Can anyone tell me why this Herbert wasn’t prosecuted?– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

04:55hrs: I woke up for what must have been the 20th time overnight and decided to give up trying to sleep and get up.
The instant I rose onto my feet, a giddy spell developed, and at the same time, I realised I was not in full control of things in my head. A confusing babble of thoughts raced to and fro. I think I did the right thing; I sat down and let Dementia Doreen have her run. As it happened, she or whatever the cause, was bringing forth ideas, regrets, guilt, mistakes etc., so fast, I was barely bothered by it.
But it left me struggling to concentrate for a few hours.
Some things seemed foreign to me, not everything to mind. I can recall, over the next hour, a few incidents, which I’ll share with you, and the Dementia nurse when I see her again. If I remember! I had three trips to the Porcelain throne in about 15 minutes. On the first, I actually had to think where the flush was and was physically reaching up for a second to pull the nonexistent chain?
On the last call, when I decided to put some olive oil in the ears, I could not pick up the bottle. No reason at all for this, as far as I could tell. I just could not grab the bottle? Seconds later, I tried again, and no problem, all back to usual?
I really want to tell the nurse and Carer Richard about this; it was so weird. I’ll tell Richard he can pass it on if he sees the nurse again.
I felt disorientated for a time.

As I was making up the waste bags, I stopped to take some photographs from the kitchen window. I suppose because the scene looked so beautiful. Yet no different than usual, well, it was to me.

Then I forgot all about the waste bin bagging and found myself putting the laundry to go into the big bag.

I went to get the kettle on and realised I’d left the flipping tap running again! My self-hating and inner lambasting erupted.
Worran, odd morning.
♫Things Ain’t Wot They Used To Be♫.

Made a brew and checked that the Georges-Asda dressing gowns were still coming. George’s says delivery today, but the transport company (Hermes, I think) only say estimated to come today? Not another Amazon-like farce, Please!

Arrived. Helped me with the computer order and Amazon cock-up.
Didn’t take the waste bags with him. Got him all day today, clever lad.

Updated the Friday WordPress blog. Went on WP comments. Then Pinterested some photos.

Arrived, but I forgot to ask him to take the waste bag again. He departed, leaving it on the box in the hallway near the door.

I was so tired. But had to try to stay awake in case Hermes delivered the dressing gowns. (Ha!) What a dreamer this idiotic, retarded, in-pain, beyond-help, uneducated, bald, large right testicled, mentally and physically crumbling old-timer is!

Euthanasia comes to mind.

As I was taking these pictures of the brightest part of the day, and I thought pretty too…
A vicious tummy ache started. Bladder side. And I am now worried, as I was of writing this at 19:35 hours, it is still giving me some stick. Getting no easier, despite taking extra Peptac. This is not good. I fear the wrist alarm may have to be activated if it gets worse.

A MURDER INVESTIGATION
AFTER A MAN WAS FOUND DEAD WITH STAB WOUNDS

Somehow headlines like these in Nottinghamshire shock us less and less.
As usual for the Nott’s Police, out goes an appeal for anyone who caught the scene on their car cams. Anyone passing by noticed anything unusual.
CCTV, dash-cam footage.

It appears the Police have arrested a woman and are questioning her.
That’s good.

I wonder if it was what they call a domestic?
Will a lawyer be building a defence at this moment?
Wife beating? Mental Stress, did the man drink at all or take drugs?
Whichever, the Parole Board will free them early.

Arrived and did the medications. didn’t stay to make sure I took the Peptac. Didn’t do any tap checks or take the waste bag with him. I know I’m right about this; because the bag was still there in the hallway, and… when I went to wash the Peptac pot…
I FOUND THE HOT WATER TAP I’d left RUNNING. Hot water, stone cold. Mess on the floor and counter.
Not my day, is it?

20:25hrs: Got a text message coming in on my mobile. Which depressed me so much.
Just like the messages from Amazon started. False promises? They went on for five weeks after the assured delivery date.
I thought with George-Asda offering a one-day delivery for an extra £4.95 or whatever it was, would assure me of getting a shower and shave and having something clean to wear, like a dressing gown. So I paid up, full of confidence in the superior service of Georges…
After waiting in all day with no TV on so I could hear the intercom buzzing when the delivery arrived. (Yes, I still thought it would arrive. What a burke!
I spent hours fighting off and falling asleep. Then the stomach ache started, and Carer Ty failed to do the tap-running checks. I found after he’d gone, I’d left the hot tap running again, a mess to clean up – Ah, all that bending might have started the stomach off? I wonder if the dressing gowns will come with the Asda food order in the morning?

Arrived for the last short safety checks and gave me a Paracetamol to counter the tummy pains. Which I do believe are getting less severe now? A little natter and treats selected, at my insistence. ♥

NOTTINGHAMSHIRE NEWS SNIPPETS

Another punk who can’t hold his beer.
Chittock; is a suitable name for a Shithead wino.

What a cowardly bully he obviously is.
Blaming things on his drinking, thus getting the sympathy of the port drinking judges, judging by the pathetic sentence they gave this animal?

Now we await the Parole Boards scumbag’s decision to free Chittock early on licence. Will he do a year, even?

Well, I can’t get a wash and shave, no hot water.
But I can get down in the second-hand, £300, charity shop bought, crumb-retaining, microorganism-microbe-producing, gungy, moth-eaten, beige-coloured, non-working, bacillus encouraging, blown-up testicle-squashing incommodious, Haemorrhoid Harold testing, c1968 recliner, and pray for sleep.
So, I did!

Gave up and made a meal. A can of Chilli-con-carne, with some roast vegetable sauce, added. I heated two cobs in the oven and had a pot of the soya lemon yoghourt.

Very nice, too. Taste: 7.4/10.

I was just nodding off and chimed out, and the late safety-check Carer called. I’d forgotten about that!
It was . Nice to see her. Told her about the stomach cramps, and she gave me a Paracetamol with the Peptac.  Selected a treat, and I went with her to lock the front door as she left.

Sleep came quickly enough, but yet again, the jumping awake throughout the night pestered me.

Still not doing very well, am I? Hehehe!

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

I got my head down around 04:00hrs. The customary wee-wee was far less painful this morning. Just before 08:00hrs, rang out and came in. The poor thing looked done in. I felt so sorry for him and not a little guilty for taking up his time. But he won’t be anything but reliable & conscientious.
I think I babbled on a bit and confused him at first, so schtummed the nattering a tad. He soon got the medications sorted. I appreciate having him call; I love his double-yawns! (Hehe!) Soon got the medications sorted for me. Checked the flat for anything left on or dangerous and gave me the all-clear.
Richard gave me a belated Calls for the week of listings.

I think he may be calling again; according to the list, I have a total of five from Meridian Care today.
One of them is for ‘Shadowing’ – for 45 minutes. I’m sure that Meridian’s Tina explained what this meant to me, but even at the time, I seem to remember thinking to myself, ‘I’m not going to remember that!” I was right. Oh, it’s for 75 minutes, innit?
Three-quarters of an hour ‘Shadowing’… the mind boggles.
A call came in. It was from the Coppice Hospital. It was a reminder of tomorrow’s mental assessment. I mentioned that my carer would be coming with me, and the problems we have had in finding the location of the area we need to go in.

She said: straight in by the bollards and go right; it’s a dead end. Put a note on Richard’s pad about it.

Next: arrived. All done in ten minutes. He went on his mobile as I was talking to him, so I shut up. Usual plonk chosen in thanks.

Next; . They went well; wait for this… There was not a single cut shaving! (Fair enough, I did bang my head when I dropped a tube of Germolene later on when I cleared the floor cabinet top! All the others fell this side of the WC, but the Germolene bounced behind it. Hence I have a pretty red mark on my head)

The feet and legs were looking rather pale again. And the ankle ulcer had transmogrified yet again.

Next, The Meridian domestic lady, Denise, arrived. She soon had the Hoover out on the job. I asked her if she could check to see if my laundry was ready downstairs for me, so I could get the heavy dressing gown on, as I was feeling a little cold now without it on. Denise went down and returned with my bag of laundry. The clothes had not been folded.

They were all squashed together. She took them out and hung them for me on the clothing racks and hangers. Bless her. Nice gal.

CorelDrawing next to see if I could find a cartoon to amend and use.
(I believe I’ve missed things off of for an hour or two. I did take a break and .

Made an order for Asda for next Monday… or Tuesday.

A deep, body-insisting kip.
Arrived. We had a mini-natter. She chose one of the Kaparrberg Cyder with strawberry & Lime cans as part of her treats. I mention this so I just may remember to ask her what it was like when she came again.

Arrived. H & D Check done. I was deep in sleep at the time, and fear much of what took place is a bit hazy now. We spoke of the trip to the hospitably that he has kindly agreed to go with me (Costly, Richard knackering, but worth every penny to save have him with me) for the Mental Assessment to try to find out exactly which form of Doreen’s Dementia I have.
It seems that there are many different types that can be identified and treated differently in hopes of slowing down the varmint Doreen.

I recall walking to the door with Richard and then asking him something. But question and answer seemed to have departed company with my brain?

Zzzz!

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

0600hrs: I was doing a bit of threshing about when I bounded back into consciousness this morning. But I’d had a bad night of jumping awakes, so was not surprised at this morning’s flapping about in the £300, bought eight years ago from the second-hand shop, Harold Haemorrhoid testing, repugnantly beige-coloured, crumb-containing, virus-breeding, acne-giving, rickety, itch-producing, none-working recliner.
I did consider going back to sleep, but the need for a wee-wee forced me to change my mind. Struggled free of the recliner… trying not to spill too many crumbs from the dressing gown on the floor, as I hobbled over to the NWWB (Nocturnal-Wee-Wee-Bucket) Although it was a bit of a strain to force things out, surprisingly there was plenty of PMD (Post-Micturition-Dribbling)?

Of to get the seen to.
As I went through the door, I saw how foggy it was through the kitchen window and fetched the camera to take these two shots of the view.
The first one is straight ahead, and the second one down to the Citrus Way car parking in front of the block.

I got into the wet room with the togs to put on, and I commenced my morning cleaning-up routine. The teeth cleaning brought more bleeding, as I expected it would… and it did, profusely!
The shaving went better today. Just two small nicks. I had to use some new razors on the back of the neck. These Wilkinson’s three-bladed razors are not cutting it at all? Only used them for about three days. Humph!
Had a stand-up wash cause I’d got up so late, and if I let myself in the shower, I’d still be in there when the Carer came. I was surprised that I didn’t need to use the Throne; I always do; well, did, but not today!
These went smoothly. Of course, I was out of eye drops, and thankfully, very thankfully , had not been bleeding; Missing having to do the Daktacort ointmentating is always a relief and pleasure! The Germoloiding and Germolening were smoothly & painlessly done.

I took the wee-wee bucket to be emptied, cleaned and disinfected. Got the kettle on, returned the NWWB to its so-easy-to-get-at location, and burst into tune. came in.
After mutual greetings were shared and Richard got the medications sorted out, he went into one of his Professional-Status! He investigated the paperwork that came with the Mental-Health appointment. Guide, advice, and what to do and not to do, plus what I had to take with me.

❶ All my medications.
❷ Hearing aids.
❸ Spectacles distance and reading.
❸ One relative or carer only to come with you.
❹ Use your WC at home before leaving to come to the hospital.
❺ Wear a facemask.
❻ Arrive for your appointment early – but only by five minutes!
❼ Use the hand-sanitisers when you see them.

① When leaving, someone will guide you to the correct way out.
② Use the hand sanitiser on your way out.
③ Do not return to the hospital for any reason, including forgetting to take something home with you. ‘Call the hospital’ Do not re-enter.

After putting my mind at rest, he reminded me to see Deana ASAP to get the Easy-Link transport booked so as not to worry about it then. Remind her to tell them about the ‘To arrive five-minutes early’ stipulation.

Richard checked the medication drawer, and we relaxed with a bit of banter and gossip for a few minutes. Gave him his Christmas pressie and nibbles, and he took the waste bags with him as he left. I stood a moment in the hallway, and all that he had told me was melting into the ether. Luckily I wrote a lot of it down on the pad.

I got the Sunday blog finished and posted it to WordPress. Did some Pinteresting. Comments. Then started this template. Herbert above started banging and tapping away. I responded again by tapping on the top of the tall bookcase. But he didn’t do it for long, and within an hour of so, all was quiet again. Nice!
Had a glance out of the balcony from the computer chair, and the fog seemed to be lingering a little.
Which made me look at the time. I’m not sure if I’d had another Mind-Blank, but the clock read gone 13:00hrs already?
How could it have taken me so long to get nothing much done?

Am I getting phobic about this? And is phobic the right word? Hehehe!.

I’d turned the Bank Manager worrying light off to save costs earlier, but I had to put it back on. It had gone so dark again, suddenly.

Ah, I’ve got a big Asda order coming today. I’m sure it was for 14 > 15:00hrs. I’ll check the calendar. Yes, just as I thought… Ahem! It’s for 16:00 > 17:00hrs. I got an email from them (Asda) Four items are unavailable, and some substitutes.

Hello, he’s off again! He may be a self-centred, impolite, insensitive, disrespectful, snobbish, ignorant-mannered, haughty, pompous, pretentious, uppity, scoffing, contumelious, smart-alecky, insensitive, unsympathetic, toffee-nosed, self-important, nyaff, noisy nasty man, But he doesn’t bother me at all.

I’d still like to know where all that time went earlier.

Oh, heck, I’ve not done the Health Checks have I.

You might have reminded me? Hahaha!

JUST LOOK AT THESE, EH?

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Made a brew of Glengettie tea.

Then took this photographicalisation from the kitchenette window. Considering the weather conditions, I was slightly smug about how this one came out.

16:00hrs: Asda delivery any time now!

16:30hrs: Asda delivery any time now!

17:10hrs: Asda delivery any time now!

17:20hrs: Aha! The mobile rang. I couldn’t understand who it was at first but thought I caught ‘Asda’ in the chatter, So assumed it was the delivery driver who had not been to the flats before. I started to explain to him about the intercom… and the mobile signal was lost.
17:26hrs: I went down to the lobby to search for and admit the driver.
17:30hrs: Got in the lobby, and Carol ♥ was there. She told me the driver had gone up to the flat. Tsk! Thanked her and went back up in the lift.
17:33hrs: Found the lost driver in the flat lobby.
17:40hrs: He finished putting the goods inside the door for me. It’s always a struggle for drivers on their first delivering to this place. I forgot, in the fiasco, to return the unwanted substitutes. was not done with me yet, though!
17:45: Thanked the chap and made a start to put the many things where they should go. And some in the spare junk room.

Got the foil dishes and trays on top of the wall cabinets. How I’ll go with getting them down again, I’ll find out later!
Sauces and canned goods are sorted. The baked beans will keep me ‘moving,’ I think?
The lemon soya yoghourts arrived; they do suit me; they are not too sweet. I bought just the softer nuts, should have sufficient to see me through Christmas. The Asda Gold teabags tasted like, well, they didn’t taste at all of tea!
ASDA’s economy Cottage pies were limited this time. I wanted four, one for Richard, three for me, they taste Grrreat! Only got two, so one each with Richard in the morning. The potato Rostis all four arrived, and tonight a whole packet of them will be enjoyed. That is if I remember to overcook them like last week’s that I enjoyed so much. Steak slices and Beef & Veg pasties for Richard. They had none of the cheap and tasty BBQ sauce but sent two expensive ones. The Oxo one that I thought might be rather delicious turned out to be a marinade, to be put on food for ten minutes before cooking. If I remember, I’ll try it on the Rostis later on… (Naturally, I forgot!)

According to my notepad scribblings, as best as I could make out, something happened at 18:00 hours. “1800, B4 gay… charade CP away…” undecipherable until, “Gog___ ap very papule”.
Is any clever Wordsmith reading this? (Billum, HRH Lisa? Shakespeare?) Can you give some insight into what the heck I am supposed to have been recording on the notepad, please? I suppose I must have had a mind-blank or brain freeze at the time? Thanks, !

I gave up on blogging: I’ll try to catch up in the morning

Good Morning! Catching up started…
18:28hrs: Came in. I was watching Heartbeat on the TV. Got the medications sorted and had a little laugh and natter (me mostly, of course). I insisted on treats being selected (I’ll only sulk if they don’t take them!). Jodie took the waste bag as she departed. Bless her!

The next ‘Heartbeat episode was on, so I got down into the £300, used, second-hand shop-bought nine-years ago, c1966, discomfiting, alarmingly Karki-beige coloured, crumb-containing, TV remote hiding, not working recliner, to watch it.
But it was not to be! I nodded off on the first set of adverts and woke up as the ending credits were rolling up the screen!
However, after taking another wee-wee, washing and renting to the recliner, I found that Motorway Police was showing. I’ll watch this… I thought. In a way, I did; But never for longer than two or three minutes, then it was off into the land of nod… wake up, watch another minute or two of the programme… back to sleep… I did manage to wake up for the end credits again.

Gave up, and I turned off the TV.
But the waking up carried on all night long.
!

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

07:00hrs: A second decent night’s kip for the old man, then. (It’s not often I can say that!)
I thought it wise to wait for a little before getting excited; I’d not done the checks yet, and I didn’t want to bring it back to reality just yet for a while.

I went into the kitchenette, mainly to check on the taps, stove, fridge etc. to make sure I’d not left anything on that shouldn’t be. All Clear!
So, a was duly adopted!

It was a foggy morning, not unlike those we used to get every November so many years ago. The memories flowed for a while. as I took these photographs!
Not necessarily good recollections. But a few did sneak in.
Got the Health checks done.

Pulse decent at 33.1°1f.

Sorry to say that the flipping Blood Pressure came out up in the Top Red area, Hypertension Three!
But only just. Hehe!

The SYS was really high this time at Red-Risk 162.

The Dia was fine in the Amber zone.

The Pulse was creeping back up again at 78.

I just can’t understand why they have classed in the red-three zone.
When three of the four are in the Amber zone?
I expected to be well lower down on the scale. Mind you, the SYS was high.
Came in. Got the medications sorted, and the lad was in a rush; I could sense it… his being so late told me that as well. He wanted his bed, and who could blame him. Talked him into trying a cold Starbuck Coffee for his thank-you treat. Be interesting to see what he say’s about it later next week. I bet Richard won’t take a coffee with Rum & Coke and his favourite, Pink Gin and lemon, being on offer. Hehe! He can have a coffee as well.
I got the mince in the pan with the beans and added some flavourings.

I’m well known as a flavourings-adder, you know. Hehehe!

Then I got two large potatoes in the big saucepan on the boil, and I nipped back to the computer to get her started and begin updating the Saturday blog. I had to avoid getting distracted with blogging for fear of forgetting about Josie’s meal cooking.

Went back to check, and the potatoes were already done? It only seemed like ten minutes. But, of course, it was longer.
As you can see in the photo here when it came to dicing the spuds ready to go in the oven to bake them crispy… This is how one potato turned out – Bad!
So, not so many spuds in Josie’s meal today.
Got the diced and olive-oil-sprayed spuds in the heated oven.
Had a clean-up. And back to the computer.
That is not blood on the paper towel. Oh, no! It’s probably jam or ketchup, something like that. As if a man of my calibre would cut his right index finger while slicing the spud, laughable.
Did some work on the blog, mostly correcting errors made. Tsk! Bet I still missed no end of them!

Added spuds to the saucepan of chilli-stew, or whatever you want to call it. But after taking out approximately half of the stew and placing it into a separate lidded-tub
This is Josie’s 2nd meal for Monday. She heats it up in her microwave. I try to make the two meals different for her. After taking out the Monday portion, I added some basil and BBQ to the first lot and stirred it up, warming it gently. No potatoes in the Monday one, either.
I had 20-minutes or so on the blog and made up Josie’s tray.

I’d got carried away today… Just look at that pile of stew in the bowl for her. It might get her eating better, but it is bound to get me accused of trying to make her look like Betty Bunter.
Now, for the less mature whippersnappers, these names will mean nothing. But to us kings growing up[ in the ’50s, they were previously revered. For they were in comics that we read.
Possibly. In this photo, Betty’s name is Bessie Bunter, but later she became Betty; I don’t know why. It’s me mishearing what Josie was saying… I’ll have to check that later with her.

But she was for the girls, and for us lads, we had Billy Bunter.
Two overweight kids that always seemed to get the better of their parents in the story we read. Hehehe!
I think that Sister Jane was a fan of that comic. There was the Topper, Beezer, Beano, Dandy, Eagle & others. Not bad for a bloke who read his instructions from the nut-house hospital last night and can’t remember anything he read?

Note the changing times in the covers here? In those days, the girls were trained as domestics, not future wives. So, Billy gets excitement out in the woods with criminals, and Betty-Bessie battles the fight to get food in the house. Not a single person back then mentioned them being unhealthily overweight. Hahaha! I wondered off subject again there, didn’t I?

Back to the diary: I delivered the meals to Josie.
I remembered taking the Lumix camera with me in my pocket, and I’d also got it in my bag! Every little victory, you know!

Josie was looking better today; bless her cotton socks. I’m not sure who is the more forgetful between us… but my guess would be it being even-stevens! Hehehe! The deafness we also share is just the same. She didn’t notice the over twice the usual amount of chillie-stew and the larger bowl I had to use to get it all in.
About Gawd knows when… I got the Saturday blog posted off.
Carer Carolynne arrived. We got the medications sorted and had a natter. (Well, I did!) Hehe! Forced treats in thanks on her. She took the waste bags with her as she left; with a smile.

Not in the flat, though. There was a fire in Basford or Sherwood area. I took these pictures of it. Much smoke varying from white to black and a few bursts of flames.
Annoyingly, I could find nothing on the news or the internet about it.

These chronologically go from left to right as you go down.

.

Shame I couldn’t find them for a newspaper to use.

It’s 20:00hrs already! I’ll get something to eat, then my head down, I think.
♫ Food, Glorious Food ♫ Flavour-Rating 7.2/10. And I was surprised at how tasty the Adkins cobs were.
The Asda Soya lemon yoghourt was its usual tasty treat.

I got ensconced in the aged, grotty-looking c1966 made, charity-shop-bought, horribly beige-coloured, £300, Harold’s Haemorrhoid-testing, non-operational, acne-giving, virus-breeding, rickety, easy-to-fall-out-of recliner.

Sleep came quickly tonight!
But could I stay asleep? No! I woke up jouncingly, joltingly, or jarringly so often; it almost tired me out! Fair enough, I got back to sleep quickly enough, but minutes later (it seemed), I was once again twitchingly woken up!

Sweet Morpheus was playing with me once more…

Or, mayhap it was , continuing on her mission along with the other mysteries of Woodthorpe Court, with the hobgoblins, spectres, gnomai, phantasms, ghosts, the grotesque succubae, extraterrestrials, ectoplasms, spirits, or the Fata Morganas, that have been sent to taunt, irritate and terminate my already limited saneness of mind?

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

04:15hrs: I woke, yodelling, and laughed at the word. Broke into ♫Are you lonesome tonight♫ and leapt from the £300, bought eight years ago from the second-hand shop, Harold Haemorrhoid testing, repugnantly beige-coloured, crumb containing, virus-breeding, acne-giving, rickety, none-working recliner. Did 100 press-ups and 200 squats with the weights and had a bowl of healthy muesli and peppercorns.
All right, I’ll start again, then…
04:14hrs; I woke, passed wind and had an unexpected escapage from the rear-end! I painfully and carefully worked my way out of the recliner and limped even more carefully to the wet room.
Things were worse than I anticipated! The escaped product, although only a tiny amount, seemed to have two colours to it; Dark brown and khaki, not mixed up, but separated shades. But a definitely more fetid whiff lingered! After going into Sherlockian Mode, I worked out that I must have had a nocturnal leakage as well. but was not aware of it.
Got things cleaned and refreshed and new PPs on. Those Depend pants have proved themselves to be reliable a few times now. I only mention it because it helps me to live with the embarrassment and shame brought on by the bowels and bladder malfunctions. That sounded like it was written by an almost educated person?

Into the kitchen to make a brew of Thompson’s Punjana tea. Starting the full milk this morning.

The photo taken was not such a good one this time. I tried three times to get a good one too. Tsk!

The sphygmomanometerisationing was tackled.
Although back up a fair bit on yesterday’s results, I’m not complaining at all.
Being at Hypertension One is where the returns have been more than any other level for weeks now.
SYS 154, DIA 92 (I would have thought that should have been in the red?).
Pulse in the green at 74.
The body temperature was low again, two days on the trot, after four days of being too high. And low the previous four days.
Still, getting n the amber for two of the last seven days is Smug-Mode making!

During ablutioning: I broke a bit more off of the left side double-molar cleaning the teeth. I can’t stop running my tongue around the new arrangement. Hahaha!
Ah, yes, well; here. Why are the tiniest cuts suddenly bleeding so profusely this morning? That was the question. Methinks with the reduction in Warfarin tablets must indicate that the INR level is high… Hang on, I look at the DVT Anticoagulation record… Ahem! It’s a little high at 3.9. I moved up a level in my Smug-Moding!
All went very well! (This was ultimately due to not bleeding) Thus, no painful ointment needed to be ointmentated.

Came in, and within seconds of greeting each other, the Yawning while talking commenced. I knew it had to be a Thursday, his last shift of the week. The poor lad looked shattered. But we still had a natter in between the yawning. Hehe! Gave him some treats, and wished him some sleep, as he took the waste bag with him on his way out.

I then spent the time readying the things needed for the Covid Booster trip. I made sure I was down in the lobby in plenty of time…
Down in the lift, not many folks about down there.
So, I had a reads of the notice boards for anything new on display.

Well, this notice caught my eye.
As did another, with questions from Tenants for the Residents Association to put to Nottingham City Homes Management. I did try to take a photo of it, but it failed to make it to the SD card again. As I recall, some of the questions related to the gangs of youths prowling about the corridors and what is being done about it.
And two about rough sleepers found in the stairwells? Fun living here!
And the Lumix went on strike altogether!

The minibus arrived. The cap asked me if knew the way to Carrington Pharmacy. ‘Down Winchester Street, Left on Mansfield Road, half a mile further on as the road dips, it’s in the block of shops on the right.” “Keep me informed when we get close. Which side of the road is it on?”

The rainstorm was getting worse now, and there were floods on the road as we neared the shop! We found it alright, and he told me he’d be back to collect me at 11:15hrs. Thanked him and got soaked just going from the minibus to the chemist’s shop.

They tended to me quickly, and I had a jolly good natter with the owner Deepak, and his daughter, who gave me the injection.
Then I went to the Lidl site for a sniff around. Got some flowers for Wardens Dean & Julie. Frikadellens for me. A couple of cans for the Carers counter, tomatoes and something else; I remember later when I put the Fuji cameras shots of the food on here.

Easy-Link returned on time, and we were soon back at the flats. Offered him a can of something, but it was declined. Thanked him again.
I got wet again going to the ILC office, gave them their treats, and as I was leaving, saw Esther lurking. Up to the flat, to put the food away… Ah, but not one of the baking potatoes (I remembered now!) That went in the oven! With plans to have Frikadellens and cheesy potatoes!
With the tomatoes that I bought today and those kindly gifted to me by Jenny, I think I’m in for a feast of taste!

Esther came in, and that meant no chance to get the blog done. Her talking to me from different rooms is annoying.
But she was in good spirits today!
Then I started to get today’s blog sorted. Four hours later, (Now), I got the potato mixed in with the Leicester cheese, liquid salt, V-butter and basil. It took me about an hour to get the one potato done and back in the oven.

So, a feast of fodder, so flavoursome, was I tucked into it! Frikadellens, baked spuds with turf Leicester cheese, tomatoes, and Saffron & Parmesian roast mini potatoes, to boot!

Carer Kylie arrived. , had a laugh and a natter for a bit, and then she took the waste bags on her way out.

I soon got stripped and into that jammies. I’d hoped for a good sleep, but I didn’t nod off until 22:30hrs. Which made me think how lucky I was with the booster jab. In the 12 hours since having the jab, I have not had the slightest bother, ache or pain… with it. And surprisingly, has been kind to me today!

!!!

At 23:00hrs: I burst awake in agony with both the right arm and giving me some unending agony… which continued through the evening and well into the morning!

I sank in despair. No sleep, unending aches and pains…

It’s a life innit?

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Around about 07:30hrs, chiming out woke me up in a somewhat confused state… Nay, a perplexed state! Although this was obviously not as bad as that was! Not since the stroke day have I felt worse on waking up.
It took me a while to work out just what was happening. Was I dreaming again? Had I lost the evening to whiles? I then realised it was morning and not evening. (I’m quick sometimes, you know!) I worked out that whoever the Carer was had not come in – so I had not unlocked the door. (After a minute or so of Sherlockian investigating) The rude awakening and the confused mind left me in a fantod state of mind.
I struggled as fast as I could to get the door unlocked. Ad I hope hoped, it was who was there. Once I began to tell him of what I’m not sure: presumably of last night’s farce when I was sure it was morning. The why and how I believed it was in the was evening and not morning now… Everything I was saying was confusing, even to me. I think I was also forgetting what I was saying all the time.
So, no reports on Richards’s visit to give you many details about it. Not that I felt in the slightest bit unwell or poorly, mind you. Just in a bemused, perplexed, mind-going-around-in-circles, sort of in a chaotic, jumbled world of its own, with me chasing after it!
However, to whatever happened as I was walking Richard to the door. Life, understanding and acknowledgement of the things around me returned began to return to me. No recollection of taking the medications, but I just know that I was waffling on to poor Richard and losing what I was saying seconds later. But by then, I’d be on another subject, and I wanted to keep on that before I lost track of that topic. I think…
I hope to formulate a message to tell the Doctor tomorrow when she rings me. That is understandable to her. Although it’s not so to me, I must tell her what happened?
Aha! I’ve just found the memory note, and it mentions Carer Richard. (Not a lot on the pad, though; proof that my concentration is still insufficient!).
As best I can decipher the notes, it says: “Richard… I talked gibberish. Vague ___?___. But report? Seeing Richard off.” That’s all? This was written about 9½hrs ago, so not surprising that I can’t work out the missing or unreadable wordings for the life of me. Humph!

Off to the kitchen to make a brew of Co-op 99 tea. Then, just after adding the water, The was needed.
I sat there, once again, waiting for the evacuation to begin. I even sang, Begin the Begin to myself. Artie Shaw’s 1939 version, of course. Counted the cracks in the ceiling and wet room wall. I may have nodded off for a while as well.
When the torpedo started its slow, grindingly painful journey to freedom, it woke me up with a shog and captured my full attention! The relief was phenomenal! It must have been a two-minute spell while the escaping product travelled out before it hit the water.
bled only the tiniest amount, but they stung like the devil! Germoloid ointment came to the rescue! Olive oiled the ears. And then I touched up MedPhorpainknee with a good dose and rubbed in plenty of the Phorpain Gel.
Hobbled back to the kitchenette.
To the now stone-cold mug of 99 tea! . Well, I made another, keeping all calm, as id my want and very nature.
As I poured the water into the mug, I espied something floating on top? Obviously, the kettle needed descaling. No Sherlockian Investigations were required here.

I decided I’d do it straight away, as I knew where the last packet of descaling powder was, in the old cutlery drawer! But no!
It wasn’t in there! The search to find the packet must have taken me at least an hour! It had fallen down the back of the drawer into the cupboard below.
Now I was all the more determined, resolved to get the kettle de-furred! I got the spy-glass to read and rewrote the instruction on some paper, nice and large, so I could not get them wrong.
Then got them wrong! I think. I couldn’t check because I’d unthinkingly torn up the carton the sachet came after I’d added it to the kettle! I thought it said Leave it in hot water in the kettle for ten minutes. Which I did, and I timed it to spot on. Rinsed was advised, boiled again and emptied.

Kicked off and got a reply post-haste. I’ve got this returning his bangs to a tee using the Wooden Walter stick! He did many knockings late on, but they were barely discernable. Thanks, Herbert!

I got an email from Asda telling me there were some lines (6) unavailable, and some substitutes had been made. A link to amend the order was pressed. I proceeded to get myself into the right mess. I could not find a way to cancel the substitutions. I’m not sure what I did wrong, but when I clicked amend the order, I’d spent £15 more than the original order was! ! and joined forces in a sudden pain attack. !

When I made the mug of Thompson’s Punjana tea, I thought I could see things floating about in the kettle? Oh, .

Jodie arrived to see me. We had a laugh and a natter about things.
She reminded me about the spoons to get for the Pentax. And watched while I put it on the Calendar.
Then asked me if I had booked an EasyLink lift for the Tuesday visit to the chemist. Thanks to , I had no idea whether I had or not. Jodie offered to ring Deana in the morning to confirm for me. ♥ I gave her the last ‘Smoked’ Coke from the fridge, an extra one; thanks for helping me.

Carried on with blogging while having ‘Heartbeat’ on the TV. You’ll never believe it, but:

Then, the chips were in the oven with the smoked BBQ rice and the peas left in the saucepan. I’m feeling hungry for the first time in a while this Monday night.
Oh… I found this photo on the SD card. Not the foggiest idea about it?

Got the belated checks done.

At last, I got some late-evening fodder cooked. It went down a treat! I ate it slowly, savouring every fork and spoonful! I masticated each one more than usual… by gum, this was one of the best meals I’d done for myself for ages!

A genuinely worthy, tasty meal that deserved a Flavour-Rating of 9.4/10!
As you can see here in the photo of the finished meal, all that was left was a few grains of rice.
Had let me see them with the naked eye, I’d have gobbled them up as well!

Washed, changed and settled in search of some rest and peace in the arms of . But, with and both kicking off the moment I settled, never stood a chance!

As I lay there for hours, unable to sleep, my IQ warned me, ‘There’s worse to come tomorrow!’

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Who do you think they are?

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

02:40hrs: I rose full of determination, willpower and commitment to get yesterday’s blog updated and posted puff in record time!
CorelDrawing, Photo Recovery, Excel, Word for the Ode, and back to CorelDraw. Posted the blog and finally found time to get the ablutioning done! Oh, better get the Health Checks done first… Two in the green zone again; it’s looking good! Body temperature is still low, though.

I took these three-morning shots from the kitchenette window as I checked for running taps etc.

Got the clobber I needed to change into after the sh… shave & shower. And, off the wet room.

This session was possibly, mayhap, could have been, was in the running for, very possibly, conceivably, in all likelihood, mayhap, ostensibly, putatively,  very likely, one of the best, easiest, least  Accifauxpa and Whoopsiedangleplop affected visits for months! Oh, yes! A delight from start to finish.

The medicationalisationing went well too! I left to get dressed. A  ! Then…
I cracked my right shoulder against the wet room door frame. Even as began to perform, I merely laughed it off.

By gum, the legs looked so good that I took a photo of them. You never know; the Tate or the Nottingham Art galleries may wish to buy a copy? Hehehe!

06:50hrs now. The Carer is likely to be due soon.
I put the mobile, ailment ID’s wristlets, watch, hearing aids batteries and Spare and sunglasses on the Carer’s table. So as not to forget to take them with me. Got the kettle on for a brew of Co-op 99 tea.

Gathered the things needed from the table and then got them in my jacket pockets and the walker-guide basket. Got the items ready for departure.

Then Carried checks. A good job that I’d given myself plenty of time cause they were persistently double-checked.
We all know who to thank for this. (Photo on the right!)

I arrived in the ground floor lobby with plenty of time to spare. The ETA given to me by the lady at Easy-Link was for 10:20hrs,

By 1035hrs, it had not arrived.

So, I moved into the outer lobby, which offered me a better view for me while waiting.

Around 10:40hrs, I spotted the mini-bus coming along Citrus Way, and it turned around at the end of the road and stopped to pick me up.
I realised then; that we could not get to the Riverside complex in time for the start of the meeting session.

There is always something for and at every Diabetes session that goes wrong! I seem fated with this place! The first meeting was the only one I’d arrived at on time. And since then, the other seven meetings have had hassle! Not in order, but; Late arrivals, Meeting dates were being changed mid-way through. So ensured, I got in a mess with changing the dates and asking Deana to change the bookings with Easy-Link; Meaning I went to one session when it wasn’t on – Missed another altogether – Then they changed the starting time of another meeting, and I ended up stuck in Bulwell for an extra hour & a half because the Easy-Link timing was not changed – Spent a fortune on shopping – Got soaking, sodden wet through, carrier bags, shoes and me dripping wet when the bus arrived – There were events, but I can’t remember them all.
Now today’s arrival was going to be late… Guaranteed to be late when we arrived at Basford. Roadworks traffic was at a standstill at the traffic lights. This was not the driver’s fault; even if he had arrived at the flats on time, we’d still have been late.
So, when the man dropped me off at the Riverside complex, the meeting lasted for fifteen minutes. I decided to forget about going into the room and disturbing everyone. Having missed so much already, what was the point? Feeling pretty pee’d-off now! I wonder if things will ever go right for me again? Fool! What are you saying!

I decided to walk slowly around Bulwell until it was time to go back for the pick-up. Another near-fatal more for the bank account! Fancy letting me free amongst shops and having the bank card with me? Humph!+.
During the hour-and-a-half I was meandering and spending money, I saw no less than four police vehicles arrive in the Bulwell Market area. Three were to collect shop-lifters, the other for a fight taking place between two women on Commercial Road.

That is the road that has closed the Boots store, Cheap food shop, record store, Farmfoods shop, hairdressers, Brighthouse and even a charity outlet! And others as well!

Main Street is heading the same way as Commercial Street. This area too has many closed-down businesses.
Sad to this, it used to be a great shopping area, with little things that could not be purchased in the vicinity.
Three banks closed. Cash-Savers, Beer-off, hairdressers, Two pubs, a Travel agent, Hardware stores, and Heron food shops, among them. So sad!
I spotted a Liberty-Global Virgin Media power unit that had been blocked off Main Street. Somehow, I was not surprised in the least to see this.
A little message in there for the boss of Liberty-Global, Mr Fries, who bought Virgin Media and is in the

process of totally destroying its good name, Mr ($23.6m salaried) Fries. The smoke & mirrors, money manipulator, con man, number crunching chap, who I admire so! No wonder the Virgin internet signal is so crap!

Where was I? Oh, yes… I shopped at the B&M store, then went into the Heron shop. Then as I was window shopping, yes, some of them were still trading; I had a massive Blank. When I came back to hear normality, I was in the Bulwell Market area with a bag of birdseed in the walker basket? I took this photo of the spot where I regained the memory (Sort-off). I didn’t actually regain any memory of the lost period as such. For instance, where I got the birdseed from will have to remain a mystery.
I made use of the bird food; by going to the River Leen and feeding the ducks and birds. Had a chinwag with them, of course. Which attracted some funny looks from those nearby… I can’t understand why?

I hobbled, slightly confused, back to the Riverside Complex and sat inside the car park entrance to await the Easy-Link pick-up. We were soon back at the flats, and I managed to cheer the same driver up with an offer of the can or bottle of his choice. (A Gin & Lime can chose, a smile produced, and a thank you, in the knowledge that he will enjoy that tonight)

I got into the flat and took pictures of the view from the kitchenette window. Then put the kettle on the boil while I put away the things from the carrier bags and trolley basket.

I was surprisingly feeling so tired, and the confusion of earlier returned? I could have done without that.

I forgot all about the mug of tea brewing in the kitchen. Worryingly, I had yet another Blank. It’s difficult to explain these. I don’t know how I will explain to the doctor on Tuesday. At the moment, I think it best not to say anything about them. Not that I believe she listens anymore, anyway.
I was actually in the middle of using the Porcelain Throne duties when I returned from my second mental sojourn of the day. Hahaha!

Most outstandingly, when I went to the kitchen, I found a pan with beans in it, the oven on cooking something that looked like pork slices, and that in itself was a shock; indeed, I would not have bought meat? They must be veggie ones? Also, I found two frozen potatoes in front of the microwave. I genuinely thought I’d lost the plot! This made me more determined not to mention it to the Doctor; she’d never believe me!
I’m not sure what I did? How, why, when… What!

The tune played, and Rihanna came in. Nice to see her again; she’s such a pretty young thing. Soon had the medications sorted, and I explained about the new doses and the Pentax medicine-taking to be checked on. I felt this was not going to happen. With so many different Carers, I will forget who I have and haven’t informed. The paper note I left in the Carers folder is nowhere to be seen? We had a little natter, which was as good as medicine is to me. Treat in thanks chosen, and she took the waste bag for me as she left.

I was definitely having visits from Confusion Conrad today. I was not thinking clearly, at all. Yet, not seemingly bothered by the lapses? I felt chirpy, in fact!

I made up the perfectly cooked nosh by adding the spuds to the beans and whatever it was that looked like belly pork but definitely wasn’t tasting like it.

I ate it slowly, occasionally stopping to think what the heck it was that I’d bought. But it tasted grand, all the same. Not the meat substitute, but it was okay for me, just not what I had expected it to taste like. Hehe! I also wondered where I bought it from.
Mayhap a search of the kitchen waste bag will reveal a box; to reveal the contents of the packaging of the product I purchased? Lackaday it was not to be. For there was no such box within. There was a white plastic bag in there that was not before? I took a sniff at the inside of it… Aha! That smelt like the vegan burgers I have? Guilt appeased!

I did some safety checks around the flat and hit the sack. Got up, did some safety checks around the flat and hit the sack… I had to get up later for a wee-wee. But I resisted doing any more checks. I got down in the recliner, and am pleased to report, that I . At last!

It’s been such a strange day.

WEDNESDAY’s POLITICAL CARTOON

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

03:40hrs: Another shooting awake, the arms jounced, and slowly the brain woke up as well. The only thing it was interested in was my hastening to the Porcelain Throne. So, I did!
No injuries or Accifauxpas en route; I got settled in the regulation position, and the evacuation began. I should think it was 80% putrid air and 20% of watery kaki-coloured liquid, with a few bloblets of the expected stuff mixed in.
Not too messy it didn’t spurt out. No bleeding.
Again, I thought, well, I’m in here now; I’ll get the ablutions tended to. most another bit of the left back double molar again… I don’t know how it hasn’t all gone by now; the number of times I lose a chunk of it?
I took extra care with the shaving this time. A couple of tin nicks, no bother.
Ah, there were some difficulties here. The Germoloiding of Harrolds Haemorrhoids went perfectly smoothly, with minimum pain of any sort. Then, the Phorpain gelling was more or less in the same style. Then, for some reason, the applicationing of the
Daktacort can only be described as horrendously painful. I stopped as soon as I felt that much pain in such a delicate area. And went to fetch the magnifying glass to see if I could find a use-by date in the tube or box. Nope, couldn’t see one anyway. I went to the medical drawer in the kitchenette and ferreted about for another tube. None left! I must ask Richard or Deana to order some for me.
A smothering of Germolene in place was tried. Totally-ineffective. I dare not use what bit of Daktacort that was left in the tube, so threw it away.
Then, the Danger of the Day, so far, had to be faced.

Of course, I wasn’t worried at all; a heroic man with so many ailments is not going to let a plastic-coated finger-crunching, blood-letting thing like metal Sock Glide intimidate me. Well, more than suspected!
I got through it and got the socks on. A plaster on the trapped bleeding finger was all I needed this time. Freshened up my wobbly short-overweight body with antiperspirant spray and aftershave. Got dressed and tackled the next job, the .
Back down again! SYS 137. DIA 72, Pulse 78 bpm, and body temperature a good return at 34.3°f.
Back in the High-Norm amber area. I suppose a being shown is okay?
The second lowest rating I’ve ever recorded! Now I shall be looking to get in the green soon… Hehehe!

Was banging about above early again, around 06:00hrs. He must be making things for Christmas pressies early, mayhaps? Come think of it, I reckon he was noisy late at night and early mornings this time last year? I may be wrong, of course. ♫ It’s not unusual for Inchcock to be wrong… ♫

I got the computer on, and many comments on my blogs were received. It was from Bill, so I answered him. Off to make a mug of Thompson’s Punjana, and I took this morning shot of the view from the kitchen window. Not exactly awe-inspiring, is it?

I went back to the computer and checked the Emails.

Morrison and J Sainsbury’s had set a list of their substitutions and not available goods in today’s orders to be delivered.
Not good, is it? Still, I can give away the Tikka substitute; Deana might like them. The tomatoes should be okay. It’s funny how they always send dearer than the original substitutions.
JS had done even worse than Morrisons; that takes some doing. Same thing, dearer substitutes.
But they failed to tell me that the cheaper chilli cans I’d ordered were going to be substituted with a lot dearer ones! Humph! Anyway, I started to get things stored away. The Imperfect Tasty Strawberries were one for Deana and one for Francis, who I hope she’s back from the hospital by now and feeling better. I’ll ask Deana later.
Ah, my treats to myself here! Vegetarian shepherd’s pie, roast potatoes, veggie pasta, and sliced potatoes (well, it cuts back on chopped fingers!). Seasoned fresh cut chips as well… Oh, and a new one to me, Silky Butternut Squash Risotto; no idea what it will taste like, but without trying it, I’ll never know. Did you see that? Words of Wisdom… from me! Hehehe! Beefburgers and pot noodles for Carer Richard. Some individually portioned sticky rice pots and substituted No Chicken Tikka Masala with rice. I tried the one I ordered cause I knew I was okay with sweet & sour sauce. But I’ve tried Tikka before and did not like it. Are J Sainsbury staff told to select lousy substitutions on purpose? Is not sweet & Sour Chinese? And Tikka Indian?

At least they didn’t send me a pot of brown shoe polish this time. I’m not joking; I ordered potato cakes once and got a shoe polish pad!
Still, the owner has just lost a family member, the Queen. So, say no more. At least Morrison’s managed to deliver my favourite ready meal of all time. Roast Vegetable Risotto. It’s cracking tasty! I always put just a drop of BBQ sauce with it. And the packet of mushroom risotto I had yesterday, I think it was, was grand.
This is a loaf got the Wardens, cause it keeps fresher longer… someone told me.
I got some brown cobs for me from Lord Sainsbury: J Sainsbury plc is the parent company of Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, the third largest chain of supermarkets in the UK, with a 16.4% share of the market.
As of 2021, the largest overall shareholder is the sovereign wealth fund of Qatar Royal Family Investment Authority, which holds 14.99% of the company. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. The chain’s annual report shows that chief executive Simon Roberts picked up £2.8 million in bonuses for the year to March 5, on top of his £878,000 a year salary and other benefits. His mammoth pay deal includes a £1.7 million annual bonus and £1.1 million in long-term incentive scheme shares. Shame no one there knows the difference between a Chinese meal and an Indian one. Just thought I’d mention it! Not that I have anything against the Indians, they have my greatest respect and admiration. It’s just that their food does not sit well with me. Where was I?

Oh, yes… These were some of the giveaway items. I bought a few trays of fluffy rice. I just thought Deana might like one to try. Hope she likes Tikka.
She did call later after I’d got everything put away… Ah, something else I forgot to mention… A pack of six 1 litre Spring Water was delivered today; luckily, it was the first thing I moved into the kitchen from the blocked by food doorway. I felt the leaking water running down my leg onto the carpet; I then dropped the bottles when I got into the kitchen. What a mess I got into, and cleaning it up was no fun!
I lost the plot there… Sorry.
I put the flowers on the trolley, ready for when Deana or Julie, or both, came to see me about the lift for Friday.
Richard told me Deana would be calling today to see me. Which she did.

She told me she’s arranged for the lift on Friday to be for 10:00hrs So, hopefully, I can get to the B&M store to get some of the canned drinks that the Carers took to. I got some last week… no, a fortnight ago. But they all went first, but  I just cannot remember what they were called. When I see the cans, I’ll know, He says… Hehehe!
Onto the computer to make a start on this blog at long last.

♫ Oh, Susana… ♫ Hello, who’s that? It was Esther, after her six-week break visiting her family in South Africa for two weeks, that turned out to for four more. Can’t blame her! She’s calling tomorrow to do the laundry. She asked for a pen so she could write a note to another customer and post it through his door – I made sure I got the pen back this time! Hehe!

I believe the sudden fatigue is coming back again now. 14:00hrs?
I’ll get a vegetable risotto in the microwave and add one bay-sized fluffy rice after three minutes, so they are ready at the same time. A drop of BBQ sauce will be added after cooking. This week I shall try harder to avoid any burnt fingers or dropped items when struggling to get the lid off of the trays.
The foods were both nearly ready. I made up a pot of Idaho instant mash with bubble & squeak, adding some extra-strong grated cheese and a quirt of my made-up to the bottle of liquid salt & distilled vinegar to the pot. Added a mini-pot of lemon mousse to the tray and got into the recliner to feast!

I had a cough and thought I saw some specs of blood in the tissue, well, the paper towel I used.
The meal was cooling as I checked the nose and mouth. Nowt to fret over, but puzzlingly all the ulcers in the gums seem to have erupted at the same time. I didn’t realise I’d got so many pustules in the gums. As for why this happened, I remain, as ever nowadays, confused.
Finally, I began the feast, ’cause that’s what it was, and even though I’ll let it cool more than I meant to, it was delicious! A Taste-Rating of 9.3/10!

I put the tray on the Carers desk next to the £300, second-hand, c1968, charity shop-bought, eyesorely-horrendously grungy coloured, Harold Haemorrhoid-testing, easily-falloutable from, unfit-for-use, not working, recliner. And drifted of with a satisfied stomach into a wonderful – but short-lived, dream-filled sleep.
♫ Oh, Susana… ♫ chimed out and brought me rudely to a state of semi-wakefulness. Blow it; I can’t remember her name now. Humph! She apologised for being late and mentioned how rushed she was. She soon got the medications sorted; and, with what seemed a reluctance, ask if there was anything else. There was, but she seemed so pressed I didn’t mention anything. A nice gal, I told her to pick a treat on her way out.
I think I was about to nod off again when I remembered I’d not locked the door. So, I locked it…

Turning back from locking the door, I thought I’d have a look through the spy hole – which proved near fatal. Hehe! I twisted my back as I turned again, setting off poor and, at almost the same time, stubbed my toe on the three-wheel walker guide wheel… but I’d not finished yet. Oh, no!
Cursing my bad luck under my breath, and went into the wet room for a wee-wee and apply some Phorpain gel to Shirley. And walked into the doorframe, hit the shoulder, stopped, and automatically pee’d in my PPs, and I felt like crying. But I resisted it, after all being the heroic, stoic, brave, strong young man that I am…
At least Bladder-Belinda’s sudden leak came when I was in the wet room.
I evacuated the remaining few drops of urine from Bladder-Belinda. Stripped off and had a good clean-up. Germoloided Harold’s Haemorrhoids,
And got the crap, not very effective  MedPhorpainPhorpain gel, rubbed into my back as best that I could get at. Surprisingly, the toe stinging started to ease off?
Got some fresh PPs on, the Depend brand that had coped admirably well with Bladder-Belinda’s earlier escaping mini-torrent. was left until last. Because the shoulder charge on the wet room doorframe had set her off shuddering away, but now she had calmed down.
It took me so long to sort things out that by the time I was leaving the wet room, the and , were of little bother now.
Of course, now I had to rely on to get me through the doorway without any . Easy-peasy! I think that when I go going into the room and the light blaring at my eyes is why there are more walk-intos than when leaving the wet room?

A momentary Sherlock Holmesian conclusion there?Haha!

I got settled into the c1968 recliner seat…
Tired out, with Thought STorms to compete,
My mood was just a tad downbeat,
Thought of the Risotto… that was a treat!
Cramps now, in the fingers, legs and feet!
I must be getting closer to the scrapheap,
Losing my battle for peace and sleep…
My life seems full of things grossièreté!
Don’t know when, but I got nodded off alreet…
Dreamt I was on holiday; it looked like Crete?
2:55hrs, I sprang wide awake. Did I oversleep?
Asleep only five minutes, I could weep!

MORNING ALL!
