Welsh: Dydd Iau 31ain Rhagfyr 2020

23:45hrs:
I bounded out of the four-poster, touched my toes, a couple of dozen push-up, then ten one-handed, jumped up and bar-belled for five minutes, and drank two pints of carrot juice and a bowl of figs, with extra vitamin D. I oiled over all of my masculine lithe muscled body, splashed some Bute on, and…
Oh, all right then... 23:45hrs: I woke up coughing and sneezing, the eyes were running, and I was involuntarily passing wind. The sound from the flipping ‘Hum’ was tremendously loud. Little Inchies fungal lesion was bleeding, and the lens fell out of my spectacles as I put them on. And I needed a wee-wee.
Undaunted, I freed my body-mass from te c1968 recliner, and off to the wet room I trotted. The wee-wee was another of the long FBL (Forceful-Blasting-Lengthy) style, but pain-free. I cleaned up and doctored Little Inchy with the Clobetasone Butyrate cream, that was painful. Changing the PP’s, and I needed the Porcelain Throne.
The timing of which, proved a life-saver. The evacuation flowed the second I got on the Throne, it as under the control of the innards, it was massive, pongy, and a great relief! Had I not been stood within the two feet I was of the toilet once the movement began, I’d have been in a right mess, embarrassment-wise! Bit of good fortune there, unnatural and worrying!
I got the hurtful stinging job of cleaning up and medicating Little Inchies fungal lesion. One of the genuinely more difficult and almost harrowing jobs of all the ailment treating. This and using the Sock-Glide, are tasks I do not look forward to at all!
I cleaned up, and got on the computer, to upload the photographs from yesterday. Oh, crikey! The computer was telling me that the SD card needed formatting. I went into these details in yesterday’s blog and did not want to upset me about it again. I’ll skip it if you don’t mind. Thanks.
Having got the thing working again (and losing a few hundred photographs!), I went to make a brew. I took this early morning shot from the kitchenette window. I think it looks better in a large size, you can make out the street, house and Christmas lights better.

Then, went to get the Health Checks done. I recall thinking to myself, I hope the SYS will have come back down. But No! It had gone up to 183 from yesterdays 180!
Should I still be alive? Hahaha!
Updated blog. Posted, Email link. WordPress Reading. Massive, none-stop, trickling, spraying, but pain-free wee-wee. Back to computing, got distracted into making the header for this edition of Inchcock Today.
Ablutions tackled, got the crossword book out, seated, no time for crosswording, though. The actions started and flowed freely, but still rather painfully, messy and bleeding again, the same as it was yesterday morning.

The legs and feet still looked a smidge pale. But again, no complaints from me! The Clop[idogrel marks were not even seeable! Fair enough the middle right foot toe was still tender from the last toe-stubbing. But the veins were not protruding, the ankle ulcer had calmed down and could hardly be seen! Great!.

I got the urge to wash the woolly bobble-cap. I used the sock-glide to hang the hat onto to let it drip dry. I have to say I got a certain pleasure from two things, here… One was mocking the sock-glide, telling it: ” You horrible nasty blood-hungry bruising git (not the exact word I used) you, I hope you get rust-rot and disintegrate!” The other, the p[leaasure of denying the contraption of any chance of further injuring me, by deciding not to wear any socks today!
Yes, I had a momentary loss of sanity there, Sorry about that!
Went to make a brew, took a snap of the descending fog from the thick-framed light and view-blocking kitchen windows. I made a mug of Glengettie tea, got a handful of biscuits to go with the cuppa. I took the tea through to the computer; first, I try not to use the right hand for carrying hot drinks, in case Nicodemus’s Neurotransmitters die-off, and I drop the drink. I put the tea down and returned to get the camera from the kitchenette.
En route back, a gave my right shoulder one decently hefty clout against the door frame (Luckily, I’d got the camera wrist strap around my wrist!) Phew! Amazingly, astronomically, unbelievably, this did not set SSS (Shuddering-Shoulder-Shirley) off? I’m not complaining!
The Iceland Foods delivery man cameth. I let him in and made my way to the front door. Which seemed like a good idea, Hehe!
He gently threw the bags in through the door for me, I gave him a choice of cans for his new year pressie, he chose a can of pink gin & tonic. Said something to me IK couldn’t understand and went off back to his task of delivering to fools who order food for 06:00hrs in a morning. Hehehe!
I got the bags into the kitchen and started unloading them. I put the bottles od wine for Sister Jane and Pete behind the £300, second-hand, c1968, cringingly-beige-coloured, not-working, rickety, incommodious, grotty recliner. I don’t know when or how I will get them to J and P?
Iceland had not delivered any bread thins, but new bother! For they’d sent a milk roll loaf and some part-baked cobs and baguettes that will do me nicely.
Started this blog off. Getting sidetracked for several hours while doing the blog. Wee-wees, which were and stayed, of the UTD (Unwilling-Trickling-Dribbling) variety henceforth today), and my losing track of what I was doing, by getting ideas for the ‘Thought’ graphics and popping on CorelDraw to make it while I thought of it. Conrad
Confusion was in a pestering mood. Oh, and nipping onto Gmail as they came in
I got another one from HMG about Nottingham going into Tier Four Coronavirus status. I foolishly had a look at the long message and visited all the links within it.
It was as clear as mud to me, but I don’t think it will make any difference to how things are now for me, as with kind Jenny and others here, who are being sensible about the dangers anyway.
After a good few hours making mistakes, error, and suffering mind-blanks on this blog, and CorelDrawing to for that matter, the weariness dawned on me early again.
I got off the computer
and went to investigate what to have for my nosh. I’m sure I had a plan in mind for the meal earlier, but it had gone off into the ether.
The fog might be lifting.
Then I realised I
had not done the Facebooking catch-up.
So, I did. I spent hours on it, and enjoyed doing it, too! Then did another graphic for the future WordPress blogs.

Drained now mentally, I got the nosh prepared. I made a right mess in the kitchen doing so, too! It resembled a mini-bomb site by the time I’d got the chilli done. Spills, droppages etc.! By the time I cleaned up, the food was not so hot.
There were some ‘Tales of the Unexpected’ on the Sky Art channel. I got the pots washed and settled for the start of the four half-hour episodes.
Fell asleep when the first set of adverts came on. Woke up as the fourth episode was just finishing! Wide awake! Ah, well, at least I got two hours kip in then, and when I eventually got back to sleep, another hour. I’ve had worse.
May the fruits of your compassion and labours, sweeten your life! ♥

00:00hrs: As I woke, half-hanging out of the recliner, with the bottled water, headphones, woolly-hat, spectacles, pen and pad and other bits on the floor around the chair, there were little bits of the dream I must have been having, milling about in my head…
So, I’ve been up for around five-minutes – A tumble onto my knees, CC, and RAI giving me grief, then SSS joins in, a pathetic wee-wee, and now I’ve just stubbed my toe taking the bucket to be sanitised!
The latest figures for Nottingham was not up to date, because of the holiday period, obviously.
The national Patients Admitted graph looked like a bit of a spike is developing,
after a dip?
spectres, poltergeist, spirits, manifestations, zombies, daemons, cacodemons, rakshasas, hellions, aliens, extraterrestrials, hobgoblins, apparitions, elfins, pishogues, apparitions, or gremlins?
On with the dating of this bog, then decided some brekkers would be a good idea. A Jenny supplied pickled egg, halloumi sticks and a Cornish pastie. A fair feast I found veritably tasty!
Porcelain Throne arrived. Apart from losing a fair bit of blood, things went well enough. I got the ablutions done at the same time. Which went well, a few dropsies, no more than ten, mind. Two decent sessions! The legs were looking good too.
When I came out of the wet from into the kitchenette, there had been a slight covering of snow while I was ablutioning. Took this picture from the unliked, light and view-blocking window.
some graphics done. The internet was so slow and causing problems. I phoned Jenny, to wish a happy new year and see how she, Nora and Frank, were doing. They seemed okay, Jenny was pragmatic, is the word methinks, about the current situation.
I got some waste bags done up, took them to the chute, and the big bag down to the caretaker’s bin.

23:50hrs: I woke, wanting a wee-wee, that felt rather urgent. No time for a preamble, I manipulated my colossal-wobbly stomached torso from the £300 second-hand, c1968 recliner. I hobbled over to the with the greatest of speed available to me, to take a wee-wee.
Not only that, but I felt drained of energy afterwards? Something amiss here? The thought of the treatment and put-downs I had suffered on my last visit to the Oncologist, was enough, to encourage me not to call them, but to wait to see how things develop, first. (How dare she tell me to stop drinking Glengettie tea and go onto the crap-tasting decaffeinated type!) Hehehe!
I washed the dandies and got the kettle on. Made up some waste bags and got them in the box on the three-wheeler-walking guide. The box seems to have got filled-up a lot quicker than it normally does? I may have made the bags up a little too large to fit in the chute? Humph!
I tended to the Health Checks next. Starting with the Boot’s made in China Sphygmomanometer. At least the SYS was a tad lower than yesterday, the pulse was up a fair bit, mind at 91, compared to yesterdays 87 reading.
The Chinese made Harpin Xian Di contactless thermometer was down a smidge, but within range, I think, at 36.5°c, it was in the green anyway. I like this machine, it is quick and easy to use. Of course, now I’ve said that; somethings bound to go wrong!
left in it to use, I still got the biggest part of it down the cheeks. Tsk!
thought I’d still take a Dioctyl® 100mg Poo-Softener capsule, just the one.
damned Microsoft Pictures Ap was not having it again! I wrangled a way of getting them in from the plug-in in the end. Heck of a mess about!
I went to make a mug of Glengettie, and I took these photographs through the light & view-blocking kitchen window. The first a wide shot that didn’t come out as it showed in the Nikon viewer’s window. However, I thought I saw a fire on the horizon!
I zoomed in to get a clearer picture (Okay, I failed). But it did look like a fire was burning, and a decent-sized one too!
I opened the YourNottingham news magazine and had a look to see if any news of a fire was on it. I found this disappointing Covid figures for Nottingham.

I got dressed and off into the kitchen to sort out the last waste bag.
chute room.
lobby window before entering the chute room.
opening on, some folks tend to put loose large waste into the funnel, and so many blockages last year, proved very costly to unblock.
but was turning to train as I snapped the pictures.

02:25hrs: I woke, in a generally more optimistic mood. I’ve not got the foggiest idea why? The dreaded ‘Hum’ was with us again, but not as loud as yesterday.
I got on with the Health Checks, remembering today (I forgot yesterday, but had the photos on the blog to find the numbers) to fill in the record logs. The Boot’s sphygmomanometer showed an increase in the SYS up to 161.
The Harpin Xian Di Thermometer was again in the green, at 36.4°c was about right methinks.

Reading a blog from Doug, about his beloved cat Andy, brought back memories of Sister Janes, Fooey. A similar cat to Andy, but white. The poor chap had arthritis, went almost blind… and never lost his sociability with people. The noises he used to make… I loved that cat. He passed away, I think JAne said he was fourteen at the time. This is one of the last photos I took after he’s had a home-perm from Jane. I am not ashamed to say, looking at him, and writing this, I’m swelling up inside. Doug has recently lost Andy’s brother, Dougie. I hope this doesn’t upset him. I check his and Andy’s site on WordPress.

I put the fist of the Amazon pants on to try today. They look bigger than the Sainsbury ones – Der! they would, they are a size larger! See how quick I’d worked that out?
Humph! As you can see, they are the same shade as the Sainsbury ones. No pattern to them. I felt a little cheated. Still, they are the right size, so they’ll have to do. The comfort and lack of warmth in then os on a par with the Sainbury wrong-size substituted ones, but I feel more confident that when the next ‘leak’ comes along, these will be more likely to cope with it.
All dressed, I left the wet room and got straight on with the days handwashing. I did the bath towel I’d just used and jammy bottoms.
I got the rushed-meal served up, on the tray, and to the recliner I did stray, ‘Please stay wake’ I did pray, long enough to eat it.
I’d put the TV on using the headphones to help mask the last of the banging session. Aha, Law & Order was on! I ate the meal (during which the banging stopped for the day), and I went to wash the pots. Then back down in the recliner.

Time for some brekkers methinks. I got some potatoes in the crock-pot.
I made the breakfast-noodles, adding some gravy seasoning to it. I shan’t be adding gravy seasoning to any more of them; it was not very nice.
The session went reasonably well; apart from the teeth bleeding, three cuts shaving, a mega-drop of the showerhead that hit me on the knee with a fair wallop, a bang against the left grab-rail – quickly followed by a knock against the right grab-rail. The cap came off of the lemon shower gel, and (albeit not too bad a one), a toe-stubbing on the sock-glide. I knocked over the Germolene, Olive oil dropper and the Daktacort. (the Daktacort is still missing), and approximately twelve dropsies, it went well.
She was in when I arrived, but busy, of course. I explained about someone from Carrington Pharmacy, 343-345 Mansfield Rd, Carrington, Nottingham NG5 2DA, Telephone number: 0115 960 5453, just up from the Lidl store, told the Doctors receptionist they would not delivery the prescriptions anymore. I needed clarification on this, before next Friday when they are due. Whichever, yay or nae to delivering, I need to know the date I can arrange to pick them up, then a volunteer needs to be searched for, this is why I am asking a week in advance, last month there was no answer to Deana’s calls at all. But, th
ey are Volunteers! Deana will call them next week, Monday or Tuesday for me. I thanked her and returned to the Woodthorpe lobby.
The landline chimed out and burst-forth with flashing. It was Sister Jane, I got an update with their medicalisational activities. They are as busy as I am nowadays.
I’ve never had a train set, you know. Just thought I’d mention it!

rously.

01:25hrs: As I stirred into imitation life, I spotted the untaken evening medications pot. I wondered why I’ve suddenly started to miss taking them so often, lately?
Usually, I’d do this in the wet room, but had a tube of the Daktacort on the ottoman with the Health Check stuff. So I got on with most awkward and painful needs first—cleaning and stopping Little Inchies fungal lesion bleeding, and applying the cortisone ointment.
I used the also handily placed Phorpain gel, on the knees, and where I could reach around the folds of gross flab around the midriff, to BPB’s dwellings. A reasonably well-sized bruise was developing on the elbow.
I took two photographs of the morning view when I made a brew of Glengettie tea.

I took another window view picture, zoomed in this time, on the Sherwood Health Centre area.
I couldn’t see it, but I got a reasonable picture of it all the same.
The feet and pins looked really good and almost normal. Finished drying off, got the deodorants on, and did the medicating. I was surprised at how little piles had bled, considering the strength of the wallop I gave them going back down in the seat. Mixed results then?
I did some updating of this blog.
I was careful going through not to hit or fall over anything. And got the trolley through to the front doors, and exited safely out into the cold sunshine.

________________________________________________________________________________
23:45hrs: Stirred, Wee-wee. Pains.
I did the Health Checks were done. All figures not pf much interest to me, I’m afraid. I had so many of the old ailments ganging up on me.
BBB, Dizzy Dennis, Saccades Sandra all offered Nick support in making the day one of the worst for months for me.
I somehow got them done, and was not up to much then. I got down in the recliner, the headphones on, and listened to some classical music, half-hoping to fall asleep.

Constipation, and I do not want to end up on the Throne for hours at a time again!

Made the first mug of Glengettie of the day, and took a picture from the unwanted, light & view-blocking kitchen window. It wasn’t top quality, but it showed the lights along Winchester Street at the back and Ramsdale Crescent, closest.
I made the brew, and brought it to the computer and booted it up. I made a start on this blog for a few hours and stopped around 06:30hrs, as the ablutions would soon be needed to be done before the Iceland delivery arrived, that would be anywhere twixt 08:00 > 10:00hrs.
So, once I’d dressed. I got my Nokia camera and took these three pictures. (Ah! I meant the Nikon camera, sorry). Mr Billumski, the Ohio State RCM (Red Car Monitoring) President, will be interested in the great number on sight in the road and car parks today? Or not!
I got the ‘YourArea’ magazine opened, and found some Coronavirus figures on it. At first glance, it appeared a little scary, but on closer inspection, the 878 figure was for the last seven days. Which us about 40% down on the rolling total.
Did some work, updating my personal dictionary, and the Iceland delivery man, he rangeth the intercom. I pressed the release button, and two Nottingham City Homes men were leaving as he entered.
I feel it only fair, to inform the gentlemen, that for a few second, we can hear what they are saying when someone calls us. I’ll say no more!
I moved the carrier bags into the kitchen. I seem to have bought more than usual? Then set about storing the purchases away. I soon realised that I’d bought some Christmas treats on this order, that was why there seemed a lot.
I then got the three-wheeler guide and put them in it, to take down to Jen’s apartment. I got down, rang her bell, and came back up in the elevator.
As I was getting ready to take some more photographs, it suddenly went so dark.
I took a well-zoomed-in shot of the kiddies play area in Woodthorpe Grange Park. A few folks out there enjoying themselves, and was so pleased to see them all being good and observing the social-distancing rules, bless ’em.
I was getting a little weary now, and wondered on what to have for my nosh. I opted for smoked streaky bacon (from Germany this time from Iceland, last week it was from Poland, but it looked a bit fatty!) I only have two tins of tomatoes left, neither of them with a ring-pull opener.
me Hickory, Soy Sauce, Squid vinegar and mild chilli powder. GAve it a good stirring, while thinking what a twit I was using these additions. Yet, after stirring for ages, I tried a spoonful, and I liked it! I’ll wait to see what it tastes like with the bacon in, before getting carried away. Hahaha!

00:40hrs: It all happened in a sort of slow-motion, to start with.
Not only did I get to the wet room without any bother, (Well, there was a short loss of balance, but that was my own fault for not catching it as I grabbed Metal Micky), and that only lasted a few seconds without any detrimental damage or injury.
What followed was most encouraging. This session was the even less painful, no enteralgia, no bleeding!
Mind you, the poo colour was a sort of green. Still, it made a change: super-easy passage, and a pretty new colour for me to photograph for the gastroenterologist’s Neurogenic bladder and bowel management record.
I carried out the Health Checks. The sphygmomanometerisationing first. But I didn’t fret over this reading, no doubt the falling over altercation had effected the reading, I’m sure.
Do I turned it off and back on again, and got this disappointingly low reading, again though, this is probably due to the fracas in the wet-room?
I poddled to the wet-room, for another wee-wee, and when I got back, I noticed the veins in the left arm were almost luminescent? And, odd;y they looked a little greener than usual? When I took this photo, I used the flash, and it came out looking more strange than it really looked, but I WordPressed it anyway, cause it looked so odd. A camera glitch? Anyway, it made me think of Soylent Green. Hahaha!
Of course, it might just be one of the resident Woodthorpe Court mysterious Eidolons, Goblins, or Aliens, that are checking out my innards. The Chilli-Meatballs last night might have confused them? Chortle! Cackle! Guffaw!
I got the updating finished and sent off. Then emailed the link.
really, but it’s too late now, I have written it. Simper!
I was in good form after the ablutions, and set about moving the hand-washed togs about, to nearer the heater, now they had stopped dripping.
was) And heaven help me if I couldn’t get it! Dad would not be happy with me at all!
It was deathly quiet, and no signs of any tellurians. Even the ‘Hum’ was quieter today.
reticent, antisocial type.
Getting into the three flat’s lobby was easy enough this time, and at that moment, I was feeling better than I have for a few days, getting tired, but that’s to be expected.
laying the floor for us all, decorated with some gunk for me, and left it there, and I have no intention of cleaning up – Swine!, I felt the weariness take a strong grip on me, and the missing so far today, Dizzy Dennis kicked into gear.
Blimey, we had a traffic jam! Hahaha!
The landline chirped and flashed. It was some woman on a recorded message again, telling e they had taken £75 something from my account for ‘Prime’, if I want to cancel this press One, so I did. Waffling on a woman with either a Chinese or Indian/Pakistani accent – I couldn’t tell if it was recorded or real voice, she was going that fat, and without a cat in ells chance of understanding anything she was saying. I rang off.
Dizzy was joined by Anne Gyna, and I gave up on the computer and got the nosh prepped.

The knuckle I’d burnt on the oven grill last night getting the Morrison-substituted for Sweet-Potato fritters, crap, horrible-tasting McCains Salt and Pepper chips; (I just thought I’d mention them again – it still wrangles me!) was looking lighter and getting better already.
I got the Health Checks done next. I used the Boots sphygmomanometer again, it gave a 168 reading for the SYS. But after reading up on the optimum yesterday on Mr Google, it is barely a couple of points over what I should expect, so nae bother.
Then, I took the temperature with the new thermometer.
thing on, I noticed some more of the papules were coming up on the stomach, side, back. Not unexpected really, let’s face it, there is such a mass of bloated flesh around the midriff for these and the spots, blotched, furuncles etc. to pick from. Hehehe!
No teaing it this morning, I got on the computer, to get the updating of Tuesday’s blog done. But a change of heart occurred, and I made a brew of Glengettie, and as I was going to take the morning medications;
working a treat at countering Constipation Konrad.
Then a picture of down below on Chestnut Walk, I thought that Ohio’s RCMS Red Car Monitoring Services, Head Honcho, Managing Director, and jolly good egg, Billumski could use it on his mega-computer, to give him some idea of the British angle?
I got the meatballs in BBQ can, which luckily for me, had a ring-pull opener, and got it in the saucepan. Added the potatoes from yesterday, a small can of baked beans, and tried a spoonful—a little bland. So, I then pondered over which flavourings to add to it. I eventually added balsamic vinegar (not a lot), Some dark Soy sauce, mild chilli-powder, vegetable stock, and Squid sauce-vinegar. I didn’t start heating it, of course, far too early. I stirred it all up well and tried some. Yep, that’ll do for me. It’s on my limit for chilli, but it should be alright. Quite looking forward to it now.
It is not within keeping of the rules it seems. They then more or less said; If I am struggling and suicidal… and gave me a Facebook link, to where I can get help?
Ah, well, I’ll get the ablutionalisationing done now… no, my indeterminacy and dithering got the better of me again. I decided to get the washing to soak in the sink, making it easier for me when I get the rinsing done after the ablutioning. I thought this seemed a good idea. But I used the new dark clothes liquid cleaner the, and one capful was enough, more than enough! The bowl got, so soapsud clogged, I decided to press on get it sorted now. Also, the right arm was responding to Nicodemus’s neurotransmitters a little more at the time, so I got them done, rinsed several times (hehe!) wrung, and hung, above the sink to start draining. Did alright, no major dropsies either. Yee-Haa!
Dried off, did the medicating and got the slippers back on. I did notice that the left foot this time, was showing signs of a vein bubble or ulcer coming up, maybe. Spider veins have never bothered the left foot before. Mmm?
once, I got down and back up with ease almost.
I went back to the bathroom, to spray some gunk remover on the mouldy spots and left it to soak in.
Closed down Computer Cameron, got the meal cooking, with some chips that went on the tray in the dish as well. Hehehe!
I went to get the pots washed, as the rain returned outside, I took a snap of the weather. But without opening the new light & view-blocking kitchen window. I didn’t fancy get soaked. Hehe!
