– – – – – – – – Good Heavens – A betterer Day! – – – – – – – –
Mind you, it only lasted for two minutes.  Things started and ended up in their usual rather chaotic, cumbersome, clueless, cruelly-mistake and error-filled lack of knowing what I was doing: What was it? And most of
whatever it was that I was doing was either not finished or forgotten about. Morning and then in the evening, the sparse few details of my
intentions, plans & designs merged with an unreality, but that seemed okay with me at the time. I quite liked that!

According to the sparsity of scribbled notes on the pad, I got up at 06:00hrs.
Removed the night pouch and took it to be emptied and sanitised. En route, and I can really remember this; partly due to its the first time I’d done it for many days and secondly for the agony that followed it. I had a , and cringed, whinged and moaned a little to myself.
I did notice that my blood was keeping away from my feet and toes?. Took this snap to show you.
The wee-wee in the night bag was a very good colour, although there was not an awful lot of it?
Not peeing, toe-stubbing, and now a blood-clot-threatening lack of movement from the cardiovascular system had gone on strike. Haha!
The betterer day was short-lived!

A sudden, urgent and unstoppable evacuation began of its own accord – no warning this time. I barely made it in time, had I not been in the kitchen, I would a phoo’d myself; that’s how close it was. Huh! was back in charge of the evacuations. More time was lost cleaning and freshening up and fetching water from the kitchen to refill the non-working WC water tank. Had a quick wash, and I got the kitchenette floor mopped. I did take a snap of it, but for some reason, it was not on the SD card?

Got the computer on, and the first Carer called. A little natter after she’d serviced me. Back to the blogging for yesterday that had not been done yet. It’s gonna be a long day again!

They just can’t get it right. Can they at Liberty-Global?
His bosses at the oligarch’s money-manipulating business bought out Virgin Media and have got involved financially with ‘3’, Vodafone and EE, as well. As they lyingly say on their web page:

We’re building Tomorrow’s Connections Today, bringing people together through the power of our technology. Liberty Global is a world leader in converged broadband, video and mobile communications and an active investor in cutting-edge infrastructure, content and technology ventures. With our investments in fibre-based and 5G networks, we play a vital role in society, currently providing over 86 million fixed and mobile connections and rolling out the next generation of products and services while readying our networks for 10 Gbps and beyond. We’re creating national champions, combining the best broadband and mobile networks under brands such as Virgin Media-02 in the UK, Vodafone-Ziggo in The Netherlands, Telenet in Belgium, Sunrise in Switzerland, Belgium, Virgin Media in Ireland and UPC in Slovakia. Liberty Global Ventures, our global investment arm, has a portfolio of more than 75 companies and funds across content, technology and infrastructure, including strategic stakes in ITV, Univision, Plume, Lionsgate and the Formula E racing series.

Our scale enables us to transfer knowledge and expertise (other than how to get an Internet service to Nottingham that isn’t going down all the time) across our operations and investments, creating a dynamic family of brands united in the pursuit of innovation and excellence. (Giggle!) And we’re prioritising diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplace and communities while reducing our impact on the environment. We are using technology as a force for good; for our people, our partners and the planet.

Hahaha! A World Leader? Armholes!

They can’t even get an unbroken, working signal to Nottingham. And they have a mast up the hill from the flats. Of course, it may be an old one from when Virgin was reliable, trustworthy and economical to use?

Second Carer called. Medicated and had a chin-wag for a couple of minutes; she checked the taps and stove for me, took the rubbish bag,

I got a call from the Haematology nurse, Kristina. She is going to call on me Monday, twixt 9-10am. Lovely to hear from her. First time in about nine weeks now. ♥

Turned everything off to give the computer a rest and went to get the done. With EQ warning me to take care! So I will, I must; he’s never wrong, you know, about upcoming mishaps, Accifauxpas, whatever, back in 2 hours or so. (Sorry, I mean in the morning.)

Good morning – updating now…

Got the nosh sorted.
A better taste this time. (It’s about time too!) Not been very successful with
vegetable soup (canned); I made extra gravy and cooked some mushrooms with a splash of liquid smoke. Taste-Rating: 802/10.
Just got settled to eat it and the TV on, and the evening carer arrived. was patient and sorted the medications out. I told him that the INR DVT Warfarin nurse had called and is coming to take a blood sample on Monday. He seemed pleased for me, knowing as he did that no one had been for eight-weeks now. He shot off so that I could eat the meal, bless him.
When I went to wash the empty dish and things, I found I’d left the hot water tap running, and the hob on the cooker too! A bout of self-cursing and disgust followed!

Delved into the c1966 charity shop bought, second-hand, wincingly grotty, beige coloured, not working, crumb-covered from the nocturnal nibblings, itch-making, uncomfortable, virus breeding, easy-to-fall-out-of, recliner, got the TV back on; and promptly fell into a deep comforting sleep.Waking bouncingly,. as the door chime woke me, and the late Carer Joanne called. She added the night bag to after giving me a painkiller. We had a little nonsense natter, and off she went on her rounds.

That was it for sleeping; tired as I felt, the kicked-off! After a while, I gave up, got up and was glad I did, for the night view was grand and photographable in the extreme.

Pareidoliaing perfection…Superb!
Warm colours.
Grand!

I got back into the flea-bitten recliner, and no sooner had I settled than the fan-dangled visited. They seemed to be having a discussion and not including me this time? The oddest thing, feeling, sensation that I’ve had in a long time.

This went on for ages, and then suddenly, it snapped back into the usual assault of guilt, stupidity and shame directed straight at me. (Which is the usual thing, so, somehow, it comforted me?)
But  was still resistant.

I recall using the wind-up torch to make sure that the wee was getting through to the , and seeing that it was 02:00hrs.
I reckon I drifted off thereabouts and didn’t stir until 06:00hrs.

TTFNski!

to meet and have a talk with – had us all in tucks!

Eyesight causes Problems with computing, error messages, and freezing programmes. CorelDraw is farcical; more time was used to reset and discover the new layout and make mistakes than actually working on it. The water tank on W.C. is still not working.
On the bright side, is not so bad this morning.
I didn’t get to start this blog until Thursday morning.
So it’ll be a little brief in nature. Sorry.
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

A decent colouration of urine.

Aargh! Blood Pressure is up high!

Morning view from the kitchenette.

Got the potatoes into the crock-pot.
Only added salt. What’s the white stuff?

I spent a terrible few hours doing nothing other than when a carer called, but making mistakes and getting things in a mess with the new CorelDraw.
This has, of its own accord, changed every single Cdr. file to this new version, meaning I cannot use any of the other three CorelDraws I have, and used as get-me-throughs in the past cock-ups, and now I’ll not have these options to try… and needed it several times today. How such a dimwit as me got it going again… well, a miracle?
Late evening by the time I got around to photographicalisations.

PAREIDOLIAING DELIGHT!
Gorgeous eyes in the sky.

Zoomed-in; See the face?

Sunsetting

Bootiful!

Went to get the meal sorted.
The sky had changed to an unusual shade?

Sorted the nosh, and it looked good…
But it didn’t taste good at all!
Asda made sourdough cobs – Tasteless!
Potatoes undercooked!
Beetroot, I bent the knife, trying to slice them.
Concrete comes to mind!
The tomatoes were okay.
Taste-Rating: 2.5/10.
Shame!

TTFNski!

Unbelievable, Another tooth-pulling day; perplexing, flustering, yet in many a way, an almost acceptable day! There were yet again problems with CorelDraw that almost had me giving up. Combined with the computer snags and mystifying ways, and the worst, only over-worrying thing was the cataracted eye and the decrease in vision all day… still struggling, and the hospital will be called in the morning. If I can get in, the blog will have to be rested. No time to even make notes again, so my dodgy memory will have to be pushed to the limit – not that it isn’t now!

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Woke up. (Well, it seemed a good idea?).
Emptied the pouch.

Ablutionalisationings were done and onto the computer.
My vision seemed a lot worse this morning.
Five Porcelain Throne visits today.

While filling the not working water tank with buckets of water from the kitchen, I caught a view of my mush in the shaving mirror. (A nasty thing to do at the best of times, but at five o’clock in the morning, it was scary!) The Cateracted right eye seemed to be closing itself?.
No wonder I was struggling on the computer.

The first Carer, Kara, arrived as I was photographing what looked to me like a car crash. These are the photos that fooled me & Cataract Katie.
After she pointed it out to me that it wasn’t a tank or smashed car accident, but the trees and shadows, I did feel a clot! Eventually, with the aid of the magnifying glass, I saw what she described.

I found a picture that I took by accident. Thanks, Peripheral Pete!
I think I was putting the loose lens cap back on the camera.
It was my left-hand palm… I think.

Mid-afternoon, I dragged myself away from the cock-up   I’d made on CorelDraw yesterday and had to replace the missing dockers and icons.
Will I live long enough to finish the job? Hahaha!

Just before the tea, Carer called; I took these two shots of the blinding sun straight at me. I had to close my right eye so couldn’t see what they looked like. The sun’s strong light was reflecting on everything shiny out there.

Another 4 hours and I got yesterday’s blog finished and posted off.
Prepped the meal ready for cooking later. Mushrooms cut and cooked, added some garden peas to the pan and got the oven tray ready for the chips to go in to have with the veg. The soy mini sausages are ready in the fridge. Having them cold. I went back to the computer for a half-hour to make a start on this blog. 3 hours later. I got up to hear… I mean, here and went to check on the well-cooked mushrooms. Tsk!

Aha, a late sunset!
While pottering with cooking and salvaging some mushrooms for half an hour, I took these pictures about five minutes from the one before.

Well, I’m going to get some nosh now.
TTFN.

Good Morning, I’m back!
All bright and bubbly, joyful, contented, almost feeling carefree and untroubled… Well, alright, I lied! But I was still so tired, but on the bright side, had eased off at long last. Okay, I know had replaced her. Oh… and I kid you, not here… my were nowhere to be found! .

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Vegan mini-sausages 9.2/10, Chips 6/10, Chestnut Mushrooms 7/10, garden peas 7/10, Disappointing sourdough rolls 5/10, beetroot 7.2/10. The plain yoghourt and lemon curd, a decent 7.5/10. The two gabs of cheesy Curls eaten afterwards, 8/10. Guilt? Me? Yes. My recently acquired arithmaphobia prevents me from working out an average… ah, the computer calculator…
I’ll try to see if I can work it out there…

It shows an average Taste Rating of 8.128571428571429.
Of course, I knew that.

I enjoyed that. It may not have been a gourmet meal, haute, or nouvelle cuisine, but it satisfied my proletariat level of epicureanism.

The last Carer arrived, and dang-me, I forgot to remind her about the night bag. Well, I was sat in the £300, second-hand, decrepit, Haemorrhoid Harold-testing, sleep-deterring, nauseatingly beige-coloured, not-working recliner, half asleep at the time… Still, I should have remembered.
Guilty; as self-charged! Hehe!
Medications were given, a little natter, and off she flew on her missions.

I was going to watch some TV, but it didn’t pan out like that. Well, I did watch some of the New Tricks episode, about five minutes worth in total over about an hour, with my constant nodding off and waking up, with sharp pullulating jerks. I gave up on the TVing, turned it off, and got my feet up on the chair, and gave in to the demands of my body for sleep…
and , The damnable invaded the brain… as I expected, they are having a party-time with me for the last seven nights on the trot!
But still, I kept waking up, a few times shuddering, flapping, or threshing about? It was never any bother getting back to sleep mind; to be greeted by the crude yet again and jumping awake. I had to go and empty the small day pouch and noticed it was 04:00 hours. I got back down, and much to my pleasure, the must-have worn themselves out. (or, had gone on holiday?) Zzz!

I need help from someone with hypnosophy!
Someone who knows computers & cinology,
I may struggle with my theopathy…
I have no signs of thalassophobia.
But mostly with my lost sagacity!

Adieu, adios, ciao,  farewell & Tara!
