All behind again. A quickie.
No, not tomato soup…
It was my overnight urine.

First kitchen shot of the day.
Just like yesterday, we had an early light rainfall that dried up in about 10 minutes, and no more again. I think I’ve put the wrong photo on here? Sorry.
I got the hoover with the headlights out and did a bit of cleaning up. Not much mind.
Sunday again, 10:00hrs and no 07:00hrs Carer arrived to sort the medications for me. No surprise, this is almost usual recently at the weekends. I can understand the problems that can arise from my experiences as a Security Controller.
It was slow progress again with the blog updating. At 11:15hrs, Carer Fazziyya arrived. I got the medications from her, and we managed a little natter and let her pick her nibble and drinkie. She still had two more calls to do before she could go home, bless her. Nice gal.
I had a prolonged Seizure. Came back to as near to reality as possible and went to make a brew. Carer Helen arrived. She could not issue any medications, which meant I suffered a little longer with
. The gap was not long enough to cover the 4 hours gap limit on painkillers. So, I put an effervescent Nurofen tablet in the spring water.
I made a meal of soft foods. Well, the potatoes I burned were painful, so I had to leave some. I washed the pots and intended to sit down briefly to clear my head before tackling the blog again, but… Zzz’s!
Two hours later, I woke up and got back on the computer. I seem to have lost a lot of wasted time today?
Then Carer Sushaman arrived. was already here, he’s been with me all day. Hehehe!
.
He sorted the big medication issues out for me.
He noticed I was scratching at my arm all the time, so we examined the offending limb.
,
Aha, a further outbreak of Acne or Eczema?
Well, fancy that, another ailment for me.
I carried on blogging, not getting very far cause I kept mind-wandering off to other things.
I meandered out onto the balcony and took some shots of the slowly getting lower sun, with the awesome pattern of clouds highlighted, it seemed for me personally, with my Pareidolia’s Delight.
I bet you can see some of the things I did in the sky. Go on, see what you can find.
The ghost? The dolphin? Or maybe it’s my new spectacles that will help me see them?
Hahaha!
I’ll have a go on the WP reader, before the next Carer is due.
Some great poems and photography on WP tonight. Doug’s cats, Andy and Tim, were exceptional.
21:00hrs I turned off the computer, having managed a little work on the blog, at last, and awaited the arrival of the last Carer of the day’s call.
21:55 hrs: Carer Richard arrived. He did not sound too happy. I got him a cold drink, and he took care of the medications.
After he’d gone, I had some hunger pangs despite my already having eaten a little meal. I took a night view shot while prepping the meal.
Potato waffles, veggie sausages, some Milk Roll sliced bread, and a very tasty lemon and lime-flavoured vegan dessert. ![]()

Everywhere there is cheating competition,
Humankind is at fault, the causation…
The world breeds an immoral civilianisation,
Each proletariat morphs into a curmudgeon,
World leaders get greedy & cantankerous,
Who can supply the counter-aggression?
From driving over a chevron…
to militarily, daily killing of a million,
Is this God’s & Allah’s dominium?
I have yet to make my decision!

Gotten Himmel!
Cleaning up took ages!
The ankles looked so much better.
The first-morning shot of the day.
The computer is on. I made a start on this blog, but not much.

eded some pain relief. I doused the mouth and teeth with the Pain-relief-Spray several times throughout the day. Probably a little too often. I also added a 20g Nurofen Meltlet to each bottle of the spring water that I have to drink each day to keep the urine flowing onto the catheter. I’m fed up with this, too!
The Memory Blanks kept coming.
The hazy morning tempted me to try the new Kodak camera to take a couple of shots from the kitchenette windows.
houses came out too well. It was a little blurry, but the whole scene to the keys was a smidge hazy, as was the sky. But it was gorgeous to me.
Inchy got them, but not within the 10 seconds.
I think I fell asleep. When I woke up, I took these shots of the sunset as it disappeared over the horizon.
Taking these shots a little later while in the kitchen.
I sprayed some of the pain relief on my teeth, then carefully, slowly, almost delicately, ate the snack. Nice!
After Chris stopped laughing at the slight scratch on my head, he took a photo of it.

Late shots were taken over an hour or so.
I prepped and served up the meal.

After many false starts, lack of interest, and repeatedly nodding off again, I felt the motion in the innards. Rumbling with the odd, almost sloshing sensation at times that threatened the return of Trotsky Terence’s return. But not yet of an urgent nature, more a pre-warning, methinks.
As I was taking this snap of the removed from the catheter nocturnal pouch and saw the terribly deep colour, the need for the Porcelain Throne became more intense. In my haste to ensure I got to the WC on time, I

Sorted the night pouch. The next task was the utilising of the Porcelain Throne. After a long slog, the first of the three
tungsten steel-type sausages was released. The second one was not too keen to escape. Several Oohs and Arghs later, it was released. A moment later, I was getting on my feet to sort the after-the-release cleaning out. I had to hastily get myself down again, just in time, too. The final flurry produced a tough,
tiny torpedo that hurt more than the first two put together! Hehe!
Zoomed in shot of HMP Nottingham. Opened in 1890 as a city gaol but was reconstructed in 1912, and until 1997, served as a closed training establishment for adult males. In 1997, D wing and E wing were opened, and the prison became a category B local establishment serving local courts in Nottingham and Derby. Currently holding 1,200+ interned villains. 2
The biggest drug raid done by the police in Nottingham was at these flats. They found drugs worth £1.2m in one flat. In which four immigrants were living free of all charges, awaiting a decision to be made. Only one was charged and is still waiting in the same flat for him to be deported back to Lithuania. Perhaps they will drop him by parachute?

Afternoon shots of the sky.
Dizzy, double vision, I had to give up on the blog.
I fell asleep. The springing awake continued, so I got up to check the taps, cooker, etc., and apparently took this photo.
Ahem, I found it within 3 seconds!

Sorted the pouch emptying and straightened the bedspread.

The food order arrived.
The morning clouds
The wee-wee kept coming.
I spotted the press-on cup hooks looking a little weathered. I took them off and cleaned them and the under-counter part.
Still warm and light.

04:00hrs; Reluctantly, I had to get up to attend the Porcelain Throne. With the last five days being controlled by a stubborn Constipation Conrad, I was in no rush
to get there. I removed and emptied the nocturnal pouch. The contents were dark, but have been far worse. I put the kettle on and meandered to the wet room.
task eventually, then went to get some pain relief for the ear and teeth. The tooth tincture spray, a Codeine, and I flushed the left ear and olive oil both.
feeling [erky but angry with myself, I de-scabbed some potatoes to have later; having closed down the computer, fully expecting it not to come back on, my oral was at its lowest.
A good job. I took a few photos, some of which I’ve no recollection of taking. But I do recall going onto the balcony to take it. My once beloved tree
copse, with the gravel pathway up to the park. I can’t even walk up it nowadays, let alone through the copse. I shut up on that subject; I’ll only depress myself. These dwellings on the left are behind the copse.
This is the result of a day pouch emptying session. There were bits floating in it, bits that resembled thin bits of cotton wool. Bits of my prostate. I

Now these snaps, again from the balcony. You can tell the sun has got through at last.
I was hobbling from room to room, doing nothing in any of them. I went out onto the sunny balcony again to take this photo of the end car park. Then, I sprayed some of the toothache stuff on the teeth and took a painkiller again. It might be these that are causing my out-of-its?

The old showerhead is breaking, and the new one is not working. I left the hot water tap running cold again. My eyes fade far too early in the day, and I have double vision, with shadows on the letters and words on the computer as and after typing.
04:10hrs: I disconnected the side-saddle nocturnal catheter pouch. (Later on, Carer Kim said it was a 6 on the NHS colour card)
I went to the kitchenette to put the kettle on to have warm water available for self-ear watering and took a photo of the view. Later, I found this one on the

tooth pain-killer in the mouth and did the first ear flushing of the day. Over the day, I did five flushing of the left ear, which seemed to
help a little. I also used the toothache spray six times and took painkillers.
I offered nibbles and a drink in thanks. I got the photos mixed up earlier; this is the one taken in the morning. I fear there may be other errors in this blog.
Also I refilled the Carers & Nurses nibble box earlier and missed it off or got it mixed up in my muddles, pain-filled head.
I think I took this one later, with the first cloud shots way above.
myself. Hehehe!
At least the ankle and legs were much better. Or is it because the toothache is worse? Tsk!
I better get the potatoes and find something soft to have with them. I’ll dollop a load of no-butter butter in them; that might help—or not, knowing my luck!
The Toothache was not!
This is a poor evening shot. No, not so. By now, it was a morning shot taken after washing the pots, pans, plate, and tray and putting some more tooth spray in my mouth.

nod. I woke 2-hours later and took off the catheter bag. The urine was a 6 on the NHS scale colour card checklist. So I had a good swig of soda water.
Well, it’s been the usual extended sit on the Porcelain Throne, waiting for, urging the evacuation to continue from its peaking out point, which was stretching things painfully. 21 cracks on the ceiling, one crossword clue solved, and ten minutes later, the evacuating product began to move.
The shaving caused another slight loss of blood. People say things happen in threes, so I wonder what the next vampire experience might be.
As I was placing the sorted-out waste bag bins near the front door, carer Christopher arrived.
I got the Friday blog finished and posted off, then turned my attention to the new Kodak camera, and using it for the first time. I used the other Kodak to take photos of the new one.
Tried again to get some decent photos with the new Kodak.
I’m struggling to see even more now, but at least if this shot of the kitchen sky is not good, I won’t know if it is or isn’t… and what am I talking about here?
I did not do well on this one at all.
I prepped, made, served up and ate the meal with a certain relish, not a sauce, I enjoyed this one.
The cleaning up after eating was a bugger, though. Hehe!

Laughed and got him a cold drink from the fridge while he selected some nibbles from the carer’s desk. As soon as Chris departed, Window Man Joe arrived to clean the balcony glass. He was in a vague mood. Hope he’s alright.
For this morning’s photo of the sun, I accidentally used the sunset option on Kodak Tim. But it came out quite well, and the blotches were hidden. Hehe!

word list again, then had the brainwave that I had saved them to the SD card in error. But didn’t find them. However, I did find the missing photo of the other days’
meal. Carer Chris showed me how to access the memory in Kodak Tim. Yee-Ha!
I went to prepare the fodder and took these Kodak Tim snaps of the view from the kitchen window. After I’d taken the photos, the return to ‘Inchy Normal Mode!’ started.
Amazingly, I enjoyed this concoction.
I carefully took this Kodak Tim shot before getting the pots washed up. Carer Chris arrived. I gave him some of the jellies by way of thanking him.
