I can use.

Oh, I nearly missed this one off the blog. Earlier, had photographed the Red Eye. She said it looked worse, but I didn’t think so. It gave me a rather refined look I thought. Not really!

Back on the computer.

Arrived, brought the prescription medications for me, and put them in the medical drawer in the kitchenette.

The rain continued…
And continued…
And continued…
Yet the mudslide did not grow any bigger?

Mystery Photo?

arrived. I was deeply tired and sleeping, so my cognisance was even worse than usual.
Medicationings, and he removed the leg strappings. Then attached the nocturnal urine pouch for me.
I should have reminded him to empty the day pouch first, but in my slumber, I forgot.
.
Later, the pain from the bladder started. That is when I realised that the urine was flowing and the night bag was over half-full already. I had to remove it and use the smaller day bag. I could have put another night pouch on, but the supply of these often ran out. With the pain and effort to get things sorted, I was then wide awake. Which brought to mind that I had not had a meal all day! Hadn’t even nibbled any biscuits!Ā (This is true, honestly)Ā  So, with just the day bag on, it was safe to get a meal prepared and gobbled up. which I did post-haste! It took a long time, but that didn’t bother me. I was more intent on not leaving the hot water tap running or the oven on after cooking and prepping.

Caramelised soy mini-sausages, tomatoes, and boiled potatoes, with some sauce. Milk Roll bread, and a pot of orange flavoured jelly for afters. Not too bad, the sausages were tasty. Overall Taste: 6.5/10. Got the pots washed, and had to nip to the wet room.
.
That took a while to clean up.

Of course, I did.

Regaining my sleep status, failed. I kept trying, and ended up putting the TV on, which sometimes helps… but not this morning. Humph!

TTFNski, folks!

04:45hrs:

Nocturnal pouch, lighter this morning.

Rain and howling wind when I opened the kitchenette window. Caught a few refreshing drops of cold rain in the mush. I did laugh!

: I struggled to get the diabetic socks off of my legs. Causing a miniĀ  , which cost me a lot of time and pain cleaning up, before I trod it all over the floor. Which didn’t work cause I trod it all over the floor and then the hallway as I fetched the vacuum!Ā Ā
I didn’t actually spit, but came close!
I only had one cut shaving, but it was a fairly decent one, requiring the application of the Brut aftershave a few times before I stemmed the flow.
For once, and this is very rare indeed, I only had one short . Which barely lasted for about three seconds! Great!Ā I’m anticipating some follow-up sessions, though.
The Red Eye was hardly noticeable! But as the carer mentioned later, it is above the eye that he can see it?

Then…
.

I sorted the waste bags.
Then got onto the computer to try to get some blogging done while I had the time.

. arrived. He’s got a lot on today, but he didn’t mind. The new ankle socks were looked at, but we continued with the diabetic long socks, which after creaming the lesions were put on, then the ankle straps. Then the leg straps… then repeated on the left leg. He did a good job of them today, and I was able to get the inside-outside slippers on easily enough, bless him. I was going to ask him to help me get the trousers on, but decided against this, differed that I am, when I recognised that I would not be able to empty the day catheter while the trews was on, so didn’t. I’ll get them on later. Hopefully, without any s.
Ā Then empty the pouch just before the battle to get the trousers on. But feel sure it’ll go alright.

was bleeding, and I had some red skin on the leg near the top of one of the straps. So they got a bit of medicationing from me.

I did a bit of work on this blog after finishing off yesterday’s. Then started to collate the things needed for the hospital visit.

Being the idiot I am. I set of down in the lift to get to the foyer on the ground floor, the elevator doors opened… and I realised I’d left the camera and hearing aids up in the flat – Wot a Burk! So, back up to the apartment. (It sounds classier than the flat, Hehehe)Ā Could I find the hearing aids that I know I’d left on the ottoman? No! Well, not for ages, eventually finding them in the kitchen on the window ledge. I shot down so as not to miss the lift from Easy Link.
The driver was the pleasant lady who took me to the hospital. Lovely gal. She had two other passengers on the bus, I tried talking to them in greeting, but the two were not responsive, poor things, still I tried to give them the odd nod and smile en route. I was dropped off first at the Audio Clinic. I got a little confused when I got out, but the lady made a joke of it, she is sweet. I asked if she would be picking me up to go back, and she said no. So I insisted she take a drinkie and nibbles from the . Why she asked me. I said ’cause it’s Christmas, and I’ll sulk if you don’t take some. She laughed and obliged me.
I thought there was time to take some photographs of the front of the building…
In my earlier semi-panic to find the hearing aids, I’d forgot all about getting . Boy, I was getting weed off with myself!
Into the Psychotherapist Appointment…
That wasn’t a Psychotherapist Appointment!
I’d looked forward to it so much as well. A chance to explain all my difficulties and problems to someone at long last. But No! I should be so lucky! The lady on reception casual said, “Oh, we put the wrong department on the letter, did we?” As she was reading it! That and the earlier cock-ups lessened my spirits.
I took a seat as instructed and waited for my name to come up on the new panel on the wall. It seemed ages before my turn came, but I was in no rush.
I thought I’d have a go at the crossword book at least I’d remembered to take that and a pen…
But not my reading glasses!
Some days are destined to go wrong… well, in my case, every day is, and does!Ā
My name came up and a young lady came to fetch me to her room. I was there not for the mental condition, but to have new hearing aids tested and supplied!
I fear I could not resist telling her and showing her the letter, and of my disappointment and followed up with all the hassle with the computer, the landlines, the new TV, and the Emergency Alarms all going down. She wasn’t interested at first, but by the time I stopped the moaning and groaning, I’d converted her to show sympathy for me at least. Hahaha!
She did a magnificent job of testing my ears, and the new aids are working brilliantly. She was told earlier of my inability to replace the tubing nowadays and told me to ring for an appointment and come in and they will do it when needed for me. She also gave me some batteries to take with me. Lovely-jubbly!
When I got out to the waiting, reception area, ~I knew there would be another cock, I’d made five and these tend to come in threes – I’d forgotten what time the bus was picking me up. I could not see the front door from the seating area. The thought of going out in the terrible winds that were blowing was not good. On the way in, we saw many rows of dustbins that had been blown all over the place in Sherwood, City Centre and the college area. In fact, when I went out to see if the bus had arrived, the hearing aids were nearly blown out of my tab holes. Also, I could feel the pressure of the filling-up catheter bag in the trousers, most uncomfortable. I dare not go to empty it, in case I missed the lift…
Then a receptionist man came to me, I must have been showing signs of concern or something, and asked if he could help with whatever the problem was. bless him.
He then fetched a high chair and put it in their foyer, so I could watch for the minibus arriving. Which it did an hour & ten minutes later. Steve, I think the driver’s name was. He’d looked after me before. So I insisted he have some treats as well. When we got back to the flats… erm, apartments (Haha!) How I got those hundred yards to the foyer door without being blown over, losing a hearing aid, or being hit by the twigs, empty bottles and bags in the wind, I don’t know.Ā

I was so glad when I got inside.

Home photos taken. I think they are in chronological order, as they came on Kodak Tim. Here they are:

First photo when I got in.
Later…
Drizzling starting.
The pouch just emptied.
Excellent colour!
Drizzling still…
As it was an hour later…
Persisting…
Aha, stopping at last.
returned the laundry for me.

.
Very nice nosh. Flavour: 8.3/10.
.
Wobble on here, so tried again.
.
Ah, this was a better effort!

I hope so! Cheers!

I’m still miffed at not seeing someone about my neurological problems today.Ā
Since getting home, I had a and a few . AGAIN! I left the hot tap running and the water ran cold. Then also, yet again , while trying to get the heavy large quilt folded. A landing on the knees affair, so it could have been far worse… still painful mind, with & Ā
the main victims of the incident.Ā  on his next and last call, folded the quilt for me.

Best of Luck, each!

05:25hrs: A modicum of live rewoven, and without delay kicked off. But, from somewhere deep inside, I mustered an attitude that broke his grip for once… I thought something along the lines of, “Why don’t you go away? You pissed up my sleep all night, and now you’re having a go at me during the day. I refuse to let you get at me you thing of questionable parentage!” I’ve rearranged the exact terminology used, but I think you’ll get the idea. And it worked!
The colour of the urine in the nocturnal pouch was better this morning.

Bit of a long session today. I spent much more time cleaning up than pooing! I sorted out the mess, and to the main room to have a good drink of the spring water.
The first twist of the new bottle of soda water, and the contents were sprayed out, some hitting the ceiling, most of it landing on the chair and quilt, not to mention soaking my dressing gown and legs!Ā

it was the Asda order arriving.Ā  chimed from the door buzzer, and the driver put the things into carriers for me, bless him. No rushing, he patiently waited while I took a bag at a time to the kitchen and returned to the door for more.Ā
Cleaners in the first bag, were despatched to storage areas. Sounding organised?
Basic fodder, potatoes and bread. I’d bought too much bread; there was no room in the freezer for it all. Tsk!Ā  But, I gave some away.
The freezer was filled to capacity. Lots of nosh, bacon, veggies, chips, and of course, the Asda Lamb & Mutton Burgers that I’ve fallen in love with. No chance of running out of food in the next two food deliveryless weeks ahead.
A bit of room left in the fridge, though. Not to fret, tons of canned soups, beans etcetera in the cupboards to have with some of the mass of bread in stock. Two jars of Polish Pork Knuckle in the fridge too. The tomatoes were, unfortunately, Spanish ones. They taste terrible, this time of year. I was hoping they’d send Dutch, but, no luck. A load of treats & nibbles are now available for the Christmas and New Year carers & nurses.Ā Bless ’em all!
Arrived as I was clearing up after putting the fodder away. I mentioned my not getting any calls in on the new phone, but I could ring out. Richard got his mobile and got the unknown number message. Then he rang his own phone on my landline, and my new but no one told me I had a new number, for the landline, number came up on his mobile.Ā I think! Good old Richard!Ā

I grafted away on yesterday’s blog. I was doing a decent job, too. Then, Jillie came into the room. Didn’t half make me jump. Hehehe! Lovely to see her again, mostly telling her about the internet, TV and landline problems. Chimed out again. In walked Obergruppenfürheress Warden Deana. Two females within – the excitement was growing.Ā HaHa!Ā But following both voices was difficult and I was getting a smidge confused, but happily. Jillie departed. After insisting, that she takes some treats with her. Handed Deana the flowers from yesterday with some treats.Ā  arrived ♄, I was so glad to see her. She really helped me out today, in many a way, I say!Ā
Sorted out paperwork that needed shredding and did it for me. Showed me how to record a programme on the new TV. I think I’ve got it now. She set up the TV to record ‘Heartbeat’ for me. ♄
After the gal had departed, I was always sad. Then, I sent an email to those who may want to phone me with the new number. Only Jenny rang me. But it was to tell me she’s tried three times to get through on the new number, and couldn’t! This was depressing news for me. She rang off and tried again, and got through? My first phone call on the new landline. Hurrah!Ā But, no one else had got through. I rang Sister Jane, but she couldn’t. She’ll try again later in the day. I rang the Doctor’s with the new number. Kara rang the earlier and confirmed the lift for the morning to see and return from my visit to see the psychotherapist… Which still amazes me. I mentioned to the lady in the reception at the Audio Clinic, that I could no longer change the tubing on my hearing aids, due to my Peripheral Neuropathy. Explaining that this means my neurotransmitters are dying, and I cannot sense touching things or not; the brain is not getting the messages, or getting the wrong ones. And she booked me an appointment to see the Dementia Psychotherapist, tomorrow. This may prove to be of help to me, I hope, anyway.

After hours of blogging and mistake-making, I stood up to get to the kitchenette in search of a nibble… The day pouch almost fell to my ankles; it was that full. But, I rescued the situation in my usual calm, efficient manner. Well, it didn’t burst anyway!

Time to get a meal sorted out. Bacon bits, tomatoes, passata, liquid sea salt, Milk Roll bread and a banana. Very Nice! Flavour Rating: 8.3/10. After washing the things up, I destroyed three bags of cheesy curls.Ā Hehe!

The missing flag fooled me. Tsk!

Keep Safe!

I’m dejected, depressed, despondent, downcast downhearted, demoralised, in the doldrums and discouraged. Why? I’ll tell yers!
The Red-Eye is redder. The Urine is darker. Cartilages Chloe & Carole are so painful and have given way a few times on me already. The Mystery rib pains are back again. I cut myself four times shaving. Neuropathy Pete has had two unintentional leg dances before 06:00hrs!
Clouted my Cartilage in Chloe’s knee both times. The Cathy Cateter contraption seems to work when only it wants to, having no bearing on how much I’m drinking or not.Ā When I’d finished shaving and taken off the PPs, the blood from overnight had encrusted on the Catheter tube, my testicles, thighs and the protection pants. I’ve never had this so bad before. But, naturally, a man of my pain-bearing capabilities and heroic nature, did not cry out and swear, or nearly lose my balance as I started to clean things up, or spit on the floor!

Throughout the day, as of up to 15:00hrs which it is now, I’ve had three leg dances, a minor tumble, and now, had to when she kicked off for at least an hour of non-stop jiggling in an effort to dislodge the shoulder socket. Which, in turn, caused so many mistakes on the computer, I had to stop using it until Shirley had settled. Yet, I’m not complaining, for today there were two moments of sheer joy; admittedly, the second one didn’t last long, but still, every minor victory helps.

I’ve paid two visits to the , and they were both as near to normal as they have ever been in many a month of Sundays.Ā Nice, not messy!

I realised that I had a cottage pie in the fridge, and planned to have some beetroot with it later on.
I didn’t, because when Carer Richard arrived on his first call, the use-by date was yesterday! Humph!.

Now, the computer is playing up again. I’m not taking any chances, I’ll get the photos on quick before it goes down again…

Oh, heck, that’s dark!

Morning views.

Again, not very good.

Into the wet room to get the ablutions done.

A bloody shaving session today.

The JS Delivery arrived.

I got some of the apple & mint drinks in again; they were popular with the carers & nurses.

Got the bread in the freezer, so as not to need an order Christmas week at all.

Stocked up the treats shelves.

The mudslide returned.

Flowers for the wardens are an early Christmas treat. I hope not to order anything again this year.
Deana could not get to fetch them but will do so in the morning. I hope they last.

The carers’ and nurses’ nibble was box filled up.My nibbles.

Sod-dit, not feeling well again.
I’ll get some food and a sit-down.
A lot of concentration and effort went into creating this simple sausage and potato meal, with Milk Roll bread.
Flavour Rating: 7/10. The dessert…
Flavour Rating 8.2/10.

Before the Mayhem Monsoons!

04:10hrs: Burst was awake and already confused before the Monsoons started. Much too dark a shade!

I put the kettle on, and I made up the waste bag.

I went back to the kitchen and tried to take a shot of the view through the split kitchen window.
Ah, well.Ā
Opened the window later on to make this effort.

Planned the canned meal for later on.

Then, I spent a few hours on blogging and CorelDrawing duties. During this, the Oligarchical Liberty-Global
owned Virgin Media offered me…

MAYHEM MONSOON ONE

Arrived, doing a double session, medications & domestic. Hence, my confusion and inability to cope and remember things came to light.
I could not recall how to get the speedmop pads from the tray. The large Vacuum cleaner had me beat all together. How do I empty the filter? How do we get the flex to stretch out? How do we get it to go back in?
soon sorted things out my guesswork and logicality.Ā (I used to have those, Hehe)
Sarah, , and was in a rush methinks. Today’s task was to be the removal of the entire , but there was no time to leave it off to allow me to try and wee voluntarily. A new set-up was inserted into Little Inchie, a new day bag fitted, and instructions were given that really didn’t sink in due to my gritted teeth and determination not to scream out loud with the pain of the reinsertion procedure. Argh!
It was more embarrassing as Ā sat there as I was being tended to. At least she had the decency not to burst out laughing or giggling.Ā Haha!
Got me on the bed to carry out the procedure. Actually, it was less painful than many earlier medicationings, to be honest. Sarah doesn’t mess about; the old insertion tube was pulled straight out, painkiller gel squirted into little Inchie and the new line, and the reinsertion was soon back in again!

called next, chatted while doing the medications, and she kindly took the laundry bag down for me. And… an hour or two later, with the Oligarchs just reaching…
returned bringing the laundry bag with her, all done so well, completely dried and folded! Bless her Cotton Socks! Thanks, Marie! ♄

Gone suddenly dark? I thought someone had turned the light off.Ā Hehehe!

MAYHEM MONSOON TWO!
I’d assumed, with it being so late, that the

technician was not going to arrive.
But he fooled me and did!
Ruled the next hour or so…
Each of many questions was answered, but it did not give me time to sink it all in.
I now have two alarm boxes. (Both working?)
Two landline telephones.
Two remote TV controls. I asked about the TV remotes and was told to forget about the one that came with the TV. I spent a few minutes after the lad had gone to get myself thoroughly baffled on how to do things; the buttons are not clear and are in miniature on the controller. I keep hitting the wrong button and getting options that I don’t even know mean or stand for?
I may well regret having this thing installed.

Technically drained, I gave up and got the soup with extra potatoes made up.
Nice! Flavour 8./10.

Woke me up. Took off the leg strappings. And shot off on his way home.Ā Good for him!

Zzz!

04:00hrs: 300ml of urine this morning.
But look at the colour of it!

I got on with the blogging straight away…
Well, with a few interruptions from Liberty-Global.
After about three hours of not getting very far other than redoing things that Liberty-Global had lost for me with their going down so often.Ā I gave up on the hopes that the internet may become more stable.
There is more chance of me winning the lottery, and I don’t even buy any tickets!
Grunglenuts!

I decided to unpack the laundry from last night that was returned to the flat. Too tired to do it last night.
This is how the damp, even wet, some of the thicker items came out of the laundry bag.
So, I needed to get both of the electric airers on the go to dry the things off.
Got the diabetic socks on the towel airer in the hallway.
And the throw for the bed on the flat airer.
The socks kept slipping off of the bars.
Better check on them later.

.

Back on the computer, and took this terrible shot of my reflection in the balcony window.Ā Haha!

The socks were falling off again, so I moved the dressing gown onto the stand-up machine, and the socks to the flat, bent & twisted one.
This was when I noticed an odd sock among them.
I had a search around but couldn’t find it.
Moved the quilt onto the stand-up airer.
Folded the seven diabetic socks.
And went to make a brew of Glengettie.
Tea Glengettie

Then, as the rain was falling in torrents, I went out onto the balcony to take some photos of the views.
All through the glass of, course.
Wet or what?
Yes, wet!
The left side was even worse.
The right end shot of the end car park came out alright, the wind was carrying the rain, and the mud-slide was developing rather quickly.

Back on the computer, Carer Cochi came. She coped with the fitting of the Diabetic socks, and the ankle and leg straps. We had a bit of fun with that. Dealt out the medications and managed a little laugh.

As I drank the drink, the tummy really hurt for a few moments then died down?

Because the pouch seemed to fill up so quickly. although the colour was the healthiest it has ever been; I’d say a two on the NHS Urine Richter Scale.
300ml, from half a mug of Glengettie?

After about ten minutes, the pain returned in the stomach. Well, fancy that…
The day pouch had filled in no time??? After emptying the bag again, no joking, in five minutes, there were 200ml of good-coloured urine back in the pouch!

Oh, here’s the future man with his torch!

The sun was struggling up from the left. The rain had stopped, and I tried to get a decent photo of the planet.
Somehow, it looks as if it is nighttime? I’m not sure what I did wrong here.

I put some prepared parmesan potatoes in the tray, ready for cooking later on. I threw away the butter pat with the garlic in it and shaved some of the fantastic-tasting no-butter butter on the potatoes instead, with a splash of sea salt and vinegar.

I felt the pouch pulling again, and Little Inchies
blood trickling down my leg.
I’ll have to keep checking the bag for the rest of the day and night. It’s coming out in torrents?

Aches and pains got worse, all due to the bladder and this cold, caught, I think. Closed down the computer early, and got a nosh made. Parmentier potatoes and pies. It was not good!.
I overcooked the pies, and the crusts were like shoe leather, only tougher. I actually bent the knife when I first tried to cut one! The tatters were okay.Ā
Flavour Rating: 5/10.

Took these shots when washing up the pots.
I accidentally had the flash on when I snapped this one. The rain was back again.
This one came out lighter without the flash.

Got down really early in the itch-creating, bruise-giving, catheter-tube-tugging, crumb-decorated from my nocturnal nibblings, God-awfully uncomfortable, cringingly-grotty, no longer working, dirty beige recliner, anti-sleep designed, c1966, second-hand bought for £300, ten years ago from the charity shop, I was not feeling very well at all. Poor thing, Hehehe!
I checked the pouch, it now abruptly, stopped filling, and the stomach pains started again! The coughing didn’t help. Each time I coughed, I got pains from the innards, stomach/bladder, and the already bleeding Little Inchy’s fungal lesion. I tried to drink more water to encourage the bladder to work, but with only having the day bag on yet, and, I felt sure I’d nod off, not wanting the pouch to fill to capacity while asleep… I think I decided to wait until the Carer arrived and put the bigger night bag on for me.
I fell asleep, and am not sure which carer came to this last call. But he took off the ankle and leg strappings and attached the night bag for me. This may have been Carer Atere’s attention in attendance, methinks. He may have said he’d checked the cooker and taps, I think. But left the lights on in the main room and hallway.
So, after a while, when I realised this was why I couldn’t get back to sleep…Ā it may take me a while, but I got it eventually, Hehehe!Ā So, I struggled half asleep, out of the Ā£300, second-hand, musty, Haemorrhoid Harold Testing, wincingly beige, crumb-covered, not-working, rickety recliner, carrying the by the lengthy tube, and fumbling along with preciousĀ  , I had to get up to turn off the lights. Not easy getting back to the recliner in the dark, but I avoided any toe stubbings. Got settled back down, and the coughing kicked in again:Ā
šŸŽ¼Ā Your foot bone connected to your heel boneYour heel bone connected to your ankle boneYour ankle bone is connected to your leg bone.Your leg bone connected to your knee boneYour knee bone connected to your thigh boneYour hip bone connected to your backbone
Your back bone connected to your shoulder boneYour shoulder bone connected to your neck boneYour neckbone is connected to your head-boneYour thigh bone is connected to your hip bone…šŸŽ¼Ā

That ditty was my way of saying that standing up and pain & bleeding exited from Little Inchie’s fungal lesion as the tube pulled at him. Cartilage Choe gave way on the little journey, the eyes made it hard to get back to the recliner, sitting down again, and Haemorrhoid Harold hurt and bled as I plonked down a mite hard on my rear end. Then as I got as comfortable as I was going to get, Coughing Claire kicked off, which affected all the aforementioned ailments, plus, the throat, Back Pain Brenda, the leg papules, the chest, the ears popped, the glasses fell off, I knocked the TV remote control… tried to retrieve it, and knocked over a bottle of spring water! It instilled a thought in my mind. I must ask each evening carer to turn off the lights for me on leaving.Ā Ā

May Peace and Contentment Engulf you!

Short again. Depressed, and not feeling well.

A little dark, but less than of late.

Fantastically detailed shot of the morning fog.

Tried again later.

So cold when I opened the window to take the photos. The heater is still not working… weekend again! Made a brew of Glengettie to warm up.

Ah, black turning to blue?

Later on, grey fog.

Only three trips today. All the same in nature.

Daily total for internet failures Much better…

The fog was still thick four hours later.

Second and last allowed mug of tea. Sob!

Aha, I can see shapes!

The day bag often filled up quick today.

Late afternoon, I see houses.Ā Hehe!

Medicationings done.

, the sunshine got through the clouds and fog for the first time today…
Then sank out of view within minutes.

.

.
Did you get them all? I did…

Still feeling a smidgen dizzy and out of balance for some reason or other. And the periods of Dark, and dankĀ  s, were horrible.
