Got a brew of Glengettie made, and checked with the notepads to remind me of last night’s events. I began to update the Saturday blog; but not for long, thanks to

Ten minutes or so later, the

Ten minutes later it returned.
Off for about 20 minutes this time.
I did some CorelDraw work.
Back, and off again within a minute of returning.

Pissed off with this!

Off to get the ablutions done and a carer arrived. Nice gal.

This time, after half an hour it had not returned! When it did after 40 minutes, I’d lost what bit of work I’d done cause I couldn’t save it.
Had to do it all again, in between many more failures from…

Brilliant really! They probably have more finances available – at least, on their manipulated paper figures.

Paperwork for Kara gathered together.
The second and last mug of tea was taken.
Carer Victor arrived.
Time to get some food prepared!
A decent effort this time.

I think the average cuts acquired when shaving would average around 4. I’m as bald as a badger on my head, yet hair grows behind my ear holes and neck?
I have acquired a habit lately of bashing my head on the way down. Usually on the sharp corner of a counter or ledge. With the odd few that have left me unconscious. The last one, when the leg lost all neurotransmitters sensation, I twisted and landed on my back – not sure if I blanked out for a few seconds… As I regained a modicum of reality, the Nottingham Home Alarm Monitor Control lady talked to me over the alarm box. Her voice sounded slightly panicky, and communication was even worse this time

able to see of my own accord through Little Inchie, is a morning one, but it didn’t look like them? I discovered a strip of Warfarin tablets was put back in the Finasteride box!
What, me… Worried?
Removed the night pouch, initially with ease…
I wrapped the bloodied stuff and pants wrapped in a blue bag and put them in the waste bag. Then off to the wet room.
Well, without my glasses on, the towel sort of blended into the white of the WC. Haha!
My rear-end Whoopsiedangleplops was tended to first. Not bleeding now, but tender to touch or sit down for a while. Hehe! The ointment eased things considerably for me.

Great balls of fire!
I rose around 02:00hrs and took off the night catheter bag from the
water tap running cold as you like. Self-condemnation and hatred spouted from my mind and loins, I was annoyed with me! This was despite having a sign up in the hallway opposite
the door, that Carer Richard had kindly done and stuck up on the airing cupboard door for me to use to remind myself and other carers. As I said earlier, thank heavens I’d not left the plug in
the sink! Could have been a lot worserer, I suppose. Humph! I took these two terribly bad photos of the morning view from the kitchenette window. Then cleaned up the mess in the sink and draining board.
I got the waste bags sorted ready, and went to get the computer on… always a nerve-shattering thing, hope that Liberty Global will, might, maybe it’ll work… But No! I should have known better than that, shouldn’t I?
It was not having the quick solutions to come back on this morning. In the end, I had to lose what bit of work I’d done on CorelDraw, WordPress and the Ode – Spit, Spit, Spit!
could come back on in ten minutes or so.
I got my first mug of Glengettie made and enjoyed it. A lovely strong brew! Have way through gulping it down and
Both, as you can see, came out weirdly reflective, if that’s the right word. I wonder what I did wrong this time?
Made the semi-prepared meal. The spuds were done in the slow cooker, halved and a splatter of BBQ sauce was applied. The fresh garden peas with a bit of mint in them were gorgeous!
Lips, faces, & a spear?

haste. And there I sat, with the crossword book for ages.
Nothing other than large doses of wind were evacuated.
Hehehe!
The urine in the day bag was the darkest it’s been for a while.
To the kitchen and I took these terrible photos…
of the heavy rain.
Sizeable, cause it wasn’t raining much yesterday.
I later regretted having one of the two allowed so early.
Just after I took this later view of the oddly shaded sky.

The Citrus Way car park.
Photoed it when ⅔rds of the way through eating it, and Carer Chris called on me. I was just about to watch ‘Heartbeat’ as well on the goggle-box.

Kitchen morning view.
Not sure why I took this one – or even meant to?
Took these snaps of the view from within the outer foyer.
Then as the time neared for the bus, out to the bus shelter.
Taking this snap of the traffic island outside the flats. The wind was blasting the weeds and plants all over.
I needed an eye spray and Gel. The tears were drying far too quickly, and the grit-in-the-eye scenario needed the spray. I can’t recall how much they each were, but the total was £23! pound
I was foolishly tempted to buy more veg knuckles and a large potato.
Then a grinding hobble back up Winchester Street Hill.
I think the hobble earlier helped me cope with it easier this time.
Approaching the left turn to the flats, which was not in view yet.
Almost there…
These wildflowers
caught my attention again, as the poor things were getting battered by the winds.

The first effort after waking proves the point.
Not a good colour this morning.
Again, I’m not sure of the reason for taking this one.
Ah, I remember this one. Yesterday Carer Chris brought the laundry back up for me, but it was almost wet still. He kindly took it down again and brought it back today – all good! I arranged it over the falling-to-pieces computer chair, and this helped to ease the sitting pains donated by poor old
A Pareidolia’s Delight. Ghost creatures, animals’ claws and heads, a flying bat?
Not sure if the one above is, with the eyes being so bad, but it looked to me like a creature being born?
Bootiful!
A ghost attack?
So many things in this one!
At long last, I got a nosh made.
A dollop of the non-butter butter melted into the flesh.
Evening Sunset
A close-up.

I got down and out to the bus stop. No one else about, I thought I’d take a photo or two of the shelter and flats…

Hobbled up the road, and called in the Co-op store to see if they had any decent tomatoes or garden peas. They had no garden peas, and the tomatoes were a little spongy! So I left. Not responding to a beggar that is always there outside the shop.
Who made an appointment for me for next Tuesday.
I limped carefully up the road to the chemists to ask about the flu jab. I did notice as arrived, that it is no longer a Lloyds Pharmacy sign above the window. Got it and asked the assistant about how I can book a flu jab. She said we don’t do them now – but the All Night Pharmacy will do them!
Still, I got some more photos taken en route.
I started the hobble back to Winchester Street and came across this white van parked on the already damaged kerbing. I had the choice of walking on the road, or broken tiles… I opted for the cracked, broken tiles route.

On with the blogging photograph sorting
Made my second and last mug of tea of the day earlier than usual. Unzipped-a-Banana! Haha!
As the big one was in the laundry bag.
It looks like the being done-up house on the edge of the bottom field, had some washing out to dry. I thought they may have gone away while the house was being upgraded.
The landline flashed, but I was emptying the catheter pouch at the time, and it rang off before I could get to it.
I was in a sad state by the time I got back.
