Gums bleeding after teeth cleaning.
Shaving, eight tiny nicks, no bother!
Showering: I deliberately took my time doing this. And I got through it without a single Accifauxpas or Whoopsiedangleplop. Smug-Mode Engaged!
Medicationalisationing: Harold’s Haemorrhoids were exceptionally tender. Little Inchy was bloodied, but nothing unusual in this. Olive oiled the earholes.
I applied eye sprays. Phorpain gelled both cartilages; I put plenty on and rubbed it in well.
Then, the big challenge… Getting the Protection Pants on. A bit of a farce… However, I did eventually get them on, but a slight tearing of the pants was overcome by my ingenious (well?) plan to use the Catheter tape to hold them together.
I even walked out of the wet room without knocking into the door frame. Smug-Mode Mark2
I started this blog but haven’t gotten very far…
For then, the interruptions flowed.
The gentleman from Diabetes Support rang. He explained that they could not meet me face-to-face, but I could use the App. I asked what that was: On your
mobile phone! – My mobile phone does not have internet access! – What? – My mobile phone does not have internet access! Well, use your iPad! (I’m not sure if he said iPad or ePad) – What are they? I can use my computer, can’t I? – No, it is not set up for computers, ask your doctor if she can arrange anything!
So, my hopes of getting any help with Diabetes 2 were over. I’ll have to find the time to search for advice on my computer. Felt a smidge low now.
Another try at blogging… The landline chimed and flashed; It was someone asking about the bed. Had the bar been fitted or not? – Yes! – Then someone will come out to you with a new mattress. – The one on the bed is new, I think? – That one was the wrong size! – Yes, they sent the wrong-sized bar as well. – That’s why I’m checking to see if the new bar has been fitted – Yes…
Can we come to fit the new mattress today? It’s no problem; I’m in all day. – Good!
I was a little perplexed, but I had to get back to starting this blog (I never did; you’ll gather that as I waffle on about my busy day).
Back to the blogging…
Carer Kara called; she only had 15 minutes, but she did an amazing job getting my socks on, checking the catheter bag, and putting my mind at rest about an email I’d had. Got the medications given and had to rush off. Thanks, Kara! ♥
Carer Christopher returned the laundry, and I put it away. Now, it’s well into the second half of the day!
Back to blogging…
I decided to make the second brew of the day; the first went cold again. I filled and sealed the waste bag.
Back to blogging…
The man with the mattress arrived. He was helpful; he had to remove the old mattress and put the new one on from the junk room (but they are all junk rooms).
Showed me how to use the lifter/lower control.
Back to blogging…
For about five minutes, it gave me time to put the first photos on in the wrong order and change them to where they should be… I was sorting the wristbands out, and one of them snapped. I swore and bent down to retrieve it…
Clouting my forehead on the way down against the edge of the open drawer. Got up a little too quick, and paid me a visit. Naturally, this was of no bother to a man of my calibre and resistance to pain; I laughed the matter off. Ahem!
It was getting late, so I gave up on the blogging as the tiredness and fog descended.
I took this photo as I went to the kitchen to make some nosh. Carer Chris arrived, looking in a rush. Well, it was his last call before his going home time. Hehe!
The meal consisted of a four-bean stew with added mini sausages and baguettes. A lemon yoghourt, too!
I emptied the day bag and was ready to attach the nocturnal pouch. Getting so tired now!
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – Hoping for a visit next week from a summat-therapist, phenomenologist, psychotherapist, psychoanalyst or whatever. Then I can… Ah, I’ve Gorrit! A Physiotherapist is being arranged by the Rehabilitation and FallsService. I can remember now the chap who called the other day showing concern over the state of my knees… at least, I think he did. Today was just as before, in and out of connection with reality. I worry terribly about this… then start fretting cause I can’t remember the name of the vitamins I’m told I am crucially (Not keen on that word!) short of on my last INR DVT Warfarin blood test results. Then, I forget about everything as I go into a mind blank or seizure, coming out with not a worry on my mind… until something is mentioned that starts the cycle again.
Up and down emotionally like a yo-yo.
I cannot recall making this order for Iceland at all! Obviously, it was me who made it, cause all my favourites were in it! Understand that this is my third food order this week! No Carer Kara to limit or check on things; she is off for two weeks on holiday. More of the regulars may be off, too. Because Carers from other establishments are calling. This tests my memory to its limits and beyond, trying to remember things that need doing on each visit. No idea if I’ve said right or wrong to the Carers; it’s frustrating. Back to the unwanted, unnecessary Iceland order… Got the bags into the kitchen. Lucozade treats, iced drinkie, bleach and what the heck was getting more pasta sauce in for? I’ve at least ten bottles on the shelf now! I suppose I could claim that can take the blame? Choca-blocker fridge! Unbelievable! I need help with this!
Trotsky held the advantage.
The NHS sent me a new ailment warning wristband. Any more, and I’ll run out of wrists to put them on. Hehe! Ah, well!
I found this one! Smug Mode Engaged!
THE MEAL.
A cold one. Orange and brown sliced tomato baguettes slathered with butterless salted butter.
Surimi slices, and sliced cold potatoes. Gorgeous!
I think Carers Chris & Victor called today, and some unknown ones.
Sister Jane called me… or did I call her? bled a lot and often. . And were busy giving me bother. But particularly painful was . I seem to be getting pains at the back of both cartilages recently. When walking or lifting either leg. Electric-like Peripheral Neuropathy pains in both ankles. All I can say is thank heavens that I am so pain-tolerant, brave, heroic and spit & laugh in the face of pain. Hahaha!
Evacuation procedure… then got a wash and medicated various departments that needed it. Fresh PP’s adorned, but there was a cost! Not financially…a , and the giving way of , with the most painful she’s ever been, when I had to get the PPs on, over . So bad, I took an extra Codeine later.
There followed another food order cock-up! I’ll try to get it clear what happened, but I might waffle on a bit; if so, I’m sorry… I knew there was an Asda order due today. And, that I’d ordered J Sainsbury’s already, for next Tuesday. arrived, and as she did, the intercom chimed out. Marie pressed the pane; to admit them. Ah, I thought, that’ll be the Asda order! She got the bags into the kitchen for me, bless her. I got the food away. I was surprised to see Vegan Cookies, I didn’t think that Asda sold them? Confused… Especially when the chine went again, and another food order arrived!!! This was the Asda delivery. The first one was from J Sainsbury – the one I ordered for next Tuesday, but obviously got it wrong once more! My self-hatred and guilt drove through my physical body into my intestines and core! Took a lot of sorting out. While I verbally had a cursing session at myself some more! My depression dawned! At least the pasta sauces arrived. I clouted my elbow on the door; it was sore! The fridge amazingly still had room in it? The freezer had not. I had to cram bread and other food items into to so they could keep till later. I seemed to be constantly cursing, lambasting myself over this all day long! My concentration wilted. Not a good part of the day at all. Had not been on holiday, she may have spotted my cock up.
I made up the waste bags. To round off my depression at this farce, I felt the pain from the backflow suddenly coming from the pouch on my; boy, was it full! . Ah, well, serves me right, I suppose!
. I’m sick to the back teeth (and I’ve only got two of them left) at the frustration, anger-making cock-ups brought on by and the . I know things are not going to get any better. With poor Josie going into a home, and lack of attention to my physical and mental problems. But they are concerned about the lack of Vitamin B and Diabetes. So, I get a leaflet about each worry, to read. Knowing I have Saccades, Cataracts Katie and Glaucoma Gladys to hinder my reading. Thankfully, I still use the computer; I’ve found a quick way to enlarge or reduce the view on some pages of the web. Properly sorry for myself now. Hehe!
The came and went all afternoon. I wandered off doing the blog, to search about Diabetes 2. Then, reading the HealthUnlocked site, I forgot all about having a meal. It’ll do me no harm though. No idea which Carers came until the last one, that was . I remembered I’d got a lamb Patti for him, and a choice of bubbles and a drink. He showed some concern for me being in the mood I was, bless him. He removed the diabetic socks for me, and he left the on the chair for me to fit on after I’d made and had the belated evening meal. Here is the nosh, nearly all eaten up. Better to photo it late than never. Hehehe! Enjoyed these. Those Jamaican lamb patties, which I thought maybe too hot for me, were great! I’ll try them again when I make another Asda order.
I came across this photographicalisation that I’d missed from this morning on the SD card. The mudslide in the end car park view.
The hue of the urine in the day bag as I took it off and emptied it, was great! Getting the night pouch on was not easy tonight. That’s how it is sometimes. Two nights earlier, I did it in a couple of minutes… tonight, well, this morning, It took me ten minutes of baffling about before I got it fully attached and leak-proof to the .

Meanwhile, at the Woodthorpe Court Detention Centre… I mean, Woodthorpe Court Sheltered Housing Dormitory cell… Flat, flat, sorry. Occupant 172, known as Inchy, Gerry or Inchcock, was belligerently stirring back to his imitation mock life from his slumber. After working out what time and day it was, his first action was to check his nocturnal bag and the tube connected to Little Inchy; both for leaks and signs of bleeding. He found both! The release valve was dribbling bits of urine out. He pushed it over as hard as he could and was surprised when the leak stopped. As he moved his legs, agony! has caused a bit of bleeding, and the tug had moved, making him jump a bit. Why am I writing this second-person style? I blame , & . I rose, still half-asleep despite my rude awakening, and went to get the kettle on in the kitchen. Which seemed a logical idea as that was where the kettle was. I thought I might have seen Venus in the first shot of the sky. I took another one to try and catch it again, but it came out a little wobbly… which is what I became at that very point, shaky! I looked down at my bloodied, bruised, battered legs and got another shock. Surely, I’m pretty sure that I’d not been scratching nocturnally again? What a state they were in! As I continued unalarmed, I noticed the brushing on the lower arms. Had I been noctambulating again in my sleep? Then, I spotted a mark on the knuckle that, to my eyes, was exactly like a picture of a dog’s face. The photo does not show it; I didn’t do a good job of this photo either. Tsk! I was going to take the tea with me to the wet room, to medicate things a little. But got side-tracked by the failing and giving way from . Clouting my other knee on the trolley, I grabbed it to steady myself and threw in a , just to keep the train going. The morning evacuation demanded my attention, and at first, I thought I was going to have the right job here. Blood ran at a fair pace, well trickling, from the wounds down the lower legs. Blood from poor little Inchie’s Fungal Lesion filling the Protection Pants up, and I’ll be sat there pushing for all I’m worth battling with for I don’t know how long before the concrete sausages are forced out! How wrong can a thought be? I was instantly in complete control of the procedure! I cleaned up my rear end first, then the splashes that had torrented out all over. Wiped the haemoglobin off the legs, and started to get a stand-up wash and shave. I was, after three days of only getting two shaving cuts… back in form! Six! The toothbrush snapped in half! had a turn at giving way. But the grab rail was close enough, and I avoided going done again, as in the kitchen. Washed the legs, and got some medications applied, too, & then s many blood leaks on both legs. Then tackled the ex pensive but pain relieving job, as I got on and . Then dribbled some oil down my chest as I . I moved the alert wristbands to the right arm to avoid the scratches and bruises on the left one.
As I got out of the wet room, I knew there was something I had to do urgently; I seem to remember thinking this when I was battling the rear-end Tsunami on the . Now, twelve hours later, as I write this masterpiece of a blog (Hahaha!), I still can’t recall what it was! arrived as I was just about to start the computer. He decided that the legs looked so much better, so he did not put the leg & ankle strappings on. He did get a pair of the new diabetic socks on for me. The lad didn’t look or sound very well. Got him a cold drink from the fridge to mayhap help with his sweating and coughing. He explained about the potatoes and chips and the diabetic limitations. He thought that, in moderation, some spuds should be okay to have. Good news that!
called P.M. The gal was not feeling as good as Richard wasn’t, and I still suffered from the lower regions. But the legs were feeling fine. In fact, I’m glad I took a photo of them now cause it’s like they are a pair of refurbished limbs???
From well, I’m not sure… erm,,, I think it must have been five hours I was out of it – yet had opened a can of soup and put it in the saucepan ready for later, the pan had been heated, so how come I have no recollection of this happening? I also found photos that are a mystery to me, not what they are, but when did I take them? A mug of tea, nothing on the reminder notepad. This picture on the right is the final (up to now) unknown use of Kodak Tim.
Good heavens, and great balls of fire… has just arrived for the last check call. Perhaps it’s all a part of the mysteries of the Woodthorpe Court’s sinister Spirit’s master plan. To raise the devil, spread wonders, blunders, rodomontades, fears and descenders from the comfort of sanity into a gibbering wreck!
I took this to ensure the soup was not left on the heat. Beautiful hue and lighting. Well, I thought so.
Then I noticed the notepad. It’s so different to the last time I looked at it. Am I going mad? That was a silly question, of course, I am!.
When I took this one, I thought at first that I could see a fire with black smoke. But by the time I’d looked at the picture on the camera, it was not to be seen. Was it the Mysteries of Woodthorpe Court, with the hobgoblins, spectres, gnomai, phantasms, ghosts, the grotesque succubae, extraterrestrials, ectoplasms, spirits, or the Fata Morganas, that have been sent to taunt, irritate and terminate my already limited saneness of mind?
Took this picture a little later. The views get darker and more wonderful to view. Minutes later, the sky seemed to brighten up? Or had I got these snaps out of sync? Yes, that’s most likely.
I took shots from the left in front and to the right. Gorgeous!
I must have fallen asleep for an hour or so; I felt myself slipping off of the computer chair. In slow motion, had the catheter tube not been pulled at Little Inchie, I think I may have clumped to the floor.
The photographicalisations this time look almost welcoming. The clouds peacefully passed by at a fair rate of knots.. almost a farewell.
This may serve to prove the effects that I suffer from FND, and Doreen Dementia, oh, no, I forgot, it is now , I’ve got, innit.
The stew is on, and the potatoes will be soon. So, off to the kitchen to satisfy and satiate my hunger. I did take a photo of it, but it appears to have escaped from the SD card. Humph!
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – Today has been, up to now, a nothing day.
This is the oddest one I’ve had for a long time; although the hectic ones were annoying, this does nothing other than make a mess of blogging and getting a delivery from Amazon Day; it was out of this world… No, the fact that I just went along with the nothingness all around me is a surprising bit. No Josie, no Wardens, and my mind was wandering all over the place. Anywhere I wanted it to go, well, Humph! On the bright side, Carer Shaquille and Carer Kimberly were in a decent mood, and we managed a few laughs… which were the highlights of the day!
I had to make some templates up, and I got carried away when I found a few words I could use in the ode.
Not so dark this morning.
Moon, or reflection of flash. I don’t remember taking this one at all?
A gone-wrong early morning shot of the houses.
Ablutions.
Looks to me like , along with are beginning to blow up, bleed, and scab again. The two-tone-shaded toes… Scrawny leg bottoms, but fat at the top? Hehe! are more prominent too! Some vein lumps rising.
Another change in the evacuation department!
Took a close up of the two-tone-shaded toes.
A truly blue hue now.
The output was more consistent today. I took these about an hour apart from each one. And a good colour, too.
Late afternoon clouds.Getting darker now.
I got carried away doing the ode. Spent hours on it, but the result was disappointing. Peaceful! Aha, a misty sunset.
Slow day for once. Nodded off a few times. Depression lurking. Lost so few photographs. I lost my wristwatch (still searching). Stubbed toe. Not feeling too good, coughing and wheezing a smidge.
Forgot to put a nocturnal catheter pouch on, so it is a full-day bag to wake up to.
Morning views.
Heavy fog for an hour or two.
I lost my camera and wristwatch.
Carer Christopher. Looks and sounds a little poorly to me! Hope he’ll be okay.
Forever changing. Tsk!
Darker again.
Struggling with the blog. But found the camera! Just in time to catch the end of sunset. Did a sweep of the sky. Right view.
Got some potatoes in the oven and pressed on with this blog… Made mistakes? Me? Yes! Tons!
Went to check on the spuds. Photo’s the progress of the spuds. But missed. Haha! Almost ready. Seasoned the vegetable stew. Added some veg stock.
I took three snaps of the last of the sun’s glow. All in close-ups, so not too good. The ribbon of light. To the left, some clouds. Great looking further on.
Got the nosh served up. Tinned chunky vegetable soup. Roast potato chunks added. Along with tomato & Mediterranean vegetables cooking sauce. Two oven-cooked bread rolls. A baby-sized pot of orange jelly and some spring water with a dash of Pineapple and Grapefruit flavour.
Now, this may surprise you… it did me… took a night off! Unfortunately, had five hours of twinging and stabbing away at me. Occasionally accompanied by . Well, perhaps she was getting jealous? Hahaha!
MORE BLANKS THAN MEMORIES I’m getting worried about these mini-periods of hypomnesia, obliviousness and remoteness. Or rather, worried about the increase in them. One action, In particular, I wonder if it happened or if I dreamed it.I’m not holding back, am I? Embarrassing in a way, but if writing about this prompts just one expert to comment with advice that I am capable of actioning, it’ll be worth it; my baring my humiliation. I recall getting my head down, feeling drained and chagrined with life and self-disesteemed. It felt like it took a while to get to sleep, with nocturnally present rampaging away… I’ve no idea what about. It seemed to me that literally, seconds later, I was in the wet room, getting the shaving tackle ready to use. The Protection Pants had been taken off, and the hot water tap was running in the sink. As I noticed the blood trickling down my legs from both , and , which is nothing unusual in itself. I realised what and where I was. And wondered as I checked the time, why the hell was I doing my ablutions at this ridiculous hour of the morning, 02:30hrs? Not one of my better days. Little did I know tomorrow was going to be worse! – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
Not a lot in the nocturnal pouch. Dark, too!
Took a failed photo through the kitchen windows..
Opened the windows and tried again. Not good.
Well, not so bad this time. I had to leave to go to the Throne.
Never mind. Back to the kitchen, determined to get a good photograph taken this time, but… How this was taken is a mystery to me. I thought I’d got a good grip of when I took it. Tsk! Another one that the Tate Gallery won’t be interested in.
Another false alarm! There was more white showing.
arrived at 0715hrs. He issued the medications, and started to get the diabetic socks and leg strappings on, and asked if the feet or legs were hurting; they were not, I said. Are you sure, he said? Yes, I said.
Well, just look at the state of yer ankles, mate, and the thighs are bleeding a little, too, as well!
I was amazed at the state of the ankles when she pointed them out, and he took a photo with for me. I took this one. took the slippers off, got the socks ready to go on, and pointed out to me that the toe ends were much whiter than yesterday. She was right, too. But at that time, there was no pain being felt at all? We got the socks and strappings on both legs, and she pointed out something again… the day bag, I’d only put on about an hour ago, was filled to the top! And once again, there were no pains from the flashback as there usually is? Could this be going to be a better day? I said! Maryham suggested that with your luck, it’s better not to be so optimistic. We did laugh! She even emptied the bag for me. Kind, attentive and always ready for a smile & laugh! Haha!
e checked the tap and cooker for me too, and she took the waste bag with her on departing.
The kitchen view had changed somewhat, glum!
I made a brew and took it to the computer. And got another call from Virgin Media. All they want to do is sell you something extra.
I’ll keep trying.
Or, just maybe I fell asleep in the computer chair? Came around or woke up. and had a hobble around the flat with , to get the blood flowing, cause now, , the feet and ankles were giving me some hassle. I took the above snap of the misty morning, well, it was well gone the morning now. Half an hour later, I took this one of the Bottom field, and tree copse.
Then as I settled again, chimed out. It was the dry eye sprays being delivered from Amazon. I still had a drop left of the old £8.69 Wilko one, but couldn’t resist trying the new one out. Made in China. The power of the spray jet sent the liquid all over my face. Hehehe! But they were only £4 a go.
The day pouch needed emptying. What a dark colour and filthy great stink as I emptied it. Phew!
A little rain fell with the odd flakes of snow in it. Noticed that the mud-slide was in the car park again. So, presumably, it must have been raining while I was out of things or asleep?
Then the Loperamide capsules were delivered. I got this brand cause they were cheaper than my usual ones. Not that I needed them now, not need to stop that which has suddenly stopped on its own. Hehehe!
Packed up on the computer. I went to put the oven on to heat up, and I took this better shot of the bottom field; the rain and snow had stopped now.
did his late visit. Got the diabetic socks and leg straps on for me, had some nibbles, and was off home; he looked tired.
Hello, playing again. I thought at first it might be who might have left something he needed in the flat, but no… It was the final delivery, the extra-long diabetic socks being delivered late. Not that it mattered. A pack of six pairs. I needed it due to the fact that the Carers lost my laundry; there were three pairs of diabetic socks in it, along with pyjama tops, ankle straps a pair of leg strapping, and a dressing gown. But I’m not the only client to lose their laundry. The Mysteries of Woodthorpe Court, with the hobgoblins, spectres, gnomai, phantasms, ghosts, grotesque succubae, extraterrestrials, ectoplasms, spirits, or the Fata Morganas that have been sent to taunt, irritate and steal peoples laundry, and to terminate my already limited saneness of mind? Hehehe! The Phantom Laundry Lifter of Woodthorpe Court!
After getting down in the c1968, tatty, scruffy, unkempt, uncomfortable, virus, microorganism, bug, bacterium, bacillus, germ, parasite producing, and disease-fermenting second-hand, eyesorely-horrendously grungy beige-coloured, £300, charity shop bought, crumb-retaining, moth-eaten, non-working, itch-encouraging, incommodious, Haemorrhoid Harold testing, catheter tube yanking, recliner, sleep was not an option. Heck of a day again. The chronic depression has returned without cause or reason. This time, after three days of feeling up and down, this Monday was a down, down and lower dive. Nothing much was done; I was only interested in doing my blog. The callers felt the same way for some reason. Low & dispirited. Summat’s been going on: they were all appearing uptight. There’s not much to report; good job. I managed to take a few photos. The memory blanks were far fewer but lasted for longer. I can’t win! Well, they won’t even let me into the race for contentment! Haha!
I tried to take a photo in the reflection of the balcony glass of me waving at you.
Morning view.
My one and only mug of Glengettie of the day! Of course, I let it get cold… Tsk!
Filling up quick again, dark shade.
Mystery photo taken?
I put the TV on and became more confused about what I was doing. Left it on for hours. Forgot it was on!
Again.
I heard the tune playing for ‘Keeping Up Appearances’ on the TV and watched the episode. I can remember that!
Carer Christopher arrived, and I mentioned that the laundry had not been returned. He gave me the medications and shot down to fetch them for me. Bless him. He returned with it and had to rush off. It was dry this time, and getting the sleeves and socks back from inside out, I hung them up. I gave him some treats. Thanks for helping.
Still too dark, I must start guzzling the water again.
I’ll put some chips in the oven I heated earlier… I’d not turned on the oven! So, I turned on the oven, making sure the light had lit this time. Tsk! And returned to the blog.
No call from Easy-Link to confirm the booking for Wednesday’s lift to the doctor has arrived. I expect it will come tomorrow, then if they cannot do it, I’ll have to ring and cancel it, making another one for later. There is no way I could walk it or use public transport. And taxis are out of the question as well. Sitting with my legs bent up in low seating will give me grief. , , , and . With the possibility of bleeding, , or & joining in the feast of pain and discomfort. Now it’s in the hands of fate, and of course, , along with whether or not I remember all this on Wednesday morning. So, I suppose that will have to play his part in the proceedings, too. Isn’t life-ageing interesting and challenging?
Back to the action, Hehehe!
Back to the blogging. Taking ages due to all the corrections needed to be done. Then… I definitely smelt burning!
I grabbed the , and hobbled semi-hastily to the kitchen. The smell of a little acrid that attracted my attention was that of a casserole saucepan, the melting serving bowl that I’d left in it, and a white porcelain bowl in that… But obviously, I had turned on the back hob, in mistake for turning off the front hob (I think). You can almost see the heat in this shot. That had melted the large bowl, and the Porcelain bowl fell through into the metal casserole saucepan! I let it all cool down for a while, then took this snap of my three mangulated, misshapen, melted, merged, cracked mixtures moulded together as the porcelain bowl fell through the melted one. I salvaged the porcelain bowl from the vice-like grip of the artistic-looking, smelly mess. (I should have sent the photo to the Tate Gallery?) I left it in the sink bowl in hot water, bleach, baking soda and washing-up liquid to soak overnight. I’ll inspect things in the morning.

These memory blanks are concerning me more than ever today. Many moments and a long one with no memories at all of between what I worked out was 13:00 to 16:00hrs. I noted that I’d been working on yesterday’s blog but had not got very far with it, and what I’d done was error-filled and out of chronological sync. I corrected (I think) the grammar cock-ups, but left things as they were in the timing mistakes, for fear of drifting off again. I put messages in between to remind me as I did things. I just hope I’ve removed them all in Thursday’s much-belated blog. As I write this, around 19:00hrs, I seem more in control… but why? Not that I’m complaining, but I am certain things will go crazy again. I’ll try to remember to take the link with me to this blog cause I think if the Doc reads this, it may well prove more descriptive of my problems than my stuttering and memory-blank-ridden talking face-to-face would ever do? Losing track when talking to the carers does not matter so much cause they can do nothing to help anyway. Especially since the call times have been halved, they cannot have time to listen, even if they want to. Sorry, I’ve waffled on there. A RIGHT COCK-UP WITH BAR was then committed. I misplaced for several hours. Started a search when I was up to it, so angry with myself! Gave up, thinking, I must have put or dropped it in the waste bag somehow, and it had been put down the chute! Certain it had gone missing, a Mega-Depression took hold of me. was gifted to me when I broke the last camera. I so appreciated that gesture, too; now I felt worthless. The joy when I found it hours later and started taking some evening shots was incalculable! Of course, this meant far fewer shots for the blog. The period between realising and thinking after the search I’d lost it, was a terrible time. Now, on with the scintillating, captivating, amusing, pragmatic, fascinating Inchy Today Blog. Hehe!.
I was woken when the Carer arrived at 07:10hrs. Not with it really, still so tired and sleepy. was an angel, she got the cream in the dodgy looking legs, the diabetic socks on for me, and all in a rush, she did a good job. The visit time being halved is making it all a rush nowadays. Can’t be helped, though. Thanked her and she took the rubbish bag with her on her departure. Such a nice gal. Took another bag I’d made to the door.
The day bag soon filled up!
End car park, no mud at all this lunchtime.
Sun fighting through, temporarily. Wonderful clouds.
Carer Chris called, not that I can remember that much about what happened. The computer work was going so slowly and mistake-ridden. Spent ages repeatedly searching for . Lost hours.
Found the camera!!! I’d apparently dropped into a shoe near the computer? How, when or why?
I used it immediately to take some sunset shots. I was overjoyed at finding it and lost my guilt.
First, a wide shot. Then a little closer. Then another, but not happy with the quality... Tried again… Not happy with this. Made a right mess this time. Seemed to get a shadow shot of the slit, and gave up!

Emotions, feelings, confidence, and concentration goings from one extreme to the other constantly. I’ve got to go see the Doctor next Wednesday… hang on, I’ll check that on the calender… Yes, on Wednesday at 08:45hrs. Carer Kara rang to arrange a lift for me with Easy-Link, I’m awaiting confirmation of if they can do it or not. has been social today, I’ve had many visits from him. Conversely, and have been very kind, not one giving way episode today from either of them ♥. As I mentioned, my concentration has been terrible. With , and the gums, both painful and it’s a good job the Cartilage Twins eased off. Here we go with the photo reminders. Haha! – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – Looks like a sunburnt foot on the night pouch?
I became of multiple pains coming from and . Along with both &, as the Carer Arrived to wake me up at 07:15hrs. Then, as he removed the socks that should have been done last night and put new ones on, we both noticed the shape and state of my legs. A photo was taken of them… Swelling up had started again!. had flared up as well. Also, with Vanessa having a go, the white toe ends are more predominant now. Of course, it’s just pain. A man of my calibre, with a phenomenal in-built pain resistance, it did not bother me in the slightest; I’ll not even mention .
Medications were given to me.
Window Cleaner Joe arrived. I was just about to go to visit the . He soon got the windows done and was off like a shot; he was very busy. Managed to bore him a little while he was doing them within earshot. Hehehe!
But things were again slow to start, and the first dollop was like concrete, then Trotsky followed up… and kept coming and coming… Hahaha!
It took me a while to clean ‘things’ up. It seems impossible, but this did happen. When I first got the used Depends off, and new ones on… the pouch had all but filled up? Beats me!
End car park shot with .
. Got some spuds in the crock to add to the the remnants of yesterday’s stew. These were different spuds from yesterday, but they, too, had some blight! Threw some of them away. And more later when I cut them to reveal that had blight inside.
After Carer Kara departed, things were vague, to say the least. Thankfully I took photos to assist. Not many of these made it into the stew. Plenty, most of them, went into the bin bag. Humph! Must have taken this much earlier.
Ah, a mug of tea that didn’t get drunk (went cold) and a banana that was eaten (Skin seen in the bin).
I seemed to resume my awareness partially, as the pouch filled up again… I was lucky this one didn’t burst!
Aha! The evening shot of the night lights. Artistic, but not what I wanted. Hehe!
But the solid torpedo first routine made sure that bled a bit, then go soak in type splashes and spitting gunk that followed the original torpedos.
Mor spuds to throw away. Served up the meal after Carer Chris had had a little bowl for a treat. Went with the night pouch tube in hand to wash up the pots. Got sidetracked with the beautiful belated sunset. Slowly got dimmer as I took each photo. Bootiful!
on the trolley wheel, as I was putting the things into the drainer. . Didn’t half make me jump! Ha-Ha!
