I sprang back into pretend-life at 03:25hrs, and without any hesitancy, dilly-dallying or thoughts of any kind, other than I had a busy day and must start yesterday’s blog. I stood up from the aged, grotty-looking c1966 made, charity-shop-bought, horribly beige-coloured, £300, Harold’s Haemorrhoid-testing, non-operational, acne-giving, virus-breeding, rickety, easy-to-fall-out-of recliner.
Forgetting all about the night pouch being attached. I tugged at the long attacked tube extension, and Little Inchies made me jump as the blood flowed. I ended up falling backwards, and as my bum hit the cushion, I discerned that .
Not a very good start!

.
Detached the night bag. Then got the
ointment and cleaned and medicated Little Inchie and .
Waste bag assembled.

Topped up the treats counter.

Kitchen, a good job; the domestic gal is calling today.
She didn’t? I may have got the wrong day…

Kitchenette window view. Still early!

Ablutions. Galore!

Computer booted…
After an hour of trying…

Gave up and visited the…

Medicationalisationings.

Tried blogging again…

After resetting up from the start, comp off, without being able to save work done the returned… then…
Not coming back of its own accord. Rebooted just the box, reset it, gave it a minute or two & tried again…

The NHS Falls Team rang; she is coming later ♥

Carer Shaquille arrived for the early visit and medicationings.

The City Falls Team lady arrived. She was understanding, and we spoke at length about so many things. Of course, I can’t remember much of them now. But the lady was kind enough
to take my email address. She will send me details via email of what has been decided and what I needed to do. Thanked her, and off she went. I enjoyed that visit, methinks.

Next, Carer Kara came on a quick visit. She will return later for the finance checks for me. She did notice the cuts on my head that I thought had stopped bleeding and cleaned and Germolined them for me.

.
Got back on the computer. I would have gone on the , but…
.

Then…
.

Carer Kara returned for the finance & paperwork assisting.
I’d have loved her to get in touch with me.
But with so much to do in so little time, it was not possible. I’d love to get an internet service that works… get it sorted out!
But other things took precedence. Getting in touch with the Audio Centre to tell them I cannot find my Visit Record Booklet, and ask if I can go without it. Kara rang them, only to find out the place had temporarily been shut down?
She spent a while going through all my folders in search of it without any luck. Failure again! I am lucky!

Still no internet. Took some photos…
Gorgeous puffer clouds on the horizon.
Sherwood Vale Scene.
Through the balcony’s inner doors.

I must try to get out to get some more of the eye pads & .

Kara returned with the new glasses from the optician, the Carer Jo-Anne had fetched for me; bless her. They are the reading lens ones. Not as good as I had hoped; I have to lean forward more to get a clear depiction of the letters to read. Still, as she said, it’ll take time to get used to them.

The late afternoon sky!
The turning evening skies.
Later on, sunset.
Gorgeous!

Potatoes & bean stew for nosh! Boiled potatoes, mixed beans,
onions and the non-secret addition of some…
and…
it looked like this…
Taste-Rating: 802/10.

Woken twice by the last care calls.
I don’t even remember who came. Benjamin, I think?
I was so tired out and mentally weary.
But I woke up with the night pouch attached.

A Long Day!
