My reception of perception and my gleaning grasp of reality can often depend on my success at freeing apprehension and the degree of the morning’s abjections; thus, how I’m coping with Doreen Dementia’s aberrations and   complications. I didn’t do this very well this morning.
I stirred into ersatz semi-life and awaited the brain to catch me up. It took its time. I couldn’t guarantee that I had not snuffed it, was in a coma, seizure, mind-blank or was still asleep at first. Suddenly, whatever state of existence I was in didn’t matter or bother me much. Not when I painfully got the legs out of bed and trod on the fallen-on-the-floor bed movement controller. This made me jump a little, and I uttered a few oaths and naughty words. Then, I stubbed my ingrowing toenail against the bed leg, and , hit .

It felt like I’d been up and gone ten rounds with Mike Tyson, and I’d only been up for five minutes! Got the night pouch off. Back to a deep colour today.
Then I hobbled off to the wet room.
Trotsky Terence ruled the evacuation again. Then I started the ablutions: putting my eggs, feet, and left foot in a bowl of soapy water while I shaved. The bandages on the right foot. Does it mean I have to go with one foot stinking until the nurse arrives on Monday, or was it Tuesday? Then the medicalisationing needed to be done. I still can’t find the underarm cream. All the other areas’ usual ointmentating was done. Earholes were Olive Oiled, etc.

Carer Christopher arrived. He didn’t look or sound like his usual self. I asked him if things were okay, and he replied negatively. He’s not saying anything, but I’ll cheer him up later.

I got the bag of waste made up, and took it to the door for collection..
On with the blogging. It was a hard slog! Errors galore, and I’m sure I missed some corrections that needed to be made. Tsk!

Care Kara arrived—what a gem she is. She checked the catheter pouch for me, and Kara looked for the missing cream for the underarms but had no luck. Then, although embarrassing, she put some barrier cream on my testicle area for me. After the gal left, I’m sure I had a Mind-Blank or one of them. I’ll explain, but I am not sure of this.
I was working on the graphics on CorelDraw. I’m sure I’d just made a mistake on the Horoscope one and felt annoyed with myself. It felt like seconds later, I found myself in the wet room on the floor, half over the shower chair. Without the foggiest memory of tumbling or even going into the room! As I crawled on all fours, annoying the Cartilage girls, to the recliner to use to haul my ginormously bellied body back upright on my feet, I realised I had a headache, toothache, and a tiny scratch or bruise on my chin. After another battle to get upright, I took a Codeine. I shelled the pod peas for tonight or possibly the morning’s nosh. I’m so far behind again.

Here are cloud photos taken over the day.

I think I had another out-of-it episode as Carer Christopher left for his next call. This time, I clearly recall him helping me sort out water that had appeared in the bottom drawer of the fridge. I spotted it while getting a cold drink to cheer him up. But not much else, I’m afraid.

We’ve had no rain, so it was a bit of a surprise when I saw the mudslide at the end of the car park. Who knows?

I got distracted when I saw an article on FND while searching on Google.

PN vs. MS vs. FND

Neuropathy is often classified into four broad categories: Autonomic, proximal, focal, and peripheral. Peripheral Neuropathy is the most common, impacting 7 in 10 diabetics, amongst others. PN is often mistaken for another common illness, multiple sclerosis (MS). To better understand the distinction between those diseases: PN or Peripheral Neuropathy – Part of the reason it is not always easy to identify PN is simply how diverse the condition is. According to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), there are more than 100 different types of Peripheral Neuropathy alone. However, the various strains of PN are all related, all involving some peripheral nervous system damage – meaning issues with the nerves outside the brain and spinal cord. Symptoms are often felt in the hands, feet, or lower legs. Numbness, pain, and other abnormal sensations are experienced as the peripheral nerves stop working correctly. Patients who have suffered for a long time with PN, mainly if it is advanced, may experience muscular weakness.
People with FND Functional Neurological Disorder and Neuropathic Diabetics often complain of difficulty moving. They may feel slowed down or find they cannot move part of their body or grip with a hand. They often complain that their limbs do not seem to do what I want. Some people may get extra involuntary movements such as twitches or tremors. Often complain of difficulty moving. They often complain that their limbs do not seem to do what they want. Some people may get extra involuntary movements such as twitches or tremors. I currently have Shuddering-Shoulder-Shirley, Twitching-Neck-Nicolas, Peripheral Pete’s Right Leg Dances, Shaking Shaun, Stuttering Stephanie, & others.
Please read this, Doctor, Please!
I can safely say I have all of the above symptoms!

It is late now, so answering comments and viewing the WordPress Reader is better. Then, get something to eat.

Morning: Catch up on this blog.
A simple supper for a simple man. Just baked potatoes with no butter, butter and the last of the podded fresh peas.
A lemon and cream dessert to follow, ‘Lovely!’
I washed the pots and took this Kodak Tim shot of the almost awesome evening view from the kitchenette window.
Toothache Tiffany kicked off as I climbed into the bed. Sleep was not an option.
Not due to , nor as far as I could tell, . No specific reason at all, but I just could not nod off! After nearly two hours of failed sleep-searching, I got up. I sat in the itch-creating, bruise-giving, catheter-tube-tugging, crumb-decorated from my nocturnal nibbling, God-awfully uncomfortable, cringingly grotty, no longer working, dirty beige, anti-sleep designed, c1966, second-hand bought for ÂŁ300 ten years ago from the charity shop, recliner.

Even with my legs up on the chair, the ankle & leg electric shocks didn’t bother me. The right leg ulcer under the compression bandaging did, though. Yet, no electric shocks confused me. Watching the progressing election results on the TV, after an hour or so, burst into activity. And as I write this in the morning, she has not stopped. Bless Her!

Labour wins the election, as you can see, mainly due to the Conservatives’ incompetency.

‘s mass of flaked-off skin covered my spectacles, chest, and dressing gown, and left a reasonable deposit on the floor and ÂŁ300 second-hand shop purchased, c1966, welt-causing, uncomfortable, not-working, itch-inspirational, crumb-containing recliner.
kicked off the moment I moved my left leg. But her joint was utilised to help me bend down to clean up my exuviated skin. The pain and efforts resulted in many visits from , , and .

Carer Chris arrived; he did not put the socks on for me because I’d hoped to get the ablutioning done later today – I didn’t.
Well, several of them. The day shot by, and I hadn’t even started this blog until Saturday (today)
. I flaked out far earlier than I usually do. Gave up, ate, and spent hours trying to get to sleep.
were rampant. It’s as if they knew I’d drifted off. Sleep? Erm…what’s that then? Hehe!
I keep hoping the Doctor’s receptionist will call to arrange for me to see the medics. Then, if I remember, I can explain my problems to them.
This was likely the worst out-of-it day ever. Thank heavens, I took some pictures. I really cannot recall taking many of them.
I have to see the quack about this. Then again, as last time, a long time ago, when I told her of the situation, she seemed all calm and unconcerned. She mentioned that I’m getting older and have many problems, as do so many other elderly patients. It is to be expected. I almost apologised for mentioning my worries. Hahaha! She’s right, all the same.
Here’s the memory promoters via .

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
You’ll notice that no night bag was attached.
This is due to my complicated, infected with brain; and, of course, dying. Maybe some effect from . Possibly in amalgamation with the failed operation, cleverly leaving me with double-vision, and some wonderfully uplifting new skills, like walking into door frames, tripping over unseen objects, and the latest, bending down and hitting left-open cupboard door corners when rushing to turn off hot water tap (faucet), that I so regularly leave to run cold. Hang on. That prompted me to check the taps now! No taps were running, and neither the hob nor the oven was left on… I closed the left-open fridge door! I am so glad I wrote this bit now. My food could have decayed! As I am. Hehehe! Where was I? Oh, yes, the urine nocturnal pouch I forgot to put on. Remembered to ask the last Carer to take off my socks last night.

The Iceland order arrived.
The only good thing about the order. They had Heinz pickled Ketchup on special offer.
Food!
.
A close-up of Harry Ramsden’s fish supper planned for tonight, well, tomorrow night’s feast.

.

It was nowhere near as bad as yesterday’s. But coming around afterwards, it took me a long time to get into a condition where I could tackle checking the blog work. It didn’t help that I had made so many errors.

Fantastic, beautiful cloud shots.

The catheter pouch has filled much slower today. But the colour was much worse.
Maybe a 5 on the NHS chart.
I’ll ask a carer to check it from this photo for me later, which I did. Joanne said it was a class 6!

It’s getting dark now. After another hour or so on this blog, I felt weariness, so I gave up.

Back to the wet room.

Took this photo.
I had a pareidoliaising feast with this one.
I thought, can others see what I do in it.
In the morning, I copied it in CorelDraw and doctored it with a lot more ‘contrast’, and what I could see became more explicit in the resulting picture.
Can anyone see them? The teddy bear, ghost, face, or the animal? I love pareidoliaising.

Was the catheter pouch still a deep colour?

The late evening clouds seemed to be determined to come to the fore. You can imagine, methinks, what I saw at first with my left double-vision eye. Haha!

So weary now. I made a quick meal.
The bland, pale, undercooked Iceland chicken legs, substituted for the not available thighs, tasted like cardboard would, I imagine. The Heinz beans were also unremarkable. The instant potatoes were very nice, especially with the Heinz pickle-flavoured ketchup.

Took this last shot of the sky.
I was pleased with this one.

I managed to find five of them.

I’m yawning now. But once again, would Sweet Morpheous welcome me? NO! Heaven knows how long it took me to nod off. I had a couple of , which jumped me awake, but I soon nodded off again. I did well once I got off, about 6 hours or so. Gleaned by waking up a lot later than usual, at 05:00hrs.

Hoping for a visit next week from a summat-therapist, phenomenologist, psychotherapist, psychoanalyst or whatever. Then I can… Ah, I’ve Gorrit! A Physiotherapist is being arranged by the Rehabilitation and Falls Service. I can remember now the chap who called the other day showing concern over the state of my knees… at least, I think he did. Today was just as before, in and out of connection with reality. I worry terribly about this… then start fretting cause I can’t remember the name of the vitamins I’m told I am crucially (Not keen on that word!) short of on my last INR DVT Warfarin blood test results. Then, I forget about everything as I go into a mind blank or seizure, coming out with not a worry on my mind… until something is mentioned that starts the cycle again.
Up and down emotionally like a yo-yo.

Much better colour this morning!

Misty, no rain.

ANOTHER FOOD ORDER COCK-UP!

I cannot recall making this order for Iceland at all!
Obviously, it was me who made it, cause all my favourites were in it! Understand that this is my third food order this week! No Carer Kara to limit or check on things; she is off for two weeks on holiday. More of the regulars may be off, too. Because Carers from other establishments are calling. This tests my memory to its limits and beyond, trying to remember things that need doing on each visit. No idea if I’ve said right or wrong to the Carers; it’s frustrating. Back to the unwanted, unnecessary Iceland order…
Got the bags into the kitchen.
Lucozade treats, iced drinkie, bleach and what the heck was getting more pasta sauce in for? I’ve at least ten bottles on the shelf now! I suppose I could claim that can take the blame?
Choca-blocker fridge!
Unbelievable!
I need help with this!

Trotsky held the advantage.

The NHS sent me a new ailment warning wristband.
Any more, and I’ll run out of wrists to put them on. Hehe! Ah, well!

I found this one! Smug Mode Engaged!

THE MEAL.
A cold one.
Orange and brown sliced tomato baguettes
slathered with butterless salted butter.
Surimi slices, and sliced cold potatoes.
Gorgeous!

I think Carers Chris & Victor called today, and some unknown ones.
Sister Jane called me… or did I call her?
bled a lot and often.
.
And were busy giving me bother. But particularly painful was . I seem to be getting pains at the back of both cartilages recently. When walking or lifting either leg. Electric-like Peripheral Neuropathy pains in both ankles.
All I can say is thank heavens that I am so pain-tolerant, brave, heroic and spit & laugh in the face of pain. Hahaha!

I’m sending you tons of good karma!

Not a good day. Little Inchie is now bleeding from the usual Fungal Lesion, and sores it accrued from the chaffing of the Catheter tube for so many months. He is not pleased with, having been pulled to the right for 14 months by the set-up; and now being pulled to the left! Uncomfortable is the word. Also, the contraption being put on the left legs is confusing me. Hehe!  No idea why laughed then. It’s Thursday morning at 1025hrs, and I’ve only just got around to doing this blog!
Knowing now, how much worse things have gotten, my concentration, interest and previous love of, and willingness for blogging, have sank. This will have to be quick once I start. My hearing is as bad as ever; my vision, even with the new spectacles on, (I found them!), is not all that good. The computer and internet are giving constant worries…

Back-Pain-Brenda is giving me jip even if I think of bending,
Little Inchie joined Brenda, constantly hurting!
Frequent attacks from Shuddering-Shoulder-Shirley,
Stubbed my ingrowing toenail… Wailing!
Another stinging from Little Inchie paining!..
But I’m not going to start complaining.
Cause this morning, Inchie’s agony is increasing!
Oh, the urine when pouch-releasing…
Looks like worms are in it, swimming,
There’s no guarantee, & I’m not pledging…
But I’m not going to start sulking,
At least the nurse didn’t mention amputating…
But I may consider running away or hibernating!.
Of course, I’m going wool-gathering,

My thoughts are jumbled & entangling…
Life is even less amusing, and invigorating.
Things physical & mental are inexplicably hurting!

I just hope my Doctors are reading!
Cause my inner thoughts need exhumating,
My sanity needs a rebirth facilitating,
And my wobbly-flabby body, recalibrating.

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Excellent colour… Shame about the bits in it. I assume they are bits of my Prostate that the Finasteride Tablets should have been destroying to make room for more content in the bladder. No one has told me whether to keep taking them or stop? Like with the Cataract operations, or rather after them? Same with the Blepharitis gel?

Do I need to keep on with the Finasteride, Dry Eye Spray or not? I’ve got another fortnight of the Maxitrol drops, I believe or not?

EyeDropsCarer Kara, bless her, phoned the Audio Centre for me, and booked an appointment with them for Monday 7th, October at Standard Hill Centre. I used to walk all the way there years ago, and then back to the flats in Sherwood. I can’t even get up Standard Hill nowadays!
This actually is the photo I took as I struggled up Standard Hill, over four years ago, to get to the clinic.
This time, Kara is going to book me a lift with Easy-Link. She’s so kind to me. If only I was 68 years younger… Hehehe!
As it looked then.

Where was I? Oh, yes, rushing; Another failed plan. Tsk! This is going to be a late-night job, cause I keep writing, talking, and thinking too much!

Earlyish morning photo of the view from the kitchenette window, not a good one. As usual lately. I recall what happened to me next… Whoopsiedangleploppery!  I had a Dizzy Dennis Spell as I was filling the kettle. It was nothing short of a miracle how I managed to stay on my feet. I did a mini pirouette and lunged at the corner of the draining board for stability.
Back to the computer. Fancy that! So I did a wander around doing safety checks in the flat, taking the stick with me, naturally. I made a start with the hallway. The door was secure, and the heater and airer were turned off.
Then into the kitchen…
Whoopsiedangleploppery!
I’d left the hot water tap running yet again! Grr!. I do hate myself at times. Not all the time, just mostly when I’m awake! So, no hot water for a shave & shower again! .But it didn’t bother me.
Inchy May Have Been Fibbing Here!
At long last, I got back on to the internet.
Putting on the photos and.
blow me, one more Liberty-Global Cock-up!

So, I went to make a rare brew of tea again. Excellent parking once again in the bottom car park I thought.
Not that

I can’t really blame them, after seeing the rain warning come up on the TV & now working again for a little computer. Parking away from the mud Slide area is wise.
I made a brew of Glengettie tea and took it to the computer to slurp while blogging. If ever I get any done.
I’d just about got the photos checked and into the file. And guess what happened?

Yes, it’s most irritating, innit?

Carer Shaquille arrived. We had a natter, well, at least I did a lot of moaning about the catheter propers and ensuing pains, Liberty-Global, and hating myself for the Accifauxpas and Whoopsiedangleplops that without any doubt, Cognitive  Impairment Iris has had a hand in. Back-Pain-Brenda was giving some stick again, with the odd Shuddering-Shoulder-Shirley session; I wouldn’t be surprised in the least if my right arm falls out of its socket! Hehehe!

Another let-down from the Liberty-Global Virgin Media oligarchical, money-seeking, number-crunching, dubious, slithery-sidestepping, money-jugglers, financial-escamotage, illusionists, dubious, hocus-pocus driven, mumbo-jumbo, grubstaking speculators, plutocrats, securities-brokers, stinking-rich, multi-core, fact-distorting, tycoonocratic, nabob-led Liberty-Global. Who own or have invested in dozens of European internet-mobile companies in the last few years.

They paid $24 billion in cash and stock, to buy out Virgin Media. The acquisition was noted by The New York Times as one of the 10 largest cable deals of all time. It was reported that this acquisition would make Liberty Global the largest broadband company in the world. But, they cannot get a signal that’s worth anything to Sherwood, in Nottingham.
Their CEO, Mike Fries, estimated Net Worth of Fries is at least $192 Million dollars, as of 1st May 2023. Mr. Fries owns over 216,802 units of Liberty- Global
.
A Liberty Global Proxy Statement reveals that Fries earned a total of $63m (£50m/€59m) in the year to 31 December 2021 (FY21), boosted by $41.7m in option awards. He earned less in FY20 when he received a total compensation of only $48m.
And still can’t get a reliable connection or service to Sherwood in Nottingham!

And if you think this was being written out of pure frustration, jealousy, resentment, covetousness, enviousness, and or a colossal hatred… You’re Right!

Carer Denise, who shredded the extra-strong matures Leicester Cheese for me, got her strawberries in thanks later.

I felt a smidge guilty when I checked to see how many things I had achieved on Falls Team Sarah’s to-do list.

The Iceland Order Arrived.

The kind delivery driver carried the carrier bags through and dropped them on the kitchenette for me to sort through and get put away. Which I did, after getting Kodak Tim, to record my efforts and order.
The bananas were kindly put at the bottom of a bag, with jars, cans and some bottles of Soda Water on top of them. Two hard been burst open. Still, they sent some Paracetamols. My favourite soft Milk Roll bread – slightly misshaped as that was squashed for me as well. Some red potatoes, too. No fish-fish sticks, bread twists with cheese, not a lot. Low-calorie lemon bars to onto the thank you treats stand. Strawberry mousse, and some delightful biscuits.
Bananas less the leaking ones. Three Strawberry punnets; for Kara, Josie and Denise. No more food orders this week. But… no, no more!

I caught the rain in these the first of the evening shots, taken through the kitchen window.

The next two, to the right then left; I thought had strange huje to them.
But the beauty of Mother Nature still shone through to me.
To the wet room and WC.
Ah, that went better!
The teatime caller arrived, and we had a minute it two of socialisationing. I forgot MedPhorpainto ask him to put some Phorpaingel on my back… again!.
The rain had stopped for the sun setting. Lovely!

WHOOPISEDANGLEPLOP!

Positively a much better style of evacuation this time. But I did have a bother with Little Inchy; the inner and outer lesions were bleeding at the same time. I coated him with some of the Sudocrem. It’s no good for calming down the pain at all. But I can’t use Germolene on such a… well, delicate area, Haha!
Little Inchy is getting even more painful now that I’m getting tired.

The sun has disappeared now.
But leaving another beautiful

view as his last drops of light fade away.

I started the process of preparing the anticipated feast of the week.
The spuds were in the oven, and UI set about trying to get some blogging done. But no!

So I gave up, and the whole farcicalness was about to start again, but worse on Thursday!
I was up nearly all night catching up on this blog! Grumph!
Thanks to Denise, I could use the Leicester extra strong cheese. Got the baked potatoes, scraped out the flesh and mixed it as best I could in the basin, with sea salt, and no-butter butter. Garden peas, and no-meat sausages. A banana and a lemon dessert. Smashing!
Flavour Rating: 9.3/10. Lip Smackingly Good!
I found this photo of the missing Audio Clinic Record Book.
And spent hours having a good rummage around for it – but all to no avail.
I’m so tired, in pain, deaf, can’t see properly, and can’t even voluntarily pee! All part of my luck, getting old & senile….
Now, where did I leave the CBD?

What an expensive day!
The usual getting things wrong, forgotten about, dropped, lost, back-to-front, or the many dithering moments guaranteed another 24 hours of anosmia. With eyesight that put me in danger as it would get worse momentarily; Dangerous on my hobble to and from the Optician. Where, between them and the Ozan food store, I spent a small fortune!
Two costly eye medications bought, the Smoked Knuckle that I couldn’t resist, and cash to pay the Easy-Link from the thingy in the wall in Sherwood. I was out of the flat for about five hours, and returned having spent on the glasses, medications and shopping treats… over ÂŁ320! The Bank Balance is at its lowest for years now! The eye is still bothering me and as I said, making me a bit nervous. The eye this morning, is even more painful after having the cream and spray put on last night.
A Fed-Upperedness-Lingers!

DIARY

Night Pouch.
NHS Scale 4

Sprayed the slippers.

Kitchen.
Kitchen morning view.

Not sure why I took this one – or even meant to?
Rushed around getting things ready for the trip to the Opticians.
Carer Kara arrived. No eye drops were given. She said she will try to find out for me whether I should or not be using them still. ♥ Medications sorted.

Had a bash at doing the blog, but within ten minutes…

I set of with the I hoped all the things I needed in the three-wheeled-walker trolley. Old spectacle frames to have the new lens fitted into. My wristwatch, bus pass, mobile phone, the beloved Kodak camera, and some cash. I set off on the journey to the opticians. I went down in the lift and took this snap of the information board as I got out of the elevator.

I walked outside and down to the Winwood foyer. This was to escape the drizzle and high winds.
Took these snaps of the view from within the outer foyer.
Then as the time neared for the bus, out to the bus shelter.
Taking this snap of the traffic island outside the flats. The wind was blasting the weeds and plants all over.

Down into Sherwood, got off of the bus without any tumbles or falls this time. Up to the crossing, over the road and into the opticians. Where the three pretty young lady assistants pampered me a little… I loved that! They seem to have taken to me? Another mystery! I was helped with the trolley into the examination room. But on my going inside…
I felt the catheter pouch dropping… Dam It! After all that time preparing everything to go out, I’d not emptied the pouch! I cringed as I had to ask if there was anywhere I could empty it. The lady kindly took me through the back of the shop, through some narrow junk rooms; she even helped me get up the steps to the WC.
Back to the test room. It must have taken her well over an hour & a half with all the tests needed. The outcome was costly!
I needed an eye spray and Gel. The tears were drying far too quickly, and the grit-in-the-eye scenario needed the spray. I can’t recall how much they each were, but the total was ÂŁ23! pound. And there was me, thinking it was my natural charismatic charm, humour, and good looks that were getting appreciated by the staff. Hahaha! It must have been three hours after arriving, I was freed, to get some cotton pad (Not wool) from Wilko. Who, of course, didn’t have any in stock. But I let the girls select a can of pop of their choice from the trolley before departing to Wilko’s.

I hobbled carefully down to the Ozan store.

I was foolishly tempted to buy more veg knuckles and a large potato. Got some cash from the machine outside as I left.
A danged expensive trip this one was!

Then a grinding hobble back up Winchester Street Hill.
I think the hobble earlier helped me cope with it easier this time.
Approaching the left turn to the flats, which was not in view yet.
Almost there…
These wildflowers caught my attention again, as the poor things were getting battered by the winds.

I got inside the flats and was commandeered by ILC (Independent Living Coordinators), OberstgrĂĽppenfuhreress, Warden and Primo Ballerina, Warden Deana & Generaloberstess, Ice skating champion florist and Warden Julie’s office. This is used as a holding cell and an interrogation room. Only joking!
A Prisoner’s… no, Tenant’s detail updating was done.
The new ailments had to be added. Har-Har!
This took a while.

Back to the flat.
Along the link passage from Winwood to Woodthorpe Court.
At the end, Near the swipe door…
A photo of the overgrown natural greenery!

Back up to the apartment.
The knuckle and the potato.
The potato was put in the oven on low heat.

Tried to catch up with yesterday’s blog.

Gave up, and checked on the potato in the oven; it needed a little longer. I sat in the ÂŁ300, second-hand, most uncomfortable, decrepit, Haemorrhoid Harold-testing, micro-organism-microbe-bugged, easily-fallout able from, unfit-for-use, not working, recliner, and nodded off with being kind, as well as the giving me a break…
was kind as well… then as heavenly peace arrived… I think was beginning a peaceful dream with a HRH Petal-Lisa and me in a railway carriage, dining… somewhat
the landline burst into flashing mode.
I jerked awake, my glasses dropped of my head… I carefully (I thought) rose from the recliner; knocking off a bottle of spring water and the torch off of the ottoman… nearly lost my balance going the two paces nodded to get to the telephone, and responded with a pleasant, ‘Good Evening’ quote. It was the
, with the results of the blood test. My INR had gone up to 4.2 for some reason, so the new dosages were given to me. Struggling to hear what the receptionist was saying didn’t matter this time; it was easy to hear… one each night! I thanked her and nearly tripped over the bottle of spring water as I went to the carers table and change the dosage on the Meridian book cover. Collected the dropped items from my getting up, and got back down into the ÂŁ300, second-hand, c1968, charity shop-bought, eyesore-horrendously grungy coloured, Harold Haemorrhoid-testing, easily-falloutable from, unfit-for-use, not working, recliner… but not for long… I got the nosh sorted and started to dine well.

Within about ten minutes the door chime chimed out its; tune.

It was Carer Chris coming for the last call of the day. Nice and early too, I was half asleep. He got the and on the eye; the gel application hurt a smidge as I recall after it was put on, but nothing too bad.
No painkillers were offered, and, as I found out in the morning, no night pouch was added to the day bag. I think the lad knew from earlier how tired I felt with the trip out. He was off quickly, telling me to get some sleep, bless him.

But it was not to be!
Again the raged. No peace, just reminders of past errors, mistakes and shameful moments, relentlessly. One incident from 1957 was thrown in this time. This is getting bad, I wonder if I can get any help with this problem?
Has anyone mentioned it to Rishi Sunak, yet? Hahaha!

Still, I’m eating well!

Oh, just found this photo that I missed off!

Inchie: Monday 1st May 2023

– – – – Or is that 1.84bn? – – – –

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – -.

Another ‘in and out of it’ day.
However, far fewer ‘Out-of-its’ than ‘Almost with it’ moments.
Genuine ‘With-It’ events you can count on one hand.
I still managed to get so far behind with everything.
Make multiple errors & mistakes.
Not a bad day, really, for me!
No, that might be stretching the point!
Sorry about the delightful moments of my Pareidoliaing.
I found a feast of figures in the clouds at various
times during the day & night. ..
A weakness of mine, as you know!

Up at 04:30hrs; Throne and ablutions were tended to.

Care Richard arrived. Nice to see him. He got the prescription medications issued and evaluated. Managed a mini-natter.

Healthier-looking pins today?

Only three visits to the challenging today.
was not so bothersome, but… the
were back again. Humph!

No work was done on my unknown neighbour’s house today.
Fair enough; it is Bank Holiday!

Got some fresh veg cooking, and am going to add them to a can of cheap vegetable soup. My designs were to have this at around 13:00hrs. But as per, they didn’t work out. I got the meal at 22.45hrs.
Better late than never!

A few Pareidoliaing moments were enjoyed, as the sky with its fast-moving clouds turned a smidgen blur… Two eyes, or marbles at the bottom of the first effort, above.
Higher in the sky shot. An explosion taking place?
A Pareidoliaing success here. (Above)
It looked to me as if a keyhole had been cut through the clouds as if they were made of snow? I can see a head in there, as well.

The fresh and canned vegetables were merged in the saucepan and flavoured a little… Then got forgotten about for a good few hours!

Later on, the skies began to lose their blue tinge a little.
I can see two whales kissing each other?
And a swan taking to flight?

Ten minutes later, the sun started to descend.
Looks like a Red-Dwarf craft in there?.

Would you believe it – , , , barely believable…

Late afternoon.
Down comes the sun.
Pareidoliaing: I see an animal’s head
with its jaws open in the clouds? Mayhap
chasing the small clouds on the right?.
A mane on the animal’s head?.

Back onto the computer…
Would you believe it – , , , barely believable…

The handsome-looking mirrors & Smoke boss Man Fries, paid with Liberty-Global’s $ 24 billion to buy Virgin Media, doesn’t seem to be interested in this constant failure? Yet manages to afford flashy untrue, advertisements on the TV, of how great, and reliable… (Sorry, I had to stop for a laugh there!) Virgin Media is.
Mind you, my experiences with BT a few years ago, were almost as bad as Liberty-Global-Virgin Media.

acci-whoop

I was taking out the potatoes from the oven to add to the soup.
I thought about other people with neurotic problems, and wondered how they coped when the shakes, shudders or topples happen?
At least with my having this as one of my ailments, there are times, like this incident, when can be a semi-blessing. As I tore the finger from the oven door, there was no pain whatsoever. Of course, as ‘s habit, when the nerve ends finally get the message to the brain to tell it that It’s in pain… it could be seconds or hours later, the belated agony can catch you out.
Come think of it, it did today. I was washing out a spring water bottle, when the message got through to my brain, and dropped the flipping thing. Hey-Ho!

The sunset, such as it was, was not photographed very well…

.
A wide shot first.
Couldn’t get it right, as it looked to me.
.
A close-up shot.
Couldn’t get it right, as it looked to me..
After the sun had descended.
I got it betterer, as it looked to me.

The Meal Was Served

.
Not a very pretty-looking meal at all!
But, it went down nicely!
I’m going to try another like this tomorrow.
The Carer called as I was scoffing at it.
I soon finished it off. Taste-Rating: 8.3/10!
Medications taken. A little chin-wag was enjoyed
The gal is off to Skeggie with her boyfriend tomorrow.
Hope she enjoys it.

Then, although so late, I decided to make a start on this blog.
Else it’s going to take too long in the morning if I don’t make a start.
This was the case; when I opened the Internet…

Would you believe it – , , , barely believable…
AGAIN!

Their Trustpilot Rating is no surprise!
This made me check on BT…
.
Blimey, an alternative load of crap!

Things could be worse I may have caught pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis!

Inchcock – ‘The Blubber Man!’, Wednesday 9th December 2020

TFZers Handyman at play!

Then I hobbled home and made a brew of Glengettie, Haha!

Wednesday 9th December 2020

Swahili: Jumatano 9 Desemba 2020

23:30hrs: Slowly, very slowly, I stirred into imitation life, and with this, the Thought-Storms started to attack. Fast and furious, malicious too! Most emotions were in there somewhere at some time. Jealousy, hatred, fear, nervousness, disgust, self-contempt and an expectation, nae, certainty that something else is going to go wrong, or malfunction again today.

Several minutes later, utter confusion reigned. There were none of the usual three distractions to help me; The need for a wee-wee, the Porcelain Throne, or any of the ailments being excessively painful or bothersome. It took a while of oddly exhausting talking to myself and a lot of ignoring of the wayward thoughts, until belatedly (for me), as I was considering the easiest way to rearrange my lumberous stomach-ladened body from the recliner, the need of a wee-wee arrived. It was welcomed!

As I caught my balance, I noticed that the OEGPB (Overnight, emergency, grey, plastic, bucket), had not been utilised, so I made my way to the wet room. After yesterdays lack of wee-weeing, I expected the usual for yesterday anyway, resistant, weak, tricking mode. But, Oh, boy, no! Although short and sharp, the torrent of wee belted out like from a hose-pipe (Albeit a small hosepipe). There was no PMD (Pre or Post Micturitional Dribbling), which surprised me a tad. However, there was plenty of cleaning up to be done, from the overspill and spray! I must take care, and be aware of this, on my next visit!

I took the morning medications, taking a poo softener as well, from one of the pill-pods that the Carrington Pharmacy, 343-345 Mansfield Rd, Carrington, Nottingham NG5 2DA, next to the pub, near the Lidl store, hadn’t forgotten to put the pod covers on.

I got on with updating the Tuesday blog.

The need of another wee-wee arrived, this time I utilised the grey bucket, easier to contain the spraying from Little Inchies mini-hosepipe. This visit was just as blasting as the first, but I managed to avoid any overspray. Also, unfortunately, I saw that the urine colour had got a lot deeper, now, according to the urologist’s check chart, it was on level four. So, I refilled the spring water bottle and kept it near the computer, and took swigs of it often.

Back to the updating, and got into it, and completed it, but it cost me a couple of hours. I forgot all about the extra drinking, so had a guzzle of spring water, then got the kettle on, and made a brew of Glengettie. I told myself that I’d done a good job! Why? I’m not sure now!

A summons to the Porcelain Throne arrived. Off to the wet room, down on the raised plastic seat, and had I a wee-wee, while awaiting the evacuation to start. Little Inchie shook, well, trembled, as the jet of wee-wee exploded into the WC bowl – the spray back gave my bottom an upside-down shower of the warm liquid! Grumblecronkackers, that was uncomfortable, wince-making!

The slow to start evacuation almost made up for the mess from the wee. It was not even painful, soon over, and despite the size of the torpedo, cleared first flush! Bleeding was just a few specs, and no sore rear-end afterwards! All in all, a fine session! But of course, the midriff area, front and back, needed washing and freshening up, which it got.

I’m hoping the wee-weeing will die-down a bit. Obviously, I’d made another cock-up with sorting the medications, and must have taken another Furesomide somewhere along the line. Mind you, maybe not. With the colour going so dark, perhaps I’ve got another bladder infection? Hey-ho!

I finished the updating, and posted it off to WordPress, then went on their Reader section. Next, I emailed the link. Then went on Facebooking catch-up. Pinterested a couple of photos, and off for yet another wee-wee! Much better this time, not so vicious, and shorter, still no PMD (Pre or Post Micturitional Dribbling)!

Then I got the Health Checks completed. The sphygmomanometerisationing BP hemadynamometer, gave a much lower and healthier reading today. It was SYS 136, DIA of 74, and Pulse at 81 bpm. About time it came down, I’ve been the recent far too high ones.

Harpin Xian Di Thermometer reading was a sound 36.8°c.

I made a start on this blog, and then made a poy of Super Noodles, with added gravy and a drop of soy sauce. I’ll not bother with the soy sauce again.

The ablutions were the next job than needed tending to. I was feeling a little better, and a lot less stressed this morning. Which is a silly thing for me to say, knowing my luck! I do take chances, don’t I, pushing my luck there! Hahaha!

Blimus! Another good ablutioning session! I had no bother with the teggies, only one tiny nick shaving, and the medicating went great! No showering, because Iceland food delivery is coming early today. Only around six dropsies in total! This is the second day of having an injury-free scrubbing up session. Worrying, isn’t it?

I’d not been back on the computer for long when the intercom rang out, and the delivery man was soon up at the door with the bags. I slipped him a can and thanked him. Then took the carriers through to the kitchen… and, there were only three of them! At first, I thought; Hello, have I been done again? There’s not much there for ÂŁ44? Then remembered I’d bought two bottles of wine, for Christmas pressies, ah, fair enuf!

I got them stuff sorted out, and split the black grapes with Jenny, fat too many for me on my own, still, she does like than, so may not tell me off to much for sharing. Put some things dl=elivered that can be used for her charity, some wine for Doris for Christmas and bits. The Christmas plonk for Deana had arrived as well. I got the things in a bag for each of the ladies and stacked it with the waste bags on the three-wheeler. I regret not photographing it now. It looked funny with so much stuff stacked on it.

I set off and dropped the first bag of at Jenny’s flat, had a distance natter for a minute or so. Oh, how I miss the chinwags with this isolating! I got the lift down to the ground floor, the workers were busy in the lobby.

Out to the waste bin, the caretakers were there, Rob took the bags off of me, and I continued on to the ILC (Independent Living Coordinators) Interrogation Office, in Windwood Court.

I turned to look back and tool a snap of Woodthorpe Court and the end of Chestnut Way.

Then pressed on and got to Winwood Court, Tenant Christine was chatting to ILC, ObergruppenfĂĽrheress Deana, so I had a nosey around the lobby area perusing the notices.

I was taking a picture of their Christmas tree when Reichs Inspekteuress Julie ILC returned to the holding-cell. So, managed a few seconds natter and laugh there! Which suited me down to the ground.

Had a wee gossip with Deana and Julie, and explained about the tablet-pods cock-up. Deana. Handed the Christmas treats over, and after the cheerios were completed, I made my way outside and hobbled back to the mysteries of Woodthorpe Court. With its phantoms, kelpies, spectres, poltergeist, spirits, manifestations, zombies, daemons, cacodemons, rakshasas, hellions, extraterrestrials, hobgoblins, apparitions, elfins, pishogues, apparitions, and gremlins awaiting my return.

Luckily, I’d remembered to take the swipe-fob with me, so I could get into the decorative, pleasant, picturesque, ground floor lobby of the apartments. It’s not pretty. But it’s home! Haha!

The workmen had disappeared, off on their lunch break I assume.

A notice was up tp inform us that the laundry room will be closed next Tuesday, from 08:00hrs > 16:00hrs. They must be planning to do some modernisation work in there?

I got up to the flat, made a brew, and started to update this post.

Some drilling was taking place above, but it was short-lived?

I phoned Jenny, on my new Nokia 8.3 5G, with a 171.9 x 78.56 x 8.99mm, 220g, side fingerprint scanner and Google Assistant button. Ahem! To advise her of the laundry closure next Tuesday.

Then got carried away, adding favourite words to use for the blog. The file with these on and thousands of others were lost when the Notepad file mysteriously disappeared last week. Cragnangles!

The confusing wee-wees have kept coming, but getting slowly further apart, and now a lot less urgent and powerful. I knew you’d want to know that. Har-Har!

My thoughts turned to fodder, and off I went vacillating, in my usual faltering fashion over what to make for a nosh.

Well, oh, my! This turned out a decent meal. Garden peas, fries, tomatoes, pork & pickle mini-pies, red grapes, and two of the Jenny donated pickled eggs. No bread, and no tea.

The limoncello was too sweet for me, but the lemon yoghourt was fine. A decent 7.5/10, all gobbled up (apart from the limoncello).

I think the thought-Storms must have worn themselves out earlier, cause they did not bother me as I got down into the ÂŁ300, second-hand, c1968, cringingly-beige-coloured, not-working, rickety, incommodious, grotty recliner, in search of Sweet Morpheus.

I was soon in the land of nod.

I was soon out of the land of nod three hours later. Sickeningly, wide awake!

Inchcock Today – Wednesday 25th June 2020: Nurses visit again… nice company! Injections increased! Confusion reigns!

TFZer Model Janet ♥

Wednesday 25th June 2020

Estonian: Kolmapäev, 25 Juuni 2020

13:30hrs: I was up like a lark, as happy as I could be, full of the joys of Spring. Singing, dancing, with a smile as big as a mammoth… Oh, alright then… the truth!

03:30hrs: I woke up, feeling rotten, horrible! Which I put down to the double-dose Enoxaparin injections yesterday. No stomach pains as such, but I sensed that I could feel the walls of the inner stomach, bloated, yet wobbling about? This is the best way I could explain it? There was not a lot of enthusiasm permeating through the brain yet, either.

These emotions of depressiveness were soon removed. The need for a wee-wee forced me to prise my hog-like, ponderosity of a stomach-bulked-body from the ÂŁ300, second-hand, not-working recliner. I caught my balance, got the stick, and was making my way, casually, carefully and cautiously to the wet room. The instant alarm-call to use the Porcelain Throne arrived, my previous disinterest in life, changed top a mild panic! Would I make it in time? The few moments it took for me to get to the Throne, felt like minutes.

: I’m afraid I didn’t make it in time! Self-embarrassment-Mode-Adopted! The evacuation was accompanied with a bash at the crossword book. I amazed myself and got a few answered. But the Accifauxpas in not arriving at the Porcelain Throne in time took away any sense of pride or worth. Say no more! Gruffshameblowit!

It took me a while to get things cleaned up. By 04:20hrs, I was washed and refreshed, new PPs on, and checked that everything was sanitised and cleaned up properly. By the time I was ready to leave, my eagerness mode had gone down to Defcon 2! Humph!

Things weren’t helped when I clouted my right shoulder against the doorframe, on the way out. This started Shoulder-Shuddering-Shirley going for an hour or so, none-stop!

A trickle of self-loathing and worthlessness, combined with an almost painful embarrassment lingered.

I trudged limpingly to the kitchen, it was surprisingly dark for this time in the morning. I got the kettle on, and the equipment out for the Health Checks. My BP was worryingly high!. The Sys showed up as 177! The temperature came out as 68.5°f.

I think that last night’s Enoxaparin injections might have had some effect on the reading. I took this morning’s, as instructed by the Anticoagulation and Deep Vein Thrombosis clinic lady. I must remember to tell the nurse if she does come, to do a blood test today, it’s not sure they will have anyone available to ‘do’ me. Haha!

Then I wondered if there are any at-home INR test kits available, and how much they might cost.

I got on the computer and investigated. After a while, I found some that were gettable in the UK.

My enthusiasm for this project abated a little when I saw the prices! They were on offer in the USA, the machine costing $899!

I started on updating the Tuesday blog. Which was a bit farcical, due to the attentions of Shoulder-Shuddering-Shirley. Making errors and mistakes the norm, thus far too many corrections having to be made. So the finishing was delayed. But in the end, I got it made and posted off.

The ablutions to be done next. A stand-up washing and shave session. As it was too early to use the shower, for fear of disturbing my neighbours.

A couple of dropsies, no shaving cuts, and no knocking into or anything over. No dizzies, no stubbed toes! Brilliant! Now I was cheering up a bit, getting back to my usual self!

The morning view from the kitchen, when I went to make another brew, Extra Strong Morrison’s Assam this time, was lovely.

Sister Jane rang. We had a nattering session for ages. Enjoyed that!

I checked on the latest Corona Virus figures.

Then the door chimes rang out the Dusty Springfield, ♫ I only want to be with you ♫, tune.

It was Iceland’s delivery arriving. The chap placed the bags inside the door for me, I slipped him a mini-bottle of wine. At least the driver brought the food up for me, bless him.

I got the fodder sorted out. And as I finished the task, the landline rang out! It was the Doctors Surgery. The lady confirmed that a phlebotomy nurse would be arriving later, and asked if my carer could fetch my medications from the chemist that the nurse will need. Oh, dearie me! I explained that I do not have a carer. Shocked her a bit that did! I said that Warden Deana arranged for a volunteer to fetch me medications each month.

She inquired about how I get my shopping. I told her of the mobile shop coming on a Tuesday and Friday, and Iceland delivering

I gave the receptionist the telephone number, after my faffling about for ages to find it! She was very patient with me when Stuttering Stephanie kicked.

I made a much-delayed start on this template, then started it off.

The lady from the surgery rang back. Said I’d given here the wrong telephone number. Oh, dear! I checked on my 1980 mobile Nokia phone for the number there. Which was the same one as I had given her earlier? She could tell I was panicking a bit, told me not to worry, she’d sort it.

I then went on TFZer and Winwood Heights Facebooking. Then read the comments on WordPress. Now, on to the WordPress Reader section. Some great stuff on it today.

It’s past my usual din-din time, now. I can’t make the meal until the nurse has been. The planed nosh is Pork steaks with BBQ seasoning and Hickory. I’ve put the seasoning on the meat to let it marinate. Got the oven on low, so it will heat quicker when needed. Cunning? Baked beans with a drop of Hickory soaking in the saucepan ready. Sliced white bread out of the freezer to defrost and soak up the tomato sauce. But, when will the nurse arrive?

Jenny called to see if I wanted any bleach, yoghourt or lemon mousse adding on her next order to be delivered. She is getting it on the same day as I get the Morrison order, Tuesday 30th June. I asked for some lemon yoghourt and mousse, please. So kind of her.

I forgot to mention that I had some milk and tissues in the spare room in case she needed any, I rang her back to let her know. I think the reason that Iceland had delivered to the flat door, (Where they did not for some younger tenants), might have been because I am registered with them by the Government as a High-Risk isolating customer with them?

I went on CorelDraw to make up some graphics to use tomorrow.

Got a call from Carrington Pharmacy, asking me to tell the nurse when she arrives, to ring the chemists?

Then the intercom buzzed, it was someone from Carrington Pharmacy? I let her in.

One minute later, the intercom buzzed again, it was the Phlebotomy nurse. I admitted her.

The nurse arrived and let herself in. I mentioned the chemist lady calling me and why, and a pharmacy lady buzzing to get in? The nurse said she’ll take a look to see if she can find the chemist lady.  but she had not arrived? As she went out to search for the other lady, that woman arrived in the hallway. The two angels spoke to each other, ad a bag was handed to the nurse. I could not hear the words spoken.

The nurse came back in and said the girl, had walked up the stairs, and they have not got any of the required sized Enoxaparin, and have sent half-quantity filled ones, so I’ll have to have four injections a day instead of two. Never mind!

Lovely nurse. Bit of a chinwag as we went through the situation identificatory’s. (I like that word!) She insisted on giving me the injections.

She will be returning in the morning and will watch and see if she thinks I can handle the self-inoculums. But is concerned about the shaking and jumping of the right hand and fingers, they may come on when I’m injecting. I said I could do it with the left hand. She pointed out that Shaking Shoulder Shirley, which was playing up a bit at the time, could still cause something to go awry.

She’ll assess things in the morning. Bring a new yellow safe-bin, and arrange for another INR blood test. The nurse reminded not to inject again tonight!

I thanked her, she left the bag of needs behind the ÂŁ300, second-hand, c1968, not-working, rickety recliner, and off she went.

The BBQ pork steaks, Hickory seasoned baked beans, became my main aim, then! Hehe!

It didn’t take me too long to get it cooked, 40 minutes from start to finish. The bread had thawed-out alright, and was so soft and tasty.

The Iceland Egyptian seedless grapes were larger than the last lot I had,  and a lot less sweet. But still tasted good to me, a little more tangy-taste to them! The Jenny-supplied lemon yoghourt was again great, tasty and a perfect finisher-offerer to the meal.

After destroying the meal, I got on with washing the pots, double-checked I’d taken the right medications, and settled down.

Great! I was soon off in the land of Sweet Morpheous!

Inchcock Today – Wednesday 3rd July 2019: An exasperating, frazzling, hagriding day. Hey-Ho!

WD 0.0.0. c

3Wed01aThursday 3rd July 2019: 0325hrs: Very unfortunate, unwelcome, silly, cataclysmal, detrimental, soul-destroying, pathetic, and typical of old Inchy nowadays. Who, in conjunction with the amazingly unreliable Liberty-Global Virgin Media, and the Peripheral Neuralgia/Axonotmesis ailments, or as the Podiatrists said, too many ‘Issues’, and the photographicaIisationing  handicap: The following updating in the morning, I managed, after hours and hours of work, to lose all the efforts (apart from the first couple of paragraphs) I’d done on this post!

Eventually, I stopped crying and swearing. Then I started again! Grrr! Nash! Sob!

So, I made this up from a few distant memories I could remember, (not many) a few notes I had made, and the recall-prompting photo’s I’d taken.

Wednesday 3rd July 2019

Bulgarian: Сряда, 3 юли 2019

04:00hrs. I woke late, it was light, getting up was a fight. (Free poetry thrown in there, folks, Hehe!) Knocked things off of the Ottoman, as I freed myself from the clutches of the c1968 second-hand, grotty-beige coloured, near-dilapidated, rickety recliner. The EGPWWB (Emergency Grey Plastic Wee-wee Bucket) was utilised, for a messy WYSAOWW (Weak-Yet-Spraying-All-Over-Wee-Wee).

WD 0.0.0. c I had to sprint (Gawd, if ever I’ve used the wrong word, this is it! Hehehe!) to the wet room. As I settled on the Throne, the stick I’d rested against the wall, slipped down and the handle-part landed in my shin and slid down hitting me on toes. But it didn’t register with me entirely at the time. Cause the evacuation needed all my attention. Most reluctant again. Plenty of bleeding after it eventually got released, with a kerplonk! Much cleaning to be done. Thinking about it, I must have one of the most stubbed, trodden-on and ugly, big toes in England? Haha!

3Wed01cVague.

The Morrison order arrived. A big one as well!

The chap had got in without ringing the intercom, so someone had let him in again. The NCH management has left posters and sent letters to each flat asking us not to admit anyone, but let the caller use the communication device and whoever they are 3Wed01dvisiting for any reason, can let them in.  But with the man having on his uniform and the groceries with him, as with seeing a nurse, it is hard not to admit them. A problem this, cause one day someone is going to come in wearing a uniform of sorts and will be let in!

Well, this big lot means I will not need another delivery for next week. My having an order every two weeks, is working out well. As long as I can get out for bread, milk and fresh stuff in between. I’m not doing too bad at all, under the circumstances (The ailments). Ah, no, the ‘Too many Issues’ It sounds a lot posher! Hehe!

3Wed01hI spent many hours on CorelDraw doing graphics for later use on the blogs. Far too long! With the speed of typing and doing the artwork being handicapped by ‘Too many Issues’ and all the correcting work needed, it is hard work and time-consuming!

The meal was a bit special. A Flavour-Rating of a mammoth 9/10 was given for it. The mushrooms, done with Balsamic vinegar, the 3Wed01ipeas, the tomatoes were all great tasting. Yet the ham off-cuts and milk bread sarnies were the best of the lot. Gorgeous!

Settled down with a Rumpole of the Bailey to watch on TV. I took this photograph of the pins while sat sitting there.

WD 0.0.0. c The leg ulcer is trying to return again, I think. Some new blotches appearing on the ankle. But it seems to change each day, recently. Keeps the Hypochondriasis side going. Munchausen’s syndrome, I do not need. Hahaha!

TTFNski.
