I was no sooner down in the £300, second-hand, most uncomfortable,  decrepit, Haemorrhoid Harold-testing, creaking, sleep-deterring, nauseatingly beige-coloured, not-working, recliner, and I was off in a deep cataphora! But, it only lasted a couple of hours. I was more like a catnap! Thanks to…For the first time ever, Colin was affecting both hands and fingers! Naturally, I coped in my usual pain-bearing way. Being the calibre of man that I am. (Cough, cough!) Any wailing noises heard by my neighbours would likely have been in my sleep while having a nightmare.

Here is the drip tray with the night bag in it, catching the state of my water-leaking, one swollen, one not, legs. With Lymphorrhoea Leslie, Odious Odema Diana, and the ankle ulcer; leaking fluid and the odd tiny globules of blood. I could feel and see some more storage space they had made for themselves just under the ankles. It’s a game, innit?
A slightly better measure in the bag, especially for five hours.

No immediate call for the yet, so I had a rare mug of tea and just three dunked bikkies for breakfast.
Naturally, the tea was decaffeinated. Again,
.

Well, I knew today may well break the time taken record again. I was right! You see, I’d been walking about the flat for ages without any socks or slippers on. That is because it’s such a hell of a painful arduous task getting them on.  (Pity-Search-here?)
I can’t see very well since starting the Opatha and Maxitrol eye drops. The soles looked almost black to me, so today, I’ll stand in a bowl of soapy water when I take the shower; I might put a tiny drop of bleach in it. The morning exercise time… yes, the – well, not exactly, the action bit is in agonisingly carrying buckets of water to refill the unmended W.C. water tank and not working cold tap. Still, it’s only been about three months since the problem was reported to Nottingham City Homes maintenance, and I’m in pain hauling the water every time I use the . But I don’t want to rush them… Let’s face it, what’s a little agonising, painkiller-needing bother from once or twice a day… Surely whoever reported it for me, must have told them about this problem? Int life good?
Anyroad, today I wore the reading glasses just in case the torpedoes need a lot of prompting to escape my innards. Now I could at least have a go at the crossword puzzle while waiting.
(More Pity-Searching Here?) But it caught me out today, and came out quickly; it was a deep orange colour and stunk to high heavens? And I only ate a pot noodle yesterday, and three bikkies this morning? Messy too, which cost me even more time to get cleaned up. What’s going on here? Tsk!
The shaving went well, just two tiny cuts. The teeth cleaning was put on the back burner; until I find where I left the toothbrush? Got the bowl filled with water from the shower, added Dettol and washing-up liquid, and stood in the bowl, ready for a good scrub-up…
As I reach up to get the shower thingamabob, my feet slipped on the bottom of the bowl…
I knocked the bowl over as I lunch at the grab bar, holding onto it for dear life as I spun round and hit my bum on the tiles, but prevented a proper tumble.
Apart from agony from the bum, , pouring blood, a bruised knee, giving me some, and the valve getting opened in the shuffle and merrily releasing pee all over, it wasn’t too bad.
It took me ages to get the place, and me sorted out. I was a smidgeon shaken up but persevered with the showing, but at a reduced rate and with extra care. I dare not use the bowl again. So I thought, “Ah, I’ll use the loofah to reach the feet’s soles…” but that seems to have joined in the toothbrush in the AWOL list? Some days are not good… well. all of them for me!
However, things may have been a lot worse if I’d missed or failed to hold on to the grab rail. I’m sure the soles of the feet were not cleaned properly. But did I care by then? No, not a lot!
Finished the shower, got the reading glasses back on, and towelled off, then started the medicationings.
I actually counted them today, but I forgot how many.  More than on here me, methinks;
❶ Olive oiled the ear holes.
❷ Little Inchies Fungal Lesion creamed.
❸ Ointmentated the Catheter straps, and dried the pouch.
❹ Dried the , both
and .
❺ Germolened .
Phorpained as far as I could reach.
❼ TCP’d the Mystery chest-tummy, whatever they are.
❽ Then, the painful and impossible one! Daktacorting Little Inchies Fungal Lesion. Which is usually the trickiest of them all, pain-wise and tactically.
Having the Catheter tube inserted, and refitted so often over the last… how long has it been? It must be three or four months by now; it has and is nigh-on impossible to get the cream where it is needed to stop the bleeding. Unfortunately, it is easy to get the medication onto one’s testicles. Arrgh!

ANOTHER CHALLENGE – GETTING DRESSED!
The Second-Worst Dressing Job First
Getting into the protection pants!
The knees and water-filled legs do not want to raise enough for me to get the second leg in! I can’t use the picker-upperer, because it tears the fabric it pulled at. So I’ve worked out a sometimes successful trick. I get myself either back to the sink, or in the corner of the room, for best. But the legs do not want to bend enough, so I lean to the left and often get the foot in the lefthand side after getting the right one in.
Then getting the pants up to the intended area is obstructed by . Many tears happen when I do this, and I have to start again, win, or lose at this stage,  I can assure you starts kicking off!
Thank heavens I only wear trousers when I have to go to the hospital, Dentist, EENT or any other medical calling.
Cause they are so painful to wear.
As for wearing socks, without help from a carer, it’s virtually out of the question. Not long ago, I had to use the dreaded

and pool together, to somehow make me forget to ask the Carer to help me get socks, shoes, or trousers on, on the day needed.

I got carried away there. Better put summat else other than tales my sufferings and woes, Hahaha!

Where was I?
Who am I?
Why am I?
Oh, yes…

The feet and legs were always changing, leaking, then drying, growing, or shrinkingHey-ho!

Well, what a record… 2hrs-25minutes
to get the Throne & ablutions done!

Little Inchie off again, poor little mite!

.
Nice morning

.
Pondered over what to have to eat later…
The result was nothing. I’m just not hungry.
Meals over the last few days have been
tasteless anyway. I did have some biscuits, though
with my two cups of tea.
.
Nice!

Hristina, the wonderful haematology DVT Warfarin nurse, arrived to take some more blood. ♥

.
A little uncertain as to why I took this one?

.
Confusion today over the eye drops, but I had them all.

.
The end car park now the short rain had stopped.
You can see the mudslide from the cut-through on the right into the Woodthorpe Park area. And my neighbour’s balconies!

.
I took another shot to the left of the balcony.

Then around 17:00hrs and over the next few minutes, I took several shots of the oh, so wonderful puffer clouds.

TOTAL MEMORY BLANK!
Gawd knows what happened here.
I seem to know that Carer Chris came twice more.
Vaguely recall taking a tumble, well more a stumble.
Then nothing for three hours or so. (I think)

Got on with this blog, until the fatigue came over me.
This is unbelievable, cause apart from the wet room battle, I’ve had the easiest day for ages?

But I still fade as the day progresses.

Not hungry yet.
The .
I’ll finish this in the morning…
All being well!

I had a tasteless Pot Noodle, I thought I’d better eat something, even if I can’t taste anything nowadays.

Carer Chris made the last call. Medications were given to me, and Maxitrol and Optha eye drops were inserted. Night Catheter-Pouch added to .

I Struggled With This One… Humph!
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
You may not hear/read this very often again… but apart from the eyes and a little bother in the lower regions. There was nothing bleeding or bothersome when I woke up in the £300, second-hand shop bought nine years ago, c1966, discomfiting, alarmingly beige-coloured, crumb-containing, TV remote hiding, not working recliner. It’s true! But being the warranted pessimist I am, I crossed my fingers!

It was later than usual as well. And I cannot recall waking up with the usual jumps, jolting, jarring, buffeting, or twitching very often, only a handful of times. The miracle was not having any interference from ! I do declare I think I just may have smiled to myself… Yes! And, smugly, too! Of course, my experiences in life, are not good enough for me to accept or to so with pessimism, that this situation… this one every 25 years happening; euphoria-moment, can last. I have a personal conviction that the bad luck I was born with and into, has been with me for so long, and will be so until the end. I’ve still got most of left! No false hopes for me! Anticipate the worst, and accept with penitence, disillusionment, and maintain my belief in necessitarianism. I can’t help but involve myself in self-philosophising, and fatalism, yet try to do it with resignation and stoicism. Thus, I’ve managed for many years now to handle defeats, failures and guilt.
I’m well-practised in being defeated, beaten, ignored, failings, mentally and physically, and sinking into momentary depths of depression; by convincing myself I don’t deserve any better. I think my teen years activities, are now being repaid. Fair enough!
Yet I love to help others when I can. Later Life became difficult and lonely. Cecutiency, deafness, and all the ailments have gathered together to affect my body and mind.

I almost feel guilty, and wonder if some of them should have been given to someone else. Too late now. Hehehe!
Crikey, I waffled on there… Sorry about that.

I thought I’d try to tidy up the Carers desk, in the hope that I could think of a system for doing the eye drops so as not to miss any of them. !
As I bent down to Hoover the carpet underneath the table, I , not that it bothered me, of course. I scoffed at it, grinned and then a belated time-warped pain arrived from the . Swear? Curse? Spit? Me? Well… yes I did a bit, actually.

I sorted the four waste bins out into one black one. And hobbled with it to the front door. I knew the start today was too good!
I bent down to straighten the bag, and my mind engaged, and I realised I’d not cleaned up around the Carers table yet. That (2  things) were enough for me, to jump in and get me to lose my balance, assisted by . Great! Now I’ve broken the new two-week-old varifocal spectacles, as I caught my forehead on the corner of the wall! . But all these things are down to either the Mysteries of Woodthorpe Court, with the hobgoblins, spectres, gnomai, phantasms, ghosts, the grotesque succubae, extraterrestrials, ectoplasms, spirits, or the Fata Morganas, that have been sent to taunt, irritate and terminate my already limited saneness of mind, or my born with and have onto ever since, Bloody Bad Luck! I suppose that has to take his share of the blame as well.

Well pissed off, and I went to get a bottle of water from the kitchen fridge. Lovely shade to the misty view this morning.
So I got and took this snapshot.
Made a mug of Glengettie and got the computer on. Carer Candis arrived, so the tea was allowed to get cold again. I have done that regularly recently. Nice to see her again.

An email from Iceland was checked. Some non-instock items. One milk loaf and one vegan slice, which means I lose out on both 3 for £5 offers. Oddly, they could manage to find two others of the same products, which I had to pay full price for. Hey-Ho! At last, got back on the blogging. Sorting the SD card photographs out, and I started involuntarily crying in both eyes! I wonder if the dry-eye spray should have been stopped taking? I’ll have to try and find out about this. I got an email with a link in it for the Iceland Delivery. I clicked on it, one stop away, but some distance away.
So, I had time to respond to my second call to the .
Trotsky was in charge again. And the colouring and odd flat shape as the content escaped from my innards with ease and haste.
Still no Germoloid cream arrived. The Sudocrem is of no use at all. No pain relief at all. It just stains the protection pants a greeny-yellow colour.
Aha! The Iceland order cometh.
The kind driver carried the bags through to the kitchen for me. Glad I ordered some more toilet rolls, what with the evacuations under of control of Again the shortbreads were on offer, as were the cookies, and Carers ice cold coffees
The baking potatoes were expensive. The baby new potatoes were too as it happens. Look fresh, though!
The meat ends ham 3 for £5 all came. One for me, One for Carer Kara & one for neighbour Josie. That’s the plan! Hehe! I’ll see if we like the ‘Free’ strawberry yoghourt later. Same distribution plans for them.
The freezer was well-filled. Cram packed!
I struggled to get the Wholemeal bread inside but gave up in the end.
I can get Kara to pass it on to someone who will get benefit from it. Got the fridge filled as well.
Just after putting away the food and bags, Carer Kara came again.
She liked the meat; and took the loaf to a resident who she said would appreciate it. A good gal, Kara.
My last job with the foodstuffs was to top up the Nurses’ and Carers’ nibble & drinkies shelves.
Back to the computer…
Unfortunately, the Oligarchs went down for the fourth time this morning… oh, it’s well into the afternoon now.
Where did all the time go?

I’m going to have the small potatoes, burnt ham, and tomatoes for my meal.
I may be back! Hehehe!.

I’m Back! Wednesday morning to update what little happened next.

An especially good-looking meal was prepared.
Potatoes, tomatoes and end cuts of whatever it was. It looked fantastic!
Put the TV on and got settled with my feet up, the food tray balancing rather dodgily on my knees, and started to tuck in! chimed out, and Carer came in. Pulled his leg a bit about his bad timing at first, but it was my own fault for not realising how late it was. Home-based guilt! He got the medications sorted and eye drops in, in a short time, and even replaced the tray on my knee as he departed.
Disappointed at the meat being 70% burnt skin. That is how I used to like it… But the decaying teggies bled and I broke a bit off of bicuspid as I did my best to eat some. Ah, well, my own fault again for buying it!

Had a go on the computer, but had several more brown-outs from famously inept mob from USA Liberty-Global. The number crunchers and Smoke & Mirrors Oligarchs.
This took their tally of failures today, up to seven.
Sad, innit? Computer off, and I fell asleep in the c1966, £300 pound, second-hand charity-shop bought, crumb-containing, odour-retaining, Harold’s Haemorrhoid-testing, nauseatingly beige coloured, non-working, virus-breeding recliner. Carer Benjamin woke me again, and I got the eye drops, and night bag attached to the . I wished him a thank you and a good break. I think he said he’s back on Saturday. A good lad.

TTFNski!

I woketh up, well pleased with the few hours kip I’d attained.
Then noticed the legs. The left one was flaming bloated, massive, the right all skinny. And, water was spouting out of both leg ulcers and the papules on the left one. Tsk!
When I moved in the aged, grotty-looking c1966 made, charity-shop-bought, horribly beige-coloured, £300, Harold’s Haemorrhoid-testing, non-operational, acne-giving, virus-breeding, rickety, easy-to-fall-out-of recliner; to get to the night bag for detaching from .

The urine in the bag in the drip tray was a little too coloured, but it’s been worse lately, so no complaints.

I took another look a few minutes after sorting the bags out, and the water was still coming out of the ulcers and papules. Although more slowly than earlier.

Off to the . I didn’t get out of the room for over an hour. And that was to lug the water to refill the non-mended W.C. water tank. I had not had a shave or shower, so no cuts or nicks this morning. What delayed me this time, was the agony, of waiting for the action to start from the rear-end department! The regulation two torpedos took a long time to begin its journey. The eyes were not able to read the crossword book clues, which disappointed me a little. I couldn’t see the cobwebs or cracks on the ceiling to count! I imagine the new eye drops were the cause of this dilemma.

Cleared up the used pouch, wrapped and sealed and into the waste bag. Then I titivated the kitchenette a bit. Not a lot!

Got the computer on, downloaded the photos from this morning and last night and…
went down on me. Well, well!

I made up some drink mixers while waiting for the Smoke & Mirrors: (someone who draws attention away from often embarrassing or unpleasant figures or issues) Oligarchs at Liberty-Global to get a signal to me.

When it was the Carer. I was Gobsmacked at the time. He’s not been informed of the changes. He said he’d inform whoever was coming next time; it was not midday, but 13:30hrs or thereabouts. To get back on schedule. to give the four-hour break. The gal arrived near midday.
No problem with this at all. I just got a little confused. Which takes no effort at all nowadays. Hehehe!
The Carer, who came second, was okay about things. She’d not been told either. And she returned later and did a great job with the drops before rushing off. Hope she wasn’t too messed about; bless and thanks to her. The 1800hrs call next, back in order again. I thought we (well, they) handled these issues with efficient aplomb, as well.

Finally, I got the Saturday blog posted to WordPress.

.
Emptied the day bag.
The papules (Lymphorrhagia Leslie) and both of the ulcers (Odius-Odema) were no longer leaking fluid, well, just the odd tiny bit bubbling out now and then.

.
I got the cover on the computer swivel-chair rearranged.

Found this snap I took early this morning.

The White Toe End

The Hallway

Little & Large…

Bottom Car Park

Today’s Mystery Photo?

Cor-Blimey! What a mess the feet and legs are in!
Odius-Odema and (build up bags on the feet) Lymphorrhagia Leslie are having a ball with me. Ulcers, papules, and the heels keep spewing out liquids in varying degrees. looked up the feet-fluid bags. It’s the great escape of the lymph from lymphatic vessels that have been injured. Of course, I knew that. Hehe!

I took a few snaps of the ever-darkening late afternoon.
Rain on the way, methinks?
The clouds still hold a beauty for me
Pareidolian’s Delight

The first evening Carer arrived.
Did a grand job on the eyes for me.

Back to the kitchen window as the rain started.
Naturally, I took these through the window.

Good Heavens, Little & Large again.

I’m not really hungry, may just have a pot noodle and bread roll, methinks. I’ve lost my appetite and my taste buds these last few days, seem to be on strike?
I had a pot of Sweet & Sour Noodles, with added sauce. And defrosted two bread rolls. Again… little taste came through. Glad I didn’t waste time, effort and money trying to make a ‘so-called’ favourite meal this time. Sad innit?

The last of the day caller, arrived, Richard.
He got the night pouch attached. Maxitrol Eye Drops in did the medications during the five minutes break between drops applications, then did the Optha drops. Left me with my 3-minute finger in the eye near the nose process as instructed, and got off on his rounds.
Richard said that the NHS was now using Gaviscon instead of Peptac. But, the flavour is even more vile than the Peptac was; that was a horrible taste. This new one is made with… and the thought makes me want to puke… ANISEED flavour!
Ah!… I wonder if this almost poisonous-tasting medicine, combined with the new Optha eye drops, could be what’s causing my taste buds to revolt? Hehehe!

But, the eyes are worse than ever this morning. I’m assuming they will remain the same for the two months I’m on them?
Then hopefully get the eye done that needs the cataract that was repaired removed, and lasering off. A stitch in the eye for the crack. Then start again with another cataract procedure.
Then, if I live long enough, the left eye cataract to be done.
Then, the Glaucoma (No idea what the treatment is for that, I’ll look it up later) in the left eye needs doing.
I looked it up on the NHS site:

There are several different treatments for glaucoma, including eye drops, laser treatment and surgery. The best treatment for you will depend on your circumstances. Treatment can’t reverse any loss of vision that has already occurred, but it can help stop your vision from getting any worse,
Well, that’s cheery news!

Sleep Glorious Sleep was attained within seconds of my head downing! I’m serious, I was off like a log!
UNFORTUNATELY...
I burst awake, in agony from my old foe, A pincer movement attack this time – both hands and fingers.
Hours later, I managed to nod off, but it was not worth it; it was only an hour away from when I needed to get up; So I could spend the 2 hours ablutionalisationing. No doubt with a visit being activated as well.

FED-UP!
Still, I’m not complaining really.

Hard but still messy.
After using the stored-ready water containers to refill the non-working W.C. water tank (Waited Ten weeks for a repair up to now, and not due until July 7th) Thus, I am sentenced to agony on every visit to the Porcelain Throne or WC.
Has anyone told them? I was forced to take some decent painkillers in an effort to calm down my anger-ridden . It’s a cruel world!

I rang to see if I could get a lift to the bank on Wednesday; they told me to ring back in case there was a cancellation – but, no such luck. . It was still slightly The conversation was difficult, and , and , not to mention my troublesome .
But the Lady was patient and made sure I’d got the right details, when I booked a trip with them for Tuesday 13th June; to the .

Carer Kara, ensured a lift to the bank with a taxi company for me and a Carer (Christopher?) for Thursday.

I tried to sort out the things I need to take to the EENT with me for the visit, but I was struggling. So, I’ll ask a carer to make a list for me. Shaquille?

Asda food arrived.

The fridge & freezer are full now!

And Iceland delivery arrived.Which, I could swear I made for next week.
Another cock-up on my behalf!
I must get a grip on these date mix-ups!
Even more, food is crammed away now!

Started to prepare the meal of the day.

Got it served up with some added beetroot and the last of the bottle of Borscht, and some Zirnelial peas. Sob!
The meal was one of my tastiest yet.
A quarter of the way through it… and
. No Carers
were due? So I put down the delicious
food, and off to the door to investigate.
It was . She couldn’t get her remote control to change the sound on her kitchen TV. It really bothered her. So I went in to have a look, thinking that the remote might need new batteries. But no! Poor Josie could not see which buttons controlled the sound on the panel. It took a long while to explain, and she kept wanting it louder and then quieter. She could not grasp which buttons to use. Bless her. And with her bad sight, had difficulty in her seeing which ones to use, and kept pressing the ‘Mute’ button in mistake. I drew a map, if she can see it, of where the volume buttons were. Eventually, I got it how she wanted it and departed back to my cell… er… flat.
And the cold meal on the tray. Hehehe! I still ate it without microwaving it to warm it. With a glow inside, cause it’s marvellous when for once, I can help someone else. I ate it all up with a wholemeal roll, and still enjoyed it!

Must have been tired, I can’t recall the evening caller; what happened or when I got to sleep?
Nothing until waking up in the morning.
Another strikes!

I got this far in the blog… and went into the kitchen to put the kettle on… , without any of choice of walkers and sticks scattered all over the flat, and…

and a sudden .
burst violently forth.
Because of the eye, I missed the counter that I had hoped to stop me falling… But, No! I was well off target!

I caught my eye on the corner of the surface counter.
I’ve not been right ever since – mind you, that’s not saying much, is it? Haha!
I try to add some photos later on. See how it goes.
The good part is I got back up on my own… It was nothing to a young, fit, athletic, action-man such as me.

I’ve a constant pan in the eye now, so and going to pack up blogging; the eye strain is horrendous. My balance all to pot, and am on an involuntary mission to walk into anything handy at the moment, the depths of the £300, second-hand, musty, Haemorrhoid Harold Testing, cringingly-beige-coloured, crumb-covered, not-working, rickety recliner. I tried to take a photo of the bruised or whatever it’s called, causing it.  Right hand. If it comes out I’ll try to get it in with the few I’ve already taken. Hello, treble vision then for a minute.
I’ll give 111 a ring in a bit, unless it clears up, the head and eye I mean. Made a mess of that making a brew!
Although not good to start with, the vision in the eye seems no worse; that’s a plus. As I say, not to fret about with a man of my calibre with great pain tolerance and a heroic stance against the ailment, who will not…

No sooner had I typed the above, and and now have joined in the onslaught!
Big-Mouth-Me!

I’ll get Summat added if things go well later on.

Carer Richard arrived, and we did the eye patch off, eye-drops in, and then the patch back on routine.

TTFN.
Found this piccy taken first thing when I removed the night bag from .

Took the one above later on, of the calamity
kitchen where the tumble was taken.

This was later when I found I could read one of the leaflets with bigger print now. Great! It said that after 48hrs from the procedure, I could remove the patch, but must wear it at night when sleeping. Huh, took me ages to get it back on as well – but seconds to remove it.

The back of the hand was looking calmer now.

The second Carer arrived, I was doing my best to be upbeat. She was, as was Richard, confused about them sending more Finistrada tablets. I’ll ring the quack later, or ask someone to do it for me… I still get the pain, and a sound like humming coming from the eyes and head? The Carer didn’t know about the eye drops, but it was easier for me not to have to remove and replace the patch and glasses. She did a good job for me. Rhamat is her name… I think? Yes! Came yesterday too.

Oh, I must mention that earlier in the day…

Well, fancy that!

These must have been from yesterday?

Sorry, I’ve got to go sit and rest again.
Poor little thing! Hehehe!

Morning:
Seems I got settled and ate several bags of Cheesy Curls, and drank 2 litres of Soda water. Judging by the overfilled waste bin. Had the night bag on, so someone came last night, but I was not in a very good state when they came?

A GREAT START TO THE DAY THIS MORNING – Yes!
But it didn’t last too long. I had a as I tried to dislodge my bulk from the c1966, charity-shop-bought, second-hand, wincingly grotty, beige coloured, not working, TV remote hiding, crumb-covered from the nocturnal nibblings, ancient itch-making, uncomfortable, virus breeding, easy-to-fall-out-of, recliner. I had a few, actually, to be right! I slipped off of the recliner seat when taking off the night pouch. … Then, I walked into the drawer cabinet. This, I believe, was caused by the eye patch shooting off as the tape broke. I was virtually blind for a few seconds, just enough time to shoulder-charge the stack of plastic draws, send the yellow recycle box of used Anoxaparin needles, to the floor… missing at my lunge for , and clouted the back of the dodgy right hand, which I could have done without.
The eyes, hand, and to a degree, my old friend , have given me much hassle today. So I got stuck into blogging just cause I love it and wanted some escape from the pressures of old age, ailments and my new-found-again self-pity moments.
I lost most of the tabs I made that I use in the blog
. Note the new ones on this post. I had to make all 125 of them from scratch again… no meals, no wash & shave and here I am only just starting this blog off at 00:35hrs in the morning… with the eye patch hanging off again! I’ll have to rush if I stand any chance of any sleep. Being a blog addict does not help.
Forgive my forthcoming details and bad chronologically.

Dark urine again this morning.
It didn’t get much better.

The back of the hand was beginning to
look moonlike again. Hehehe!

The Carer took a shot of the eye while the pad and cover were washed… not successfully, though.
She got the things back on.

The pad had come loose again when the gal returned.
Soon got it sorted for me.

Lunchtime view.

The plates & pins look good!.

.
Patched up again.
My eyesight is causing me to miss when doing anything, pouring water in a mug, or seasoning into a bottle. But worst of all – I’m making more and more mistakes on the keyboard. I’ve never taken so long… Humph!
I hope I live long enough to get it finished. Har-Har!

.
Plan D on the fourth visit. Hahaha!

.
Next to the last call.
Looking better…
At least, I think it is?

Got nothing done, no meal, no time.
I was determined to get the new tabs done.
And I did, but it laid me up. Hehehe!

Caught the sunsets end.

Got to get to Kip now.
Nurse Christina coming in the morning…
♥ You can see why I love her. ♥

I’ll see if I can get back on to this in the morning…
It’s now gone 03:15 hours already.
Sleep? What’s that, then?

If only I hadn’t made the cock-up of the year in losing those tabs from the file. I still don’t know how I did it…
It was .
I think!

Cheers!

  Thursday PART TWO & Catch-up

No notes to refer to, and most likely in chronological disorder. The odd mistake grammatically is possible. Lack of detail as well (please be free to ask if anything should draw your attention). I realise that the 8 Billion People in the World, that my fan base and followers come from, may like to know more.
Either of you, please feel free to ask.
Hehehe!

04:00hrs up.
Not much urine in the night bag.

Tried to picture the buttercups and daises on
the bottom field, across from the flats. Not a good one.

Gathered the things ready to go to the hospital.
Got an early dinner breakfast.

I knew that Virgin Media was going off today, so didn’t bother to use the computer. (Not that Liberty-Global Virgin media doesn’t go down every day as it is.
Messy splattery Porcelain Throne visit, then got the ablutions done.

Ablutions tackled and got dressed. 2hrs:18minutes!
arrived and got the medications given to me. I asked Sam if she knew if they had managed to find me a carer to go with me to the hospital, as they (QMC) insisted upon. But she didn’t know or not. I pressed on. Only about an hour before the lift was due, I found out when they rang me, telling me to meet the carer in the lobby.

I readied the stuff and hobbled down to the main lobby to await the lift, and met the Carer.
For the first time ever, the lift was late. By about fifteen minutes, but we still got there on time, because this driver used the direct route without the GPS.

QMC EENT Department
The Carer and I were dropped off at the entrance doors.
We approached the helper’s desk and followed her instructions to the area we needed. The Carer, who had the fantastic hearing, did the talking.
We got into a waiting area and reported to the desk, and took a seat. I nattered to the Carer, who said she is in between shifts. I thanked her for helping me out and coming.

We were there, I think, for about an hour. The kind carer communicated with the medics for me.
Another hour I think, passed. And A nurse fetched me to see the surgeon who was about to ‘do my eye’s Phacoemulsification. (Cataract procedure)
A quick check on the machine thingy…Which revealed something that gave that chaos a grave expression. Danged if I heard what it was he said fully.
He produced a legal document that I had to sign. This said I was aware of the chances of success were only… no, that there was a 30% chance of failure due to my age and other dispositions and ailments. (Something like that) I signed it. They have to cover themselves. That’s fair enough.
He then said I have a hairline split in something or other, and it may be necessary to have a new summat fitted to ensure sight again. I even asked him twice, I think, what it was. But is no longer in my brain-storage area (along with a lot of other stuff! Like people’s names. Hahaha!). I went back to the waiting area, and I chatted with the Carer. Shortly after that, I was collected and prepared for the procedure. I’ve no idea how long it took, but it seemed to be over in about 15 minutes to me. The reassuring voice of the surgeon says, “That went well, Gerry!”

They put me back in the wheelchair and returned me to the waiting area. I think the drugs (I liked them!) were still affecting me, and it took a while for me to sink things in.
A kind nurse came to me and explained that the Carer has had to go to work for her usual shift. No panicking, cause she added: She (the Carer) had arranged with someone for a lift home as the pick-up time for EasyLink had been overshot by an hour. A taxi was going to pick me up at 17:25hrs, I think. And no charge for it either! The tired Carer had looked after me and made some notes on a pad for me – fair enough, I couldn’t read the at that time… or later, for that matter. Hehe! That was so nice of her to sort things out. And, she had told the nurse about my need to get some cash, and the pleasant nurse ran me in the chair to the cash machine, then back to the EENT department.
Where the cab was just pulling in to collect me. A silent no, speaking journey. Until he got on the roadway to the flats and asked which one to drop me at. Which he did!

Back to the Cell… no, Flat!
A good bruise on the back of the right hand. And called Meridian to let them know I was back at the prison…
Care Handover Document.
Eye Drops – They will need a carer to do them for me; four times a day I think it is needed. With my and  , it’s too dangerous for me to do it… that and the taping back on of the eye patch.
I can’t get the glasses on over the patch at the moment. But think it should be possible once the swelling goes down. So my vision is not good. I can see now why they told me to have a Carer stay with me for 24hrs. But with the short notice given for the procedure, it couldn’t be done. I still appreciate them getting someone to go with me, though. The tape soon fell off of the eye pad. I Cleaned up a spot of blood, and Carer Chris arrived. He put the first drops in and did his best to secure the patch.

The pouch suddenly started filling up at a rate of knots, as soon as I got back to drinking the spring water.

Did all the calls for eye-patching and medicating.
The patching is needed five times a day. Chris said for two weeks! That is going to be a tall order for the carers. Still, he got four of them in today and was helpful in getting the patch back on carefully and as firmly as possible for me. Thanks mate. He is aware of the problems I risk with , and , being liable to damage the eye by my poking it. Hehehe!

The one sunset photo I managed. I pressed lightly on the patch to make sure any bright light was avoided, as ordered.

Dark wee-wee again.

The patchwork by Chris stood up well!

Yesterdays bruise.
This morning!

& .
tended to. Messy, really urgh!
Three cuts shaving. Then a tumble,as I bent to empty day pouch. Refilling the WC’s non-working water tank, and started   off pain-giving.
Got on the computer determined to get this blog started off.
.

arrived. Got the eye drops done and did a good job on getting the eye patch back on, and jelled the back pain. Thanks, gal!

Started to work on the blog…
.

After a longish wait, so I cleaned the carpet, net was back on.

Actually got some blogging done at last, and for about two hours… then…
.

Blogging and down it went again.
Carer Rhamat arrived. Did the eye drops but not putting the patch back on. I tried to do it as good as I could.
Not a good job. hit me unexpectedly; she sometimes gives a little shudder first so I can prepare for her attack; but not this time, and…
I poke myself right in the cataracted eye!
Did it hurt, you ask? YES!
The Inchie designed eye-patch-erection fell to pieces!
Dare not try again, so I’m working with a loose eye-protection erection. Hahaha!

No one called again for the 14:00hrs eyedrops. But that timing is from the hospital paperwork that was part of the NHS ‘Transfer of Care Medication Plan’. Who too? No idea. Maybe me?

I went back on with the blogging for an hour or so…

Not off for so long this time. I hastened to get the blogging done, but I had to divert to the .
Badgered getting the water hauled from the kitchen to the WC tank again. I keep having to take extra painkillers with this long-running issue. I wonder if anyone has informed them of my difficulties? (I am a fool!)

Back on with this blog. I managed a good 20 minutes before…
.

I got the laundry bag checked and ready. And…
.
Bending down and lost my balance.
The eye patch was knocked off, and the already bruised right hand hit the door frame as I grabbed at it after dropping .

This was a l.ow point! Hahaha!
I’m struggling to get things done here. Had I had help to replaster the eye patch from someone who could look at what they were doing, it may have survived the clout intact. But this is all conjecture. As soon as I find out what conjecture means, I’ll let you know. I struggled to get some sort of protection, as the pain from the self-inflicted prod in it continued… But, of course, it didn’t bother a man of my calibre in the slightest. No feeling sorry for myself, snivelling, swearing or self-pity; oh, no.
I had another go at securing the lens cover…
Meanwhile…

Went into the kitchen to use the light to see and took this view of the scenery.

I managed to get the lens cover secured, but it looked a little rough around the edges. More importantly, I’d used a lot of the tape and may run short now! ARGH!
Look s like I may have hit the head on the tumble as well?

I gave up blogging when…
I’m in pain.
Frustrated!
Annoyed!
And the thought of taking off the protection for the next Carer to put eye drops in, is somehow bothering me?
No idea why?

Got  the email prepared. It looked good and tasty to me.
Then I tried it… Oh, dear! The peas were good… That’s all!
Flavour Rating 1./10. The worst in many a month!

Went to throw most of the meal away and get the pots washed. Caught the end of the sunset.

Evening all!

A sleepless night again. A bad start to the day. So, there is nothing new there, then!

I believe I got up, not woke up, cause I never got to sleep: at 04:35 hours. I’m certain-ish that was the time on the big clock.
Time seemed to go by like greased lightning!

I took the night pouch from .
A little dark again.

Thinking I had plenty of time before the arrived, and needing to use the , I made for the wet room and got on the Throne first.
Well, another reversal in the fight between & . Trotsky had regained superiority over Konrad this morning. What a messy job! I got teggies, carefully cleaned. A fair bit of bleeding, though. Then tackled the shaving, with Blood-Bringing-Boris-Razor adding to the haemoglobin loss, and only from two little nicks. A good splashing of the Brut after-shave stopped it easily enough. I was already stripped for the shower, turned on the power to the shower, went back into the wet room and opened the shower curtain to have a looked-forward-to-shower. As the two end curtain rings shot off!
Not wanting to splash the water all over the room, I decided to get the step ladder and replace the hooks to the curtain.
I got the picker-upperer, picked both hooks up, and in doing so, caught my chin with the handle of the picker-upper. The blood flowed again! So, even more, Brut after-shave was used, which stung a bit this time.
I went off into the front room, got the ladder, went back to the wet room, and gingerly got up the ladder eventually; it took me a while, with my not seeing so good, but I did get them reattached.
Then, a moment of doubt came over me – had I left the kitchen sink tap running? It had to be checked out. Despite that it was, or should have, been obvious that I had not used the kitchen taps yet!
In the kitchen, and while in there, I thought I’d put the kettle on, which I did, why I don’t know. Then:
.
Came in; I didn’t hear the door chime cause I was in the kitchen. It must have taken her a lot of effort not to burst out laughing! Well done, gal!
There I was, reaching up to get the kettle filter, wearing nothing but a red face and .
With only a quickly-grabbed sheet of kitchen towel to try and hide my poor Little Inchie, I made my way to get a dressing gown on. I think she saw the funny side of things. I hope.
My mind was all over the place then. I forgot momentarily about me just about to have a shower as we talked about something or other. I even asked her to put some Phorpain gel
on . Not realising I’d be under the shower shortly. I was really confused and struggled with things.
I think that took the laundry down for me, but I’m not sure if it was Sam or the later Carer, Jo-Anne. Sam took the waste bag and had a smile on her face, I’m sure; when she departed. Hehehe! I don’t blame her, either.

I got the showering completed at last. Spent most of the time doing it, thinking about how I could have got the time so wrong this morning. Then I decided it was the fault of , and . Before I’d finished the shower, I added , then another guilty one, . I may add to this list later.
The feet and legs were looking betterer. Dried off with the bath towel, and started the medicationing. then I Germoloided .
Germolened the stomach flab and between the legs and on the outer bum. (Catheter catching)
Daktacorted poor .
.
Got the alert and alarm wristlets back on.
.
Got some more aftershave on the cuts that were leaking blood again… That made me jump a bit!

Carer Chris came, but what the heck happened during this visit? Apart from a feeling it went well, there are no details in my memory bank whatsoever.

By the time I’d got a bit of nouse back, I found I’d posted off the Friday blog. I just hope that I’ve finished it first.

I found the oven on with nothing in it. I’d taken out frozen cobs to that in the heat on the window ledge.
Found this photo – no idea when I took it.
But it is beautiful.

Can’t recall taking this one at all, or why. Mayhap, giving me some pain and stick, with having to fetch buckets of water again to flush the loo?

Aha, This one prompted the memory box.
It was when I first put the computer on this morning.
Self posing? Hehehe!

Yee-Gawds! It’s nearly 19:00hrs. evening visit. A new lad, he’s coming out of his closet now. Getting my sense of humour I think he likes it. He Phorpained my lower back, gave me some Peptac, and took the bin bags with him. He also checked the electricity meter, but was as aware if what to get a reading as I was – Zilch! I’ve added it to the list of help needed on the whiteboard. Getting full now.

Arrived, Blimey, it’s gone 20:00hrs already.
Better get the nosh sorted.
Back in the morning to play catch-up!

Saturday Morning Late.
WHAT A RIP-ROARING COCK-UP!

I took photographicalisations of the meal, the night sky, a bleeding finger & my stubbed toe… Maybe others?
This morning I took three, the urine bag, the morning view, and the bloodied stubbed toe again. Then I belatedly realised the card was in the reader! Arrgh!
Back to last night…

Found this on the SD though...
I’m not certain why I took this one?

Judging by the shadow’s position, I took this mid-afternoon.

After tea-time?

I think I look this one earlier and missed it, but maybe not. The urine was clear, but by the morning, it was back to a sort of dark brown/red. Note some papules trying to reappear?

I put this into the computer, which is where I left it while I took a load of other lost photographs!

Inchie: Friday 26th May 2023: His Phacoemulsification Appointment Has Arrived! (Cataracts)

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –I rose rapidly from the aged, grotty-looking c1966 made, charity-shop-bought, horribly beige-coloured, £300, Harold’s Haemorrhoid-testing, non-operational, acne-giving, virus-breeding, rickety, easy-to-fall-out-of recline, the moment I stirred. Did a few press-ups and shadowboxing, and go with the weights… I’ll try again…

I woke up coughing with the odd sneeze and bent down to remove the night pouch. Almost immediately and the most annoying kicked off. Then my spectacles fell off of my head. I dropped the picker-upperer retrieving them. Now, the hinges are even loser and more delicate than they were before! And the which the picker-upperer fell on, are sorer!
I lifted the bag to see how much had been passed in the night, and the colour to record on the log. Carer Sam later confirmed it was a level four.
I made up the waste bags. Then I washed the pots. Went to make a brew of tea, and had to shoot off (Well, hobbled) to the wet room in response to the innards rumbling and rear-passageway’s seemingly-urgent emissions of winds. I fumbled my way and got the PP’s down, tearing them in my haste.
Then just sat there waiting for something to move for ages. Couldn’t see to do the crosswording, or count the cracks on the ceiling. Worra life!  Hehe!
Good heavens look at the time; it’s gone 19:00hrs. I’ll have to do the rest in quick mode, or I’ll not get owt to eat.

Carer Sam called, and we had a little natter.
Carer Jodie next. Good, short chinwag.
Then I got the call from QMC EENT.
.
I tried to call EasyLink to book a lift there and back.
But no answer – weekend again, innit! Things needing help, always come at the weekend! I asked the evening Carer to make sure I’m reminded to call them again Monday morning.
Then I rang Meridian to inform them.
Got some blogging done.
, , and then the all kicked off within about an hour, ruining my joy at getting the cataract appointment!

Through the balcony window.
A second shot shows the fallen-off curtains. Humph!

Afternoon wee-wee. A good colour!

Nice few this afternoon.
Check on the worker-free house.

Finally, the first mug of Thompson Punjana tea.
Four cookies only are allowed. (Alright, I had five!)

Second visit to the .
It took me about 25 minutes.
In command again.

I think I may have put this on earlier in the week.
It’s the latest date from about mid-April when first reporting the fault. It keeps getting retimed for later.
Jenny emailed me asking if she can do anything , bless her cotton socks and lovely nature. ♥

PAREIDOLIAING DELIGHT!
.
Bootiful!
.
The top shot was taken to the left, bottom one to the right from the kitchenette window.
I stopped the blood from trapping my digit in the can opener.

Fodder time – back later on. TTFN
I’m back!

What a sky that developed. No pareidoliaising, though.
But so beautiful. I’ll ask Tim in New Mexico what these
are called; he’ll know. Clever chap & Ether-Mate.

The evening arrived as I was prepping the meal. Good timing. Gave my back a dose of painkiller cream.
No tablets needed, painkillers, I meant. With the back pain gel having Ibuprofen, in it, I expect it will help a little without extra tablets to cope with .
Usual night prescription meds dealt out.

What another feast. A mixed bag of a hotpot, stew, call it what you will. Two defrosted bread rolls, to funk in the liquid… which had in it: Fresh leeks, baked potatoes and a can of thick vegetable soup; with my secret ingredients. Although they won’t be now cause I’m telling you. Hehehe!
Borscht beetroot juice and some peas. A decent splash of BBQ sauce, veg oxo cubes, sea salt, and baked potato cubes.
Followed by…
Some delicious vegan ice cream!
Overall Taste Rating: 9.2/10!.
Grrreat!
The best bit, is I have enough left in the saucepan, to have the same tomorrow – with different sliced potatoes as a side!

Turned off the computer, and went to take more shots of the ever-changing sky view.
Nice!

Then I got down in the £300, second-hand bought, c1968, nauseously beige-coloured, not-working, rusty, rickety, crumb-holder of a tatty recliner, to watch some ‘Heartbeat’ on TV.

Last call from , who attached the night pouch to . No educational prescription tablets were needed, but I did take some Peptac.

In hopes of getting up early to have a good shave, shower and scrub-up, followed by a freshening up & medication of the outer and some inner areas; I prayed as I settled back into the £300, second-hand, decrepit, c1968, rickety recliner; For Sweet Morpheus to be kind to me… Of course, there was not a ghost of a chance! Not tonight, yet he let me fall asleep twice… no, three times at the hospital on Thursday?
No at all. Well, not to the usual standard. Yet despite this, and feeling so tired and worn out mentally, sleep, getting off to sleep, took me hours of absolute boredom and frustration. After a few hours, I noticed that the had barely any urine in it?

So, I rose up delicately from the recliner, caught my balance, grabbed , and went off to the kitchenette to get another bottle of soda water; hopefully to encourage urination.
The view from the window revealed a part moon, so, back to get the Kodak to try and get a decent shot of it…
My dodgy leg caught on the long tube of the . Yes, I wand up on one knee… the one with the day pouch on it, but thankfully it did not burst – how with all my body mass landing, I don’t know; but was glad about that! Sore and embarrassed, annoyed, and peed off, yes!
Crawled on all-fours to the wet room, and used the not been working for two months WC tank and bowl, to get myself upright again on my feet. Gave the pouch a further check; all looked okay, and rubbed some Dettol in the knee lesions.

But I was determined to take some photos of the moon!
Limping a little more now, I returned to the kitchen.
Perturbedly, I now had as well as attending me. Followed as got ready to take the pictures, by an , courtesy of … it took a while for them to relent as well. So the photos did not come out very well
.
Disappointed in my photographicalisationings. But I felt sure I’ll be able to get to sleep, at least?

But No…
As I was closing the window belatedly, I clouted my knee on the radiator…
It left a dent in the metal… as I hit it,
did at the same time!

But was I annoyed, in pain, bleeding, angry, fed-up?
A man of my calibre? Oh, No!

I wiped away the tears, and returned, hobblingly, to the second-hand, £300, charity shop bought, crumb-retaining, microorganism-microbe producing, gungy, moth-eaten, beige-coloured, non-working, bacillus encouraging, incommodious, Haemorrhoid Harold testing, c1968 recliner. I hope of sleep!

After failing to nod off for several more hours…
I gave up and got up.

My best-laid plans end up vacantly,
Errors and mind blanks grow with virility,.
Plans have no viability but are a liability.
Results end up finicky, frolicky,
Life holds no more bonhomie…
Never won the pools, Ernie or the lottery…
Good luck for me? No feasibility…

I guess I’m just unlucky?

On the bright side, the number of murders committed is only 11% up from two years ago. Mind you, two of them were by Parole Board released early; scumbags! I mean the Parole Board Scumbags, who are as guilty as the killers they freed, and got paid a fortune for doing it from HMG.
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
Surely they expected this with an abysmal cost of food ever-increasing? So, what do they do? Reduce the police service numbers. Still, it’s more money for their expenses and treating the ex-judges on the Parole Board, innit? Bitter? Me? Yes!
Think about how devastated the poor family members feel when the convicted killer gets freed by the snotbags and kills their father, mother, brother, Sister, or another relative. Swine!

What a Busy Mind-Testing Day!
It is now Friday morning. Been up for two hours, and only just started this blog – and there is a lot to relate.
Sorry, it going to be cut short – another busy day Friday, methinks, with Social Services and Jillie might be calling.
Such a load of info: I can’t guarantee this is in the correct chronological order. Better get started
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

The overnight dark-coloured urine bag was removed.

Legs & feet not looking too bad at all!

Within minutes a summoning from the innards to visit the . So, I did!
A closer check on the limbs. A smidge more blown, but not a lot…
Hard work passing, yet messy when it evacuated?
The usual agony and misery of fetching buckets of water from the kitchenette sink to refill the not-working W.C. water tank.
I reckon it’s been about two months out of action. And the last letter from the NCH Maintenance told me they were coming on
17th July. So if I’ve got it right, that means a 16-week wait; But more importantly, 16 weeks of agony, carrying four buckets of water every time I go for a dump! They must be busy.
Thank Heavens for the Carers! They give the back a good rub
with the Phorpain Gel, sometimes needing three applications, but always first and last thing at night. Having this done regularly, I do believe it’s helped ease the pain a lot. Thank You!

Took a snap of the morning view.
Made a brew, but for some reason, it tasted horrible? So. back to the bottled water for me.

Arrived. And rang the TSB for me. It took the gal ages to get through, options recorded messages etc. I could not hear, but had to speak to the man we got… relied on Kara to translate – the man asked a question, I said ‘Yes’ Not recognised, I said suit again and nothing… moments later we were cut off!
Kara rang back and spoke, rang off and told me they ‘Cannot send me statements through the post unless I ring and request one?
Not only do the Spanish Oligarchies who own TSB close all their branches; they are becoming as friendly and helpful as Putin!.
Remember the Spanish Oligarch’s lying adverts?

TSB announced the closure of a further 85 branches!

The closures will take place between April and June 2022 and will result in the loss of around 150 jobs. There followed 94 more branch closures… Not many left to close now!

Made a mug of Glengettie tea. Only four biscuits were dunked with it! Honestly!

I got onto the computer, a very late start; it’s taken me until Friday to get back on it. A nightmare!
YET AGAIN – ONCE MORE – ARRGH!!!
What with a bank that has no branches open and a most unhelpful helpline staff who cut you off, and refuse to send you Bank Statements unless you ask every month! The Worlds worst, most vile, incompetent, Oligarch driven Internet, Liberty-Global Virgin going down for the 9th time in three days. Losing work I was in the middle of… Grrr!

So, I started to prep the food for later on.
Then, the Asda order arrived…
The freezer was full now…
The fridge too! I thought I’d done it again, ordered something in error when I found two bottles of Strawberry Milk-Shake. But in the morning, pointed out the ‘Free Sample ticket on them. The highlights of this order were...
getting the pink soda water (My favourite) on this delivery, at last. And also some Caramelised Cookies (My favourites)
No rush to get things stored, as $26 million a year with guaranteed bonuses and an open expense account Mr Fries, one of the Liberty-Global Virgin Media top-dogs internet service, was still not working. I bet he’s worried about this? Embarrassed, maybe too?

I went through the on-off routine with the usual, regular, sickening, overcharging incapable Liberty-Global Virgin Media problem. No Luck! So disconnected the hub, gave it a minute or two and reset it. No Luck! Repeated the resetting, and (it must have been a mistake on the part of Liberty-Global Virgin Media… but it came back on. However…
I’d lost all the CorelDraw graphics I’d imported and doctored… plus I had to resave the work in another file name.
I’m not sure who is the biggest toss-pot of a company.

It’s a close-run thing, you know.
But the smoke & mirrors Liberty-Global Virgin deserve to be the top-wankers for their repeated failure and then sending me this email, to really confuse me and earn my utter hatred. Sorry about putting this on again, but it baffles and scares me!

If the Life-Line is going through a hub that keeps going down, they could kill me! I don’t mind snuffing it. That’s all part of life; I hate to think that they will get away with it, should I have another stroke or heart attack and cannot get help, and I clock out. Which can’t be avoided.
But, if anyone in the legal trade would make a note of this, and I could get some compensation… well, not me, I’ll be at St Peter’s gate arguing with him about my life struggles. Please note that a percentage of any dosh you get, please send to the RSPCA and Mental Health UK. Thanks. Oh, and some for the staff at Winwood Court. Cheers again! You can keep the rest for yourself.

I got a call from Social Services, regarding the meeting I had at the Coppice Mental Health Hospital yesterday, Brain Scan results, MCI & Dementia. Things I must have told them about.
Not a good line for my hearing, I’m afraid. Also, I got a little confused during the conversation. No idea what, if anything, was decided about. But nice that they are listening, and reacting.

I did an order for next week from Iceland.
Blogging again.

A couple of photos were taken prepping the nosh.

Looking good now…

Can you see any features, faces or animals in the clouds?

Finally, I got around to making & eating the meal!
Boy, did I enjoy this one? Taste-Rating 9/10!

I even remembered watching a ‘Heartbeat’ episode…
Without falling asleep when the adverts came on!

The evening Carer Called, got the night bag attached to then the lad put some
on my lower back for me. Certainly helps this regular gelling.

The nearest thing to a sunset was missed as I fell asleep. But I got up and took these after-shots.

Now, when I want to sleep – I couldn’t!
Yet the lasted for less than usual. Replaced with fuddle-minded worrying of a vague nature. No panicking. Just an uncomfortable sense of losing control.

Evening All!
Well, Morning!
