I had a vision, a flash-forwarded,
It left me feebleminded,
The future was highlighted…
I can’t say I was delighted,
Like when I was trothplighted,
I was tickled and enraptured,
A glimpse of the future I captured,
I saw it on the chessboard…
Then, in the clues of a crossword,
A black rook that waved its sword…
Lands attacked, the vision-clouded,
Those not killed hid or cowered,
The Black King felt empowered,
The landscape, already cratered…
Peace talks are being avoided…
Countries being taken and bisected,
Civilians, children, killed, mutilated,
The fear, the dying, unalleviated,
Families scattered & separated…
Water and power, both disconnected,
The Killing increased, transcended,
We’ll never see wars ended,
Pleas for peace go unrequited,
Those in need are just pitied,
Oligarchs increase profit illicitly,
Supplying arms to each party…
I am sick of this violence, sadly,
I hate the warmongers’ peccability,
East & West spout paradoxicality,
It needs one leader with precocity,
Before we all die prematurely,
Did the Bible-writers, they were many,
Suffer from psychomancy?
Our chances of survival are dicey!
Will Jesus return to set us free?
If so, he’ll need to show I.D.
Or he’ll get deported, surely?
Creating humankind was to me…
The creators Whoopsiedangleplopski!
Hope I’ve not wrote owt incriminatory!

I moved into the circa 1966, £300 Oxfam charity shop-bought, wincingly grotty, beige-coloured, crumb-covered from my nocturnal nibblings, itch-making, uncomfortable, positively unhealthy, and dangerous, no longer operational, virus-breeding, easy-to-fall-out-of, catheter-tube-trapping, leg bandages loosening, recliner last night.
Well, at about 03:00hrs this morning.
I’d been getting myself in a proper pickle, making the photos safe for publishing. I got one on, and that was a terrible one.
I got the above graphics to go on. It took me hours. It just won’t take them at all now. A Monster Depression dawned, and I’m at my lowest point in memory. But things got worse…
I gave up and closed the computer.

I snapped the morning view I can’t use and put the kettle on to brew tea. The food was due to arrive, so I took all the bags, including the ones currently stacked near the door, to the waste chute. No problems, although started her tour of my torso routine. Not long after returning to the flat, and as I was cleaning the mug… The Carer arrived, and the second he came in, I sank into a state of… I don’t know what to call it; I started sneezing and coughing, neck and back pains came on, and a brand-new form  kept coming and throwing all out of sync. I coughed a little blood at one time into the tissue. I think that was from gums or teeth, though. The young Carer was concerned, but he carried on, and I told him I was not up to tackling the catheter day pouch change at the moment, which I really wasn’t. Carer Ahram put my diabetic socks on and checked to ensure I had the panic alarm on my wrist. Talk about being foggy-brained, yet I recalled all this on the notepad!

A few hours later, he returned for the second call and volunteered to change the catheter day pouch. He did a decent job of it, too. By the time the lad left, my chesty coughing had eased and lessened, and the neck pain had eased, and Akram checked the taps as he departed.
ARRGH!
I left the hot tap running, so that kyboshed my idea of doing the ablutions until tonight, when the night heater starts working.

Then I became seriously depressed, deeply. I felt I could not cope and wasn’t too bothered about carrying on. I openly beg someone to help me with the computer again.
The trouble is that I can no longer understand written instructions and don’t know any computer jargon, and I’m getting increasingly confused

Particularly with my stupidly leaving the hot water tap on again. I think I’m doing this more often than last week. The nurse may have come while I was out at the Audio Clinic, and I missed her. On the other hand, there are 2/1 odds that I will put the appointment down for the wrong day and/or week, and she might be calling next week. Then again, there’s a possibility that I dreamed of getting the telephone call saying she was visiting me to carry out another dementia test. What do I know!

I thought I’d added a photo to the file, and my spirits uplifted, I tried again with the other images.
Then I realised—I think this photo was from yesterday—that the thought of a photoless blog brought back the temporarily departed depression.

I decided to have an early meal, so half-heartedly. I realised it was already 17:00 hrs. I know I’ve spent hours and hours failing to get the photos to save.
Maybe the seizures did affect me differently and were from the ?

Not feeling right at all. This feels like something different to the usual collection of ailments.

I tried to stay awake to watch the football highlights of the day. I failed!

Another broken night’s sleep, but it was much longer. I must have had 5 hours of sleep!

Be aware that in indiscretion,
You may get a mental collision,
Which can cause self-derision,
Messing up your neurotransmission,
And, without your permission!
Ailments have no obluctation,
You feel that they get oblectation,
You visit your neurosurgeon…
Is life a pseudo-hallucination?
All of our lives are in regression,
You’ve lost your retrocognition,
PN, DVT, no prognostication,
Pharmageddon via your medication?
First Diarrhorea, & next constipation,
Confidence dies, feeling a pigwidgeon,
You think your brain’s an odditorium,
And life has got to be ordalian,
Do you feel different? Quotidian?
Is your social life in desolation?
Struggling with conceptualisation?
Are you livelier, antemeridian?
At noon, do you feel weather-beaten?
Do you get afternoon exhaustion?
Is tea-time your kipping season?
In bed, you can’t sleep for some reason?
Is mental fatigue the causation?
Or is it your body’s erosion?
Does the world seem dystopian?
Suffer from sanitary & sanity deterioration?
This is often just an old-age condition,
Do you think an interruption, a disruption?
Have you yet visited a psychometrician?
Does Earth need a reconceptualisation?
Do you believe in reincarnation?
Don’t expect a new life to be utopian!
Holidaying in the toilet or the Caribbean?
Has life been riddled with Damnification?
Was it spent in the lower echelon?
Do you suffer self-expostulation?
Do you know Earth’s nearing extinction?
This is not a joke or effutiation…
On this, I stake my reputation,
Do you feel an antiquarian?…
Well, don’t; it might cause acerbation!
It’s now time for an epiphenomenon,
Use your brain & nervous system…
Admit your guilt, write a eulogium,
Shout from Earth’s highest fastigium,
Humankind’s end is undoubtedly not an illusion,
We’ll all be free of intimidation…
Wars, murders, Oligarchs, every politician,
The greed, hatred and the odium,
Dead, we’ll all be egalitarian!
No way get a world-peace installation,
Well, this is my prediction…
It won’t bear too much contradiction…
Life’s events timewise, socialisation…
Birth, drugs, sex, physician, mortician,
Even if this gives you the impression…
That I’m suffering from depression!
It’s good to see the back of discrimination!
I believe this is mostly speculation…
Of course, it’s all theorisation,
Moulded to bring frivolity & jollification!

05:20hrs: I rose fumblingly from the hospital bed, trapping the nocturnal catheter bag on the remote bed adjuster, and gave Little Inchie a hell of a tug. This started Inchies’s fungal lesion bleeding; it bled on the quilt, down my leg, and onto the carpet.
After I sorted out the mess, I went to the wet room to empty and wrap the catheter pouch that had been removed.
After months without a stubbed toe, I gave myself a second one in two days, on the same ingrowing toenail, as yesterday.
Then, I took a regulation photo of the morning view from the kitchenette window. Well, I got two.
This is one of a man and his dog walking into the tree copse over the road, the dog’s tail wagging furiously. A double dose of jealousy affected me. Haha! First, I wished I had a cat or dog for company; second, I missed my beloved, unable to do a daily walk through the copse. (Feeling a smidgeon sorry for myself now.)

Luckily, next, I had just nipped into the wet room to check I’d not left any taps running and found  again. I’d run out of the cortisone cream. So I cleaned it and used some of the Germolene instead. Then, I returned to the kitchen and took another photograph of the broad view on offer.
Red sky in the morning,
Shepherd’s warning!

A bit of a marathon this morning. Bled a little more, I tipped over the bowl I was putting on the floor to stand in while shaving. Bending down to clear up the mess, and
flowed again! I finished shaving and got the PPs on.
I also touched up the Fungal Lesion, using the acne & eczema cream this time. I’d searched the medication drawers and found a partly filled tube of a different name. But it had a use-by date on it of… Hard to believe, I know, that it’s November 2019!

Carer Joe did the first call. I forgot to mention that Friday was the change-the-catheter bag day.

I booted the computer, an spent the nexy three hours farting about trying to get the photos to save to file. I did the first four, and there was no problem. Then it stopped saving. The usual cCleaner routine; I had to do it six times today! That didn’t help. So, I turned everything off and back on again. That proved an idiotic thing to do, well, not that actually, but forgetting to save the ode I was partway through writing was stupid!

At least it wasn’t so bad—up until now, anyway. Things took a dip after the young girl Carer called on her visit.
I was still trying to sort out CorelDRAW and the photos, and a series of kicked off that stayed on and off for a good three hours. This threw me out altogether. With my concentration gone, I managed to get some photos backed up later, but I had to delete the ones used and replace them with the new ones, so to put it. Now, the only copies left are on WordPress, and they can’t be copied or saved for use on the blog or email. I’m not sure if I was heartbroken, frustrated, or I was momentarily leaning towards suicidal.freezer 08When the Iceland order arrived, I only took one photo of the whole fridge. I didn’t bother taking more because I knew the chances of using them lay within the corrupt power of my old, in-need-of-help, ailing, terminally ill computer.
I got some stuff I can’t remember ordering. And somehow I believed I’d ordered some tinned baked beans and tomatoes, none came. It will be better when Carer Joe starts helping with the food ordering. I can’t be relied on, know it, and am incapable of anything that involves numbers, dates, concentration or logic.

The Social Services lady rang to ask how the new Carers were doing. Last week, I wondered if there was any chance of help getting me out shopping rather than the mistake-ridden online routine. The Carer said his boss said no chance. But the Social Lady told me they are giving me an extra hour (Still got to pay for, of course) for domestic and/or shopping assistance. Going slowly senile is a horrible thing, cause you know it, don’t want it, and can do nothing about it. I suppose it’s a little bit like my sex life, nonexistent. Hehehe!

Carer Ahram made the last two calls. He was in a good mood, bless him. The communication was complex, but I like the lad. When she rang, I told the Social lady that he’s likeable and willing. Without Carer Joe, I might have cracked up last week. His help was invaluable to me.

I did notice that when someone came and I put in the repaired hearing aids, I could hear the wall clock ticking and other sounds I could not recognise. Haha!

By the time I finished the meal, it was past midnight. Three oven-baked bacon cobs. This is a terrible photo. I wish I had not bothered with taking it now! Getting this onto the blog took me over two hours in the morning! Saturday’s blog will be a smidge bland. I just can’t keep spending all this time getting the photos saved to file. As usual, the first two went on without a bother. The rest must have taken me hours and hours of repeated failed tries. This can’t go on. I openly beg someone to help me with the computer, please?
The trouble is that I can no longer understand written instructions and don’t know any computer jargon, and I get more confused.

I spent the night more awake than sleeping, which is not different from the last few nights, following the massive 5 hours of sleep I got four nights ago.
The mini-seizures returned this afternoon. I wonder where they disappeared to so suddenly?
The feeling of fatigue is still with me. I have kept feeling I need to sit, rest, and sleep all the time recently.
Sometimes, I can nod off quickly, but within a couple of minutes, I’m shooting awake again without any tangible. A bit like when nothing had changed from when was with me. No questioning the facts. That was winning the mood stakes again this Monday. What things will be like tomorrow worries me. I’ve got to get up early to do the ablutions, or maybe do them tonight when I should be catching up on my sleep. Might be best for me to leave the nocturnal pouch on until it is near the time for the lift, and make a list of things needed to take with me. I dread having to go all through the process of booking appointments at the Audio Clinic, and then getting the lift sorted for when I’ll have to go back to pick-up to the clinic to pick up the refurbished or new hearing aids weeks later.

Thank heavens that Carer Joe sorted them out for me this time. I’ve got on the list; Cash to pay for the lifts, Reading glasses, crossword book and pen, Bank Card, and remember to take the non-working hearing aids with me with the others when I leave the flat. Oh, ‘eck! I just remembered. I’ve got a food order coming in the morning, too. Well before the lift is due, but I might have to do the ablutions and medications very early in the morning or tonight.
I’m sure I’ve missed something on the list.

I know the chances must be zero, but I’d love to see the lady I spoke with last time I went to the Audio Clinic. I listened to her problems, the lady has as well. I could have cried for her. I think she enjoyed being able to talk to someone non-medical about the problems she is having. Of course, I knew how she felt. She said that she told the doctor about some of the things that were happening, and she was sure the doctor just didn’t believe her. I didn’t get her name or number, but I might be brave enough to ask her if she is there again in the waiting room. She told me it took the medics three years to diagnose it.
I just looked it up on Google; In the UK, an estimated 50 to 100,000 people are affected by Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) in the community, with about 8,000 new diagnoses per year. The annual incidence is estimated at 4-12 per 100,000 people.
My doctor is in denial about me having it and is putting it down to my .
I waffled a bit there, and now I’m even more behind with the flipping blog! Sorry, I have to rush!

This first photo saved alright, but I lost several others.

Two hours later.

Another half-hour.

After sunset shot. Nice!

More photos off into the ether, and four joined them when they disappeared from the file! Arrgh!
Including the beef in black bean meal photo.

I’m unsure when or why I took this one. The bladder waters. It is possible that it is an older photo that was missed or that it was used earlier.

Worried about Tuesday’s trip to the Audio Clinic.
There will not be much on Tuesday’s blog. This one is already terribly short on photos and detail.

Seek not what you fancy,
But what to you is needy,
Definitely owt urgently,
Try to live amenably, amiably,
Things happen accidentally…

TODAY
I’m interested in things celestial,
But today, it’s my right leg’s ankle…
And the developing furuncle,
Also, the left kneecap’s carbuncle,
With the boil on my bum, cataclysmical,
Puss drains out, problems cerebral.

Mind you, his lies are articulated,
Labour principles are aborted,
His fibs can all be authenticated,
Pensioners: food cannot be afforded,
It’s time the Fuhrer was audited!
>>>>>>

GULLIBLE
I’m easily conned and dehorted,
Easily get discountenanced,
Being led, dissuaded & dehorted,
Plans cancelled, changed, deleted.
Bullied, dissuaded & deprecated,
Over this problem, I’ve deliberated,
Need liberation, am I denuded?

ABDUCTION
May I suffer an alien abduction?
Off to a planet with no invitation,
Allowed in, without name verification,
Name? My bus pass my only validation,
I was given a prediction…
Straight out, with no obfuscation…
Everything perishes, utter devastation,
It’ll mean equality for every plebian!

THE END
Is existence really empirical?
We see what we think is tangible,
Why are we not realistic & practical?
Different views on what is sensible…
Are leaders acting so reprehensible?
Rulers are all epithetical & egotistical,
Wars twixt the different endemical,
We live longer, life’s still ephemeral,
Hell is fire, Heaven is expiable?
Will Christ ever come to be exegetical?
Christian, Muslim, Jew or Evangelical?
Each believes a different Gospel,
Each written by a man it’s impossible,
Town people, Country people,
Tribes people are Earth people,
The date of the end is unavailable,
For most, it will be unbearable,
For all, it will be unpreventable,
St Peter will find us resentable!

I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA…
I got on with the cleaning that beat me yesterday. I started on the wet room again with a new, unexpected degree of determination.
I could do the ablutions first and clean up first, just in case I drop anything and make a mess. Logic floating about here… I thought!
Emptied the nocturnal catheter pouch, wrapped it and put it in the bin. It was a seven on the NHS scale; the carer judged it for me.
I settled to try and utilise the Porcelain Throne. But did not anticipate the length of time and agony to get the innards contents freed. I was another massive, bum-splitting gigantic torpedo that finally freed itself. Bled a bit, but I felt better after a day and a half of no movement from the bowels. As I was cleaning my rear end, I noticed bubbles coming up from where the torpedo had disappeared. I’d not used any toilet cleaner or bleach yet. I went to the junk room to get Kodak Tim 2, and they were still bubbling away when I got back with the camera and took this photo?

At this stage, I was beginning to lose my enthusiasm for cleaning up. I stripped and started washing the body and delicate areas. All went well.
Then, I got the shaving tackle out, dropped shaving foam, and tried to catch it. I lost my balance and crumpled onto the mop and bucket I’d abandoned there when I felt unwell and gave up.
The painful bit was not being able to get back up.
Serves me right! Humph!.
I had to crawl on my knees, trying not to upset Catheter’s Chloe & Carol or Arthur Itis and being careful not to damage the catheter.
Mission impossible!

I got my muscular, fit, healthy body back up on my feet. But that was the end of my plans to clean the wet room. I wasn’t up to it.

I did a bit on the blog, but Sandra was sending Mini-Seizure and I had to give that up. I momentarily considered going back to the cleaning..

I decided to sit down and recover in the second-hand, c1968, eyesorely-horrendously grungy, beige-coloured, £300, charity shop bought, crumb-retaining, microorganism-microbe producing, gungy, moth-eaten, beige-coloured, non-working, bacillus encouraging, incommodious, Haemorrhoid Harold testing, c1968 recliner. Within a minute, Sweet Morpheus accepted my plea, and I drifted into a marvellous sleep and dreamed of Grizelda. The intercom woke me, as the Carer wanted to be admitted. Humph! After Ahram had departed, I tried foolishy to get back to sleep. Really, I wanted to see Grizelda again. No-Go!

Massive Blanks.

I came around or woke up and realised I had not changed the calendar clock yet. Two days now.
So, I changed the clock.

The weather was not good. The cloud was so thick I didn’t see the sun setting at all. No street lights on. Power outage today? And here I was, high in the sky, looking at the darkness, with my lights on to tease those below! Haha!

Very late, I got the meal sorted.
Nordic Bacon and potato chunks.
I put two slices of Milk Roll bread around each chunk of bacon. A lemon curd yoghourt to round it of!
Nice!
The knees are leaking again. I’ll ask the first carer what he thinks about the wound in the morning.

I knocked myself up something awful. I had to do more handwashing and then the laundry. After which
I got to see ILC (Independent Living Coordinator) Oberstgrüppenfuhreress Warden and Primo Ballerina, Warden Deana, and ILC (Independent Living Coordinator) Generaloberstess, Ice skating champion, desk-top-dancer, florist, and Warden Julie to explain my difficulties in getting help that I’m paying for with laundry, financial checks, and domestic service. They will investigate for me. Bless ’em!

Quickly due to spending so long handwashing and laundering, And paid the price, pain & weariness.

Nocturnal waking shade.

Morning view

Handwashed.

Laundry duties.
Titivated the room while waiting.
The washer filter was in a bad state.
I cleaned it and found the mesh had
been split. I returned the washing,
Really annoyed Anne Gyna while I
was hanging the clothes.

Back down to report to the commandant’s office.

Henceforth, I was done for. Carer A and then Carer J visits. Seizures were rife in the morning.
By the afternoon, they eased off, but I kept falling asleep all the time? Of course, these may have been mini-seizures, but there is no way of knowing. I assumed I fell asleep often because I felt drained after running about with the laundry and hand washing.
So many couples of minute sessions spent in the land of nod. My tiredness increased, and I had to give up on the computer hours before I usually would have. However, I was almost ecstatic about
who never really got me as profoundly or as far as he had been doing over the last week. A blessed relief, that was!

I settled to sleep, and sure enough, I was soon with Sweet Morpheus, Blissfully. The only real sleep I got from then on for about an hour. The Carer arrived and let himself in, and I do not know much about what happened during this visit. My medications given.

I was back in dreamland within seconds, but the ailments tormented me terribly. Thought-Storming—Steve was assisted (not that he needed any) by Anne Gyna and Neck-Twitching-Nigel.
I desperately needed sleep, but only the first hour in the c1968, tatty, scruffy, unkempt, uncomfortable, virus, microorganism, bug, bacterium, bacillus, germ, parasite producing, and disease-fermenting second-hand, eyesorely-horrendously grungy beige-coloured, £300, charity shop bought, crumb-retaining, moth-eaten, non-working, itch-encouraging, incommodious, Haemorrhoid Harold testing, catheter tube yanking, recliner, oddly, granted me. The Carer made his last call, so there is no need to wake me up this time. Tsk!
He got the diabetic socks off of me. We chatted about the new plans for the laundry duties. He said they would be weekly, not when and if needed. I appreciate Carer’s input very much. Thons are coming together now. It can’t be an easy job taking a new old man on. Great job. They are to start doing the laundry from tomorrow. Thanks a lot, lads! A great feeling.

I think I spent more time awake than asleep after that.
Whenever Anne Gyna or Thought Storming Steve woke me inwardly, I almost cried to be allowed to go back to sleep. That did a lot of good!
Late Wednesday morning, I got as far as here with this blog. And still feeling drained of energy. But at least was absent. More to do;  handwashing, ablutionings, feet need washing and medicating, and a dodgy shave is required; when I miss a day’s shaving, the risk of cuts increases…

I checked the SD card to see if any earlier photos were available. Memory Mangling Malcolm is back.

Early evening view.

Milk Rolls Bread sarnies are made with lashings of the delicious Flora no-butter butter, and some Marmite was spread on the bread.
Morrisons onion rings (I don’t recommend these; they are a bit… well, very tasteless).
And some pickled beetroot. And tucked into the meal!
Other than the disappointing onions, everything was wonderful, especially the expensive Lemon and lime dessert, which was on special offer. Slurp!

Around 20:30hrs, after a particularly violent waking up, I can recall going to check the taps and fridge doors, unaccountably convinced I must have left something running! All was safe! I returned to fetch Kodak Tim 2 and took a snap of the Amazing Night View!

I had another night of waking-ups. Danged if I know what was causing the jerking awakes. As far as I know, there were no Eric’s electric shocks up the leg. Anne Gyna didn’t wake me. No Shuddering Shoulder Shirley or PN leg shakes. Can’t remember any movements from Twitching-Neck Nigel, either. It may have been Thought-Storming Steve, but I’d usually remember after he calls on me. Just another of the Mysteries of Woodthorpe Court, with the hobgoblins, spectres, gnomai, phantasms, ghosts, grotesque succubae, extraterrestrials, ectoplasms, spirits, or the Fata Morganas that have been sent to taunt, irritate and terminate my already limited saneness of mind, which is causing me to lose my marbles? I’m just crumbling physically & mentally!
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
I surrendered my thoughts of getting any sleep – yet again, as the worries and concerns of my current position took hold of my brain cells. The needs of the day were pondered over. The Iceland delivery. Ringing the Social Lady about the lack of a laundry service, financial assistance, domestic assistance, and the Prescription routine that I can’t grasp, leaving me short of tablets. I had been hoping to get these services from the new carers. Lovely carers; I would have run out of Warfarin had Akmar not called on his way home at the chemist, who rang the Doctor and issued some, which he brought to me. Thanks, mate! Now, the daunting task of mopping the wet room, washing, and hanging some nightshirts and socks is not easy with Metal Mickey, the four-pronged walking stick, being used simultaneously. It was a blessing & treat that at least was not in attendance. So, I decided to wash some socks and shirts. The dressing gowns are too heavy for me to handle, and despite having about six gowns, five of them are still in the laundry bag, waiting to be taken to the laundry. What I’m going to do, I don’t know! Ringing the chemist and Social Services to plead for help is my only option. Finally, I forced myself out of bed and emptied the nocturnal pouch.
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
I sorted the laundry bag contents. I took out the socks and long nightshirts, aiming to handwash them and hang them on coat hangers to drip dry. The socks were above the kitchen sink, and the shirts were in the wet room and hung on the shower rail. Three Kagoules on the shower rail, and then I went back to the kitchenette to get the socks done and hung, in the kitchen sing. On my way back, the left hand started with ‘cramps’, with Arthur Itis joining in when I returned to the kitchen. It was so painful, and it looked well-gnarled to me. I took a photograph of the hand. I’m not used to so much hand-wringing
. I think that was probably the cause of the bother. Next, I had the pleasure of struggling with the Yoahoules and ended up with cramps and Arthritis in my left hand from all the wringing out. I got all three finished. I might add that it was, putting it lightly, painful. Hehe!
I got them hung up in the wet room on the shower rails. I don’t think I can cope with this handwashing. Well, I can, I suppose, but it’s not the easiest of jobs. At one stage, I had a mini seizure and got water over the sink, floor, and me! In three days, they will have to be done again. Using the immersion heater to dry the clothes must be costing me a fortune. Humph!
at the very thought of it. I rang the NCC Social to point out what I’m struggling with. I got a recorded message: This number is temporarily out of order.
Fancy that, me being unlucky! Humph!
Then, I had to clean up the mess from the spilt water, during which I splashed a little more, and the Water Alarm activated. I didn’t get a call from NCC Control, so I assumed it was because their phones were out of action. I just have to keep smiling and have a glimmer of hope in my heart! Grottleburgers & Huh!

I’m EPO now. Extremely Pissed Off!
I made a brew of Glengetti and dunked a large cookie while looking out the window and feeling sorry for myself. I’m doing a lot of that lately. And has still not visited me yet, today. Just an extended spell of several hours of . Grumph!

A house below in the view was pumping out steam or smoke. It didn’t last long, though. Steam, I think, cause it evaporated quickly, as it shows in the picture. I thought I’d taken another shot of the been-done-up house.
But can I find it? No!

ICELAND FOOD ARRIVED.
Many items are not available, but it is a
Monday.
The driver took the bags into the kitchen for me.
Cleaning paraphernalia.
Another insane Inchy glitch!
The cakes were part of a special of 5 for £5.
I thought I’d ordered only one and four other items.
Another Inchy Whoopsiedangleplop there!
The six bags of Cheez-Its were stored away.

Great news. The clock calendar has got to cyber-friend Tim in Albuquerque. He sent this photo via email. I’m so glad he liked it. About time I could do something for him. Instead of the other way.

I repeatedly tried to reach NCC Social Care in the afternoon, but the phones were still down.
So I called the prisons… I mean, the flats ILC (Independent Living Coordinator), Oberstgrüppenfuhreress Warden and Primo Ballerina, Deana. , who kindly told me to ring back later if I couldn’t get through. I couldn’t get through two more times, so I rang her back. After explaining my concerns, she kindly said she would try another line and rang me back an hour later.
But I got it wrong somewhere along the line, and it was the Carer Company that she rang. So I still need to let the Social lady know tomorrow.
The lady told Deana that the laundry, domestic, and Financial assistance are all known to the caregivers, and the ones today knew nothing about them.
So, I’ve got to carry on hand washing until someone tells the carers. Still, these things must happen when they are hastily called to take me on. I’m not sure how they will manage them during the duration of their ten-minute calls. No doubt things will get sorted eventually. I’m just getting more profoundly in the poo with the bank and tax letters, the laundry, and the medications routine I need to do. No, the Carer’s boss said they are to do the medications; again, they (the Caregivers) know nothing about this. It may come out alright eventually or drive me to suicide… you decide. Hehehe! Only joking! If anyone wants to buy five dirty dressing gowns and a laundry bag, I can supply them with softener and laundry capsules at a fair price. Haha!.

I really must get something to eat now.
As Arnie said, “I’ll be back!” Har-har!

I snapped the meal, but it was not on the card or Camera Tim 2. It seemed to have somehow ended up in the ether again.

Photo from earlier.
Can you see the octopus?

I spoke with Carer Ahmed about the problem with the tasks I’m paying for not being done. We agreed that the medications I did last Monday would be taken over by him, and the chemist would be contacted each Monday starting next Monday. I will ask him if he can call the chemist if he calls while they are open so I can clarify what exactly needs to be done datewise, etc., and the timings.
I think we might be getting somewhere here.

It was very late by the time I got my head down for yet another ever-waking-up night’s lack of sleep.

I’d not had a shower or shave, and this blog has much left to do. Tomorrow, it will be another late finishing time, likely in the afternoon. But no blame is being passed to anyone. The two carers who said they did not know of the Financial, domestic, or laundry requirements seem decent chaps. They are time-constrained. Is that the right word?

Once things are clarified, I expect the Carers to start running more smoothly when we all know what’s what and arrange things so they have the time to get things done. I pray! Fingers crossed.

Tomorrow will be even busier, so less will be done on Tuesday’s blog.

DEPRESSION HAD GRIPPED INCHY – SORRY!
I’m surrounded by beasts & beauty,
HMG’s actions, most of them insincerely,
Killing pensioners, a target so easy…
We are ruled by Labour, conservatively!
What does it mean? Acting Starmerishly?
What to expect from your Labour MP?
There are some straights that we will see…
MPs are acting unethically, mendaciously,
Swindling, conspiratorially, & pretentiously,
Back-handedly, unmercifully, indifferently,
But they won’t match Starmer’s best ability,
His speeches & looks are perfectly smarmy!
Nor compete with natural insensitivity!
And how he lies? Scandalously!
I’m surrounded by beasts & beauty…
Call British Gas, get a humanoid robot,
Rang my doctor for an appointment, beggingly?
She telephoned me, you see,
For she couldn’t actually see me…
She phoned 8 days later; Great Scott!
She said something about age and caducity,
I told her of my problems… I’ve got a lot!
Seizures, Depression, Anne Gyna, etc. She said what?
I’ll ask the Matron if she’s got a slot…
For Matron, I’ve still got the hots,
8 days later, Matron came to see me,
Nothing has happened, well, I broke my teapot,
The NHS had gone all cockamamie!
::::::::
Nature has to take so much abuse,
The planet is doing so, too: what’s the use?
Convince ourselves of our own inadequateness?
It started with our predecessors,
Earth’s never been war-free,
Why can’t the world leaders see?
Only profit matters to the oligarchy,
We didn’t destroy our planet accidentally,
Rulers don’t accept it’s their responsibility,
The World ends by next January,
But that forecast is only approximately,
The reasons are no longer a mystery,
Overindulgence, inefficiently, caring insufficiently,
And it won’t end instantaneously!
Can you see the imbecility?
The end may arrive sooner & intentionally,
If God decides to go interventionally,
Few are interested in Jesusolatry…
This warning is only a preliminarily,
Can help come from the Flat Earth Society?
A million members, pseudonymously,
But it won’t matter soon… possibly…
One thing I forecast & guarantee,
It’ll all end ignominiously,
Hope you had a laugh. Now, for a mug of tea!

Another broken night’s sleep. Being the principal offender. I must have taken about a dozen or more. But did nod off back to sleep quickly after each one. It was not until 05:00hrs that Shaking Shoulder Shirley joined in.

I gave up and got up.

Amazingly, at 13:40 hrs, I’d only had one more electric shock, and they stopped altogether. Not that I’m moaning about that. The seizures were on and off, with one long one that seemed to take it out of me. DDDDD came on and was a @;/d of a deep one. This got me harassed. Then, I felt guilty about getting upset about the missing laundry service, domestic help, and financial help. I’d got a pile of letters and some emails to get sorted. But I think I might not get any assistance with this issue. (EQ told me)
So, I spent hours and hours cleaning up and washing, and this blog suffered. Then, I sorted out, removing unwanted rubbish in the junk room for an hour or two. Not that it looks like I’d got much, if anything, done. Sorry.
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
After sorting the catheter bags, I took this snap of the moon. Actually, I took five; this is the only decent one. Alright, I admit it… it was terrible, so I cut the moon off of one I took weeks ago and covered the misshaped one with it. Hehehe! Sneaky Monkey! Then, I started handwashing the thin nightshirts.

Carer Joe came as I was having a seizure. I could talk and think I did a lot of it. What about? Unknown.

This photo reminded me of something. I showed him the melted, frosted early rooftops and told him of my suspicions that weed was being cultivated in their lofts, and that might be why. Haha!

A right painful grind working on the junk room.
This reminded me of the things I’d got for Jenny & Frank. She tells me off for doing so. But the angel has helped me no end. I called her first to ensure she would be in and took them down to her flat. I left them outside her door and rang the bell.

The carer came as I finished the mopping and cleaned the tackle. I was not in good knick!

More waste to take to the rubbish shoot.

Doing the blog at long last; I estimate I might get it done on about the 25th of November. Hehe!

Better get the food on. Oh, no, the last Carer’s call is close.
Better leave it until he’s been. Well, I’m tired now!
I’ve already prepped it: egg rice and battered chicken sweet and sour ready meal. Sliced water chestnuts, garden peas, and some light soy sauce have been added with extra sweet and sour sauce. It’s all prepared in the microwave dish in the fridge and only needs to be done for 4½-minutes. I bet you I’ll fall asleep and make a mess on the chair and floor while eating it.
After the food delivery and caregiver have gone, I’ll be back to finish this in the morning (sleep permitting). Hopefully, I’ll remember to call Social Services and the chemist to learn about this confusing ordering system. (Sugar! Just broke my mug!)

Watched Newcastle beat Liverpool 3-1! in the Cup Final. Well, I nodded off a few times, but three of the goals. Liverpool are waning?

The carer has been on his ten-minute visit.
Now, I can get my dinner for the day.

Very nice!

Hope the photos stay on this time!

Inchy Today: Thursday 13th March 2025

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
– – TO THE WORLD – –
Affluence, finance, profit, I find anticlimactic,
Do I need help? Possibly neuropsychiatric?
The end of the world, although slightly dramatic,
Will it be wars or maybe something pathogenic?
It’s easy for us now to retrodict,
Did the end start with the launch of Sputnik?
Then the Cold War, the Berlin lift,
Leaders became warmongers, without a shamanic,
Of course, I write with the pen of a pedantic,
The need for alcohol and drugs to be romantic,
Humankind is to blame, clearly; it’s apodictic,
I can’t really say that this is pathetic…
Living life for pleasure, the pace is frenetic…
Citizens live or die, it’s all aleatoric,
Children crushed hiding in an attic…
No food, medications for the dying asthmatic,
Young, old, Anti-Muslim, anti-Semitic,
Terrorist Governments, Anders Breivik,
Warmongers reign, ruling more absolutistic,
Putin and Starmer are over bureaucratic…
Their compassion is theoretical, hypothetical,
Repeatedly, innocents slain, it’s almost archaic,
Families, babies, running, hiding, antidromic…
In fear, mayhap, of something atomic?
We don’t look the same; we’re not concentric…
Humans, surely we’re kindred, congeneric?
Oligarchs, weapon suppliers formed a clique,
I can see a link to things dinosauric…
The state of the world is almost phantasmagoric,
They don’t see the dangers; they’re altruistic,
We voted them into power, is it time to quetch?
Politicians self-empowering remain recidivistic,
If we all worked for peace, it would be soporific,
If this dream could come true, it’d be terrific!
We’ve no chance of ridding ourselves of the sadistic,
That makes me feel even more pessimistic…
I’ll have to stop here; I’ve got problems urologic!
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
Up to the neck in it. Computer problems again.
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
A seven onb the NHS Richter-Scale card. Hehe!

I went into the kitchen to make a brew and had to try again to take a decent moon shot. With such a dark sky, my hopes were high. Not really!
Ah, well!

Handwashed the thin dressing down.

Off to the wet room.
I started with the usual seated part of the session.

The saving brought only one cut worth mentioning.
The medicationing went fine! Really! Honest!
However, when getting the fresh PPs on;
,
I took a selfie a few minutes later with Kodak Tim 2.

From the computer, many things go wrong after the Windows update was installed. I wasted hours & hours!

The Carer arrived, Akmad or Joe, Akmad I think.

A late afternoon shot with Kodak Tim 2,
Can anyone see the creature’s face in these clouds that I can? The late Carer found it straight away. But not the other one. Nor did the nurse… I think that she thought I was pulling her leg. Until I pointed out the facial features.

I prepped the meal for later cooking.
It’s a bit of a mixture. I hope it will taste better than last night’s terrible, inedible effort. I sliced some water chestnuts with a can of beef stew with a microwave chilli con carne. I left it in the microwave cooking box in the fridge.

Then, I crossed my fingers and went on WP to start this blog. Will it let me put the early photos on, but several I took before the food snap would go on as some other file?

I have no idea what will happen. The preview is correct, but it’s all a frustrating mystery to me.

Calm looking evening.

Is it a vacation, furlough, or holiday?
Today is tomorrow, or is tomorrow today?
Is it a vacation, furlough, or a holiday?
Are politicians & their oligarchy…
Mostly skilled in deceit, greed or quackery?
Increasing their lies, & show warmongery?
Politicians greet the world’s end with alacrity…
Life is the mystery; We might die painfully,
Powers without compassion, logic or astucity!
Stating, altering, and doing things contradictorily,
Decisions with hopes turning incandescently,
They need to be examined electroencephalographically,
Nothing will stop the coming catastrophe,
I forecast the end will not be pretty…,
That’s why I wrote this little ditty,
I show not fear or lachrymosity…
Humankind’s termination is not such a pity!

WEDNESDAY, 12th MARCH 2025
Stirred at 05:30hrs. Had a decent sleep. Sorted the catheter out but did not empty it cause I wanted the new Carer to see & grade it.

Took these three shots….
from the kitchen window.
Then…
I made a brew & reset the antique-style calendar clock.

Oh, dear…

I didn’t get to finish them, as the intercom rang.
The new carer from Inner City Care arrived.
He was a pleasant enough chap. We had a quick natter. His name was Achmad or Achmed or… (I’ll have to ask him how he spells it on tonight’s call.) My medications were given. He’s not sure if a midday visit is booked yet.

Going back into the wet room to finish the ablutions and medications, an alarm went off. I think it might have been the alarm testing, cause it soon stopped/as did my brain. I never got back to finish the ablutionings! Wot a Clot!

I got on the computer and used the Ccleaner again to get any photos onto CorelDraw. Well, I could, but it would not save them to file. No reasons were given, so I assumed the storage space was too low again. That did the trick, and as I was uploading…
Three within a minute got to me. Seconds later, I was getting on with the job, happy as a lark.

Two more mini ones, this time they left me fuddle-headed and confused to a degree. At least I realised this and stopped working on the computer for fear of going into a deeper seizure. I turned the computer to sleep mode, and before I could stand up – I’d gone into a cracking long, I assumed, Absence Seizure. Cause that is what happened. I think it lasted a good few minutes. After which I was even more puddled and out-of-it!

Things cleared a bit, & I returned to the computer.
GLOBDANGLES AND TURDSTOOLS!

I had to use the Ccleaner again to work on the photos.
Naturally, .

I lost a couple of hours, but I had been working on and making a mess of the Ode. There were no more recognisable seizures until 17:00 hrs, and that was of little bother; it was not too deep or long to get to me. The seemed lighter at times, before going into a nosedive straight into a mire of dour dejection. I’m hoping the Matron Jackie can inspire my Doctor into activity over this ailment. I pray!

Tesco order. Just three bags – £59!
Mind you, I got two bottles of cider. (Guilt)
Food, food, & food.
Medications, soda water, PPs & bleach.

Afternoon sky shots were taken over a couple of hours..
The weather was quickly changing today.
One.
It should be a balcony shower. WP or Google, although in the editor the proper photo shows, they keep shoving something else in, distorted snaps? I’m fed up with this.
What a variety!
Really dark at times today.

Awaiting the tea-time Carer. Unsure of when he will come, I can’t finish my ablutions or get a meal sorted yet.

DDDD still lingering. I’m wondering if I told her about the mood swings when we spoke about this year’s telephone appointment last week. Sarcastic? Me?

My worst effort this year, I think.
Luckily, I had earlier refilled the cookie jar with Cheesies!
I then emptied the cookie jar of Cheezies!
Well, I didn’t eat much of the poorly made meal! Hehe!

Last call, Carer, ‘Joe’ got the diabetic soaks off. No medications were inquired about, but I didn’t need any anyway. I’d taken a swig of Peptac earlier to free the wind and taste from the calamitous meal.

I asked both Caregivers if they knew if the laundry, domestic, and financial help was still to be done for me. The response was negative! No, yea, or nae. They knew not. That is, if they understood my question. Bad enough as my hearing is already, I’m sometimes struggling to understand what they say to me. So, my accent must be as challenging to grasp as theirs. Joe and Akram are nice enough, lads.

Inchy: Grim, can’t you ring the bell before you visit?
Grim: Well, that wouldn’t look very authentic!
Inchy: Ah, I can see the logic…
Grim: Anyroad, it’s some good luck for you, Inchy, that I’ve come to transmit!
Inchy: Oh, goodie, I don’t usually good news rhetoric.
Grim: The H&H ‘Hearafter Selection Committee’ usually has a maximum percentage allowed, and it’s strict.
Inchy: Yes, tell me in plain language, not contorted or overscholastic…
Grim: Well, our auger & accountant tells us of a coming peace treaty, and we’ll need someone up there with us to keep the score in the following Oligarch-inspired war. Well, Heaven and Hell still use Windows 3.
Inchy: Yes, tell me tell me…
Grim: Don’t talk to me like that, all antagonistically!
Inchy: Sorry, but I’m excited. Accept my apology!
Grim: We don’t have anyone up there who can remember Windows 3; it changes almost daily.
Inchy: You mean Word and Excel? Have I heard what you said correctly?
Grim: It’s difficult for the computer to run with no electricity!
Inchy: What? H & H both exist powerlessly?
Grim: Well, heaven did a deal with Hell, and they get the politicians, Oligarchs and murderers to produce the power using pedal power, and all for free.
Inchy: Hehehe!
Grim: We use a power system called Cyclistically to make our own electricity.
Inchy: Do they have to cycle for eighteen-hour shifts? Is there no food or drink? Will they be beaten about the head if they go too slowly?
Grim: Aye, they cycle 24/7/7, abundantly!
Inchy: Heavens & Hell, that news pleases me!
Grim: Now we can fit you in surreptitiously,
If you promise to use Window 3 Inchy, secretly.
Inchy: I’ll work diligently if you just take me away.
From this hellhole of an earth & cruel life…
I’ve been denied a wife, get ailments & strife…
But would my health, mental & physical, revive?
Grim: We’ll never know. You won’t be alive…
Inchy: How will I cope with computer & hardrive?
Grim: If you pass St. Peter’s inquisition, you’ll thrive!
Inchy: I’ll thrive but not be alive! Is that coercive?
Grim: Don’t tell me you’re feeling apprehensive?
It’s an alternative, a sort of imitation life…
Inchy: It’s Earth life that I’m not coping with!
Grim: You’ll find things are different, cosmocratic,
Inchy: Will the souls be kind & communistic?
Grim: They certainly will not be consumeristic,
Inchy: Is that good? Bad? It seems to contradict,
Grim: You really want to stay on Earth’s cesspit?
Inchy: No, no, no! Look at me, I’m cadaveric.
I’ll come with you, even if this is all a trick!
Grim: I’ll tell summat else to make you ecstatic,
Inchy: Please do, Grim. Make me aware,
Grim: One of your jobs when you get up there…
Will be a sort of aged welcoming au pair,
Doing one-to-one interviews, as an assessor,
Deciding which sole will go where…
To Heaven, & peace everafter…
Or to hell, specifally to be a cycler,
You’ll sentence each one, whomsoever,
I’ll assure you can Starmer!
I’ll ensure Starmer gets you as an interviewer!
Inchy: Great, I’m ready when you are!
Grim: Sorry, I was pulling your leg.
Still, I’ve made you so much cheerier!
Inchy: You little monkey, you’re getting cheekier!

Grim: Anyway, if I took you now, you’d miss Keir’s funeral & not be able to be the cheerleader!

A decent 6 hours of sleep and a few wake-ups, but not due to . Not a lot of them anyway.

Removed from the day pouch, and from then on, I started so many tasks in a short space of time and made many errors. For example, after I started sorting the waste bags out. Got three bags into one and intended to do the other two. But no, not me. I found myself with my head in the oven cleaning the racks.  I say I found myself because obviously one of the seizures had got a hold of me; the last thing I remember doing before this was taking the first bag to the door. And was going to sort the front room bins. I looked in the room, and they had not been done.
It gets better! I returned to the kitchen to see what I’d done with the oven and found a tap had been left running and a nightshirt in the sink. Since the water was cold, I assumed I must have been rinsing after washing the Kagoul. I rinsed the shirt and wrung it out, ready to put it on a coathanger to drip dry in the wet room… I reckon it caused me a bout of vertigo as I removed the shirt from the sink to the bowl. No need to tell you, but I will: I dropped the bowl, water all over the floor and me, and the monitoring station came through to tell me the water leak alarm had activated. It took me a minute or two to regain my balance sufficiently to reach the monitor.

I never recovered from this bout all day long. A new fear gripped me, and it was amazing that I didn’t take a tumble again. I sat down for a minute or two and changed the clock-calendar on the computer desk.

I was soon back in the kitchen, sorting out the mess. Then I got a look at the oven that I’d come round to, to find I was working on cleaning it.
What a mess! I’d put some foam spray cleaner on everything, but then I found the bottle label that read, “WARNING: For Bathroom & Toilet Cleaning Only!”

So, I spent ages getting it off and drying the oven.

A nagging douby that I was going to, or needed to do something, lasted for about ten-seconds. Then I made my way to the wet room to get the ablutions, medications and Porcelain Throne duties done.
The Porcelain Throne was not even sat on.
However, I managed a gentle shave and only caught the head patches from yesterday’s tumble a few times. The shaving was done so gingerly that I might not have bothered.
The neck growth felt the same to my touch as before I’d shaved! The went okay. And… I got the fresh PPs on without any falls, stumbles or droppages!

A Caregiver arrived, and I remembered that I needed to hang the Kagoule on the wetroom shower rails to dry. So, after the carer had medicated me, I got another kagoule washed and hung it up with the other in the wet room.
I wasn’t with it at all today.
I thought about making a brew of Glengettie, but then I remembered I’d not taken the waste bags to the chute yet.   So, I did!
There were no traps on my fingers or my hand. And no walking into the doorframes. 2.

Carer Sam arrived. Took the laundry down for me, bless her.

A belated, unexpected series of Mini-Seizures visited me. After all the work I’d done today to try to catch up, for about four hours I was… was, well, erm… in and out-of-it. When in, I had to try to sort out what’d gone while I was out of it… but would go out of it before I could get an angle on what I’d been doing when I was out-of-it the time before; if anything.
I just read the above, and Blanety-Blank came to mind.

I made a meal, Sweet and sour chicken Chinese style. I boiled and added some potatoes and a small jar of Hoisin and spring onion sauce. I bought it years ago; I can’t find a use-by date. Then, I also decided to have some potato waffles on the side. So, I did! I was so hungry.
When I was about to fetch Kodak Tim 2, the Carer arrived, and I forgot to photograph the meal. Tsk!

Cocked things up again.
