was by far the worst ailment I had today. I have to find a dentist soon. Otherwise, I may find myself going stark-raving-mad. come think of it, I think I’m at that stage now. What would be the next one up? Away with the fairies, barking mad, non-compos mentis, or nutty as a fruitcake, Hehe!
The meddlesome medley of
like yesterday relented. However, I did have one hell of a mind-blank this evening that lasted for at least three hours. During this, Carer Joanne discovered that I’d cut up and seasoned some mushrooms earlier in the day and left the heat on under the pan when she did the taps and cooker checks for me. I genuinely thought she was joking at first. I went into the kitchen to her, and sure enough, I had. Why the hell I couldn’t remember doing it – and equally worrying, is how I did it without knowing and had no accidents, Accifauxpas or Whoopsiedangleplops doing it?
I also took some sky photographs as well.
But the mini-blanks, unless I didn’t realise, which must be possible, did not affect me much at all. On this long one, no blogging was done at all. What was I doing then? That’s a silly question. I was doing the mushrooms, but that wouldn’t have taken me three hours, surely. I found the sharp knife hours later, underneath the microwave cooker. I assume I’d used it to slice the mushroom with.
I used far too much of the pain-killer spray on the teeth today.
was hardly any bother at all, up to now anyway. I’m going to ask a Carer to call the doctor on Monday. I’ll get to the surgery somehow or other. I rankling me now.
Getting yesterday’s blog done took me ages. This is surprising, really, because the toothache hadn’t been bothering me too much until today. Thanks to the pain-killer spray.

Cor, blimey. Must tell the doctor.
My first shot of the morning.
No mud, no rain.
Ablutions & Porcelain Throne time.
Urgh!
On and off of blogging.
These were found on the computer later.
Not only did I not recall doing the mushrooms that Joanne found, but I can’t remember taking these photos. But once I saw them, I remembered. Hehe!
To this one, after I’d sliced and seasoned the mushrooms.
Boy, did I season them!
Strong soya sauce, oregano, liquid smoke flavour, Polish Worcester sauce, sea salt, black pepper and some onion granules. I’m not sure, but I have a strange feeling, just might have added some mint? Just a feeling, like.
Afternoon view.
I wonder where the liquid in the car park came from?
No car washing, water shortage?
Beautiful clouds later on.
The big Blank arrived.
Two lovely sunset shots.
Smug-Mode Adopted.
But I was still bothered about the blanks.
Better put this result on while I remember.
I got eight of them in four hours. Haha!
Smug-Mode disengaged.
Waiting for Carer Precious to come.
I’ll go on WP reader and comments.
Caught the sunset for once.
I took these on the new Kodak.

EPILOGUE
Carer Precious took off my socks. Checked the taps and stove, and was happier because he was on his way home.
Good for him. A nice lad.
I kept nodding off and waking up for hours.
It was a bad night, broken by
, the odd
strike, but most often it was
who woke me up.
Terrible night!
TTFNski each.

Last night’s sleep was full of
Not a lot of writing today. You’ll see why later. Huh!
The one good thing about the Porcelain Throne evacuation was that for the… wait for it, 15 minutes spent waiting for the motion to start, plus the 9 minutes of agony it took to force it along, I didn’t have a single shock from
Later, Carer Chris arrived.
The beauty of the clouds took my mind off of my worries for a few minutes. Then, I searched each room again for the note page. No chance, of course. Then took more snaps.
Back on the computer, as I started another search in the hope that I’d missed them, with my eyes getting foggy and double vision – I had an epiphany!
I shelled some more, the last of the fresh garden peas ready to use later. I’ve spent so much time searching for ~ Words I’d lost but hadn’t, I just forgot
where I’d stored them—that Chris did his evening call already!
Chris took these Kodak snaps of my poor old legs for me.
sends up the leg, it has now started itching like mad. Oddly, for the first time, the lower arms are the same. Beats me?
I got the belated nosh at last.
I found them… (Smug-Mode Adopted) But it took me nearly 10 minutes, so the Smug-Mode was removed.

Doesn’t yer know that today started so well that I was questioning my own insanity? What a start to this prospectively enlightening, trouble-
free, and confidence-returning day!
The colour of the urine was classified by Carer Richard later,
as a seven on the NHS rating colour card. That was a bit of a downer for me. Yet, I found myself whistling, well, I say whistling. I was trying to whistle; it was not easy with me losing another half-tooth to the land of rot and
I put the Kodak Tim in my gown pocket and tried to take a selfie shot of how little the nick was.
chin was embarrassing as well!
I took a photo of the morning view from the kitchenette window and put the kettle on to make a brew of Thompson’s Punjana tea.
Then, I emptied all of the waste bins into one and placed it near the door for the Carer to pick up for me.
from Specsavers checking the eyes. It was, I suppose, perfectly understandable that I forgot they were coming.
Tired out now, but still messing about trying to sort out the changing font issue. Sod it, I made a brew of Glengettie tea and enjoyed it. Oh, I’ve just realised I’ve not had a Porcelain Evacuation all day!
If a need for food develops, then I might have an evacuation. I have more eyes and shoots to remove from the potatoes before putting them in the oven.
I took these pictures on the left earlier and forgot about them; it could happen to anyone, I say.
I’m drained and tired out, and I just smelt the burning potatoes in the oven! Another oven tray to throw away. More potatoes to de-scab and cook again. Which I did, smilingly, happily, contentedly… I speak LYINGLY Hehehe!

Not a good start.
Bags sorted out.
Blogging for several hours, and Carer Israel arrived, on his way home, last call. Did a good job with the diabetic socks, and put some cream on my ankle first. Treated him.
Pressed on with the blogging. Taking the above photos of the view in-between moments of with-it and Out-of-it.
Got dressing gowns and nightshirts hung up.
Even more rubbish was cleaned up. My mind was getting me to do the blog, but Doreen Dementure rather wanted me to start other jobs and forget about them, and others started.
Afternoon clouds as the sun disappeared, although it did fight its way through again later.
My old neighbour Josie ♥, as I took her her Sunday lunch.
Sister Jane’s Mr Fooey! ♥.
This is mugging’s me. But why was I so sad to see this selfie I took by accident in the lift?
I think I’ve used this one before. Sorry!
My meal feast

I decided to investigate as I stirred and saw it was still 03:15hrs. I emptied the contents of the nocturnal pouch of the catheter first so I could carry it around while I searched for the wristwatch. The urine was dark, and there was an awful lot of it.
Thanked and treated her and made an effort to get a wash, shave, and the painful medicationalisationing done.
compression thingy. I did a decent job of it, too. I took this Kodak Tim shot above my legs. I thought I’d treat myself to a mug of tea.
I got the computer going and opened Corel Draw.
I took these two from the kitchen window.

Carer Richard arrived as I was taking this shot above. Wonderful Clouds! He had bad news about his poor legs. The hospital told him they could do nothing to help. The broken bones cannot be mended. Looks like painkillers and walking frames on his legs are possible.
As the night grew on, and I struggled with the blogging, I stood up to empty the catheter bag, and the yellow puss came through the bandage again.
I found it difficult to prep the meal. I felt so tired out. It was at the ridiculous time of nearly 03:00 hrs, and I struggled to get the blog done because my eyes were so bad.
Baked potatoes halved with sea salt and Flora No-Butter butter slathered on them.

Only one today. Phew!

This is a ready-made, just-warm-it-up job: pulled BBQ pork and potato mash. I shelled some pod peas to eat raw with it, baked a potato, halved it, and
lathered it in Flora’s creamy alternative to dairy, Non-Butter butter. It’s a
Nodded off to sleep, waiting for the football match to start. And Carer Christopher arrived. I just love that yellow Bob-Cap of his.
The Austria v Türkiye match had everything in it: rain storms, sweat, determination, action, and a result that I could live with; a Türkiye win!
The Türkiye team had put in such effort that most men collapsed when the final whistle sounded. Boy, did they deserve it, too!
Carer Christopher arrived on his last call. He medicated me and shot off home. I couldn’t blame him!

I got two potatoes out, intending to cook them early today. But my plans were scuppered when I forgot about the Nurse coming to do the leg and ankle

Here are some of the recovered snaps that Carer Chris accessed for me.
He did, too! Chris said I looked like someone doing a brain operation and was concentrating hard as I sliced the potatoes and added them.
