0415hrs, Woke full of memories of some of the dreams I’d had. All seemed to involve my working in shops, all had elements of truth and actual events from my past, but distorted?
The £300 second-hand recliner allowed me out of it, and I got to the porcelain for a Wee-wee of great magnitude. Unfortunately, Little Inchy was bleeding again. Clean him up and applied the Cortizone cream. However, the other ailment were nice and calm this morning, Anne Gyna no bother at all, Arthur Itis not bad at all, Haem Aroid not bleeding, Hand wrist and arms, even the shoulder was okay… I was worried about this believe it or not. Hehe! The stomach was grumbling a little bit, but not badly.

Through the Kitchen window, 0705hrs
Made a cuppa and took the medications.
The view from the kitchen window revealed a nice sky. Mind you, I thought it was a bit cold today.

I’d got skinny legs again?
I realised then why it was a bit cold, and why my legs were so much easier at this time. I had not got any jammies on, and, the usual swelling of the legs had diminished, in fact, I could say that they were almost skinny!
Do you like the pattern on the undies I’m wearing? These were the one where I made a Whoopsiedangleplop when purchasing them. I thought I had bought ‘Loose fitting size XL’ – in fact, they were ‘Loose fitting size XXXL’ I didn’t even know you could buy these in this size? When I pull them up the elastic waistband is just under my nipples! Hehehe!
Skipped into the living room (Well, I say skipped, more a sort of limped but not as bad as usually), and got the laptop on. Set up today’s page and finished the Saturday one and got it posted.
To the wet-room and did the ablutions, very nice shower again, used the lavender soap today.

Looking good this morning…
Went out of the door with me shopping bag to go to the new shop in Sherwood… went back in to collect me hearing aids. Out again, then back in again to pick up the camera. A bit windy outside this morning, but only around the flats. Wobbled up the footpath
Wobbled up the steep gravel footpath to the park, halfway up I turned and took a photographicalisation of the flats, note please the bright sky, for later it changed suddenly.
Limped down the footpath and down onto Mansfield Road, the tootsies were aching already?
Over the hill and into Sherwood, and the new Budgen Store. Very poor selection and even more expensive than the Co-op was! I got a packet of roast spuds that was on offer.

Core-blimey did it go dark suddenly!
As I came out of the store it suddenly came over all dark, and I was convinced it was going to belt down with rain.
But minutes later the sun was out again?
Walked back up and over the hill and right into Woodthorpe Grange Park on my way back to the apartments.Folks were
Folks were talking about the sudden but very short twilight period earlier. One bloke, I heard joking about he thought the aliens had arrived. Hehe!

Back to daylight now!
By the time I’d taken a look at the dogs with their wagging tails and got to the top of the park the sunshine had seemed to have settled on again.
Very odd.
I shuffled down and back to the flats, calling in to see Olive on my way. He Grandson was there. Had a few word and a joke with her, she had not noticed it when it came over dark? Said I’d call back later and returned to number 72, wee-wee’d, made a cuppa and got the laptop back on and updated this tosh.
Did some Facebooking, took the midday medications and had another cup of strong tea. Blooming Facebook playing up again… Tsk! So annoying innit?
1515hrs: Well, off to see how Olive is. See you later folks.
Back again 1620hrs: I’d called to see her but got no answer, returned to the flat, then went back again and she was in fine fetal. She’s fell asleep earlier, but now awake and in good form too! A good gossip later, and I returned to 72 in good spirits.
Watched the Euro Final. Not that I wanted either team to win at the start, but after the referee let some of the French players get way with some fouls, and Renaldo being injured and off, my sympathies laid with Portugal. I was still surprised when they did win.
Anne Gyna started kicking off after the match, and an unpleasant night ensued.

0600hrs: Jumped awake and in a right state physically and mentally. No idea when I’d nodded off last night, but for once I’d turned off the TV. Around me as clung precariously off the £300 second-hand recliner that refused to budge to let me out, but I got there. Hehe!

As I departed, the rain stopped.
The rain held off, and I took a photographicalisation of under the chestnut trees near to the pitch and putt course.
The legs and feet were well aching by the time I got down the gravel hill path and back to the flat. Wee-weeing being the most necessary activity when I got in.
Popped in to see the excellent Olive she was watching Wimbledon on her good sized TV. I bet she can read the subtitles on this one. Hehe!
was in not Deana. She called up British Gas and spent ages getting nowhere with then. They asked for the meter number, so I was sent back to the flat with a key opener to get in the box outside the apartment to find it.
Then they rang off while Julie was waiting again listening to the music!
A quick bit of Facebooking while it all cooked, well, the hashes and vegetables anyway.
Got the laptop on to start this post off.
Back to the tram station and caught it back into Nottingham. This proved to be a hassle filled journey.
As we went through the Radford area I managed to take a photograph of the open market there.
them, one asked if I wanted an ambulance calling? I thanked them and red facedly sorted the bags to a more even weight distribution and made my way to the Queen Street L9 bus-stop.
The last L9 bus had long departed, so I caught a 40 one, that drops me off on Sherwood Vale Hill.
Too tired and weary for some reason to do any laptop work, I got some small potatoes in the oven and made two honey roast ham sandwiches.
Jumped awake around 0500hrs, the view outside, although the rain and wind had abated, looked dank and dour.
Went to see Olive, this cheered me somewhat. Olive massaged in the pain gel, and we had a little natter, I took her photograph as she looked out of her window and pointed to an area she went scrumping in 69 years ago and told me the tale. Love listening to her.
Called at the Wilko store and got some more of their citrus scented antiperspirant spray, refuge sacks and some more Dettol while it was still on Special Price.
Very few folks about this morning, well, lunchtime. I proceeded in a Southerly direction down the hill to the Co-op store. Purchases some wholemeal bread and large potatoes, with which to make some cheesy potatoes later.
tried my best to take a photograph of the bees on the flowers.
Possibly did to many of the cheesy baked potatoes…. (Well alright, I did make too many of the cheesy baked potatoes) but I ate them all, they were delicious!
I made a cuppa, took the medications and got the vegetables prepared and into the Crock-Pot on low and cooking.
I got an email from the Surgery confirming the time for the next INR blood test, none this week coming, next on Friday 12th July @ 1115hrs.
him on WordPress or anything.
I got off on Huntingdon Street and walked over the walkover way into Victoria Centre (Mall).
Foolishly, I wandered into the HMV shop and perused the DVDs on offer. No intention of buying any at all, what with me ordering the Law & Order Special Victim ones from Ebay earlier, and them telling me as it was my first order, they would deliver them Tomorrow! I dare not say how much I spent on them. Shame mode adopted! Unfortunately, I espied a box collection of Victoria Wood DVDs… ‘Victoria’s Empire’, a documentary – ‘Victoria Wood Live in your own home’, a one-off 50-minute show – ‘Pat & Margaret’, one of, if not perhaps the best film I have ever seen! – ‘Victoria Wood Presents’, Feature length drama focussing on modern day
annoyances – ‘Victoria Wood as seen on TV’, 420mins, some of her finest programmes for the BBC and ‘Acorn Antiques’, her most popular episodes.
Got the dinner/supper prepared. Vegetables (Hot-Pot), roast potatoes, potato cakes and… no, change of plans. The vegetables are not done… Humph! Opened a tin of chilli to go with the other stuff…

I took the rubbish bags to the chute and took a selfie with the voting form on the way down in the lift. (Just showing off!)
On the walk back to the flat, I noticed that whoever it was that had planted the pretty flowers at the gable end of the garages, had been tending them lovingly.
gal, and my heart is beating like it hasn’t in years!
Set about sorting out the medication pots.
The Crock-Pot was all done, and I got the beef casserole into a dish, some bread and the once Fresh Cream French Horn for afters.

City Centre and to the bank.
Perfect timing too, just second before I took the shot through the glass, the rain torrented down even harder, but only for a few seconds.
Walked into the shopping centre (Mall for our American ether-friends), and as I glanced down to the lower level, the most adorable young boy, who was laughing and smiling taking an interest in everything going on around him, espied me, with my camera. As I was about to take a photographicalisation of an electric powered Nissan car on display a few yards away from the lad and his father. The boy smiled even wider, and I offered him a wave, and he gave me one back and pointed at me. This made it all worth the while of me getting soaked in the rain just to see him. What a happy lad he looked.
These ornaments, are they called? They were all labelled as New.
The rain had lessened as I made my way to the bus stop on King Street.
Taking my usual view of the incredible scenery, I took a photo of the flowers on the bushes twelve floors down from the window. I was well pleased with how decent the image from the camera was, from such a great distance and zoomed so close up.
Read the book for a while, but still felt drained for no reason?
I was soon out at the bus stop with a few other tenants, waiting in the rain.
When the first, Nottingham destined L9 bus arrived, I was left all on my own.
I arrived in Arnold and went to the Wilko store first.
Went to catch the L9 back to the flats.

Back to the CorelDraw graphic creating, and go got a little carried away with it I’m afraid… Whoopsiedangleplop!
