All-over-the-placidness, lack of concentration, and mind wandering off more than staying with me were similar to yesterday. Rampant! I have lost the notepad with the reminders of the day’s events.
There is much the sameness, I suppose. Thank heavens I got the above selection sorted early because I could not have done it in the state I was in later on.
Things may or may not improve mentally or physically, but ‘It ain’t necessarily so!’
So, this will be short on detailed info, as the seizures and mind-blanks started later on. Sorry.

04:00hrs: The brain stuttered awake… well, mostly. How I got the glow onto this snap, I don’t know!

The medicationalisationings followed.

The shaving went well; there were only a few minor nicks. No bother.

I went to the kitchen and enjoyed taking these snaps of these morning views.

I got the computer on and started updating and getting photos onto CorelDraw and WordPress.
Another oddly-hued photo?

I got further muddled and had to make many amendments and corrections. Then, as if by magic, I found myself in the spare room, apparently searching for something. I didn’t find out what I was looking for, but I had a scout around in case I saw whatever it was, and it triggered the brain into action. It didn’t.
Later, when I went to investigate what to have for the daily meal, I had this wonderful view to photograph. This one is rather special. Gorgeous!
It could be Putin in heaven, I thought.
But plenty of others to pick from. Hehe!
A lot of blanks today.
But I did get the nosh pepped, cooked & photographed.

Blimus! Another visit!
Reynauds had turned into an almost illuminant purple colour now! Still, it’s not painful at all.

I could hardly believe the dark colour of the Catheter night pouch contents—I was in shock, really. I took another shot of it when emptying the night bag.

The Asda driver rang me on the mobile phone with a connection as normal, but it was so bad that he might as well have been talking to me in Outer Mongolian, for all I understood. I assumed he could not gain access and told him I’d come down to him straight away. Big Mistake!

The symptoms were a new occurrence for me. I was not dizzy exactly, but oh so vague. My thoughts didn’t seem to be my own. Apart from getting up to empty the tank a few times, I sat there for about eight hours or more, seemingly uninterested in getting up. I was so drained, but Sweet Morpheus was not attainable at all.
Another foggy morning.
,
Foggier now.

.
Back on the computer.
Beautiful late afternoon clouds.
The brown was turning to blue an hour later.

A red-hued morning view.

Made up the bed. Well, flung a quilt over it.
Today’s fodder order arrived.

So, I was frustrated and self-critical as the landline burst to life. The Physiotherapist made sure I was aware of his arrival.

Not good in the night bag!
Wobble and a double moon.
Another bad un…
Nearly missed it altogether…
Aha, Gorrit!
Later shot from the kitchen.

Gotten Himmel! That suddenly filled up!
Carried them into the kitchen
No potatoes! But hot dog rolls and baguettes last a week if I use the freezer. Drink treats for the nurses & carers. There are low-cal sausages and some franks in there, too. Wholemeal cob hot dogs?

The freezer is full, too!
Even darker wee-wee now.
Carer Chris saw how long and so low down the new Catheter day pouch was. He tried to shorten the thick, wide tubing, but it was glued on, so there was no go. We both think this was a female bag. I’m in great pain as I now have to bend down as low as my ankle to get to the release valve for emptying, which is not suitable. I’ll ask Kara if she can see if these are ladies’ bags tomorrow.
Massive tubing!
The release valve is far too low down.
Lovely view.
Late night shot. Not too bad for me.
Made hot dogs and had them with tomatoes and mushrooms with a splash of low-calorie tomato sauce in each sliced roll. The chips are processed out of a packet cold, which the Nurse tells me are low in carbs and calories, and I’m allowed to eat.
I only got three of them in 25 minutes!

Oh, heckithump!
A tinge of brown in the first-morning snap of the view from the kitchenette?
Thus, I evacuated the splashy sludge.
The brown clouds had lessened.
I did the waste bags and then made up the day’s spring water bottles.
Getting lighter now.
Frost was on the ground, but that soon cleared up, especially on the bottom field, decorated with footfall-made paths.
Despite my guzzling away at the water, the flow from bladder to pouch was far less today.
Late afternoon.
Bye-bye, sunshot.
Veg soup, nosh. Had just two thin rounds of bread, and some potatoes were in with the beans.
I did… but not in the time allotted.

I stirred reluctantly in mock life.
Removed the nocturnal catheter bag.
Wash and shave.
The legs & feet were looking okay.
The bloodless parts of the toes were seemingly getting larger in the area? The make on the right foot is actually, I think, a mark on the camera lens. But I tried to clean it off the other day without any success? It does not show up in dark areas, so I cunningly took the top photo upside down. Clever, eh? Or not.
A second attempt at evacuating from the rear end, and Trotsky had regained control. Last visit!
All done ablutionally and medicatingly, I tackled getting the Depend PPs on. I am not kidding; I reckon the whole operation took me about 5 minutes from start to finish! With some miracle, the pains from knees Arthur Itis and the two Cartilages were not too bad!Â
I made up some bottles of spring water (flavoured with cordials) for the day’s intake.Â
Sorted the waste bags.
I was gobsmacked to see that the Catheter Day Pouch had filled quickly. Oddly, the shade looked a little deeper as the day went on.
The landline rang
And very welcome she will be! ♥
At least it was a small one.
Baguettes, beans & bacon soup, Soda water, a can of minced beef, kitchen towels, and Worcestershire Sauce flavoured chip sticks. And…
Hot dogs, potatoes, rissoles & Lamb Patti!
I eventually discovered that I must have knocked it off the recliner arm, and it’s fallen into the control pouch outside the chair. Angry at myself but so pleased that I found it, I went to take a very late shot of the night from the kitchen.
Not a brilliant one, though.
Full again! And look at the dark colour?

05:45hrs: The colour of the contents of the nocturnal pouch was worryingly dark again.
Another thing that bothered me was the state of the legs when the Carer removed the diabetic socks to change them and put on the ankle & leg strappings.
Messy!
Morning view of the blue hue sky.
The one permitted mug of tea was brewed.
Got around to updating yesterday’s blog.
I had to empty the fast-flowing day pouch.
Unbelievable!
Somehow, the urine looked to have got a lot lighter?
When I emptied the day pouch…
I do remember taking this shot above.
Apparently, the meat is going into the oven.
I took this shot down from the kitchen window.
Ten minutes after taking the first one…

Vegetable stew with gammon.
Have a great day, you really ought,
