Sunday 2nd October 2016
I’d been dreaming of Sister Jane and my being chased by a gaggle of green coloured geese along a plush maroon carpeted corridors? Can’t recall anything else.
0300hrs: Woke in almost a panic, had to clamber out of the £300 second-hand recliner chair without waiting for it to operate as I had the most compelling and urgent need of a WRHD and WRWW session. Knocked over the stuff on the ottoman and hit me knee in the process of getting to the porcelain.
Talk about close shave – I almost, but somehow managed to avoid a rather messy Whoopsiedanagleplop with seconds to spare! Phoo, I mean Phew? Hehe!
When I got back to the chair, I found I’d tipped over the remainder of the fresh orange juice, the pen and pad, the mobile phone and the Twiglet box. oh dear! Cleaned up the mess, a stain on the carpet will need some attention later – Huh!
Picked up the bits then struggled to get back up from being on my knees and vacuumed with the little machine so as not to disturb my neighbours with the noise from using the big one. Arthur Itis and Anne Gyna showed their disapproval of me morning exercises. And the bending caused the Little Inchy lesion to start bleeding, badly this time. I suppose with this problem, I should be glad to have a miniature appendage, if I’d got a normal one, it would have got squashed and bled even more?.
Cleaned up the lesion, and applied the Hydrocortisone cream. Rubbed some 10% Phorpain Gel on the knees and elbows. Found that Haem Aroids were bleeding now too, Humph! Applied some of the Hemorrhoidal cream generously.
WRWW.
What a start to the day! I could get depressed you know… Hehe!
I was aching all over, not like Johnny and the Pirates, Shaking all over. ♫ When you move in right up close to me – That’s when I get the shakes all over me – Quivers down my backbone – I’ve got the shakes down the kneebone
Yeah havin’ the tremors in the thighbone – Shakin’ all over ♫
Did the BP test while I was doing the medicationalisationing with an extra pain-killer. Then took the morning medications, and had another WRWW.
Made another strong brew, and got the laptop on and did the Inchcock Today thingies.
WRWW.
Did some CorelDraw 8 graphicalising.
WRWW.
Checked the emails and went on Facebook.
Got the cheesy potatoes prepared and into the oven.
Carried out the ablutions and went to see Olive. She was not in a good mood, and I felt I was intruding. Olive told me how to clean the windows using vinegar. Left after ten minutes chinwag and returned dispirited to flat 72.
Got in, WRWW and got on with cleaning the kitchen window. Managed to get it opened and turned 360° a little easier than usual. They came up a lot better than when I’d use the bottled window cleaner, with the benefit of with having the cheesy potatoes in the oven and smelling nice, the place felt like a fish and chip shop. Hehe!
Cleaned the window surrounds and ledge. Too painful to do the floor, as Anne Gyna was visiting me again.
WRWW.
Took the potatoes out and bashed them up with cheese, a knob of butter, oregano, vinegar, salt and cheese granules. Flesh back in the skins forked the top and back in the oven
Watched a bit of another Man from Uncle film from the DVD, kept nipping in to see if they had browned enough.
WRWW.
Potatoes ready, I served up my Sunday dinner.
Krakowska meat, roast onions, skinned apple, chestnuts, tomatoes, crispy, cheesy seaweed and beetroots.
Banana and lemon drizzle to follow.
This went down very well, the potatoes were gorgeous.
WRWW.
Must not forget the INR Warfarin blood test on Monday and laundry visit and flu jab at the surgery on Tuesday.
Took the evening medications.
Back to the DVD, feeling well tired, and soon drifted off.

finalised and posted the Friday Diary.
Wrapped up warm and set off down to the bus stop. Lots of tenants there waiting for buses, but none for the one I wanted. So no gossiping on the way to Arnold, today.
This young Mother had her daughter lose on the handlebars of her bike as cycled along on the pavement.
Sauntered gently and slowly along the road to the Arnold Market Place, only a few stalls, a terrible fruit and veg one, a bric-a-brac one, and one selling old DVDs.
Grappling with the now heavy bags I made my way to the bus stop. The bus, as they all seemed to be late arriving.
partment.
Got the fodder served up, battered fish cake, Surimi, two false prawns, strong cheese cubes, tomatoes, beetroot, shrimps, mushrooms and the terrible tasting never to be tried triple fried chips again!
Cleaned the dishes and settled to watch the first of the Man from Uncle films from the DVD I’d purchased from the Arnold Market.
Put the TV on and soon started to nod off. Sprung awake, an hour or two later, desperate for a WRWW.
Caught the L9 into town (It was nice not to get on the wrong bus).
The Slab Square as now cleared of the stall, amusement and eating stalls.
I went around the block and back into the Square, where I saw a chap who had taken his dog into the fountains to let him drink from the spray.
Caught the L9 and as it travelled along Upper Parliament Street, I managed to get a shot of one of the new electric battery powered street cleaning machines through the buses window.
Got the meal prepared. A big un!
Went into the kitchen to make a brew and then:
Made the brew and took the morning medications.
Did some graphics and posted them to Facebook.
Got a cuppa and fell asleep. When I woke to throw away the cold mug of tea and replace it, the skyline outside looked amazing to me.
Got the washing, which I’d got ready last night, all sorted and waiting to go down to the laundry room. When I arrived at the machines, around 0325hrs, someone had used both dryers and they had not used a washer. Naughty! Still, it didn’t work out too bad, the spinner with the timer showing indicated it had 34 minutes left. So I did my wash on the short cycle which takes 30 minutes. Returned to the flat, made a cuppa, started the laptop up and started to sort the Inchcock Today posts.
Back down to the laundry room and the lady who’d used both dryers arrived to retrieve her washing. She did not clean out the filter on either machine –Double naughty! She took her things away and I cleaned out both filters for her. Transferred my stuff to the dryer and back up to the flat.
Made sure the expensive mini M&S Quiche Lorraine was safely in the refrigerator for later.
Did some Facebooking.
The drizzle started to fall.
I had a wander around and a slow walk to the Victoria Market (Mall).
Set about doing Jane’s sad last photographs of Queenie. A real lady in the cat world that will be missed terribly.
Jane told me she is the only female in the house now.
Got the fodder meal ready and digested it.
Took the morning medications with another Senna tablet, made a cuppa and started the hunt for the missing slipper.
Did some graphic creating in CorelDraw X8 and Facebooking.
Getting into the lift, found the floor was in a right state.
Walked straight down through the slab square to the bank.
There was a converted VW Camper Coffee Shop as well. Clever and original idea I thought, that was.
There was a stall, the one on the left here: Mrs Bishops Doggy Deli that brought a smile to me face, I have to say.
I wandered around the side streets and wondered what the Morris type dancing was in celebration of?
The wind was blowing the trees about in the Slab Square as I took this shot of the Council House and Little John’s clock dome.
I’ve never heard of most of them? National Punctuation Day was there, not my strongest point.
For some reason, I found the view from the kitchen window this morning to be extra appealing?
Back onto the laptop and CorelDraw graphicationalisationing, then the pleasant Morrison man arrived with the goods.
I noticed a new instruction sign on the side of the L8 bus.
As I passed the Market Place it looked a bit busier today, but still sad.
what I think might be incredibly fashionable sense conscious.
As we got to the Sainsbury Store island where a right turn in required – the traffic was gridlocked for a good while, possibly due to the end of the road being blocked off for the underground Gas Workings.
Got the custard doughnuts and went down to give them to Deana and collect some orange waste bags. This was not to be. It took ages to get down with the workmen still lugging material up and down, but I got to the Community Hut, and no one was in, all locked up.
Got the mini quiche lorraine with a slice of smoked cheese on top in the oven. BBQ Chicken legs, lettuce, onions, pickled egg, roast onions, yellow and red little cherry type tomatoes, Nordic style bacon, beetroot, sliced green and yellow peppers and sliced cox’s apple.
Taking BJ’s photo and chinwagging to him, I was telling him about me having my first ever quiche, and it dawned on me then… I’d forgotten all about the Morrisons delivery that must have arrived while I was talking with Olive.
Which he did when the noise died down, and the other tenants had left, bless him.
The Morrison man called as soon as I got in. They could not deliver again today after all. Made arrangements to have it tomorrow at the same time as I should have been here to receive it today, twixt 0900 > 1000 hrs. The man apologised for not being able to sort it sooner. I told him it was my fault anyway and thanked him.
Feeling depressed and was well and truly pissed off with me now.
Made a large mug of tea and got on with updating this tosh. Then did some graphicalisationing for at least five hours.
Took the medications and got the fodder ready.
Called on Olive, she was in great form and twinkling! A talk laugh and cuddle and I returned to number 72 and added some lamb gravy granules to the vegetables.
Got the fodder served up in the bowl and tucked into it.

Got the fodder ready:
