An awful night. Sweats and colds, shakes, forever waking up, Duodenal Donald ever present, guilt, anxiety, the mind giving no rest in waking periods and when I woke up, no memories of any dreams. Verily, I thought; bonkersness approacheth.
0320hrs: I got up and like an automaton, Duodenal Donald and Anne Gyna both seeming as if they had lodged permanently with me recently, made a brew and opened the windows, and did the Health Checks.

The weight was down, not that I could get much out of this with the guilt of cocking up the so called funny with the M & C girls, the last people on earth I would have wanted to upset. I love them so and shower what gifts and nibbles I can on them on instinct to show my respect…The thought of upsetting them and losing their services, and then this happens. I think I deserve the pain I’m going through for not thinking things out first.
No washing shaving or ablutions were done. Made a mug of tea and got the computer on to do the diaries.
Filled next weeks medication pots and off to the porcelain throne. I had no bother at all with Little Inchy or Haemorrhoid Harold bleeding or hurting, just as well with the incessant discomfort that Duodenal Donald was still giving me. If it stays at this degree for much longer, I can see problems. The painkillers and medicine are not cutting it, and as I write, Anne Gyna has started to put in her halfpennyworth too.
Now I have mental and physical pains to contend with – but n more than I deserve I suppose.
Went on Facebook to try and concentrate on something. Then graphicalisationing.

Went in to wash the mug and made contact with the edge of the cupboard door.
Not recommended.
Got the bin bags sorted.
Carried out the ablutions.
Set out and walked up through the park into
Sherwood and caught a bus to town.
Walked up passing the old Nottingham Playhouse. Now called ‘Spanky Van Dyke’s’, a nightclub some sort I imagine.
I wandered around the near empty streets in that area, not for any particular reason, I was stewing in my self-contempt bit still.
I went around the block.
Didn’t call in this establishment, cause it was not open.
Hehe!
As I came back down Wollaton Street, I noticed a cunning plan by the builders, of how to get
the rubbish down.
I’ve made the photograph bigger, so I hope you can see this.
Dirty great lift taking the rubbish skip up to have the waste deposited in it. I thought how smart.
Although, perhaps they do this all the time and I’ve not noticed?
Wandered down to the Derby Road area, still unfocused and aimlessly.
Here, I did notice a large City Centre Premier Inn. Looking rather grotty.
As I passed the doors into it, I think it was, er, what’s the word… Automatically staffed? No reception that I could see, but perhaps they had one up the stairs.
Certainly nothing like the advertisements for them on the TV.
Turned left onto Upper Parliament Street and meandered down to Queen Street to check on the bus times. Next one in 1 hour 40 minutes. Got the urge to go to Victoria Market and see if they had some Fresh Pod Peas in, then go to Tesco to get some Sourdough bread.
So I did. Also got some reduced mini-Easter eggs for nibbles, some New Zealand Cox’s apples, a TV magazine and some Tomatoes (Dutch) in the hope that they taste okay. At least I am thinking about eating again – ailments permitting, like.
Then rambled through the passageways and streets down to the Market Square, hoping to see the parade by the Royal Society of St George from the Forest Recreation Ground to

The Old Market Square. Found that the parade, was departing from the Forest at noon, will be headed by knights on horseback. So I missed it, too early and too long to wait for it to start. Humph!
I did have a hobble (The feet were actually singing now) around the Slab Square and noticed that two mallards had landed in the pool.

They were a little on the small side, so presumably, they did not come from the Nottingham Arboretum; I think they may have come from the Canal. (All useless information supplied by Inchock. Any time like, Hehe)
Wandered around the Council House, popped in the book shop fro a look and back to the bottom of Queen Street ready to turn up it, gave the Big Issue block a quid. And took this photographicalisation of the Lord Mayor in his Regalia with some bigwigs with him as he took a walk along the route that will be taken later on when the St George Parade arrives.

This one is from last year’s parade:

Map of my hobbling around on foot in Nottingham – mostly purposelessly;

Nothing like a long walk, but having been outside for days, Arthur Itis felt it, and Anne Gyna let me know. Hehe!
Caught the bus back to Mapperley Top and walked down to the flats, only took about twelve minutes and it was downhill.
Got in and had a wee-wee.
Began getting the nibbles ready for the cleaner gals – realised and I felt even worse than I did earlier.
Updated this diary with little enthusiasm now.
Got the fodder ready on a plate to have later (Cold meal).
I did some more CorelDraw 2017 arranging and amending for an hour or so.
Had the meal, the pork and pickle mini pork pie, the strong, firm cheddar cheese and the New Zealand Cox’s apples being very tasty.
Settled, but the guilty anxious and depressed mind would not let me sleep for hours and hours. Forcing me to muse about my errors and mistakes, and it was hell!
TTFN.

Looks okay I think? Apart from the weight perhaps?
Put the herbed tomato sauce in the pan and added the pasta thingies with mushrooms into it.
I just sneezed and me teeth nearly came out, and there are not false ones – blimey, my tummy felt like it was trying escape up through me throat!

Got the vegetables chopped, un-podded
Getting readied to call on Olive, and the hand and fingers warped as I was putting the camera away, managed to take this photo of disfigured agony-ridden left hand using the right one.
Got the dinner ready, all looked okay.

The first readings of the day for this week seem to be settled and okay? Despite having missed two of the evening doses of my medications, which of course include the Warfarin doses.
Then worked on the next TFZer graphicalisation, and got it finished.
Dropped off the bus and into Victoria Centre and up to the Fruit & Veg Market. Got some more garden peas, a leek and a turnip. Then to the nut stall and got som dark chocolate cashew nuts.
Paid up and departed across the road in the rain to the Curry-PC World shop to look at the headphones.
Walked up through Trinity Walk and could not resist taking this photographicalisation of one of the new giant eateries, branded as ‘Curious Manor’.
I noticed in the jewellery shop window these two ladies watches and took a photograph to use as a competition to guess the prices on the TFZer site.
the town centre and down Exchange Walk and had a potter around the M&S store.
Out and wondered down to the Argos Store to see if they had any suitable headphones, not that I knew much about them. But if they didn’t have Wifi – Mobile Phone or cordless on the descriptions I should be alright?
I walked back into the Slab Square, feet aching a bit now.
I noted a, well I don’t know the word really, milliners perhaps?A shop that did clothes mending sewing and
Got the plate filled with a spread of Potato Rostis, Asda vegetarian sausages, beetroots, fresh Garden Peas, Sourdough bread, orange yoghourt and a banana.

I spotted two new signs on the residents’ board from self-elected Obergruppenfureress Penny.

It had turned into almost pink skies as the daylight dawned.

Did some more work on the next TFZer graphicalisation.
What a feast it turned out as well. Roast potatoes (Excellent), Pork & Mushroom Pate (Excellent), Waffles (Okay), Cheese portions (Excellent), Pork & Pickle Mini Pies (Excellent), Mushrooms exotic (Crap!), The self Burnt boiled potatoes (Excellent), beetroot (Excellent), regular mushrooms (Okay), Lemon yoghourt with extra lemon juice poured onto it (Excellent).
had a plenty of time before the tutoring session.
Up the escalator and took this photo of the hanging in the air mannequins.
in myself. I wandered into a Sports Direct Shop, didn’t realise until I got in that it was for the younger generation, however, I did see they had some what they called, Everlast Crew Sweat thingamabobs on sale at 2 for £10.
Fifteen minutes to go until the bus was due, I went into The Works bookshop and had a look around for some bigger print crossword books.
Up Queen Street and to the bus stop. A bit of a kerfuffle here today. The bus stop is shared between three routes, and it is finely tuned to handle them all, so if anyone is late, they are all late because those behind cannot pull up to pick passengers and have to go around the block again. Although some drivers go passed them, not picking them up. Hehe! The L9 did today though he was well late by the time he pulled off. I am amazed at how they cope with it all.
rearranged lesson on it… eventually. I thought it was in the bag, but no.
Carried on Chronicalisationing, then got the meal prepared.
Realised also, that I’d left the kitchen window open – that explained why it felt a bit nippy earlier. Huh!
Might be due to the hassle I’ve been having so far?Still, the weight had gone down a bit.
Put the kettle on. And had a feeling-sorry-for-myself moment as I viewed the scenery outside.
And see how he is, and get this WordPressing finished and did some graphics and Facebooking. No buses anyway on a Sunday.
wd it was awful.
Hobbled off down Chestnut Walk to deposit the jars in the bottle bank bin.
Tsk!

Had a chinwag to a lady and gentleman who were sat on the rest bench at the end.
Said my farewells and turned at the end and back down the other side, where I managed to get another photograph of the pond, this time with the feeder one in the shot.
Anne Gyna was getting more irritable with me the longer I plodded on, so decided to have a nip (Or hobble, might be a better word here, Haha!) around the edge planting and then cut through back towards the apartments.
I went down to get a closer look at this bit of growth because I thought I’d spotted a little squirrel in it.
when the squirrel did appear once again and was too slow to catch it as it ran off. Still, I got a good one of the greenery?
r mug of tea, I notice a young couple far down below, shoes off and having a mini picnic and getting the sun. Don’t blame them.
Enjoyed the fodder. Rated it at 9.2/10
Made a nice strong brew and took the normal medications at the same time.
Got the meal started, not that it took much bother tonight.
As I lay there, naked chested I swear I could see down to the outer part of the tummy bulge, the well-swollen stomach bulge at that, moving as if something was inside and wanting to be outside of it?

un was shining, and the wind a blowing as I departed on my hobble to and down Winchester Street Hill and to the bank to see Lisa, the new manager.
Back at the flats, I was nearly blown off my feet by the wind.
Updated the diary for Monday next on my Google page.
Took the evening medications, finished on Facebooking and got the fodder prepared.
0550hrs: Back down to collect the washing, taking the camera with me.
Out and over the road to the glass recycling bins and deposited the jars, then left along Chestnut Walk and right down Winchester Street Hill.
mber for her. She agreed with me that things with the ID were in a mess. Then informed me that my Doctor Vindla was not in today but should be tomorrow, and she will let her have the request if she agrees she’ll let me know via email, and I should be able to call on Thursday or Friday to collect it.
Caught the bus back into Sherwood and called at the Continental Food Shop and got some bread and Krakowski meat.
On leaving the store on Mansfield Road, I observed two pigeons totally ignoring what looked like the remains of a Kebab in the roadside gutter.
healing cream to use for the red swelling. I was in and out in fifteen minutes, five more and I was on the 40 bus, another ten minutes and I was dropping off on Winchester Street Hill. Never been known to be so quick and sorted so soon.
Got the meal on the go.
